Top Watch stores in Milan, Italy

Great customer service from Mr. Vadim. Bought a nice watch and he was helpful throughout the whole process. The store is also really nice and it’s worth to just stop by and shop around. Would definitely buy there again! Thanks for the excellent customer service.

Came to Milan on vacation from the US, and was looking for a nice watch. Checked out Rolex, Omega, and Breitling. Rolex was the absolute worst in customer experience. Vadim here at Breitling offered the absolute best customer experience: patient, helpful, not pushy, knowledgeable about the timepieces.

They have a fantastic clothing boutique downstairs with an impressive bar, for which we were offered drinks. Vadim ensured all of the paperwork was filled out, and honestly this was just a really enjoyable experience compared to some of the other watch shops in the area.

If you’re debating between Rolex or Breitling, stop into both stores and decide for yourself. The customer service, in my opinion, is the tie-breaker.

Top notch customer service and atmosphere! Nicla was super helpful and knowledgeable. We enjoyed a few drinks at the in house bar downstairs as my husband picked out a beautiful watch. I highly recommend and will absolutely be back on our next trip to Milan!

We went to the shop twice in an hour interval, the people who work there looked at us denied us the entry twice for no apprent reason. Too bad I wanted to buy a watch for my wife and a watch for me. We are really disappointed with the shop and brand.

The staff was wonderful! We of course came to buy a handbag but they were super helpful in helping us find the right one! They let us wonder around for a little bit and see everything they had to offer! They gave us a glass of champagne while they completed our transaction and got everything boxed up for us. 10/10 experience!

Cannot buy anything 20 minutes before closing so watch out, they close cashier even though store closes at 10pm

The first time I buy with my name register in Gucci (i have some of this brand products before like shoes, bell, bags, wallet,… but i have to order from another seller). This time I bought by my self in the shop (shoes and bag) and I asked why i didn’t receive the box of 980euro bag? She answered it did not have a box and if i wanted to receive a box i had to buy the more luxury bag. How it could be and because now when i checked on facebook I see others in other stores (some of them bought the cheaper bag than me) had the box 🤣 now i’m feeling I were betrayed and I were like a dumb in that store 🥱 maybe because I look like a pool school girl and i have to charged my card 3 times ? I regreted I had not bought in the lower floor with another staff who treated me better, my loyalty with Gucci is lower :)

The listing on Google states that it closes at 930pm which is only true for weekends.

Gucci refused to process my tax refund claiming that I failed to show my passport. My passport was always with me and I showed it to their staff. I felt very eceived and will never buy again from them.

Gucci is very friendly while LV is very very rude to Asians. They’re all kind and always smile. I hope all of the costume buy Gucci not LV. And by the way I brought a wallet and bag from Gucci. They are very beautiful and with good quality.

跟隔壁的lv比起来简直是天壤之别，服务员态度太好了。所以一直购买Gucci的牌子，再也不去lv了。
