Very nice staff, they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. They had me in and out for a state inspection in under 15 min. I’m not sure of their names but I visited on 7/18/24 around 8am.

DONT GET YOUR TIRES ROTATED HERE. They over-tightened during a rotation, breaking a lug nut on one side and cracking one on the other....THEN made it seem like it wasn't a big deal... The repairs are costing me $1400. Worse still they're pretending that I came in with the damage instead of fielding a complaint and providing decent customer service. Please do not support this business.

I would go literally anywhere else for an oil change if possible. After an oil change here, while driving down the highway, my metal skid plate fell off because they did not properly put it back on. This caused damage to my vehicle which cost several hundreds to fix. Originally they ordered a new skid plate and then thought it would be appropriate and that I wouldn’t notice they had put it on WITH ZIP TIES. Yes, you read that correctly. They refused to pay for repairs so I was forced to pay for it myself. I live next door to this place, yet I wouldn’t dare suggest anyone go here ever if you care at all about your car or your wallet. GIANT SCAM. And if you cant properly repair the damages that YOU caused then you should cover the cost of said repairs, very unethical business model.

This place has a really knowledgeable staff that communicates very effectively. They provide a fairly thorough check on the state of your car and explain it in non-mechanic terms someone with limited car knowledge like myself can actually understand. I’ve never felt pressured to purchase anything or get the sense someone is trying to sell me something I don’t need, usually I just get an oil change and an update on how the car is doing. Even when it is busy they are always really fast and someone constantly communicates what is going on and how long a delay is expected. Excellent place to go for an oil change.

The team at Jiffy Lube on Guadalupe were incredibly helpful and efficient. They radiated professionalism, and although it was a busy day for them, they were able to help me with my car's needs and get me on my way.. well, in a Jiffy. I just moved to Austin on saturday. I wasn't sure where to go to get an oil change but I was familiar with take 5 (since we also had that back home). when i get there, its two cars in the bay already. i wait for a few minutes before a young gentlemen comes out who offered me a water, told me to park in the 3rd bay and advised me because they were short staffed, it would he a while. I wasnt in a rush, so it was no problem waiting. with this not being my first time at Take 5, I was familiar with their long wait times (the ones back home would make me wait at least an hour to even get me in the bay). however, Key and Louis serviced me so quickly! Key checked things and filters, that I didnt even know existed l, and was kind enough to show me. He also jump started my car when i accidentally left my key in the ignition after turning my car off. Louis introduced himself and was so kind to offer me a discount on my oil change! They had me in n out faster than the 17 minute drive it took to get there. Hands down best Take 5 I have been to and will be returning to this location again!

Came for a car inspection with new wipers and after they checked it somehow they were ripped from the tips and tried charging 50$ for repairs. Do not recommend but if you do come here make sure to keep an eye on whoever is doing anything to your car.

I came in, and Nafeli took the time to inspect to ensure there were no oil leaks, checked my oil levels, informed me of any possible mismatches with oil types, looked at my vehicle again for oil leaks, checked my tire pressure, and also offered a free car wash. I couldn't be happier with the attention to detail and assurance of quality work.

Got an oil change here on March 17th. Even though we had a terrible experience at the car wash with Miguel and his associate. Navarro was super nice and helpful. Would come here again next time in Austin.

Great Technicians, They are very professional and friendly( first very time here)Super Fast and Easy, Great Price (55+plus tax) never left the comfort of my own driver's seat. They even cleaned my super dirty windshield. Best to go as soon as they open, due to the road construction and really heavy traffic in that area. Be careful when turning into the parklot, very tiny and tight squeeze if you a bigger vehicle. I will return for my next oil change.

I love this company. This is my second time I visit one of there locations. This location is awesome. The employees kee & Jacob showed me so much love when I first pulled in. This is real customer service this what makes the customer keep coming back I recognize good workers because I'm a manager myself and these workers are what the world need .

First time was definitely the last time. Had the cliche scenario where my engine light comes on the day after using these guys for an oil change. Oil pressure gauge is flat and unresponsive. I bring it back for them to take a look at it, to which they deemed it a "coincidence" and claimed they were not responsible for repairs. Not to mention, the sticker they gave me was the complete wrong mileage and date for what my vehicle needed. Staff was rude, confrontational, and difficult to work with. I will NEVER use this sorry excuse for a lube shop ever again, and would recommend letting your 6 year old daughter go in blind than letting these clowns touch your vehicle.

