If I could, I would give this negative stars. Dr Mohan started his clinic and he was very good at the beginning. Since expanding, his office has shown complete lack of professionalism, diligence to patients or even his promise to care as a doctor. I have called the front desk 10+ times, left 5+ email requests, left multiple website requests as my family doctors are with them. None of them get responses. When I do go in, I have to wait several hours to see a doctor - even though they are my " family doctor". When i do see them, its rushed and non informative or helpful at all. This has become more focused as a money haul as a business rather than a health care professional who puts patients health at first priority. They should be investigated and addressed immediately. Horrible all around. Get new receptionists who are kind and can be able to handle enough to CALL PATIENTS BACK or EMAIL BACK.
Pathetic and terrible. One of the most unorganized clinic I have seen so far. Receptionists never pick up the call. They are full of ego and arrogance. Front desk ladies do not even have the basic attequets. The worst part is if you try to give feedback to the management for their misbehavior, they try to back them up and make you feel as if it was your fault. Their front desk ladies really need some behavioral and organizing lessons. Everytime a worst experience.
I have been a patient here for the past year and I have only ever had a great experience. When making an appointment I’ve always been seen on time and the 2 wonderful ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and so kind. Dr. Shittu is very friendly and great at explaining medical issues and ensuring proper steps, tests and procedures are done to find a solution.
The clinic used be really good when Dr.Patel was there. I saw Dr. Rajiv Mohan twice and he is the most pathetic and rude doctor I have ever seen. I don’t even know how did he become a doctor. He has no manners whatsoever how to talk to patients and has no idea what he’s doing. His method of practicing is that he simply refers the patients to someone else or sends them to ER.
Just a suggestion to the receptionist.
Please don't ask your patients the reason for their visit out loud in front of all the people waiting. It's very uncomfortable to say I am here for so and so reasons. Where's the privacy? We are all there for a medical reason and would only want to discuss in person with the doctor. Thanks!

I have been with this clinic for 38 years. Starting from dr Sayad and then switching to dr Brayana when he took over the practice.
I recently made an appointment to see dr shittu who I thought had taken over the practice for dr bhayana. I received an introductory letter shortly after the pandemic.
The letter did not state if I didn’t come in and see him that I would be dropped as a patient. The letter was written very much like an introduction letter introducing our new doctor.
I made an appointment last week only to find out that dr shittu has dropped me as a patient. Without any notice whatsoever. All because I hadn’t needed to see him in the last few years.
After 38 years at this clinic I now have no family doctor. And without notice I was being dropped. This is astonishingly unprofessional.
Not even a single phone call to see if I even got the letter or to follow up and see if I still wanted to be a patient.
Had the letter been more clear I certainly would have made an appointment to come see the dr.
Now I am without a family doctor and my mother is still a patient there.
It just seems like someone dropped the ball there and I am the one to suffer now.
I had an appointment at 3.30 . After coming to clinic it was 4.38 n still I was waiting . This is
not acceptable. If they don’t know how long patients can take before me, then they should tell me to come late . Or they can tell me 2 patients before me or 10 before me when I came . Lack in communication is not acceptable as nobody is free . If I need to wait more than 1 hour then what’s the point booking an appointment. We book an appointment to save our time. Please understand.

Shittu and the staff were very unprofessional. My wife and I are both working day jobs and on instructions from the HealthConnect (govt. service), we were asked to register with Dr Shittu for family doctor. We took an appointment via phone at this clinic. We explained the receptionist that we are looking to sign up for family doctor since we recently moved in the area. (Until now, we had waited patiently for 1 year to get a family doctor available nearby).
On the appointment day, we reached on time only to be told to wait for an hour while we noticed walk ins were given priority. Upon confronting, we got told to wait more, nothing changed.
Having adjusted with the only availability on a weekday, both of us had to remain absent from work which seems to be of zero concern to the team.

AT THE END OF ALL THIS, SHITTU walks in the room and tells us that they are NOT ACCEPTING FAMILY DOCTOR PATIENTS as of 2 months ago! Does the staff here feel they have liberty to waste time of two working professionals by inviting them to clinic for signing up and then break the news that they cant take us? Couldnt they not book an appointment and tell us they are not accepting new patients? SHITTU replies "i do not allow my receptionist to make this decision" !!!

ETHICS of this clinic dont add up and I would avoid this clinic at all costs.

