From the moment I arrived, I was greeted immediately. The staff was pleasant and made me feel comfortable. I was able to listen to my choice of music during my treatment which made it fun, yet, very relaxing.

Before treatment: I chose to wear workout tights that I struggled to get into (all I had that wasn’t dressy or scrubs). My tights kept rolling down 😒 around my belly. Also, guaranteed to lose 3 inches.

After treatment: I put my tights on and notice immediately I did not struggle. I am writing this review from my car and since I put my tights on they have not rolled down at all! 🥳 I lost 4 inches🎉🥳

This was such a wonderful experience. The location is beautiful with a gorgeous view. The office and rooms are immaculate. The treatment went great. I lost 11 inches total. Most importantly, the staff was amazing. Sasha is awesome!! She did a great job, explaining the procedure, walking me through everything. I’ve been doing CrossFit and training for 12 years straight. Live Free is the 3rd gym I have been a part of. I moved to the area around 4-5 years ago and signed up here. This gym is a family ran business and the members that are a part of this community are all locals to the Miami shores, Miami Beach, and Mimo areas. That being said, the members here make the whole experience amazing. A large number of professionals, cool, driven individuals, that motivate everyone to be better everyday.

The programming is adaptive to all fitness levels, the gym is always clean, there is plenty of free parking, and the class schedule is super flexible. Family friendly and welcomes all walks of life.

in Miami this is a doctor who is an expert on hormone therapy / functional medicine. Dr Gupta is board certified in this area. She is also an internal medicine boarded physician and pulmonary specialist. She is amazing. has so much knowledge about post menopausal women and has good thoughts about nutrition in these type of pt’s.

I had trusculpt treatment done for my jawline. It's definitely better than Kybella. I love the service at the spa. Dr. Nina has great bedside manner.

The staff is extremely professional, attentive and friendly. The facility is super inviting and relaxing, with breathtaking views. The effectiveness of treatment is what really blew my mind, though. I lost over 20 inches and about 10lbs by my third session. I was told to expect visible results but never expected to see such an incredible outcome. I have received Aerolase laser treatment with Dr. Nina Gupta. It is a really nice studio with amazing service. Nina is really kind and professional during the treatment. I have been experiencing amazing results after my Second session. I would definitely go again and recommend it for people who wants to take great care of their skin.

Body Beautiful Miami was an unexpected spa like experience. The staff made me feel comfortable and I lost 6.9 inches in my first treatment. The office space has amazing views and gorgeous minimalist interior design. I highly recommend this treatment and can't believe how well it worked.

The environment is breathtaking. It is very clean, sleak, and relaxing. The women that work there are incredibly helpful and informative as well. Very good experience from beginning to end! The ladies welcomed me with water into the meditation waiting room and played my favorite music during my appointment. The treatment itself was so peaceful that I fell asleep while the light was doing its thing. And I lost a few inches in the first appointment too! Everyone’s body is different but I’m definitely going back!

Good morning- look at my review before I send it out if Any changes or anything…..

I had truSculpt Flex done in October 2021 six sessions of 45 mins. I'm very pleased with the outcome. I had researched every possible procedure for fat reduction(invasive and non-invasive) before deciding on truSculpt. I wanted a non-invasive treatment and this seemed like the latest technology with the shortest treatment time and least side effects. The procedure was easy and virtually painless. The paddles got very warm but were never too hot. It took about an hour or so from start to finish I had 6 paddles done on my abdomen and 6 on my flanks(3 on each side). I never measured my waist before and after but I did drop a pant size. I still have some fat there that I would like to reduce even more so I may do the procedure again in the future but I definitely can see and feel the difference. There was a bit change in my diet- I cut BREAD to zero and reduced sweets, alcohol drinks. After each session I felt that my fat is reducing but I start to notice a clearly visible change in about the 4th or 5th week. They say it takes a full 12 weeks for the body to metabolize all of the fat that is destroyed from the treatment so I can’t wait to see my full results.

I went here thru a personal recommendation. I wanted to see this new place and the variety of treatments they have for facial, mental health and male erectile and female dysfunction. For Men, they have a P-shot technique along with Shockwave therapy. For a women, they have the O-shot which really helps women to achieve the satisfaction with their partners. There is also Botox, juviderm, vampire facial, and many more treatments to help you stay young looking.

