Quaker worship is different, spontaneous, and moving.
We were very fortunate in finding this beautiful venue in DC! There are several different event spaces to choose from, both indoor and outdoor. The place is clean and well maintained.
Brian Lutenegger, the manager is very cooperative, communicative and helpful. We are very happy we celebrated our son’s wedding in this awesome place!
We made couple events in this cosy event place, and all was awsome, extra organized staff, flexible management. They are very helpful. Only thing is parking, but I feel it is an issue for entire DC event places.

Great
I was delivering some party rental items yesterday for an event later that day I had never been there before and was only there to do a quick drop off.
On one of my trips in an employee stopped me and said "I know you're working, but we have a lot of leftover food and you're welcome to have some if you like"
The word needs more people like this person and .ore places like this.
Friends Meeting of Washington is an idyllic venue for a DC wedding. It has indoor and outdoor spaces. It has multiple beautiful gardens. The interior is stunning, the location is unmatched and the price point is incredibly fair. We were able to have the perfect wedding here and could not recommend it more. Our venue coordinator, Brian, was absolutely wonderful to work with. He made our lives so easy and was incredibly responsive to all of our questions and problems. He went above and beyond what we expected.
Wonderful seminary!
We get the privilege to visit this place a few times a year when seeing family in DC. Pastor Dan is such a wonderful, welcoming and caring man. We've always felt welcomed here.

If you live in DC or nearby in MD, and you're looking for community I would highly recommend to check this place out.
I would recommend a seminary school to anyone that is willing to start there own ministry.
I needed a location fir a video shoot so I rented their library room for filming and they’ve been super kind , responsive and helpful. Brian is the mvp. We’ll definitely go back there in the future.
We love this church so much!
This is the coolest place in DC. Very friendly staff who are all smiles and ready give you all the info you need. Their rental space is the most amazing for wedding and any kind of party. Advicing anyone who needs a cool place for a wedding, meeting, party to give them a call.

Nice
Loved it, they are teaching the Word of God.
While I am not a member of any particular religious group, I attended an event here hosted by Healing Communities which I found to be quite informative. The topic of discussion was re-entry as it relates to justice-involved populations. I enjoyed it immensely!

Small church like the atmosphere pastor Dan gives nice explanation about bible
NWCC offers preaching that is practical and kind, solid worship, sincere and friendly members. People welcome you right away and there are plenty of opportunities to plug in and serve. Highly recommend, especially for those looking for a congregation that is diverse in age and race.
The oldest Quaker Meeting house in the nation, built for Herbert Hoover with the same materials the original White House was built with. This Friends Meeting is powerful in their Work and Message. Any visitors are always welcomed with open hearts. A fantastic place for Serenity and Worship of the Light. Thank you, Friends!
when i see this last time i looked at the leaderboard of slope game slopex, the highscore is 200+, but now its 400+
A beautiful school with wonderful staff.
WTS is a great place, inclusive, welcoming, and progressive. They are intent on keeping their curriculum current with the needs of local churches.
I loved being a student there and graduating in 1999 with MDiv.

Very good
When our family moved to DC we were really hoping to find a church with diverse members, and we found it! Northwest Community Church has a really unique character in that there are so many people from different ethnic backgrounds and age groups in a relatively small congregation (~120 on Sunday morning). People welcomed us right away and we love the community here.
I would like to know if General James Cartwright is actually assessing your organization. I would like to appoint an d interview
Formation. Nuff said.

This charity is truly making a difference in Washington DC. They are setting these kids up for success.
When we allowed ourselves to be used by God in this church, everything else became authentic. My family especially enjoys the casual simplicity of the members. Feels like there is no one to impress really, except God.
Love this church - very friendly and diverse. Tried a bunch of churches when I moved to DC two years ago, and found none more welcoming and sincere. In a very politicized and individualistic town, this has been an oasis of friendship that crosses all the usual lines.