EDIT: The team called me from their office, when I asked for the manager, he/she refused to come on the line. Disappointing to see the response on google review. They since started harassing me and my wife with back to back calls every few minutes to take down this review.
I have myself worked in Nigeria for years and have deep respect for the people of Nigeria, there is nothing racist about this office's low work ethics. To add to that, your lawyer threats speaks volumes. Your doctor claiming to not give permission to reception to disclose his availability on phone to sign us up sends a very clear message.
Lastly, my wife and I had an appointment at 12pm and 1215pm. We are not privy to your scheduling, but we have the freedom to see, hear (unfortunately your waiting area conversations are not muted, it is impossible to not hear them) and engage socially with other humans. 100% we were impatient, since we gave up a lot of things to show up at the appointment time!! If there were genuine delays in appointments from the morning, a call from your reception is expected. If you can provide an iota of evidence that we disrupted any patient, I will take this review down, however, this is construed by you to cover the main issue for which an apology is actually due without but/if. Its shameful that your response is that schedule information is not public. If our allegations is unsubstantiated, then maybe you need to work on understanding what an appointment means.
This review is my experience as it happened. If you/your team is not accepting patients for family doctor - inform us on the phone!
Complete waste of time. They kept a retired Doctor who is afraid of seeing patients. I’m really concerned if doctor don’t want to see patients then why you have open the clinic? Just for the billing purpose? This was the my first and last visit to this clinic. Will not recommend to anyone.
My wife had pneumonia and the old doctor couldn’t diagnose anything and told her that she is fine and visit again after few days.Such doctors can be a life threatening to critical patients.
Still operating like it was under the old system.

They book a waiting room full of patients within 30 minute time slots and everyone has to wait 1hr+ to get into the private room, then another 20 mins for the doctor to see you. (And this is on a weekday.)

The only thing impressive about this place is how amazing the doctor is at rushing you out in 5 minutes.
Dr. Rajiv is my family doctor. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. He takes care of all his patients. I would like to give a shout out to Shama from reception. She is the kindest and most caring person on the team. She always happy to assist and makes all my doctors visits so easy. Thank you so much the unconditional support for my health. I appreciate all the staff at Vital because of their dedication. I would discredit the bad reviews as every walk-in clinic has long wait times. People cannot blame the staff for Ontario government failing us by not providing adequate resources. If, there was more zoning in Brampton for walk-in clinics compared to population. We wouldn’t have huge line ups at doctor’s offices and emergency rooms. I would recommend this clinic to all family and friends. If you’re impatient and aggressive - I would suggest going somewhere else. The staff does not deserve ridicule and harassment for issues out of their control.
Long wait but lovely staff at the clinic! They allow you to register and then come back later if there’s a wait, which is super helpful! Doctors and receptionists are friendly!
Very friendly and nice staff ! Since she was very sick and wouldn’t sit still so I called and asked the front desk if they can give me back as soon as possible. N they did exactly as they said. Very thankful of them for understanding my situation. And also dr.Mohan Rajiv is great doctor . Very kid friendly made my crying daughter feel comfortable. Thank you
These guys are here to voilate your's human rights.Specially Dr. Pinto Martin will tell you that he is giving you one vaccine. On the next day, you will get to know that he has injected a mixture of various vaccines in your's body-Without Your Consent.
Stay away.
They don't take online appointment. They use to call patients in person and ask them to wait with patient for 3 hours. Would be simple to take appointments on call and patient can visit before their appointment to see doctor.

I visit with my 6 months infant and it was really bad as she was not well and had fever which made the situation worse while sitting and waiting.
Please don't go to this clinic. I went there for ear infection and he prescribed antibiotics in 10 seconds and he said take your prescription from front desk. I was waiting for and then he clled me again and said no I am not giving you antibiotics and said go to hospital emergency ward. Nothing explained.
I never see this kind of crazy doctor.

I was bit hesitant after reading all these reviews. I had to visit this clinic on urgent basis on sunday. I wanted to give 5 stars but i took one star just because of waiting time. Its too long but our experience with Dr. Sial was very nice. He diagnosed my daughter's symptoms and prescribed correct medicines. Highly recommended service with Dr. Sial.
I’ve been going here for a few years. Always gf a decent experience. During covid they took phone appointments . Before and after in person. It’s always been professional. Today saw Dr Zia Sial. I had a cold. He asked me about my symptoms. Was very thorough and did his due diligence. I appreciate doctors who take the time to ask the right questions. Am very pleased with the health care here. Thank you.
The services here are so bad. There’s no receptionist to talk to. It’s better to go to the Etobicoke branch or another walk in clinic than to wait here for hours
If I could give 0 stars, trust me, I would. I will never be coming back to this clinic. I’ve come here twice and seen different doctors. BOTH times neither of them gave me the time of day to hear me out with what was wrong. They shrugged me off and went to the next patient. I am a real person! Doctors are trained on bedside manner which you all highly lack!!!! You did not make me feel better you made me feel stupid.
Dr. Shittu is a very kind and patient doctor. The nurses and front desk staff are professional as well.

I am very much satisfied from service . They did my root canal , wisdom tooth extraction and all went very well . Dr Randhawa is very friendly and understandable along with front desk girl very soft spoken . No any issues till .

