Today we visited this fantastic place for the first time and we were delighted with the service. I recommend looking for tickets in advance, the place is great for celebrating children's birthdays. Adults can enjoy a delicious coffee.
The prices are very good. 😃

Second time I've been here, and we love coming to this soft play. The soft play is big but I love the layout, where you can see the kids and grab a coffee and relax at the same time.
The toilets are clean and the staff are always friendly. Will be back again next week!

I came here 31/07/24.

It was brilliant. There was no one except another family so basically just the whole place to my family. I like the slide, and the indoor football pitch
Is a very nice , clean place for children to play. The staff is very friendly. Children had a very fun day. Highly recommended.

Booked for my Sons birthday party. Opted in for the full package 1hr of play 45mins cake food and games which was all included I the package.
The soft play area is still open to the public and is fairly big with activities for all ages.
They have two packages at a fairly decent price.
Situated inside Surrey Quays Shopping Centre next to the food court.
Great place to book for kids' parties and to book just for a session of soft play. Prices vary depending on day and time.

I initially bought a monthly membership for my daughter to see if we would use it. It was useful for when I had work and my parents were looking after her, as I knew she would be in a safe place and having fun. She loves the slides and her confidence has grown over time and now she can go on the biggest slides as well.

I now have a annual membership.

There is adequate seating for adults whenever I go and the staff are very helpful.

I usually book online in advance, so I know when the session starts and I've never had to wait to get entry.
I had my son's party there and everything was great!!! The service was very good and the girls were very kind!!! We will definitely be back for another party because we had a fantastic time!!!

We had a very pleasant experience with my child's 7thvburtday, we booked the golden ticket and every thing was amazing, the cake was heavenly delicious, the overall organization, acrivities and the food were very good.
A big shout out to Rehma, Mathew, Eru and Tamara for their warm welcoming and nice support. You are very professional.
All the guests were so impressed. Thank you 😊
Good for toddlers though surprising my 7year still likes to go there. It does not have much for children beyond 5 . Parties good for the kids though basic. Kids are not just given food but well entertained! Run down a little now

They didn't inform us that they are closing in an hour. Also no information about closing time and the prices at the entrance. They charged us for full day for an hour only. I paid around £60 for 3 kids. After an hour they announced that they are closing. It was weekend and overcrowded. We had no any other chance as the kids were very excited. Also there was no available seats for parents. I have to stand up while kids playing. And play ground and the toys are very dirty. It was difficult to take them out as they wanted to play more.

Good soft play, has everything you expect. Food was prompt. The soft play is a bit tatty especially in high use areas.

Free parking in multi story nearby.

Discovery organised a lovely 5th birthday for us. Everything went smoothly, the cake was pretty and the kids loved it. Thank you
Before the Pandemic left 1 star review
So given them another chance and visited again

**Awful awful extremely awful place**
(Still same after 4 years )

Parents are sitting in the soft play area that is supposed to accommodate only babies and very young children's , 5-6-7 of them so if you have a baby there is no away you can find a space for your little one ,

If you have childrens age of 4-5-6 they are not permitted to enter the babies and toddlers area but the babies and Toddlers are allowed to enter older children's area. Despite I made a complaint about it to those young girl's who were standing behind the cash register area they did not take any action they did not bother to go and speak to the parents who were in the older children's section area was told that
"ITS A COMMON SENSE INIT?
THEY SHOULDN'T BE THERE AT FIRST PLACE!
Well instead of standing there just walk and have a word with them!
NO they didn't so we left instead.

Extremely compact and depressing with dark atmosphere,

Carpets tiles are out dated ,

Some parents are obviously knows the rules so they bring their foods into the premises and hide them from the staff.

For the management clients numbers are not restricted so can be difficult for little ones to run and enjoy in the very extremely limited area.

Obviously the management only likes to criticise the clients who left lower star reviews instead of improve the quality of the staff and environment.

Weekends only for private functions:)

Good luck if you are going!

Had a 2nd birthday party here in January and it was amazing. It ran very smoothly and was all planned out for me. The place is very big and the kids all loved it. I enjoyed that there was even quite a big area for toddlers as well.

The staff where good at communicating and even let me go in a bit early as I arrived before my time. So although we did have to wait for cleaning and everything, we were allowed in within a good time. Overall it was such a lovely place. Would deffo go again.

The best and the most organised place for a party. My youngest daughter had her third birthday party here last weekend and it is the lowest stress party I have every had. You literally show up with a cake and your children have a brilliant time with great soft play, lollies and nice food for adults and children. Thank you SO MUCH.
Hmmm... Let me put it this way... A 3-year-old child was happy because he was with his older friends who took care of him and helped him with his clothespins to the higher floors. Like a child... the playground, lots of climbing, amazing. But children do not pay attention to other matters. As a mother who visited this place for the first time, I can say that the opinions I have heard and read from other mothers are unfortunately confirmed. Very unpleasant smell, dirty, children's bathrooms also in a very bad condition, food of very poor quality and not suitable for children (opinions of mothers sitting at neighboring tables), coffee - very poor quality. As for the girls working at the reception and restaurant, they are nice and smiling! A big plus. Overall this place needs to be renovated and cleaned well. I personally don't recommend it, which is a pity because the place could be one of the better ones in the area. They have potential that is not fully exploited.

Had an incredible time at Topsy Turvy World! Marcela, the manager, is delightful, and the duty managers and staff are incredibly friendly and fantastic. The play frame and seating cafe area are impeccably clean. Explored the party packages, and the Teddy Bears are simply amazing; the idea of kids going home with one of Topsy Turvy teddies is brilliant. I'll definitely return!

