Nicole and her team are fantastic! We have used Nicole for all of our milestone occasions and its been nothing short of amazing! Guests are still raving about the entertainment at my sons first birthday! The kids were so happy there were games, face painting, making your own stuffed animal, a magician, mickey! It was truly spectacular. We also recently used Nicole again for my sons daycare party and she catered to the age group and was so great with the kiddos! Huge thank you to Nicole for being so wonderful and accommodating to our family!

While cute and homey, the experience was one of the worst I’ve ever had. My husband ordered a latte and cold brew. It took 20 minutes to get just the latte. We watched food orders be picked up by the wrong customer and had to be remade. Even had someone grab my husbands latte. They completely forgot to make the cold brew. Had a four year old and four month old, so had to abandon the forgotten cold brew as it was 35 minutes since we ordered. Maybe there was someone out today, but don’t recommend unless you have at least an hour to spend on ordering, waiting, and hopefully getting what you ordered.

If I can provide a zero star, I would. Upon entering the place, the manager Yelena was so grouchy, looking at everyone with disgust. Considering this is a place for children, there should be someone friendly, welcoming everyone in. We had a terrible experience, the manager, Yelena, and I had an agreement for me to bring my own food since my daughter has an egg allergy, we also agreed that I would bring my own decoration. And this I was bringing my materials, that got her so mad, she was shadowing everyone throughout the party. She was pissed, that she wouldn't let Kaitlyn, the decorator to help me set up. She didn't disclose that there would be a party until Thursday within 45 minutes of my daughters party, which meant I couldn't set up while the kiddos are playing and my daughter's birthday was on Saturday. At that point, she knew I had no choice to cancel with them. When I called to check the balance on Monday, she said she would get back and never called about it. She wanted everything her way and rushed, my guests were disappointed and felt disrespected. As I'm trying to get my stuff situated, she came to me and said that I was "trouble". She is beyond unprofessional and I don't believe she's should run business. And I know for a fact that this is not the ONLY time she done this. Upon paying she discloses that adults are 3.50 each and there is 15% service fee. This place is a rip off. You barely get to enjoy a party and she is ready to kick you out. Do yourself a favor and pass on the aggravation that it will cause you.

I've been to several birthday parties at this place. The woman who runs it is somewhat abrupt and unpleasant. There really isn't much to do for anyone older than six years old. They have a climbing maze and an air hockey which always seems to be not functioning. The young girls who work there are pleasant,

Just had my daughters birthday party here and I have to say, I couldn’t have pictured a better experience! The staff was so nice and amazing, the owner was amazing, the place was gorgeous and they went above and beyond to make my daughter feel like a princess. She got the royal treatment and there was something for everyone to do, I would give 10 stars if I could, I’ll be recommending to everyone, completely worth the money!!!

This place is absolutely perfect in every way. Our group of girls were ages 11-13 and Kidz Lounge catered to them from the beginning to the end. Not only did our daughter get the celebrity treatment, but her friends did, too. Ron organized a beautiful atmosphere and a very memorable event. The staff were attentive, friendly, and experienced. Overall, I highly recommend Kidz Lounge for parties and will be sharing our experience with others.

I will advise you NOT to bring your child there AT ALL!!!!! I just took my twins out of that horrible place. There are way too many excuses for everything they do and can’t do. They need to be shut down for good!!

Today we had a birthday party for one of my son’s classmates, since we took our first step inside the place we could notice all the good work that Nicole, (the owner) and her staff do at FUN ON US, everything was fantastic and organized, the space is huge compared to other places, Nicole has a heart of gold with the children, helping all the guests, playing with the kids . You can notice the difference when the owner of the business puts his hands within all the details. GOOD JOB NICOLE!!!

Attended a birthday party, beautiful place, had lots of fun. Nicole does an outstanding job.

Great coffee and toasts / açai bowls. Good value. Nice and clean/ cosy. You’ll wait a little while for food. 30 mins for avo toast and an açai bowl when we were the only customers in on a rainy sat morning. But we didn’t mind as we enjoyed our coffee and relaxed. Service was good. Two young adults serving who were really nice and helpful

If you're looking for a fun and safe place to take your kids, BoomKidz is the place to go in Staten Island! This place has everything your little ones could possibly want in a play area, from colorful and interactive play structures to a variety of exciting activities.

We had a class Easter party there this past year and it was NOTHING short of AMAZING!!! We have had so many class parties and this one was by far the best!!! Nicole and her staff were so amazing at entertaining the kids and keeping them engaged the whole time…. Being that they are 8 and 9 now that’s no East task! Can’t wait to go back ❤️

Just had my daughters 7th birthday here. Everything was amazing, from the clean play area, the food, decorations and entertainment. The staff and owner are all super kind and wonderful. We ran into a issue with the number of kids that were invited vs who actually showed up to the party, and the owner was very understanding. My daughter was very happy and is asking when we can go back.