Incredibly dishonest and shady. Actively mislead and lie to customers. Left my car in with a flat and was lied to over the phone for two days about a tire being in stock. Told me it would be done within 24 hours. After 72 hours of contacting them with zero answers I decided to come get my car. The /moment/ I came to get my keys and take my car to another shop the manager comes out and says the tire JUST arrived and it’ll be done in 30min…during my wait I witnessed the clerk and the manager high five each other over convincing another customer over the phone to leave her car there for longer than needed so they either didn’t have to immediately attend to work, or to ensure her car was left there and not go to another shop. Ultimate shady. There’s 1000 other shops in town don’t make the mistake I did and avoid this place at all costs.

Please dont use this shop. They did a scam, by changing a break light & charged for 4 bulb and charged 72$. When asked , they said they will give 10$ discount on next visit. I dispute the transaction.

Joe, the owner, is passionate about taking care of cars. As this was my first time to bring my car to Flamingo the staff and Joe took two days to assess the condition of the whole car. Joe pinpointed the problem that I was experiencing in my Honda and gave me a fair estimate for the repair. Joe kept me informed of each step in the repair and was able to charge me the lowest end of the estimate. The assessment and repair did take 5 full days and I now feel very confident in the safe running condition of my vehicle. I am glad that I was able to get an appointment and repair here and I will return here for all my car maintenance and repair work.

My car issue turned out to be more complex than expected (had to take it to the dealership in the end), but the crew kept me in the loop on everything they did to diagnose/fix it. I went to this fire stone to get a new tire and an alignment the new tires fine but my alignment is still off. I tried calling the store multiple times. Nobody answered. I finally got in touch with someone from customer service and I explained the situation that it cost me more than $300 for an alignment and tire change. I explained that I was still leaning to the left. They told me that they can redo the alignment but it will still cost me hundreds of dollars. So in conclusion I would never use fire stone again. They do not take responsibility for their work. They do not answer their phones. This is what I call bad Business. But at the same time, this is partly my fault I should’ve looked at the reviews clearly they don’t know how to do alignment

Got an oil change last week and had a $20 "special upcharge" on my invoice. I've taken another vehicle here many times and have never seen this on my bill. I also thought it was funny that they blatantly call it out as an "upcharge" as they clearly aren't charging me for anything tangible. The oil change would have otherwise been around $80 without this upcharge which is in line with what I pay when I bring my other vehicle here.

I was looking for a place that was not only open on a Sunday but Christmas eve also and found this place. Upon arrival everyone was super nice and they completed my oil change in a timely manner. They even gave me a discount b/c of it being Christmas the next day and also offered me a free car wash. Thank you guys so much for being friendly and available!

Needed a fresh oil change before the Christmas drive home, as well as wipers. Without even looking it up, he knew exactly what oil my GX460 needed. He also checked my cabin filter while in car, but it was clean as a whistle. He also checked air filter and upon looking at it, let him change it out. They also detected a leak around my radiator that I'll keep an eye on. Something my main mechanic hadn't caught.

Outstanding customer service. The front desk staff informed me that they were full when I asked if they could accommodate a check-up. Still, the receptionist volunteered to help inspect the vehicle to see if he could identify any obvious problems. I would highly recommend using their services.

Brought my car in because it stopped running and jump starting it wouldnt work. With a pretty general knowledge, we ruled out that the battery was the issue and wanted to see if it might be a fuel issue. The car was there for a whole day and it wasn’t until they were about to close for the day that they ran a battery diagnostic that concluded the battery was good. The second day, we called every hour for an update and and every time they told us they we’re just now pulling the car in and were going to going to check out what might be the problem. They’d say that they would call us in 30 minutes after talking to the technician. 2 hours would pass and nothing. All we wanted was an update so we could figure out what the problem was, we were pretty understanding that it wouldnt get fixed that day. At the end of the second day all they told us was that the battery was working just fine and it might be a fuel problem. It took them 2 days to tell us what we already assumed. Worst service in my life.

These guys are not competent. They represent the lowest standard of customer service. Couldn't get my alignment done because they don't have the aptitude to understand that tie rods can have heat applied to in order to adjust the components that fix the alignment in a BMW. They kept my car for 6 hours and waited till I went back to get it tand tell me they didn't get it done.

Making an appointment online is a breeze, and my truck was serviced in a timely manner. I had a small issue with the brakes after servicing, so I made another appointment and they resolved it in a couple of hours, at no charge. I made an appointment weeks in advance to get wheels/tires I ordered from Tire Rack installed. It should take 15-30 minutes to swap tires, but it took almost 8 hours with several problems along the way. Very disappointing.

