If I can provide a zero star, I would. Upon entering the place, the manager Yelena was so grouchy, looking at everyone with disgust. Considering this is a place for children, there should be someone friendly, welcoming everyone in. We had a terrible experience, the manager, Yelena, and I had an agreement for me to bring my own food since my daughter has an egg allergy, we also agreed that I would bring my own decoration. And this I was bringing my materials, that got her so mad, she was shadowing everyone throughout the party. She was pissed, that she wouldn't let Kaitlyn, the decorator to help me set up. She didn't disclose that there would be a party until Thursday within 45 minutes of my daughters party, which meant I couldn't set up while the kiddos are playing and my daughter's birthday was on Saturday. At that point, she knew I had no choice to cancel with them. When I called to check the balance on Monday, she said she would get back and never called about it. She wanted everything her way and rushed, my guests were disappointed and felt disrespected. As I'm trying to get my stuff situated, she came to me and said that I was "trouble". She is beyond unprofessional and I don't believe she's should run business. And I know for a fact that this is not the ONLY time she done this. Upon paying she discloses that adults are 3.50 each and there is 15% service fee. This place is a rip off. You barely get to enjoy a party and she is ready to kick you out. Do yourself a favor and pass on the aggravation that it will cause you.

I've been to several birthday parties at this place. The woman who runs it is somewhat abrupt and unpleasant. There really isn't much to do for anyone older than six years old. They have a climbing maze and an air hockey which always seems to be not functioning. The young girls who work there are pleasant,

Just had my daughters 7th birthday here. Everything was amazing, from the clean play area, the food, decorations and entertainment. The staff and owner are all super kind and wonderful. We ran into a issue with the number of kids that were invited vs who actually showed up to the party, and the owner was very understanding. My daughter was very happy and is asking when we can go back.

We just had our son’s 5th birthday party here. Yelena and her team went above and beyond for our party. They told us they’ll take care of everything and they definitely did! My son and his friends had a blast. Definitely recommend booking your next party here!

In a time when customer service and value for your money is all but dead, Boom Kidz and its staff are an anomaly. We just had my daughters 4th birthday party there and from beginning to end, everyone at Boom Kidz was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The girls on staff were attentive the whole time to the group of children (approx. 15) and even participated, not sitting on their phones the whole time. The owner is always on scene to supervise and ensure everything goes smooth, and even the place they cater from is fantastic (Towne Deli). Everyone works hard for their money and if you want value and competence for it, I highly recommend Boom kidz.

Yelena was extermly helpful with the planning process. All of her workers helped set up the party beautifully, I really can’t Belive how nice this whole party came out. The disco party was totally worth it. All the children and even the adults had an amazing time! I definitely highly recommend