I don't ever write a review but honestly was so disappointed that this could happen to anyone and for that reason I felt I had to post a review.
I took my daughter here with 6 of her friends all ages 5. What this place advertises is completely false. First they called this a makeover with sassy flip flops, pink lemonade, pretzels, pedicure and manicure.
We arrived and were not even greeted. About 10 minutes later 2 young girls that were not older than 18 years old. They gave us a box for the girls to choose flip flops from. Number one these flips flops were dirty, and the sizes were for adult women not children. They did not speak to any of us or address the fact that the flip flops did not fit any of our kids. They went on to call the girls for a manicure which consisted of just plain old polish on their nails (horrible paint job). Same with the pedicure they were just called over to have them painted in no order right by the floor. They were not sitting in any fancy chairs to have their feet done and there was no water which that is not a pedicure!! They need to call it for what it is which is polish on nails and feet! The pink lemonade tasted like pink water and they seriously were given a bowl of a bag of pretzels you buy at the store nothing fancy about these pretzels. To top this all off.....they were setting up for a birthday party in the back as we were there paying $45 per child and not attending us as should be. They took our reservation and then ask us in 20 minutes if we can please leave because the party was arriving. The other party had already begun to arrive so they asked us to please leave again as we were gathering our things then they asked to please Venmo the payment!!! Again we were there for 20 minutes polished the girls nails and feet....they sat them down with a q-tip to apply horrible eye shadow on their eyes and off we went.
This is the worst experience I have ever had!!! I am in disbelief that someone is running an establishment as such and treat people the way we were treated and provided that kind of service. Again this was not what is advertised! There was nothing Classy about this 20 minute reservation for $45!!! Please save your money and take your girls to other places that do a great job...and its not runned by a bunch of teenage girls. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I don't ever write reviews like I said before but this had to be said!

We just had our son’s 5th birthday party here. Yelena and her team went above and beyond for our party. They told us they’ll take care of everything and they definitely did! My son and his friends had a blast. Definitely recommend booking your next party here!

My sons Lion King birthday party was amazing. Nicole and the girls were very welcoming and attentive! Once we got there did not have to worry about anything! We had so much fun. Children and adults will all enjoy! Definitely recommend.

We had our daughter's 4th birthday party there. Ron was amazing and always answered any questions I had right away. The staff did a phenomenal job with the decorations. I was blown away especially since my daughter's favorite princess-Sleeping Beauty is so hard to find. They were so organized and kept the kids entertained every minute from the mani pedis to freeze dance and so many games downstairs. All the kids had a blast and parents were so impressed. Would definitely recommend! Thank you for making my daughter's birthday an unforgettable one!

In a time when customer service and value for your money is all but dead, Boom Kidz and its staff are an anomaly. We just had my daughters 4th birthday party there and from beginning to end, everyone at Boom Kidz was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The girls on staff were attentive the whole time to the group of children (approx. 15) and even participated, not sitting on their phones the whole time. The owner is always on scene to supervise and ensure everything goes smooth, and even the place they cater from is fantastic (Towne Deli). Everyone works hard for their money and if you want value and competence for it, I highly recommend Boom kidz.

This is a cute little mom and pop cafe nestled in a small house along Main Street in Staten Island's Tottenville community. It has a homey feeling inside with various nostagiac decor to suggest you're in some small Midwestern town. The food menu features over a dozen types of savory toasts. My son and I ordered the Mediterranean toast consisting of whole wheat bread, hummus, cucumber, Kalakaua olives, feta, and olive oil. What made this toast stand out was that the bread was baked on the premises in an upstairs bakery. I ordered a hot drip coffee that tasted like a high-quality bold roast. The oatmeal raisin cookie I ate tasted homemade and was very chunky. The place has wifi and indoor seating for about a dozen people. There is also outdoor seating in the back. I like the 60s music that gave the place a hippie vibe. The facade had large Bay windows which let in a lot of sun and natural light. The wooden tables and chairs contributed to the overall rustic feeling to this cafe.

I been here twice, my first was my son was invited to his classmates birthday party and they were amazing! and I always believe the saying goes... "First Impressions Last". Then I came back for a photo event that my client hired me, it was her daughter's birthday party and again Ms. Nicole and her staffs had proven me how amazing they are and stellar customer service, Ms. Nicole and Her Staff never Skips a Beat and so very easy to work with. I look forward to come back again here, maybe this time for my own children's birthday party. I highly recommend this place for Kids event or any Event you have in mind, Great space with two bathrooms, one of each room and they have custom Characters and Magicians. Her and Team, manages everything and all you have to do is Show up! Hands Up to this event space.

Yelena was extermly helpful with the planning process. All of her workers helped set up the party beautifully, I really can’t Belive how nice this whole party came out. The disco party was totally worth it. All the children and even the adults had an amazing time! I definitely highly recommend

What a great little coffee shop on Staten Island, doing big things. I’m moving to Tottenville and love small businesses being one myself i try to support every chance i get. For this place to be open early morning and having a good attitude can’t be beat. I mean look at that cookie. The coffee was great so many flavors and options. I will definitely be back.