I’ve been going to Groovy Lube for the last two years I believe. I have not once had an unpleasant experience. I will say the staff seems to change often, but nonetheless good experiences each time I have gone.
Today I was charged $30 for “full service” which entails a front windshield wash, air in tires (which I did not need today) and checking fluids. But they only top off windshield wiper fluid. Nothing else.
I was not told I would be charged for these things I was only expecting to be charged for what I asked for, an oil change. Just some feedback for the company. Tell your customers ahead of time you are charging for additional services and allow us to accept or decline. I do not recall having paid for these services at any other visits I’ve had.
All 4 of my tires pressures were at 40 when I got there and when I left they were at 38x2 and 37x2. So they took air out? Cause definetly no air was put in. Any how it didn’t sit right with me that I was charged for such things that are normally free other places.
Had I known ahead of time I would have respectfully declined those services for $30. I already pay $100 for my oil change.
Today I was charged $30 for “full service” which entails a front windshield wash, air in tires (which I did not need today) and checking fluids. But they only top off windshield wiper fluid. Nothing else.
I was not told I would be charged for these things I was only expecting to be charged for what I asked for, an oil change. Just some feedback for the company. Tell your customers ahead of time you are charging for additional services and allow us to accept or decline. I do not recall having paid for these services at any other visits I’ve had.
All 4 of my tires pressures were at 40 when I got there and when I left they were at 38x2 and 37x2. So they took air out? Cause definetly no air was put in. Any how it didn’t sit right with me that I was charged for such things that are normally free other places.
Had I known ahead of time I would have respectfully declined those services for $30. I already pay $100 for my oil change.

First time visiting, TJ is great at his job! He needs a raise 😁 Very educational & even showed me the new air filter he was installing for me. Explained everything I needed to know & sent me on my way. If I ever need an oil change again, I won’t stop to think about visiting again :) thanks!

They had me start my motor after it was “done”, and forgot to put the oil filter housing on. The guy who was supposed to do it left to either smoke or go to the store (they couldn’t figure it out). They topped off the oil manually after getting a brand new housing due to not finding it, checking the oil level little by little. After they supposedly “fixed it” and applying discounts to my total, I left and went home only to come out and find a leak under my car and drips from me backing in the next morning. Checked underneath and the oil filter housing is missing a short bolt cap with a rubber o ring. Now after they didn’t calculate the amount of oil right and my car leaking on the whole drive and in the parking spot, I’m not sure how much oil my car has been running on and lost.

Very, very good experience just now. These guys were busy but they were super cool and showed my old Ford truck a lotta love and appreciation and showed me the levels and fluid clarity on the dipsticks. Price was reasonable and they were quick. I’m sorry I have been coming here for years already. I will definitely come back!

Cold weather caused my tire pressure to drop overnight. Had a doctors appointment and a crazy day ahead, but stopped by Jiffy Lube to see if I could get some air added in the 5 minutes I had to spare. They hadn't even opened yet but I popped my head in and Ryan the general manager was super nice and got me taken care of right away! Didn't make me pay or anything. Totally changed the trajectory or my day. Thank you Ryan!

First time coming to Jiffy Lube for a vehicle inspection. It was sort of busy and ask mechanic I need a state inspection. All he said take a seat. It’ll be about 40 minutes. I reply if I should hand over my keys and his response was I have 30 things I’m doing right now. Just take a seat. I just walked right out of there. That was the absolute worst customer service. Buddy I know you are busy today, but don’t let your emotions get to you, never stepping in a Jiffy Lube ever again.

I will not be back to this location. I brought my car in for oil change/maintenance and a nail in my tire. I never received a call that my car was ready, so the next day I called and asked and sure enough it was. They said they didn’t have a number for me- I had actually given it twice and the next time I dropped it off they were able to search me by my number so I knew they had it. When I went to pick it up, I asked if they had replaced/patched the tire. He said they didn’t do anything other than rotate them. I reminded him that’s why I brought it in so he said he had to keep it longer. I came back a second time to pick it up and he let me know there is no nail so they didn’t do anything again other than add air. I asked didn’t you rotate them, so wouldn’t it be in a different spot? He said they checked them all (I could tell he was lying) whatever- I leave because I was already fed up. A few days later my air pressure light comes on so I bring it back. I let him know the nail is STILL there please fix it. The employee acted baffled and tried to tell me “well last time you told us it was the front tire” I reminded him yes, you rotated them!!!!! Sure enough I get a call “well yep looks like there was a nail in there” I said I KNOW THATS WHY I BROUGHT IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. That was never up for debate. I get in the car and the low pressure light is on. They hadn’t aired them after the patch. They gave me an attitude the entire time and refused to believe that I had a nail in my tire for whatever reason which caused me to go back THREE times. Elezar Paradise is the employee who “helped” me. If you choose to receive service here, I would advise you to ask for a different employee to help with your car. Terrible, terrible service. Waste of time and Uber $ getting to and from this place.

