Sengkang riverside park was peaceful and spacious. It eludes a very open and endless feel of greens, small water/ponds and serenity in this urban city. There are runners and bike tracks, or walking tracks. There is also a diner's corner in case you go hungry. Toilet is available. Toilet was clean then too. It is a walk away from kupang LRT (take from SengKang MRT) - no far no shelter.
Shady easy walk along the river. Lots of wildlife to see.
Great Park to visit! Takes about 30 mins to walk round the park.
A nice peaceful park, albeit small, for strolls, jogging and cycling for all ages.
Excellent experience for a public place. Clean and safe and wonderful garden 🪴
An okay place to sit and chill, perhaps grab a bite. However, Indian looking men approach you and trying to small talk. I wonder what their deal is.

This is a great place for jogging. The track is rather well maintained with a pleasant scenery which includes the iconic train sand playground. There are toilets nearby and there are many places where people can sit and relax.

Morning jog at Springleaf Nature Park along with cyclists on Sunday morning and embracing the quietness and fresh morning air. The jog along this nature park had definitely elevated my Sunday morning to that of an awe inspiring day. The greenery and the quietness of the nature with occasional sight of dragonflies intermittently resting and taking off from the lotus plant floating along the stretch at the park. Peace & tranquility blanketed the park with some puffy clouds hovering above the sky. My next visit would be cycling along this park & the vicinity park connector!

Clean and cozy place to visit the memorial Park
Good place And not so crowded, also Place for jogging and cycling. Many animals to see if you're lucky.
Just the fact that Singapore has places like these is good enough to go and visit this place. The part where they have made such an astounding park is another thing altogether. Everyone should just go and visit this. It's got trees, lawns, water bodies, water sports, benches, running pathways, cycling pathways, paved routes, and everything you would want in an urban green space. Just lovely.

A small tranquil park with a river centrepiece that has plenty of Water Lilies. The park is easily accessible from Springleaf MRT Station. Food and Toilet are available at the main entrance. There is also a carpark next to the cafeteria for those who drive.

Kind small like most parks are, this is more of a connector park than a proper one like bishan or Yishun park. Saw a monitor lizard (I think?) and a frog that I couldn't see seem to be stalking me from the reservoir (lol)
Visited on 18 Nov 2023 to cycle on the Saturday. Lovely park as its green and serene.. really quiet if not for the traffic nearby

Very beautiful place, you can take more than 100+ photo here, has good spot every corner.

Recommend to purchase ticket online / in advance so no need to wait.

Few restuarants inside, prepare some food like snack box is an option.

A little bit far from train / bus, have to walk about 10-15 min.
Great Place for a morning run or watch the sun rise … leads to the Rail Corridor.
Gardens by the Bay is a true marvel! The lush greenery, stunning architecture, and vibrant flowers create a magical atmosphere. The Supertrees' light show is mesmerizing, and the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest showcase nature's wonders. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A must-visit in Singapore!
Enjoying the nature with all the trees and small animals. Good for family and couple hanging around during weekend. No ticket require…

Serene and peaceful park with lots of beautiful mature trees and plants. Situated next to a canal that is connected to the Lower Seletar Reservoir, there are plenty of wildlife to look out for, including squirrel, monitor lizard, and even an occasional green snake. A good place to immerse in nature for a walk and run.

A must do if you are visiting Singapore, get the tickets online before you go and you will absolutely love it! We saw the most beautiful and exotic flowers, and the most amazing Olive trees which were almost a thousand years old.
Go by 4pm so you get enough time to visit the Flower dome,Cloud Forest and Supertrees. There is a very nice light show which starts at 7.45 pm which is not to be missed! You can take a cab to go there or else can also walk from Marina Bay Sands Mall. Its about a 30 min walk from Gardens by the Bay to the Mall.
Very beautiful and unique! Highly recommended 👌