Super happy with everything the staff did to make the party go smoothly… kids had so much fun; with ages ranging from few months old to 14… impressed with the variety for all ages! Love the separation between playtime & cake/food… the candy table was beyond amazing… definitely worth every penny!

We had the party on the go package for my husbands birthday which we did at a restaurant. Funonus really brought the party! The staff was so nice and sweet. Even agreed to add on some time and activities last minute to keep the kids entertained while the adults got a chance to relax and party themselves. The activities were so fun and so well organised. We did the build a bear package and the kids loved it!!!!!!! They got a little toy at the end to take home and are still obsessed with it. They played so many games with them and kept them entertained! Even the adults eventually took part of the fun. The staff were so nice to work with. They were easy to contact. Got back to me with any questions immediately. They were so kind and willing to make us all happy. And were so interested in making our event perfect and fun for the kids. I cannot wait to work with them again and would highly recommend everyone to use them! I can’t wait to have a party at their actual location too!

Nicole and her team created a beautiful and magical birthday for my daughter in our backyard! We did the bubble show, build-a-friend and a visit from Elsa. Thank you so much for keeping the kids entertained and making our party the talk of the town! I highly recommend this company to everyone. I’m already thinking of ideas for next year and talking to Fun on Us to see how they can make it even better :)

Kids had a good time. The service was great. The gentlemen who assisted with booking was always friendly and courteous never pushy. The staff did a good job of keeping things moving along and served the pizza and cake. Really takes all the stress and work off the parents. The girls really enjoyed the mini makeover and pink lemonade. The upstairs really looks as depicted on the website very cute! The boys really enjoyed gaming downstairs. All the kids had a blast on the dance floor.

What a party!!! I threw my daughters 5th birthday party at Kidz Lounge on Maplewood and Hylan and let me tell you, what a great time. We did the spa party package and the girls were groomed and had a great time. They are still talking about it. It’s fun for the whole family. Even the adults had a blast dancing the night away downstairs. The girls were great and kept the kids entertained . Ron was amazing to work with. All my questions and concerns were answered right away!!! Thank you for making my daughters birthday sooo special.

It's so nice to have a coffee shop like this on Staten Island rather than all the chain markets. You can definitely taste the difference. The food is not to shabby. It's all things that can be made at home but it's nice to have the option to grab something to eat and relax for a bit.
I will be going back again once the Richmond Rd location opens sometime this summer.

We really enjoyed! We were for the first time and now we will constantly come. Enough space for everyone !!! I recommend 👍🏼

What a great place to go to have a really great cup of real coffee. My 3rd time here and the food is always fresh and great tasting. Not to mention the desserts. Great atmosphere and feels so cozy. the staff is absolutely so friendly and we always get treated like family. Please come down here and try their coffee you won't be disappointed. Thank you for always having us we now call this our second home.

kidz rock has amazing parties! I had a party there a few years back and people still talk about it!! the owner is very nice and works with you! I have also attended a few parties here and each one is superb!! my girls all love here and my oldest is now 11. great kids party place!

Parking is so bad , but other than that they offer excellent service. Its a great experience for kids. I came a few weeks ago with my kids classmates and they all had fun. I was watching them play and other parents and we all agreed the services was on point.

Had my son's 5th birthday party at Kidz Rock several weeks ago. With my busy schedule, I wanted a place that was going to take care of all of the party details so I could relax and enjoy being a host on the day of. Courtney and her team went over and beyond what I had expected. I was very pleased with the organization, entertainment, the food and the cleanliness of the facility. I had children aged 3 yrs-11 yrs attend and they all enjoyed themselves. Definitely consider Kidz Rock for your upcoming event.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Staten Island has a lot to do if there is nice weather, when cold... not so much. So needless to say, i was ecstatic when i found this place and it even says "free play everyday". So i loaded up my 4 and 2 year olds and drove over there only to be greeted at the door and told "we're closed for a private party." I then said' "but the website says free play everyday" and the employee responded with "well you should call first".

Nowhere on the website does it say to call prior to coming over. My girls were so disappointed and I was extremely dissatisfied with the service. I wont ever spend my money there and I encourage you do follow suit.

Great place my grandson loved it we had to bring in our own food but we thought it was great for the money you get five girls to help you out to play games draw pictures do the limbo and they have all video games separate bathrooms men's ladies kids separate dining area just a great time and a climbing type gym trampoline tube slide

Good for parties. Although I wished they had more flexibility with having open play times available for people, instead of just mainly for parties. If you can't make plenty of available dates for open play then just stick to it being a party center only. That is frustrating!

What an amazing place for kids. Both boys when girls will enjoy the atmosphere here! My daughter had a blast. They provide bathrobes, manicures and pedicures but all parties are customizable. Can be pricey but The children have an amazing time. Decorations are not included (they do provide basic tablecloths and dishware) so if you have a theme in mind be advised that you must being those items.