I decided to give the Shockwave therapy for men a try. It's not only a rescue therapy, it is also preventative. The therapy consists of low Intensity Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy as a treatment for men with erectile dysfunction that  stimulates the growth of vascular tissue and nerve rejuvenation. I received 2 treatments since I was leaving Miami in a day. 4 days later, I finally was able to "test drive" the therapy. OMG....I did not have any problems, and the Shockwave therapy is a fairly new technique. I felt as if I was 20 years old, almost 30 years younger!!! Imagine what I could do with the rest of the therapy!! This really works! I also recieved a facial treament using a laser then a lamp that seals the skin. Dr Nina has the latest in technological instruments there. My only regret is leaving Miami without the remainder of the treaments. Dr Nina is patient, knowledgeable and so kind. I called and explained her services to a few people and many were interested! I cannot wait to return to Miami to get more treatments!

CrossFit 305 Miami has made me feel safer and more supported than any other workout facility has. The gym is SUPER CLEAN and they seem to take pride in cleanliness as well as keeping their customers safe.
From a motivational standpoint, it has made a huge difference for my growth when instructors like Jeff, Keenan and owner, Dan really go above and beyond to care about my personal goals and check in on my milestones for strength and weight loss .
There is a ton of equipment in the gym that is cleaned after each use and the integration of their outdoor space has made it amazing to be able to workout with tons of fresh air.
After this experience, I would never go to another gym un Miami. Love this CrossFit 305 gym , it feels like a Family

I workout 3 times a week. I am pretty fit but have to been able to tone my abs definition. I did the TruSculpt Flex 3 times. It is a 45 minute treatment. It feels like you did 5000 situps. The Flex moves your muscles in ways your muscles never mover before.

Hi: My name is Fernando and I had my my second TruSculpt Flex treatment done yesterday. my abs feel a lot tighter. My waist size has dropped by 1.5 inches. I have to tighten my belt another notch. The treatments lasted 45 minutes each. I am due for one more session. This body contouring machine is like no other. It moves the muscles in ways that I never knew possible. It is like doing 20,000 sit ups. I cannot wait till my last session. Anyone looking to tighten up their abs or thighs. This Trusculpt Flex is a wonder. The doctor was very helpful and kind.

Crossfit 305 of Miami, is the best gym. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and from the first day they made me feel confortable and welcome. Also, I like the fact that they constantly challenged me to be a better athletic.

I totally love this place. AWSOME gym with great trainers!! I been a member for almost two years now and I love it! I train 5 times a week. Best money I have ever spent on my own health. I would have never gotten the results I did at a regular gym. Everyone is on the same page and all trainers track your progress very closely. Workouts are pleasantly challenging, I totally recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about fitness.

It truly felt like we were at home here and we were sad to leave. Definitely check our CrossFit A1A and 305 if you are visiting or live in Miami, you won’t regret it!

Great coaches, nice people and great location. I have seen all the changes that the crossfit program has gone through and is good to know that our gym is alway updating the programs, working on diets, nutrition and looking for different alternatives to improve our health.
The two locations are very convenient as well as schedule hours.

I tired the TruSculpt ID and TruSculpt Flex together and what a difference it has made. Miami Aesthetic Institute really know what they are doing. Dr. Nina G., MD has helped me destroy my abdominal fat and has also helped me sculpt my mid section. Really works!

I've been a regular and member for the last 6+ years, although now I buy in packages. I have relocated nearby the other gym they own in Miami (A1A) over to near 305, hence it's time for a review. Over the last 6 years, I have grown a lot in terms of my fitness, diet, and overall health. This is completely due to the amazing leadership of the 305/A1A team. There are lots of folks who come and go, but Dan, Chad, and Jeff are always there for you and great people to know. I've done Dan's diet, and it's amazing. I use a variable of it now myself. I have gotten off blood pressure medication 5 years ago due to this team and my exercise regiment.

A1A is a great place, but the newest location is very cramped and small, 305 is another level of space and equipment. Much better overall, and the same wonderful coaching staff from A1A is here too. I will be a regular again and love working with the team. Thank you very much, Chad, Dan, and Jeff (and all the others who have passed through... Fond memories of Ron Ron and Keenan is awesome).
