I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Taja, a Clinical Tech at Medigy, and I couldn't be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Taja's personable nature put me at ease. She took the time to listen to my concerns and made sure to address each one with patience and understanding. Her friendly demeanor made what could have been a stressful visit into a comfortable and reassuring experience.

I worked with Mark, at Medigy, today, who helped me get set up on my CPAP/APAP machine. Mark took great care of me and did such a great job explaining all the details of how it works, helping me to learn how to use the machine, fitting of the mask, etc., and all the while was very personable, attentive, and knowledgeable, making sure I had all my questions answered and that I felt comfortable taking it home to use for the first time tonight. Mark was very encouraging throughout the process, and I would definitely get back in touch with him directly if I have any further questions about using the machine or any of the related equipment. Had a rough start with the company. By mistake they sent me the wrong machine. It took a month to figure it out. After we got to to the root cause they were great. Swapped out masks until we got the one that best suits me sleep habits and I got used to the system pretty fast after that.

I am a new patient with the C-pap. I was a little nervous about it. Everyone from Medigy have been very nice. Mariela was my technician. She is very efficient and friendly. She explained how to use the machine understandably. I was more at ease when I left.

At the moment I cannot recall the representative's name who gave me a call this morning (just woke up), but she was very helpful. She was helping me with an order I placed and was very informative. She also emailed me right away with some pertinent and important information about equipment. Her help and diligence is greatly appreciated.

Do not use this company!! I used them for 6 months and regret it. The physical location is run down and dirty. The lady that gave me my equipment did not listen and was not helpful. The quote they gave me was wrong and they keep charging my credit card even after I returned my equipment. I have spoken to several customer service people who are not in this country and have no idea what they are doing. I have asked for a manager with a promise I will get a call back and still have not spoken to one. Use APRIA! They are a much better DME company.

Calvin was a saint with the patience of Job. My wife was in pain and medicated so had trouble understanding the instructions. Calvin stayed calm and worked with her until she completely understood. Before he left she let him know that she appreciated his care and understanding.

They are the only pharmacy within 30 min of me to do a compound med for my cat. My only complaint would be is I wish they would keep the meds on going refills. I always have to call it in and I rather then just fill it and let me know it's ready. They are also closed on Sundays. I get it but sometimes Sundays are the easiest to drive out my way. I do appreciate them though.

I have given this location a five star review in the past it used to be wonderful. The owner was a very kind and thoughtful man. The woman I worked with there. Specifically Rosa were absolutely fabulous. You had a very personal experience with them. They knew who you were they took care of you. They made sure you had everything you needed.

Setting up my new account with them was very easy. Everything was handled over the phone. They even set up my auto pay. The delivery person, Joshua, was friendly and smiling. He was a pleasant young man. Explained everything to me and made sure I did not have any questions or concerns before he left.

I support this small business. When you call, a human being answers. When you go there, the actual pharmacist is on hand to answer questions. And even when they experience a drug shortage or other problem (typically, one that is beyond their control), they do their best to provide the needed medication.

This office runs on time! Mel was terrific. Although I've used CPAP equipment for 12 years, she made certain that I was aware of all the 'new bits'. She encouraged me to try a mask that might help a little more than mine. Office staff were also great. Definitely a good place for sleep apnea patients.

I visited the Magnolia location today and cannot compliment the staff enough. The ladies that work there (Ana C., Alexis C., and Graciela A.) are extremely welcoming, soft spoken, and helpful. They assisted me with my son’s prescription infant formula and any additional questions I had. I will be coming back to this location for all my medical supplies and I will be recommending this location in all my online parent groups. Thank you ladies.

These pharmacists and techs are always so friendly and helpful at this place! It’s a pleasant experience every time. They also have some pharmacy basics to buy over the counter in the store. The last day that I was in the hospital a person (I presumed was from the company) came in with a walker, unwrapped it and set it up. I told her that I really did not it and wanted to buy one from Amazon. I said that I did not think it was of good quality or appearance. Her response was that it had been ordered and why would I want to buy one when this one was free."Just need you to sign these papers".
Today I received a bill. When I called, the person who answered talked fast, seemingly to prevent me from having questions or comments. She cut me off in mid-sentence and continued to repeat what seemed to be.a memorized script. She said that I had signed forms that consented to financial responsibility, that my insurance was not in network, thus I was responsible for the entire amount. When I tried again to explain that the only reason I signed anything was that the representative said that it was free, she again cut me off, saying that they had the forms with my signature on them and why would I sign them if I had not understood and accepted responsibility. When I tried to explain, I again was only able to say a few words before she cut me off to repeat, in a very condescending and loud voice, that it was my fault, and if I didn't want the product I could bring it back, and she would be at the front desk, seemingly indicating that she wanted a confrontation and would give me more trouble. Boy do I wish that I had declined this "free" walker and gone on Amazon as I had intended to do.Confrontational argumentative, rude, condescending, are only a few of the words that come to mind to describe this experience.