Just amazing! A must see! An exquisite mixture of architecture and verdant life combined together in one reality! You get to complete different views morning and evenings. I highly recommend the evening light show ! Have fun 😌
As you pass through the enchanting Nassim Gate
of the Botanic Garden, you are greeted by a sight of unparalleled beauty. The entrance serves as a portal to a world where nature unfolds in all its glory. Stepping inside, you'll find yourself immersed in a breathtaking landscape, surrounded by a diverse array of flora and fauna. The highlight of this botanical paradise is undoubtedly the exquisite orchid collection, where a kaleidoscope of colors and shapes awaits to captivate your senses. A visit to this remarkable garden promises a delightful journey through the wonders of nature, with the elegant gate serving as a prelude to the botanical symphony that awaits within.
Beautiful work of Art for sure, you can’t have enough of it, there is so much beauty to experience, I had a brief visit but will definitely come back and if in Singapore it’s a must visit! The flower dome was one of my favorite! I mean, we all love flowers 💐 don’t we?

Its artificial marvel created by Singapore. Must visit place as you will not see place like this anywhere in the world. Very unique and breath taking setup. Cloud forest is just amazingly wow. You’ll reach into completely different world. Also floral fantasy is must visit. Whether you are adult or children you’ll surely love it. Also super-grove tree is just magnificent to watch.

Wow, this is a fantastic place to visit, again you need two days to see everything. The sky observatory tower is a must do! Go up the stone steps for a panoramic view of Singapore
Lovely place to visit ! Have been here multiple times
Very nice place to go to! Love it. So many trees and flowers. Good to bring kids as well.

It was rainy when I went but the trees provided shade so all is good. The place is quite huge so do take your time to explore.

Happy 5th construction anniversary in advance! Been closed since 2019 and it's going to be 2024 in a few months time. We should have a huge celebration to mark the glacial pace of work done over half a decade.. and more! 🥳🥳🥳

Oct 2023 update: still no progress and no workers on site.. the only workers there are migrant workers playing cricket in the field in front of Chinese Garden MRT.. no updates as usual from our dear NParks, maybe everyone is still in WFH mode? 👀👀👀

End Oct 2023 update: the open field in front of Chinese Garden has become a drone flying facility now despite the UAV no-flying zone 5km from an aerodome (Tengah Airbase) rule!

Well at least if the drone hits an RSAF fighter plane we know there won't be any civilian casualties because the pilot has the whole bloody empty Chinese and Japanese Gardens to crash land into 😂😂😂
I cycle there on anywheel every week to unwind while chasing the sunset (can cycle to punggol too super convenient) :) Usually followed by a visit to activesg gym at the cc… It’s really a sweet and comfort spot in sg for me ❤️
For two evenings in a row I ran from Royal Plaza Hotel via Nasseem road to the Botanical Gardens and round the whole gardens a few times.. It was such a nice place to run in central Singapore during my visit there.. beautiful beautiful garden 👍😘

What a fantastic idea and experience. Only down fall is there is only basically one way in and one out. This made it very busy and congested on entrance and exit. The night experience was great, we decided to lie on the ground and take it all in that way. Highly recommended an your visit to Singapore.
It's a great place to hang out and chill on a weekend or on your offday. The scenery brings joy and relaxation 😊

I visited cloud forest and flower dome then watched the night show. I’ve been to both about 10 years ago. I expected they changed a lot but almost the same. You can see many rare plants at flower dome. If you are scared of heights cloud forest is not for you.
There are restaurants in the garden but all crowded so I had to eat a hot dog outside… you better make a reservation or avoid lunch time.
Night show is beautiful and fantastic.
I saw a wild lizard when I was walking around the garden. It was huge! The garden looks artificial but I was happy to see wild animals live there.

Brought my 2 and 7 yr olds here as a family. Loved this spacious place with a attached carpark. There are sand, slides, swings etc. and the children had fun! We will be back 😊
One of the must see when you're visiting Singapore. Scenic paradise for nature lovers. Great place to chill and enjoy the beauty of nature right in the middle of the bay. There are so many things to explore inside. The latest addition to this is the Avatar. Very busy during weekends and holidays. Tickets can be purchased online or at the entrance. Local residents get to pay less than tourists.
Absolutely beautiful. The different areas are all wonderful but the general grounds you walk through to get to each exhibit is also spectacular.

The sky walk is closed when it rains so plan appropriately.