Had a 4th birthday party here and our son and his friends loved it. Very well organised and friendly staff, a great soft play area, and good fun for kids and parents.
I take my daughter there since she was over 1 year old.

And still coming back :)

My daughter loves to go back there
Always bring her friend's with her or meet new at this place.
We celebrate her birthday 2 times in a row at this place .

Affordable prices.

Access to the toilets.

Recommend cappuccino and tuna sandwich.

For kids fishfingers and 🍟 chips should be a good solution.

Huge play space.

Saparate room for kids under 4 with ball pit and soft toys.

Machine with small toys inside to buy for small amount from £1, so make sure you keep some change when you going to go there.

I am a guest 4-5 times a year with my daughter for birthday party...

Is Really popular...

The only thing bothering me is a bit loud music.

But apart of it is really good place to celebrate the Birthday for your kids even until the age of 12.

I would recommend a hire the whole venue for guests up to 30 instead sharing it at the same time with 2 other parties, it might be a bit stressful or disturbing....

I've been to many soft plays but this is bu far my favourite. Staff, cleanliness, the soft play area itself, food and drinks everything very good. Looking forward to come and play outside as well.

It’s fun for kids but their cafe space is weird. I requested to warm up my baby food. She is only 13 months and they said babies can only eat from their cafe menu. My child only eats home made food.

Change your policy. Stop forcing people to buy your food for babies. You should leave a microwave for baby food separately. Very forceful language using cafe staff. Unhappy.

Really wonderful soft play. Never seems to be super busy and also great for babies and toddlers (with their own section). The kids I took today were impressed with the amount of tunnels and slides ! ( 5 year old twins )

Super clean, great friendly staff. Lovely atmosphere. They also have a dressing up area and role play area with kitchen etc. Just a great afternoon for the kids !

Great place for toddlers! They have outdoor space with jumping castle in the summer and a big softplay indoors all year. Adults go free and they have decent coffee and nice cakes

We had a joint 4th birthday party for 2 little ones here, and I cannot praise the staff enough for their efforts. Very welcoming, incredibly obliging and helpful. They worked hard, with a friendly and lovely approach to ensure everyone had a great time. Very, very happy.
Thank you!

Very clean soft play area . Very large and enough space for children and parents. My 5 years old daughter loved this play area so much. Just thing the café prices a little bit expensive and they do not allow any food from outside.

Came to discovery planet today 15/07/2023. Was told by staff that my child who just turn 2 2 year old, can supervise herself inside a play with 100 children who doesn’t speak and know her left and right. She had an older child to look out and screamed at telling her she can’t join, so she was frightened staff here is super rude and not supervising kids well very bad place never coming again also warning all other parents. Is horrible children here getting PTSD

The location is perfect but the hygiene level is zero. Everybody "the parents and the staff"are wearing their shoes inside the playground where the kids and the babies are playing. They are even stepping on the balls with their shoes. There should be a sign of "Please remove your shoes" like the other places. Overall staff needs more training.
It’s small and parents/ adults can only sit on the side talking in small groups or looking at their phones while the kids run around in the soft play area which adults cannot access at all (kids climb and enter the tunnels so difficult to see them a lot of the time from the side).
If you are looking for a place to spend time playing with your child this is definitely not a good place. But if you are looking to get a break and your kids are adventurous and like climbing/ running around independently (or if you are with friends and kids have company) then it’s probably a good way to spend an hour in peace.
Was given a food voucher over the Christmas holidays and went to go shopping with it and voucher didnt work and had no money on it! Emailed and phoned a number of times and got NO reply!! Very disappointing!!! They are there to help the Community but choose who they want to help.
Kayaking, canoeing and Stand up Paddleboarding (SUP) for the community. What’s not to like!!!

It's a big place with a lot to play with but they let in too many children. It got so crowded that I had to take my 4+ and 2+ out. I saw children falling on other children. Saw a little girl trying to shield her brother from other kids falling and pulling and shouting. At one point, I heard a child crying, all parents wore a worrying face.
Maybe it's the fault of the kids, I don't know.
It should be pre booked for safety concerns.
Utter craziness but my kid loved it 😅

Good place to take the kids for a family day/birthday party.

Cheap day out as it cost less than £10 for the 4 of us, food/drink prices were also ridiculously cheap; however when going to order my toddler some food the lady behind the counter quite rudely said "no it's busy come back later" then walked away.

Other than that it's quite a large place with loads of activites for kids & 2 private party booths for birthdays (which had their own little tables and seating).

Would recommend for kids & would've got a better review rating had the lady not been rude 👍🏼
My young adult, has hidden diabilitys, doesn't do people or the outside world, it's all too scary, but not when it comes to attending the playground. It's a totally different story after 10 years she's just excited as she was on the very first day attending. They have amazing playworkers and managers, that totally understand the young people they are supporting.
,
I'm sure this a nice playground, it looks fun enough from outside the fence. However I am only awarding it one star since when I got there with my kids we were not able to get in. This playground is not open to the public. It is for children with special needs.
I’ve now been here twice with my two year old twin boys. It is a good soft play area and they have a toddler zone as well as a massive area for older kids. It is reasonably priced and there are few spaces for parking. It is also right behind Wood Green Shopping Mall near the market area.
Fun spot for the kids. Nice staff and loads of activities.
Really nice bohemian style playground made of woods mostly, kids can do many fun activities here. This playground is initially designed for disabled children however all children are welcome.
Please do not get confused that place is for disabled children so we couldn't get inside.
Outstanding resource for disabled children in Hackney.