Very frustrated with the Fort Worth location. I lost my cpap on an international trip. I have been trying to get a replacement since early June or late May. Repeated phone calls with no actions. Claimed Cigna denied the replacement and offered cash price. I called Cigna and was able to confirm they will replace. Had moy Dr send over a order for machine. Cigna called them and explained what needed to be done. Now repeated calls, no return calls and no status provided.

My daughter is on a lot of medications that can be hard to get in stock, Daniel Drug always gets the medication we need and quickly. They also worth through the insurance issued that come up. This is a wonderful pharmacy. The staff is patient, professional, and skilled, all while giving a personal touch that chain pharmacies just can’t offer. They are helpful and kind, and Skip is a particularly warm pharmacist. I have enjoyed getting my prescriptions from Daniel’s for several years, knowing that my insurance listed them as a choice provider. I save money and time and get top-rate treatment. You can’t beat that!

I CAN NOT recommend Tower Medic enough.I showed up at Tower Medic at a true point of frustration. My Mother had just transitioned home from a rehab facility. She needed some equipment to provide stability in the bathroom. The staff at Tower Medic worked with me, extensively. We finally found a solution. I can't say enough about how helpful and patient they were with me. It had been a very challenging day and the staff at Tower went a long way to making the day easier. Thank you so much.

Poor customer service! When I first got my CPAP machine a couple years ago, they called every week to replace my supplies. I finally told them did they realize how often they are to be replaced and to quit calling me. December 2022 tried to get supplies and never could.
My PCP had several complaints on this company as well. So changing to a new medical supply company!!

My experience with Majors was excellent. Please ask for Zander, truly, a self motivated individual that is excellent at his craft. He is professional, efficient, very knowledgeable (surprisingly so because he test the equipment he recommends to help his patients). They answered the phone immediately, no waiting for 30 minutes on hold that’s normal for the Dallas office. Tiffany immediately replaced my order that had not arrived with no questions or concerns. I was off the phone in a minute! The customer service at this location is so good! Thank you!!!

MMS bent over backward to facilitate a new cpap. We had to try two head kits, but all was handled efficiently, changed mask shipped as soon as we figured the first was lacking for my needs, as in too small for my fat head! The replacement is wonderful, the doc, T Grimes, Kat, the gals and dudes in the office, all excellent peeps!

Don’t count on your prescriptions being filled if Kip the pharmacist disagrees with your doctor. He will simply hold your medication hostage and leave you without. And if you don’t mind being judged, interrupted and yelled at, this is the pharmacy for you. I suspect it’s worse for women because I doubt he would talk to a 200lb man in such a manner. Horrible experience so I’ll be moving to Perrone’s for a more courteous & professional experience.

I am VERY DISSATISFIED with Major Medical supplies. I've had this equipment for almost a year and they've NEVER called me to check on anything. The several calls I did get CLAIMING to be major medical said it was from they're colIection dept. And that I wrote them a hot check for supplies. I explained to "Ashley" that I didn't even own a check book and that I never wrote them a hot check bc I had insurance to cover it. I've gotten several calls about this. I called today for service dept and for billing about the hot check situation and all I've gotten is voice mails!! No one has called me back yet and it's been several hours. I hope people that use this company are having better luck with them than I did. Plus I was billed for portable oxygen refills that I didn't receive. It also took 3-4 weeks for me to get my oxygen machine!

Horrible Experience. I went there to pick up my brother's walker after he received a message that it was ready for pick up. The lady at the front desk said she didn't have anything for him the second I said his name. I told her that this is the address they left on the voicemail. She looked it up on her computer and says oh, yeah, we got the work order in January. I said well why were we not called to come get it, she said I have a note here that says patient never came to pick it up. I said well we were not called and told to. She said I called and spoke to someone letting them know. I asked her what number she called and she stated my phone number. I told her no, I never got a call from you, that is my number you just said.
The walker was to small for my brother so she said she would fax over paperwork on Monday and call me 2 days later. I NEVER HEARD BACK. It has been 2 weeks and no phone call. So my conclusion is they do not call their patients to let them know to pick up their equipment. I will call and make a compliant with Medicaid.