* Ticket prices double for non residents so keep that in mind when you look at the listed price on Google maps or promotional fliers. The price shown is always for locals not tourists.

Tickets are sold individually for Cloud Forest ($53) Flower Dome ($23) and the Super Tree Walkway ($12) so you can pick and choose what you are interested in or buy a bundle option.

* Prices listed above are for non residents as of August 2023.
Visiting this garden in Singapore was amazing , so much variety of orchids and other plants to see. Beautiful!
Lush green with abundance of flora and fauna!! Good place to spend a holiday / day-outing. Popular with expats and locals. We were lucky to witness an ongoing musical event. Had a small cafe-reatraunt inside. Watch out for monitor lizards when taking irregular trails!

This place truly is amazing. The care and attention to detail is another level

I felt like I had been transported to another world as I explored the area. The avatar set up was Nice touch as well

Definitely recommend for anyone interested in fauna or taking some amazing photographs
Sad when I arrived it's temporary closed due to renovation. It's very major renovation. The kids park seems nice though. The park itself is open for anyone. It's free of admission and really calm ambience. You can play football there or picnic. But the main attraction which is the pagoda is closed dont know till when...
Very peaceful while walking. Crowded with morning walkers. Easy route.

Outstanding place to be! Although there may be lots of trees and other shaded area, sunscreen is still a must, or you may also bring your umbrella. Very limited place to buy your snacks or even drinks so bring your own beforehand. Restrooms are also quite hard to find since it's a spacious place. So many other gardens to check besides the domes and super Grove trees!
An unforgettable experience! Gardens by the Bay truly comes alive at night with its mesmerizing light show.

The beautifully illuminated Supertrees and captivating displays transformed the gardens into a magical wonderland.

The evening ambience is perfect for a leisurely stroll, and the sights were simply breathtaking.

It's a must-visit attraction for any traveler coming to Singapore.

I was in awe of the stunning beauty and peaceful atmosphere, making it a highlight of my trip. Highly recommended.
There is a pleasant park featuring bridges that span Sungei Punggol. It's an ideal location for leisurely walks and invigorating runs, suitable for families with children and dogs. You can stroll for approximately 1.5 hours or cycle the entire 3 kilometers to reach Punggol Waterway. If you find yourself hungry, you can enjoy delicious food at TenderBest in Sengkang or the coffeeshop at Punggol Bayview.
Incredibly beautiful garden both in the daytime and night time.

There are light shows every day twice and it is getting crowded closer to the show time so it's better to come early if you want to watch the shows.

The light shows are spectacular with music and light patterns change frequently.

Otherwise, it is also great to just walk around. Lots of greenery.
Have to say I’m very impressed by the view even on middle high floor. Not much such views in Singapore where u stay direct to greens and lake without crossing the roads!
So big park, need to walk very much and time, more appropriate if you stay at Singapore at least 1 week.

Singapore Botanic Gardens is an iconic place to be – for both tourists and locals alike. Its lush greenery in the middle of the city, rich historical background, plant collections and stunning variety of flora makes it a must-visit. From rare orchids, towering trees, tranquil ponds, playgrounds, the national gardens are a hub of nature, art, heritage and a favorite place for walks and jogs.

It's a good place for walk and jog. They have daily light show at super tree area at around 7.45pm-8pm; which it was super amazing show you dojt want to miss. I had a good evening and spent about 3 hours there.

The park is accessible by MRT Gardens By The Bay.

Lovely place for kids but please slab on sunscreen. When the sun is scorching hot, it really will fry your skin 🤣 It has nearly zero or limited shade even nearby. Nearest mall is Tiong Bahru Plaza but it’s about an 8 mins walk.
Living infront of this park, it's a very beautiful park for morning and evening walk. Many joggers, bikers, people bring their pets, children playing in the area.

5 minutes walk from Springleaf MRT station, this connecter is an unspoilt and serene water-side nature trail, which is great for walking, jogging and cycling. Sightings of rare birds. monitor lizards, snakes and otters are common. Connects to Lower Seletar reservoir park, which is another tranquil oasis. Do note Springleaf park connecter is not suitable for young children or picnics, and bring an umbrella as there’s not much shelter.
Not too crowded because I came here during weekdays. Lots of trees and plants so this place is cool and comfortable. The playground for children is very comfortable and relatively safe, but children still have to be accompanied when playing.
Amazing place.
Very cooling and you can hear bird singing.
Smell flower scent and many more…
A very nice garden and park for a stroll or some exercises. Great place to spend time with your family. Lots of spots for picnics and games. Many playgrounds with good facilities. There are also broadwalks that take you right over the water.