Once again great teamwork and friendly attitudes at the Anderson Ln store in Austin, TX. I received an oil change, state inspection, terminal cleaning, fluid top off, tire pressure check, etc all within about 30min despite them being busy! Also have to say it was super cool to see multiple women working there- hell yeah!!

I also went to visit this place after seeing high reviews.I called beforehand. I'm convinced that they are fake reviews. They wanted $115 for 4 quarters 0w16 oil. I told them it was double of what Walmart charges exactly on the penny. They told me it's your best bet to go to Walmart if that's what they're telling you. That's what I intend on doing. The Valvoline oil change place in Kyle where I live charges$70. This is probably why that place had no customers in their Bay. They need to be careful because there will be other chains that try to gobble them up like grease monkey and jiffy lube.

You don't usually hear "trustworthy," "caring," and "taking the long view" about a mechanic shop. But I've trusted my cars to Flamingo Automotive since 1991, and they've proved themselves all of that. I'm moving away, and I doubt I'll ever find another mechanic like it. But what a great run! I had such a good experience at this Jiffy Lube. I had like half the crew working on my car. I went in for a standard oil change and asked trey to take a look at my trunk which had a broken latch. He agreed and ended up taking apart the whole trunk and latch and spent at least half an hour trying to fix it. this kinda stuff isn’t even listed on their services. They really went above and beyond with customer service to try to help me. I still owe him a 12 pack. just kidding. I will definitely be coming back to the same Jiffy Lube in the future.

Was convenient but eventually they stripped my oil drain bolt and that led to them damaging my car. I bought the car new, and they were the only shop ever to do oil changes on it. When they couldn't remove the drain bolt, they told me they would change the oil pan, but they didn't say that it required the removal of an exhaust manifold. They are not competent even to do that simple level of mechanical work, and should not have done it. The car ended up with a bad exhaust leak, which after multiple times bringing the car back they somehow improved a bit, but it still sounds bad and smells of exhaust when idling cold (definitely more than what would be normal). Not sure how I will fix this but not planning to let them work on it again because they will probably make it worse.

SCAM ladies beware SCAM. I went in for only an oil change when I lived across the street 2 years ago (held off my review for safety). So naturally I walked across the street home so I could clean a few dishes while the oil was getting changed. I come back and they have ‘my’ cabin air filter out and they wanted $160 to replace it! The mechanic was being very aggressive… but I managed to squeak out a “no thanks” because while I don’t know the market value of a cabin air filter I felt like I was getting pushed around. Like was that dirty one on my car even mine? And if it was I didn’t give him permission to do anything other than an oil change!!!!
Immediately he halved his price$ so now I know I’m getting scammed. I said “No thanks “ again. He halved $ it again!!! I am sad to say that I folded and agreed… his aggression made me feel cornered and I really didn’t want to be at conflict with this guy….. again I was living a literal stones throw away.

I don’t always have a great experience at Jiffy Lube but I always have a great experience at this location. The staff is honest and efficient. They tell you how long the wait is going to be and it’s almost always faster than they say. They don’t talk down to you or try to up sell. Nisha, Jay, Nem, Linia, Angie, and Trae deserve raises.

Decided to give a visit after seeing some great reviews. However, got charged $141 for a synthetic oil change and an air filter. Synthetic oil change fee of $53 somewhat made sense but the “Full Service Oil Change” for $52.95 not so much sense. And you would also expect the $7 charged for reinstalling a shield would be included in the service fee. Better off just going to your dealership next time

Giving 2 stars because the staff here is kind, however my vehicle was damaged at this location. I brought my car in for a tire repair and the team conducted a "complimentary engine check" that I did not ask for nor consent to. Immediately after getting my vehicle back it began to shake when in turned on. Two days later the check engine light came on, and four days later the car stopped driving. I had to spend over $200 for a repair at another shop just to find there was nothing wrong with it, the guys at Firestone just don't know how to look in the engine without triggering system malfunctions. When I asked for them to look at the vehicle, they said they don't have a mechanic on staff.