The nursing staff needs better sensitivity training. I don’t know why a nurse thought an appropriate question to ask me was “how do you know you’re having diarrhea ?” When I was in Urgent Care.
I was also told the wrong medical information and dismissed. So thank YOU for that. I have no compassion for health care professionals anymore because they don’t seem to have any compassion for patients.
Speaking specifically to the nurse who gave me the wrong information:
Chronic diarrhea doesn’t mean going to the bathroom 12 times a day. It means having diarrhea for 2 weeks or more, and it’s advised you see a medical professional immediately.
Wait is too long, dr. Is seeing the patients according to his choice. Receptionist told me that they put me according to sequence but dr. Seeing the patient according to himself which was too funny and ridiculous
I called to asked a simple question about if they did TB skin test because of course I need an updated one for being a psw. The receptionist simply asked if I was a patient? Then proceeded to hang up on me. While I was still talking too. Very rude.
Horrible horrible management, I had an appointment for 5:05pm and I got a simple blood test done at 7:30. Walk-in are understandable but APPOINTEMTS ??? !!! I had to leave my work early just to wait here for 2.5 hours ?????. DONOT COME HERE, unless you have an emergency. Last time I had to wait 3 hours in the reception area and one hour in the medical room.
Dr. Poitier is very thorough and knowledgeable, and has an excellent, easy going 'bedside manner.' In short, he's the best family doctor I've ever had.
The staff and doctors are very friendly. They patiently deal with the patients. When I visited this clinic, they explained everything in the easiest way. That was helpful for me.

Dr. Jaipargas is the best doctor at that clinic. I wish he was available more. He is kind, patient, listens to you, checks up on his patients to see how they are doing. They need a few more doctors like him at the clinic.
Dr. Pamela is also a very nice doctor. She is very understanding and caring. I wish the wait time wasn’t that long but it is usually very long to walk in and see her.
I continue to visit this clinic only because of these two doctors but there should be a receptionist at the front desk to answer patients inquiries and assist older patients with the kiosks.
We were at the clinic today for the first time. I called in to book an appointment and I had to wait almost 40 mins after the appointment because they said doctor is running late. Then, I met Dr. Farah Vayani- very arrogant and she has an attitude. She wasn’t listening properly and didn’t treat us well. She is very unkind.

Dr pinto is the best doctor I visited till date. There is a lot of time to wait to see him but it’s worth it. Wish all Ontario doctors are qualified like him as it gives patients confidence on doctors. He treated me when others pushed me to do nothing but go emergencies , emergency doctors asked to work with family physician. Family physician at the time is bookish lacks real experiences. Now I am totally fine due to Dr pinto and his time. His referral is also as good.. Dr pinto is also a great human being as well. The clinic staff are very well trained.. definitely recommend this clinic..
I waited for 2 hours for a call and then received a link for a video call. Logged in and waited for almost 45 + minutes and kept on receiving messages that 2 patients ahead now 1 now 5 min now 2 minutes and then a message appointment cancelled as doctor only sees ROSTERED PATIENTS. why you wasted my 2 hours i could have taken my father who is 70 plus and sick to a walk in this is the second time with them and i am not going back to them but filing a complaint officially

Dr. Faizah Ilyas was rude, condescending, careless and unprofessional. she failed to listen to the my concerns and address symptoms regarding my medical condition and feeling unwell. She refused to review old blood work, order new blood work or other diagnostic testing, send referrals, or address symptoms, and did not explain why. Finally, she stated she could not do anything for the me, and hung up on. Horrible doctor!
All of the doctors are great at the clinic. Dr. Guninder Sandhu was so kind to adjust his own schedule and made accommodations for me and my family to be seen at odd times (late evening hours) and during odd circumstances (post partum and covid positive). I almost gave up breastfeeding my newborn with all these issues I was having, but Dr. Guninder supported us so much, and even booked follow up appointments just to see how everything was going. Thank you 😊

The lady in the front is very rude and unprofessional! She doesn't know how to speak to people with respect. she shouldn't work there if she has a hard time explaining things correctly without having a poor attitude. She's discouraging people from returning to the establishment. People reach out to the clinic to seek help in a time of need and it's not fair to arrive at the clinic and have to put up with someone like that when your already not in the greatest health.
This walk in clinic is so unprofessional.
Firstly it mentions that it opens at 9am on the door and the website….. I reached at 8:50 and a staff walked in at 9:10am and opened the door and locked in from inside .
I called a couple of time no one answered and no voicemail set up……

I waited till 9:15am and still ‘ no open sign was turned on’ and no one opened the door.

Why even have a practice open when ur going to close and not open on time …..
When you’re not well, this is the last thing you want to encounter.

Very very disappointing!