Jurong Lake Gardens is a place full of a wide varieties of plants, animals such as birds, squirrel, lizards, etc. It is an ideal place for family outing, couples dating, solo's trekking, cycling. There is also a swimming pool found within, and a gym nearby too.
You will feel like you are very close to nature. Very near to lakeside MTR, 500 meters. If you are able to walk, then very well otherwise rented cycles are also available. Lots of things are there for kids. They will love it.

This is a memorial to the civilian victims of the Japanese occupation between 1942 and 1945.

It's 67 metre tall. Designed by Swan and Maclaren

Four tapering columns symbolise the shared wartime experiences and unity of the 4 main races in Singapore.

This memorial should be easily identifiable, but it's still overshadowed by the Raffles city building which is enormous.
Nice to walk or hike. Better to wear sports shoes.
This is best spot for photography. Wedding, graduation, lover and group friends and alone(like me ). Very good for photos capture here
Good place for recreations..with good natural environments..alot resting areas such as benches and lazy chairs...kids will love it with playgrounds to suits different level of adventures..
Near the Tiong Bahru MRT ..right opp to Blk 48 u will find this sand playground n park for kids main attractions is the tilted train...maze with puzzles . Sad that zipline not working n only one swing...sand was good to play. Very important carry ur food if u r planning to come with kids coz we didn't find anything nearby ...lucky we packed our food n drinks. Place for scooter ride n exercise area. I find tampnies green forest better than this playground. However visit once foe train is worth.

Love this place !

Ideal place for kids to play, spend their energy and sleep fast and well in the evening. After going there once, my daughter wants to go there every Sunday 😀

We didn't do picnic in the park but we would love to for our next time here.

Then a full afternoon of play at the playground: trampoline, slide, monkey net, balancing on a wooden trunk...
There is a place at the entrance of the playground to park your bike or scooter.
There are toilets with drinking machine, a good shelter when it rains also.
The tall grasses, Lone Tree, and bird hides are good for Instagrams. Early sunrise is the best time for interesting shots with good light.
Easy introductory walk/hike for young kids.

The carpark and toilets are located right next to the park entrance. Depending on the loop and direction you choose, the walk can be as short as a 1km loop, or longer if you venture deeper into the Gardens. Flat paved roads or boardwalk throughout, very stroller friendly. At the top of a spiral staircase is a set of bouncy nets for the whole family to jump on (max 12 pax per net) and provides a pleasant break along the walk.

Good for animal spotting - our count was 2 swans, 1 kingfisher, 2 waterhens, 2 clouded monitors, 1 turtle and many dragonflies.
Singapore's Botanic Gardens are a great place to unwind. And there are always new plans. refreshing

War Momorial. Dedicated to people who lost their lives during World War 2. It has a beautiful, shady park where you could spend time with your family. You have accessibility to public transport and MRT. This location is a central location for most of the tourist attractions in Singapore.

A poignantly placed memorial to the vestiges of war from whence we grew our nation. It is great that they placed this in the CBD instead of some fringe area (I'm looking at you kranji war memorial). It's nice to be able to sit at Lady M and stare out pensively at this obelisk and reminisce what it was like during the horrible times in the early 1940s, while enjoying your tea and millefeuille. Great place to enjoy an outdoor walk, jog and cycle activity. Many couples and families strolling, cycling or jogging while enjoying the fresh air and wide spaces surrounded by the lush greenery with the lake in the middle. There are ample car park spaces and it is near MRT. Enjoyed the lantern displays of foreign landmarks as well as the Zodiac signs.
The park looks good from The Green Walkway.