Takes forever to get to talk to someone. Their prompts didn’t work on either of my phones. On hold 25 minutes she gets on asks my name and dob then disconnects me. The. When I hit through again I faked to you know then my nebulizer will be shipped. Her reply. NO Very rude That’s nice waiting for something that can help me breathe. No urgency here Hire more people. Still no nebulizer 6 days since ordered. Called 3/23 rep took my info then hung up. Happens regularly. Bloody shameful. And no reply would be much better than a generic reply left on every post. Same response. Terrible company and representatives.UPDATE . said call me back today nothing Called they said my insurance doesn’t cover it. Calked my insurance yes they do. I have been without a nebulizer for 8 days. Chronic asthmatic. They never bothered to call per insurance rep. Absolute disgusting company. 10 days now still get the same response. I went through Apria healthcare for my nebulizer next day. This place should be closed down. Leaving people without medical supplies they ARE covered for that keep me breathing .

Horrible experience. The staff needs education in clinical empathy and also needs to practice empathy as a Home medical equipment company. They do not follow up on any submitted claims neither do they follow up with the patient. A patient waited one year for an electric wheel chair and still did not get it yet. In the end, we knew, it was time to move on to a different medical supply company. I know you guys don't need us but we have decided not to ever use your company ever again.

I knew for certain that my insurance would cover 100% for the c-pap machine, and they insisted that I had to pay $385.00 co-pay for both me and my husband. Then months later when the co-pays were not automatically refunded, we had to call and ask for the refunds. Also, I noted that the machine I got was not the same as what the Dr. said that I was getting and I have to bring a chip in to be read monthly. My husband's machine is the better quality one. Please be careful of what your insurance pays for with this company!

Landmark has to absolutely be the best! I am 66 years old and never had a company in the health care business pay so much attention to my situation and their attention to detail is off the charts. I am set up on a PICC line for about a month and a half and Landmark constantly stays in touch with either myself or my wife regarding supplies, meds, etc. Fantastic!

I spoke with a very nice and professional lady named Mrs.Erikka . She was very helpful and informative on helping get my granddaughter specialty formula. If I could give them 0 stars I would. What they tell you and what billing tells you are 2 completely different things. Just be prepared for inconsistent shipments and be prepared to pay the full price for your equipment because "insurance won't cover it."

From the moment I walked in the door until we loaded the new chair, they were friendly and professional .
Stephen Watson was patient, thorough, and ended up selling us a less expensive wheelchair than WE thought we needed because it fit grandpa's needs better. They not only beat the competition with customer service but price as well. They are worth the drive and I wish we had gone here first.

This is to thank Holly for the tremendous job she has done for me. I have been with AeroCare for 3 years now and Holly has surpassed any and all standards set for customer satisfaction. Her product knowledge is impeccable, she always gets my orders right, and makes sure that I receive them in a timely fashion. She has always taken the time to answer any and all questions correctly and accurately. Any problems I might have experienced she has corrected them expeditiously. I had a pick up and drop off scheduled for last Thursday and they were supposed to call my dad's number to pick up 5 empty canisters and leave 5 full tanks and pick up a wound vac. My daddy said they never came or called so now I'm being charged for a week I never used it. I. So upset

I have struggled a long time with sleep apnea and almost as long finding a solution. I am very grateful that Holly answered my call. Not only was she patient with my comments and questions, she was professional in her attitude and information. I am reading the reviews and can see that the issues with communication at Metrocare have not been resolved. We are currently waiting for the delivery of a wheelchair and walker. The order was placed last week by our care manager at the hospital. My husband has Guillain Barre Syndrome and we can’t leave without the equipment. The care manager says that the equipment is usually dropped off the day before a discharge date. Days ago, my husband and I were called by a representative of Metrocare, Lisandra. I returned the call and left a message but never heard back from her, perhaps because she confirmed the date with my husband. I called Metrocare this morning and customer service forwarded me to the warehouse. The warehouse representative said the delivery was on the way but he couldn’t say if we are the first delivery. He was not helpful and asked if I am “going to continue arguing”. I clarified that a phone call to the care manager would have helped with our expectations for delivery. The customer service person (actually a billing person helping out) said someone had a death in the family which left them understaffed. I acknowledged that this is sad and cannot be predicted but, Again, a phone call to someone would have helped. As we wait, my husband was able to reach Lisandra who is currently transferring us to the route driver but did not take responsibility for her lack of communication with us or the hospital. Very poor customer service.

