John and his team are incredibly welcoming and have created a positive and inclusive environment. The coaches are knowledgeable, supportive, and really push you to reach your fitness goals. Highly recommend for anyone looking to join a friendly and motivating community.

I have been a member of this gym for nearly six years, with a few intervals of absence, and have experienced training under various coaches over the years. I must express that Gabriel stands out as the finest coach I have ever had. His dedication is evident, as he takes the time to focus on individual needs, offering invaluable guidance on technique correction, and consistently motivates you to excel. Training under Gabriel has been a refreshing and enjoyable experience, thanks to his unique approach to workouts that deviates from the norm. Additionally, the atmosphere is fantastic, making you feel like you are part of a family thanks to John, Alicia, Gabriel and all the members.
John and all the trainers at Live Free made you feel welcomed and as part of a big family. They are attentive, kind and knowledgeable. Couldn't have asked for a btter first crossfit experience. Definitely recommend!
My boyfriend and I dropped in for a class and open gym. Live Free was an awesome experience! The owner John and staff were very personable and knowledgeable. They have a great gym and we would definitely recommend dropping in or signing up. We know we will be back!