I put my car's data into their on-line application then I arrived at 7:45 - 15 minutes prior to opening...the manager came out immediately and greeted me, apologized that they weren't open yet but directed me to the first bay...he explained additional services in a very knowledgeable way...a bit before 8 the door opened and the staff signaled me in...I was out the door and back on the road by 8:20...you can get a coupon on their website...I got a $15.00 coupon...very reasonably priced and efficient...highly recommended

I like these guys. I feel like I can trust them. Took our son’s car in for some work on the front suspension, and they explained what was going on, even showing us an example of the parts that were failing. When I explained that we couldn’t afford to take care of all of the issues at that time, Moy gave us a list in order of priority. Recently, we took our van in for some new tires, assuming we would get a set of four. When I asked if we could get some more mileage out of our back tires, Moy was honest and said we could instead of trying to upsell us on all four tires.

I have been to many Jiffy Lubes and just as always the service is quick, reliable, and well-priced. This Jiffy Lube in particular is right in my neighborhood and the team members working are always willing to check out my car. Even in moments where Jiffy Lube doesn't offer the needed service, I've always gotten great recommendations. Recently, Isaiah, Justin, and Cooper really went above and beyond to bring my car back to tip-top shape. Not only did the team fit me in last minute, they all stayed until the job had been done. Most importantly, all three were welcoming, genuine, and still able to make the usually boring task of car macitence enjoyable. Thanks Again!!

I was impressed by the tech who made a point to ask if I was due for an oil change because the oil still looked great. He understood when I said I was about to take a 6000 mile road trip. They all did a great job and I felt safe there. What struck me was the genuine honesty. He wasn’t just trying to make a sale, he was looking out for my best interest. As a woman, that matters a lot. Invested $1,389.84 in this owner-operated shop for new clutch install on VW Tiguan. Less than 2 weeks later, noticed the clutch was not operating correctly. Told management about it, they added fluids and told me it was OK. Over the next 3 months, sporadically had same issue. One day, in ***Austin morning rush hour traffic*** driving to work on MOPAC lost gears, could not switch because of the clutch!!!!!The SAME DAY I called in to speak to the owner, Joe about what happened on Mopac he said he did "not have the time for my vehicle". Now, 1 year later...found out they assigned a tech, who ordered cheap parts ($200 spent on parts) the rest was for “labor”. Joe has finally offered to fix (what they did) for an estimated $1,200 to start. This was supposed to be an ordinary Volkswagen job (their specialty) it’s not like it was a Lotus.

Upon changing oil, the oil filter was not completely tightened and came loose on the highway causing a huge oil loss.
Upon a second visit, my vehicle was returned with scratches and dents on body and tire, and staff and “claims specialist” denied the damages.
I was told I would have to escalate this with a lawyer in small claims. I will.

Staff were extremely helpful; caring, informative, friendly, and did an amazing job. The staff went above and beyond while performing a routine oil change. They noticed things going on with the vehicle and informed me what was going on with the vehicle. They even offered to fix the skid plate which was beyond their required job duties. Because of the staff I am able to now make the repairs needed to the vehicle before they get worse or cause a roadside emergency. I highly recommend visiting this jiffy lube location. If upper management see this review, Give your staff a pay raise and make the staff feel as appreciative of them as I am.

Best oil change experience I’ve ever had in Austin. And I’ve lived here for 5 years so I’ve had quite a few oil changes between servicing my car and my lady’s car. Yet this was the best. The two managers were some solid down to earth yet professionally minded people. They changed my oil, fillled tires, tip off fluids, and like 3 other things. This will be my new go to place for sure

I was approached by her within the first 10 minutes of showing up, and she offered me and other cars in line a bottle of water.
Then, when the fleet card for my company vehicle wasn’t working properly after my oil change was done, she went above and beyond to help me and her technician figure out the problem.
While waiting for the problem to be sorted, I was again treated with some A/C, a bottle of water, and some good conversations with the employees!
With this upward trajectory, I’ll be taking my cars back here for the meantime.

Came here three times to try and get my car inspected.
First time, it was late in the day and they recommended coming in first thing when they opened at 8am.
Second time, we arrived at 8am and no inspectors came to work on time so they told us to come back in an hour.
Third time, we came back an hour later as recommended and they said they were short staffed and it would be two hours before they could get to us.
Not reliable, the office staff has poor and unprofessional communication, they don’t treat you as a customer.
First time, it was late in the day and they recommended coming in first thing when they opened at 8am.
Second time, we arrived at 8am and no inspectors came to work on time so they told us to come back in an hour.
Third time, we came back an hour later as recommended and they said they were short staffed and it would be two hours before they could get to us.