Surprisingly they have a front desk and nobody sits here to help the patients. I waited there for 40 minutes and nobody came at front and the took the ring bell away to remain unordered.
Always able to get appointment fast when i call for one. Dr. Poitier has been my doctor since 2018 and has always been helpful and willing to make referrals to specialists when needed.
I had very pleasant experience with this clinic. Front desk receptionist boy is so helpful and friendly. He always help me to get the appointment on my preferred time. Doctors are also really good. Very short wait time.
Amazing consultation by Dr. Obutunde Shittu and front desk staff Rupinder and Manjeet. Always there to assist in every possible manner with utmost professionalism.
The worst walk in ever the nurse is not sympathetic at all. He was so rude and not even letting me speak and explain my symptoms felt like he was rushing when no other patient was even there. I was asking so many questions about my health and seemed that he was getting very annoyed. I would have loved to tell him this in person but I just didn’t have the energy to say it as I had a very high fever that day. I wouldn’t recommend going here. Made me feel so bad, he was being so aggressive when swapping me for strep throat I told him I needed a second and again he was super annoyed. Not sure why… but if I could give his clinic a 0 rating I would. I’m telling you it’s better to just go somewhere else. I hope someone reads my rating and takes this seriously and maybe train there staff to be a bit more nicer. I understand it’s been hard for the front line workers but still being nice to patients isn’t a hard ask. If you don’t want to be there find another job. If this is the nurse that’s reading this hope you remember what patient you did this to. But I hardly doubt that because you probably did this to everyone. can’t even imagine how you treat the elderly patience.
The male receptionist is a piece of work and unprofessional. I needed a doctor's note a few weeks ago and I owe $20. I ph today asking for help with my requisition to my pharmacy and he cut me off and started asking about $20. Told him I don't have it...he banned me from the clinic. This medicine I need is helping live longer. As far as the dr is concerned👍 but this boy at the front needs to learn about customer service and people skills. I'll be speaking with the doctor personally
I always have a great experience with the staff and Doctor on my visits. They are very pleasant and understanding. Especially the Front desk staffs Rupinder and Manjit, they are always great and makes my experience worth while. Dr. Shittu is the best. Keep up the great work here. I would recommend switching your Doctor to this location or Dr. Shittu. 5 stars for me all the way.

After all these review if I was her I would really change the way I treat people, if you are burnt out and hate your job go seek another!!!! Change the tone of how you ask persons “why do you need to see the doctor” how about, “ what brought you here today” with a more pleasant tone and less attitude????

Phenomenal service. Wonderful doctors and receptionists are very kind. Come in and see for yourself, some reviews will be biased unfortunately. Would certainly recommend this clinic to others!
Doctor Shittu is best doctor I have came across so far in my life. He knows how to treat his patients and is a wholehearted family doctor. There is never a dull moment around him. One reason I recommend him to everyone is because he relates with complete sincerity and commitment towards his patients and he is very knowledgeable and experienced in what he does. Cheers Dr. Shittu.
Arrived at 1145am and requested to see doctor. Was advised doctor only works Mon and Fri. Was offered a teleconference with doctor and was advised I would be called so thin the hour. 4.5 hours later and two follow up calls I was still not contacted. I strongly recommend going to another walk-in or stay home and fight it yourself as the doctor is obviously too busy to have this practice.
I do not have any complaints from the doctor. I am a patient, and my family doctor has been very helpful from day one. My complaint is for the front desk; for some reason, I do not know why, but every time I try to reach them through the phone, it says, "they aren't picking calls at the moment, please try again later." No matter what time of the day it is, it's been months it is like this and I thought they were busy. Coincidentally, today, I tried to call them using the home landline right after I tried calling them from my cellphone number, and the lady picked. It is weird, isn't it??? You can't just block certain numbers, smh...

Dr. Janmeet sandhu is our family doctor. We are calling them for My daughter. She is 22 months. She having some allergy on her neck from last week. Doctors are good but Worse experience with reception desk. Receptionist told us to call tomorrow @9am. We are keep calling them from 2 hrs. But No answer.

Doctors are amazing, especially Nancy. Only reason this place is getting a one star is because of the receptionist. Does not know how to speak to patients, is extremely rude.
I've been a patient for almost 4 years and has been the best doctors I've ever dealt with. Reception is good,like any other place if you walk in and not show a good face you might not get a nice reaction back .I dont have any complaints my husband and I are both Dr Shanouda's patients and she is amazing so is Dr Fahim very cordial and professional. I'm very happy with this Clinic soon I'm having a baby and I know that they'll be perfect with my child's health care .☆☆☆☆☆

Doctors first teach receptionist basic manners. She was too rude. If you wanna ruin your mood go to this clinic and talk to the receptionist.

Always long wait time but Dr Sandhu is amazing. They always explain things

The front receptionist got no manners and super rude . They really got to change the front staff if they want patients to continuing coming.

On top of that they want cash to give sick note or fill medical forms . Hard cash $40-100 and no proof .
