This is my favourite place to get filler. Lots of appointment availabilities, clean, and friendly. I have had appointments with all of the nurses here and can truly say I have had a great experience with every single one. The results are always exactly what I envision. I most recently had an appointment with Reg and he was there to answer every question I had, made me feel extremely comfortable, and was very quick and efficient.

Lovely place. Very bright, clean, and cheerful. All the staff were friendly and attentive. My massage with Selena was the best I have ever had anywhere! She is amazing at what she does. Highly recommend!

Coralee - by far the best in the game. I have a very tricky spot between my eyebrows in addition to my body rejecting the Botox. She found wonderful solutions for me immediately. She doesn’t push for you to do anything you don’t want. She works hard to ensure I get the “natural look” I ask for. I asked about facial products and she was incredibly knowledgeable but again, didn’t push me to spend money and allowed me to make decisions that were best for me. Highly recommend, I’ve seen several other injectors and Cor is AMAZING. See her… you won’t regret it

I booked an appointment with Reg Viray for vein removal. I've had small spider veins on my nose and some throughout my face. I am very happy with the results, Reg Viray was careful and thorough. The laser that they have is able to eliminate (or push back?) the veins right away and after the procedure they were no longer visible. It also was not painful, which I was surprised about. Thank you Reg, and Visage Clinic :)

While the service was decent I felt the reception was preoccupied and didn’t really acknowledge me on my way in or out. The service felt very rushed. Upon arrival the spa was quieter but by the time I left there was a flurry of activity. The chairs were full the benches were full, elbow to elbow with others waiting for my polish to dry going to the washroom was uncomfortable as I have to walk around several people. When I left the girl at the front shouted “yeah I saw you paid” hmmmmm I drove across the city to feel shorted and stressed out ! Not worth the long drive.

Visited the Spa and had a pedicure by Joy that left my feet unrecognizably soft. The spa itself was a peaceful retreat, adding to the overall bliss. Looking forward to my next visit already!

I have been a loyal customer until recent disappointment occurred. I did a lash lift for New Year's, but stated my concern about my lashes getting hurt and asked if lash lift is better option than extensions. I was assured that lift is friendlier and best to do it before extensions. I was very disappointed with the after work. My lashes were lifted horribly, they were lifted too much that they were curled and couldn’t put mascara on. After a few days my lashes started falling and they broke in half. Totally destroyed my lashes. I have been trying everything to regrow my lashes and get my original lashes back, but haven’t been successful yet. Really impacted my decision to return to Total Wrapture Medi Spa.

I recently had an experience that wasn't the best. I had booked an appointment here while travelling from out of town and needed to kill time before my flight. My appointment was scheduled at 3:45 pm, but it was almost 4 pm before I had to go to the front desk to inquire about the delay. I was already pressed for time as I had a flight to catch. Although I understand that appointments can go longer, what was disappointing was that no one came to inform me about the delay. I had to go find out what was happening. Adding to my discomfort was the fact that the place was SUPER loud. There was a pedicure area where the women were talking loudly, and kids were running around making noise. So, if you were looking for a relaxing experience, I can't really recommend this place as it felt chaotic. Massage itself was nice, definitely not a place for any pressure but relaxing yes.

The atmosphere is calm and inviting. Perfect to enjoy a little reset. Olena gave me the best manicure I have ever had in my life. I swear it was like watching an artist.

Megan is fantastic. Professional, knowledgeable and a sweetheart to boot. I was very leery about laser, but she put me at ease and by my 4th session, I had recommended her to my daughter.

Great place for spa treatments. Mostly get my pedicures there. Have also had Meso facials and absolutely love it! Shauna and Anesha are my go to girls for my treatments. But everyone there are very kind and friendly! Convenient location and lots of free parking.

I booked two services on separate days, the first was a regular pedicure & the second was a full set of gel nails. The place was chaos, the total opposite of relaxing.

On my 1st day I had a pedicure at 10:00am and when I entered the facility the nail technician told me the pedicure stations had been “ripped” out of the wall - no places to soak your feet or elsewhere. I received no messages, calls, or emails about the last minute construction. Kate was fantastic though, she handled things well and was able to perform a dry pedicure in the massage room in the back…

2nd appointment: I mentioned to the receptionist and on the phone multiple times that I requested nail art & to add additional time. I received a call prior to my appointment from the nail technician Bailey that she heard about my request and needed to send a photo to her, which I did. I also showed the same photo to the receptionist in my previous appt to confirm she could do them & the receptionist said yes no problem. When I arrived for my appointment the team at visage said their phone system was down and she didn’t receive my photo - but didn’t bother to call back… odd. The nail tech mentioned multiple times during our service that she would be behind on her other client because of my service & gave a slightly unprofessional experience. During my service, one of the other esthetician/employee came up to our station & inquired about how to do a certain facial to another client waiting in the room. The nail tech told the esthetician to look into a binder for instructions on how to do the said facial as they made it seemed like they had no prior training about the service. Anyways, the lady who was getting the facial came out of the room 5 mins later asking the reschedule.

Ultimately, this was definitely not the relaxing day spa I had in mind when booking these two services. Beautiful interior & exterior but lacking in communication and professionalism.

The nails pictured were $100+, the pedicure was $55+ I believe but received a discount due to the construction.

Beautiful interior design. Looks and feels clean. Jamie is lovely to have as your practitioner. She made sure my concerns were addressed. Love that they do a 2 week follow up for new patients. Reception staff are so friendly as well.

I spent the day doing injectables training with Coralee and she was amazing! Her skill level and knowledge base are exceptional. She tailored the day to my needs, and the hands-on education gave me a boost of confidence to really expand into more advanced areas and grow in my own practice. I highly recommend training with her.

I’ve had a lot of sets of gel nails, but these are hands down THE BEST set I’ve ever had. A week and a half in and I have no notches, lifting, or issues whatsoever, which is honestly a miracle given that my nails were so short to start with. I’m so thrilled! Thanks Haylee! You’ve got a new regular for sure.