I have been with Landmark for over 6 years now. Jamie & Pat are absolutely amazing! Pat is now helping me with my next power wheelchair! She guided me through what was best for my disability vs what I thought I wanted. I am so glad for her knowledge of power chairs, because sometimes what we think we want is not the best for what we actually need! Her concern was for my comfort, needs and ability to get around vs making a quick sale! That is huge to me, I will continue with Landmark for the foreseeable future! Pat, thank you for taking the time to care about me as a person and my ultimate comfort! You are amazing! 😊🐕🦺❤

Horrible service dropped off a prescription at 11 was told they were faxing my doctor paperwork to verify prescription caller back at 2:36 to see what the status was and they acted like they sent the fax so I call my doctors office which told me they didn’t receive a fax so I called back and ask what fax number they used bc there wasn’t one on the prescription and why hadn’t they tried to contact the doctor... Her response was she don’t know and she will call me back... smh

Landmark moved up delivery of my alternating pressure mattress by several days to help expedite my treatment. They were very prompt and courteous on the phone and had delivery and set up within an two hours. Can’t say enough about Josh who did the delivery and set up. Did some unscheduled maintenance on my bed which is greatly appreciated. It was really nice to see someone who was so professional and knowledgeable. Did the job with a smile. We will be back as future needs arise.

If we could give zero stars we would! We had our doctor send over a prescription for a walker and a potty chair. THEY never call you and give you any updates and we have had to make every single phone call. We went to pick it up a couple of days later and we realized that we needed a rolling walker instead of a regular walker. We told that we would need another prescription requesting that kind of a walker. No problem, we called the doctor again and got another prescription faxed over requesting the change. However, we never heard from Rhyna or anyone else if they received the prescription and if the order was ready to be picked up or not. So we called again today and they tell us that they need a detailed prescription. Wouldn't you think that they would call the doctor's office or call us and let us know that information! 11 BUSINESS DAYS later and we still do not have the two items that we needed. To say we are frustrated is too put it mildly! If we didn't need it right away we would have never ordered it! We decided we needed to speak with someone in charge, but Laurie the owner or manager was not available. So we spoke with a supervisor named Teresa. Sadly, she could have cared less about our problem with Rhyna and told us so!. So basically, we have called and order these two items again with another company and our items will be ready for pick up in the morning! IN LESS than 24 hours we will have what we need. We feel like MetroCare needs serious training on being professional and knowing how to communicate with the customers. It has been a very bad experience with very bad customer service and we will never recommend them to anyone! I also plan on calling the Social Security office and letting them know how bad the customer service is, since they recommended them off of the list.

Wow. The lady who answers the phone is so rude. I tried to explain my question about getting durable medical equipment and she was belittling and impatient. Not worth the pain of going through her. How unfortunate for the company that they have a woman like her representing them. Go else where.

Sadly I'm not impressed. I submitted a prescription for a wheel chair on a Monday and I never heard from them. I called on Thursday and spoke with Joy only to find out they needed more info from the dr. That would have been great to know on Monday,Tuesday,or Wednesday. It would be great to get updates. Here we are on Tuesday of the following week and my son still doesn't have a wheel chair and cannot go to school. When I expressed my concern with Joys lack of urgency in the matter I was met with an attitude. The customer service is mediocre at best. She lacks empathy and urgency. :-(

I have to say that 7 years ago I was referred to Metrocare. It was a good experience. Although since then it has been no returned calls. My wife portable unit was picked up back in February and still have no word on when we can expect it fixed. My wife calls for information about products order. But gets no answers. This is the worst company to deal with. They don't seem to care about customer satisfaction. Some people are helpful at times but the ones that are responsible for orders and getting equipment repaired can't seem to get the job done. Even the upper management doesn't seem to care about their customers. I have talked to the upper management and they just turn it back over to the ones that are not doing anything to help the people in need. One of them even told us at one time that we may want to find another company to go with. Very very rude people they have working there. We are very dissatisfied with this company. Can't get anything done within a reasonable time. Very fustrated with there sevice. We found them to be over charging us for their services as well. Since the portable unit was picked up my wife and I are limited to what we can do because the oxygen bottles don't last long enough and it takes days to get more in.

A one star rating is giving them to much credit!! My experience with Landmark has been horrible. Customer Service does not return my calls and i often wonder if they even have a Customer Service department. The mask exchange policy, as written on their website, is totally different than what they tell you in person. When I told them of the discrepancy they told me they couldn't help. I have excellent insurance coverage that covers all my supplies. I will no longer using Landmark for my medical supplies.

Great customer service! Landmark Healthcare came to my rescue! My CPAP order was sent to company who avoided my calls and made me feel as if I was not a priority. I requested my order to be transferred to Landmark Healthcare. I was contacted immediately and setup within a day. I was very impressed with staff knowledge and professionalism. I highly recommend Landmark to anyone needing medical equipment.
