Worst experience with one of the representatives ( indian girl). First they need to teach her how to deal with customers. She has so much attitude and less education. Today i went there to return an item. Since it was online purchase so there was no paper receipt or bill. First thing she asked was that do you have receipt? I said no because i bought it online. Instead of understanding the process, she goes like what do u mean u didn’t get the receipt. Everyone gets it and so on. She wasn’t ready to explain. Then, there was another sweet girl who came she understood what i was trying to say. Store manager really needs to work on their employee’s customer service and talking skills.
Google should offer the provision for assigning zero stars. The woman at the store on Tuesday, 16th January 2024, at 8:30 PM, exhibited egregious rudeness, employing a condescending tone and projecting an exceedingly cold demeanor. Considering Canada's reputation as a polite nation, it is disheartening to encounter such lamentable behavior. Despite appearing native, her demeanor was regrettably lacking in civility.
Michael Kors is a really good brand and these days is a black Friday and winter break deals are really good everyone must have must visit.
I ordered online and pickup was from store and when I went there in my time (when it says you can pick your item) , the sales rep told me it’s sold out and she can’t find it . But why?? And how?? At least am supposed to be informed that my pickup item is not available. I received email from Michael kors at 4:34 pm saying “Hurry and pick your item , its available in store. “ and I was in store at 4:40pm when sales rep informed it’s sold out. I am very disappointed. Though she wasn’t rude but it’s not acceptable. I travelled all the way from oakville specially to pick to square one.
I was really happy with my shopping experience at this store. Great display and amazing staff. Alisha was really helpful, she went above & beyond to ensure I was happy with my purchase :)
Worst experience ever, I bought a new watch and it had scratches all over it, I went to go exchange it only 45 mins after and they got upset and was extremely rude about the exchange, but the cherry on top was they exchanged it with a watch that didn’t have scratches, BUT the time wasn’t ticking so I instantly went somewhere to get the battery changed because I didn’t want to deal with rudeness, it worked but a few minutes the minute hand stop ticking again. Micheal Kors is low quality I was very wrong about them and I will never shop there again. If I can give 0 stars I would
Excellent staff. Neat and clean store. Everything was displayed in a nice manner. Great customer service. They explained the things in a very nice and polite way. I recommend this store. Please do visit.
