As someone who’s a lone wolf and never enjoyed working out with a partner, this place was much more fun than I expected and challenging! It was a change that i needed and will absolutely recommend to anyone who’s looking for a challenge and something different, all the instructors were great and full with energy. There’s a reason they’ve establish relationships with people who’ve gone to Work Out Harder for years and I am fortunate to add myself on to that list of people! “WE IN IT NOW!”
WOH is the place to be to get your mind and your body healthy and stronger. Wakime is a great coach; he always ensures that my posture is correct to avoid injuries and for better results; and I like that he always has a planned exercise routine. I feel stronger and energized.
Wakime has been an incredible support on my fitness journey. As a former athlete, I thought I knew the ins and outs of training, but when I stopped playing, I felt lost. Wakime was the sole person that reignited my passion for fitness. His motivation and support went beyond just physical training; he helped me mentally transition back into the world of training. His expertise and encouragement have been invaluable, and I'm grateful to have found such a dedicated and caring personal trainer. Highly recommend for anyone seeking not just a workout, but a true partner and motivator in their fitness journey. Wakime truly picked me up when I needed it most. I wouldn't be where I am physically and mentally without his guidance and support at Work Out Harder Fitness.
I started at Lift about three months ago because I wanted to get stronger. After about two months I had lost about 1.5 pounds of body fat and gained about 4 pounds of muscle. What keeps me going now though is that I enjoy it so much. The classes are really, really challenging but also fun. There are a wide range of abilities in each class, and the coaches are great at meeting each person’s needs. I also like that the classes are small enough that the coaches are able to give each person plenty of attention. It’s been a great experience for me, and I hope to continue this for a long time.
Lift is a great gym! All of the members are super supportive of the other members success. The coaches are great and really knowledgeable. And they are constantly continuing their education through seminars, some of which the members get invited to. They really believe in teaching you. It’s not a show up, get a workout and leave. The coaches want you to succeed outside of their gym and they make sure to let you know why you are doing a certain exercise, exactly where you should feel it, and what areas it is benefiting. And they are big on correct form so you don’t get injured just so you can say you broke your PR. You get a close community feel here versus being at the other big name gyms in the area. You can tell community is important to them and they have built a really good one here. If you’re weighing out your options of local gyms in the area, I would highly suggest joining this one. You are going to get something here that you will not be able to find elsewhere. At Lift, you come first. I’ve never experienced that elsewhere.
I’ve been a member of Lift for about 2 months now. I love it here, coach Lauren is awesome. She keeps you motivated throughout your workout and listens to your goals and struggles. All trainers are passionate about fitness and create a friendly environment. I appreciate that they check in on you periodically to see how you’re doing. Highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to do group classes or work with a personal trainer!

I started at Lift a little over a month ago. I couldn’t have asked for a better community. I initially trained with Hanna and she made me feel comfortable and welcome. Now I train in the group setting and every single coach is helpful/amazing, offering individualized training in the class setting. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of giving lifting a go! I truly appreciate each and every member and coach.

I’ve been training with Cheyenne and I cannot say enough good things! Hands down the best decision I could have made. First of all the atmosphere of Lift is super comfortable and friendly. Everyone has been super nice and welcoming. But the amount of knowledge these trainers possess is incredible. Cheyenne, specifically has made me realize what I’m capable of and has made me enjoy working out. (Crazy, I know.) She really took my goals into consideration pushes me with just the right amount of firmness, but also support and guidance. No regrets joining this community!
Love it here! Each personal training session is fun, challenging and leaves me feeling stronger and more confident. Coach Lauren’s passion and approach creates such a motivating atmosphere, and I truly look forward to each session. I’ve been coming to Lift once a week for about 2 months now doing personal training sessions with Lauren and can honestly say it’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. The overwhelming sense of community and encouragement you receive from everyone is something I’ve never experienced before. I feel more comfortable coming here than I would any other big named gym. Not only will all of the trainers push you to meet your full potential, but you will also receive lots of love and support from Brody- the cutest gym dog there is!
I started off just looking for a place and a trainer because I wanted some direction on how to achieve my goals. What I found was something even better. I found something I actually NEEDED. A great trainer Lauren. Not only is she experienced in achieving my goals she understands the hurdle I have with back problems. The most impressive thing I found from my trainer is the positive energy and feedback I receive. She always makes me feel like a priority when I’m there and makes me want to continue my journey for a better me. Not only is my trainer amazing but all the other trainers make you feel like you belong. During my first meeting with the owner Shae I knew this was the place I wanted to be apart of. Not only is this place a amazing gym but it’s another home for me. It’s a family atmosphere where you can feel safe if you’re different. You sit down and discuss short and long term goals. Discuss the all the best options on how to work towards maintaining those goals and then continue to follow up to make sure your still on the right path. I can’t wait to fully take advantage of everything that Lift Health and Fitness has to offer.

I recently started Workout Harder Fitness and it has been great experience to me. The trainers have been awesome! They push me to try different workouts to succeed. The trainers are very knowledgeable and skilled which helps to accomplish my workout goals.
I absolutely love this gym. The trainers, especially the owner, care so much about their clients and you can feel the love and energy as soon as you walk in. The workouts, classes and one on ones are eclectic and heart pounding. I always feel like I can conquer the world when I leave. I truly feel at home here, it's my safe place. I highly recommend Wourkout Harder Fitness!! You won't regret it, I promise!!

Workout Harder Fitness is the best gym I have ever been to. All of the trainers are encouraging and supportive. They hold you accountable and push you to do your best so that you can see progress and results. The workouts they create are enjoyable and modified to you so you never dread going to the gym. I am so happy that I joined and would highly recommend Workout Harder Fitness to anyone looking to improve their health and fitness!

While browsing through Groupon I stumbled upon Workout Harder Fitness offering a deal that I could not refuse. After my first day I felt great and the energy from everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I also upgraded my deal to attend their semi-private classes receiving a more personalized workout to reach my specific goals. The trainers like to focus on getting you healthy, provide encouragement, challenge you, and give you feedback after your workout. It is not anything like your average gym!
Definitely the place to go when feel you are about to give up on yourself. I met Wakime hiking on a mountain on one of my lowest days and meeting him became a blessing in disguise. I'm new to the gym but so far he has made my experience very enjoyable. Great trainer. Great workout. The atmosphere is inviting and friendly. I have not felt pushed or overworked. I already feel amazing and confident I will get the results I'm looking for. Now being a part of the WOH family I look forward to seeing gains but not in pounds. Thank you Wakime and WOH for your dedication and expertise. Much appreciated.

Really enjoy the atmosphere. Express workout that leaves you exhausted, but the staff is supportive the whole way through!