One of the most beautiful parks in Singapore that I have come across. There's a tilting train with numerous slides coming out on both sides of the train cabins. There's also sand in the park and kids love to play in the sand and built sand castles! Surely one of the most fun parks for kids around. There are also two flying foxes set up and my first time seeing this in a playground! There are also other playground set up for toddlers as well as an exercise park for the elderly. Extremely impressed by this park set up. A 'must' visit for kids!!! And it's free too.

Lest we forget 🙏🏻

War memorial park commemorating the sacrifices of soldiers. It is quiet, sombre and real.

We are able to live our lives in peaceful nation because of our forefathers sacrifices..

Lovely morning walk.

To get here, cross the road from city hall mrt.
Beautiful pond and plants. The garden here is well maintain. Kudos to NPark and fellow workers who take good care of the garden here.

It's a large quiet park with the Swissotel and other buildings surrounding it. Looks like it's undergoing some repair work. It's a great place to just sit and read a book. Hear the sounds of water rushing from the fountain. The sheet size of the monument serves as a reminder of the atrocities of war.
Wonderful park with lots of greenery & green spaces. There is this wonderful playground with slides in a huge sand pit. You can also find Fitness corner, Thureupatic garden and small shelter to to take a rest after walking around the garden. Certainly worth a visit. It's 5 minutes walk from Tiong Bahru MRT. Best to visit is either early morning or evening.
Beautiful place to stroll, rest, hangout and get some fresh air. With many play grounds, activity areas and hangout spots. A few areas are quite scenic.

It's a bit big ( but not huge) so you should cycle or scoot about to enjoy it fully.
Wonderful, excellent garden! If you will go to Singapore you must travel in the Singapore Botanic Garden.

The Learning Forest is a new 9.8 hectares extension to the existing Singapore Botanic Gardens.

The land was previously a mature secondary forest (Tyersall forest) in the south, and in the north a small stream flowed through a steep valley surrounded by clumps of large Albizia trees. The site was previously separated from the Botanic Gardens by Tyersall Avenue, which also catered for limited car and coach parking.

The Learning Forest has been designed with new wetlands, visitor facilities, replacement parking, and themed walks encompassing a wide variety of forest, bamboo and wetland plant collections whilst also conserving and improving the existing southern forest.
The character of the Learning Forest is intended to be natural, wild, and adventurous. Elements such as the canopy walkways through the forest, the canopy web, wetland boardwalks, stepping stones, and bridges, enable visitors to experience the forest and the wetland areas in new ways.

The character of the Learning Forest is intended to be natural, wild, and adventurous. Elements such as the canopy walkways through the forest, the canopy web, wetland boardwalks, stepping stones, and bridges, enable visitors to experience the forest and the wetland areas in new ways.

Visitor facilities such as the interpretive shelter, coach/car drop off area, and toilets were restricted to the disturbed northern portion of the site. The old Tyersall Avenue alignment was used for construction access to avoid disturbance to existing vegetation, and along with the old Istana access road (Canarium Drive), will serve as a walkway and maintenance route.
Grass is not well maintained. Needs some large shade trees.
Lalang field. If you have never seen lalang before, do visit here. Please bring enough sunscreen lotion or brolly as it tends to be very hot.

A beautiful and large public park inspired by Chinese heritage. There is a smaller section dedicated for a Japanese garden which is very peaceful.

The park usually has activities and is almost always packed. Great place for a picnic and to relax after a day of work.

Just make sure to check the weather because there is barely anywhere to hide from the rain.
Located at the middle of Jurong Lake Garden is Grassland where you can walk along a field of tall grasses or rest on one of the "artificial" hills there. Originally meant to observe wildlife, I am doubtful if you can observe any wildlife there due to the crowd.

Visited the newly opened Lakeside Gardens with my 2 kids (almost 5yr & 9yr). We went on a public holiday so of course it was super busy. This newly developed area has been done really well. There's a large 'natural' style water play and sand area. Best to bring a change of clothes however it is only 30cm deep. The new playground called the forest ramble is really big and again is a well thought out 'natural' style play area for kids that blends into its surroundings. Good for very young and older kids say around 12yrs. There is a car park available, not listed well on GPS yet but easy to find. You could walk the whole circuit quite easily with young kids. We stayed around 2hrs there but would stay longer if not so busy.