OMG! Who would have known the best customer service in Austin would be found in a car inspection joint? Groovy Lube really does provide groovy service. The space is cool, clean, and they have a restaurant/bar next door? What?! John and the rest of the staff on site were super friendly and had good vibes all around. Don’t go to Jiffy lube that’s close by, go to Groovy Lube for a better time! Whatever they’re doing, they are doing it right.

Great service! They stayed a few minutes after closing to replace my battery and make sure the corrosion that had been piling up was cleaned off. Really appreciate them!

Surprisingly quick. In and out in 15 minutes for an oil change. But I'm a repeat customer so they had my info already, including what type of motor oil I used last time.
The only weird thing was that they took my credit card out of my sight to process it. I'm sure it's fine, but still would make me feel better if I could see my credit card for the transaction.

These folks are wonderful. They not only fix what is needed but let you know what to prepare for down the road. I'm not a "car" guy. I think my car works by magic. These folks help you to understand what was done and why.
My partner told me to give them a try, while I don't like to admit when he's right, I have to admit these folks are great.
They will absolutely go out of their way, when possible, to take care of you and your vehicle. I love these folks!

The team and the manager, John, were so kind and welcoming! I came in for a state inspection about 45 mins - an hour before they closed and while 3 other places turned me away, they happily took my car in and did the inspection. From the free key chain to the attitudes to the business cards with coupons on the back + apparent discounts for students, Groovy Lube has definitely earned themselves a returning customer for sure. They may be hidden away a bit but they’re absolutely worth visiting!!

I took my truck into get a detail… dropped it off at 10:30. They told me to come back around 2/3. They have a “full detail package” for $200.
I called at 4:00 - they said its ready, so I get an Uber ride over - when I get there it wasn’t close to ready. They told me to come back at 5:00.
I do - still not ready - I wait till 5:45 when they tell me it’s finished. Its sub par at best.… for $200 this is not worth it.
I’m a monthly member to boot… I figured the lackluster performance on the cheap washes wouldn’t translate.

I originally left a 5 star review here based on my customer service experience. The team was friendly, provided good communication, and ‘finished’ the job on time. Little did I know at the time...
I’m updating my rating now based on the quality of actual vehicle maintenance provided. I took two different cars here for state inspections and oil changes, perhaps the most basic of maintenance services. One vehicle I needed for a long road trip not long after my visit.
Upon arrival at my destination after 8 hrs on the road, I discovered oil dripping from under the vehicle. I then spent an afternoon investigating the source and cleaning up the mess. Ultimately washed about half a quart of oil out of the engine compartment where it was spilled by the tech near the oil filter housing. Rechecked oil fill level several times before my return trip, and appears to be stable. We’ll see what my regular mechanic finds.
On the second vehicle, I returned home to find another oil slick in my garage, pics included. This time it appears to be a loose drain pan plug, which was barely finger tight in the pan (I was easily able to turn it with oily fingers). I tightened it with proper torque and will continue to check the level. The only silver lining here is the car with the loose drain plug wasn’t the one I drove 1,000 mi round trip. Would’ve left me stranded in East TX at a minimum and easily could’ve ruined an old car we love.
Called and got the run around, so here I am...
If anyone at Firestone wants to try to make this right, I’d be happy to reconsider my review. Meanwhile, buyer beware.

It you enjoy preventative maintenance, then there is nothing more satisfying than a tire rotation and an oil change.
This location is my peripheral Jiffy Lube location, but still excellent.
The staff know their product and will work with you to find the right fit and the right service based on your car’s age and mileage.

This is a review of their detailing services, I have not used them for a normal car wash.
I drive a truck and the detail job was $109 +/-. It took about 45 min, which was what I expected. They assured me everything would be cleaned inside and out, with special emphasis on the two areas I selected; shampoo of seats and a hand wax job.
I was appalled by the results. There was still mud and dirt in the bed of the truck, there was still drops from a spilled coke on the center console (I wiped it off easily with a wet rag), there were still fingerprints on the touchscreen (clearly hadn’t been cleaned), and there was dirt down by the feet wells. The only thing done well was the wax job, and it didn’t look like they did the center of the truck hood because there was still evidence of bird feces on it.
I’ve posted some pics as well. No, those aren’t before pics. Although there wouldn’t be much difference. Suffice it to say I will never use them again, and will recommend people go elsewhere if they value a job well done.
