Before the Pandemic left 1 star review
So given them another chance and visited again

**Awful awful extremely awful place**
(Still same after 4 years )

Parents are sitting in the soft play area that is supposed to accommodate only babies and very young children's , 5-6-7 of them so if you have a baby there is no away you can find a space for your little one ,

If you have childrens age of 4-5-6 they are not permitted to enter the babies and toddlers area but the babies and Toddlers are allowed to enter older children's area. Despite I made a complaint about it to those young girl's who were standing behind the cash register area they did not take any action they did not bother to go and speak to the parents who were in the older children's section area was told that
"ITS A COMMON SENSE INIT?
THEY SHOULDN'T BE THERE AT FIRST PLACE!
Well instead of standing there just walk and have a word with them!
NO they didn't so we left instead.

Extremely compact and depressing with dark atmosphere,

Carpets tiles are out dated ,

Some parents are obviously knows the rules so they bring their foods into the premises and hide them from the staff.

For the management clients numbers are not restricted so can be difficult for little ones to run and enjoy in the very extremely limited area.

Obviously the management only likes to criticise the clients who left lower star reviews instead of improve the quality of the staff and environment.

Weekends only for private functions:)

Good luck if you are going!

The best and the most organised place for a party. My youngest daughter had her third birthday party here last weekend and it is the lowest stress party I have every had. You literally show up with a cake and your children have a brilliant time with great soft play, lollies and nice food for adults and children. Thank you SO MUCH.

Had a 4th birthday party here and our son and his friends loved it. Very well organised and friendly staff, a great soft play area, and good fun for kids and parents.

I've been to many soft plays but this is bu far my favourite. Staff, cleanliness, the soft play area itself, food and drinks everything very good. Looking forward to come and play outside as well.

It’s fun for kids but their cafe space is weird. I requested to warm up my baby food. She is only 13 months and they said babies can only eat from their cafe menu. My child only eats home made food.

Change your policy. Stop forcing people to buy your food for babies. You should leave a microwave for baby food separately. Very forceful language using cafe staff. Unhappy.

Great place for toddlers! They have outdoor space with jumping castle in the summer and a big softplay indoors all year. Adults go free and they have decent coffee and nice cakes

We had a joint 4th birthday party for 2 little ones here, and I cannot praise the staff enough for their efforts. Very welcoming, incredibly obliging and helpful. They worked hard, with a friendly and lovely approach to ensure everyone had a great time. Very, very happy.
Thank you!
