Desk staff don't know what they're doing. They put down my emergency contact number as my personal number, my old postal code (don't know how they even got this), and my current address was terribly misspelled even through I printed it nicely for them. Doctor doesn't listen or follow-up on my answers after asking questions, almost like it didn't matter what my answer was anyways.

No one was waiting in the clinic, and I can see why.

Don't go here!

Dr. Isaac Salib - never have I ever met ANY doctor that doesn’t let me finish talking about my health issues before urging me to leave. His excuse was that he didn’t hear me… and told me “ok fine sit down then”

I hope you see this review before signing up with Dr. Yazid or coming to this clinic.
She is one of the worst family doctors I have encountered in the past 10 years of my continued need to see doctors.
All she cares about is money and she makes you go see her for a prescription refill! Literally never happened to me!
She told me to do a blood test after two months of taking my pill and gave me exactly prescription for 2 months. When I asked for refill through my pharmacy, she does not refill and says I have to go see her. So I have to go see her before my blood test AND after my blood test because she can not do math and she is greedy!
I am sorry for anyone who is her patient.
The staff are also very irresponsible and on my first visit I asked for forms, and I also waited for one hour to see the doctor because they forgot to put in their system I am there for my appointment!
Also, they tell you they will call you back and they don't. This clinic is not going to care for you at all!

Negligent, unprofessional, and disorganized. My friend has been tested for a serious health issue (twice) and this clinic never contacted them to inform them of their condition. Seeing as this clinic failed to do their duty and responsibility of contacting the patient, my friend has now gone many critical months without treatment as she was never made aware she had any issues. This is a terrifying fact and I truly hope people seek medical help elsewhere.
Extremely slow wait times. It’s not super busy, yet there’s a crazy long wait. I was here on Tuesday and they had me waiting in the doctors office for 40 mins and my appointment took 2 minutes. Today I had to come back for test results and I’ve been waiting for over 1.5 hrs. For test results. That take 2 seconds to tell me.

It’s the most frustrating when I see doctors and front desk staff chatting and laughing and walking around not doing anything but getting some tea/coffee. I have other things to do in my day than wait at a walk in. Extremely disappointing especially considering someone recommended this place because they were “really good.”

After months and months of giving the benefit of a doubt that their disorganization is just the effects of a doctor shortage, I found out the reason my pharmacy’s requests for prescription refills were going unanswered, my doctor always seemed to be “out of office” during my appointments, and all the referrals he said he made never were documented is because HE DOESNT EVEN WORK THERE ANYMORE. When I confronted the receptionist and asked who my family doctor is then the reception just said “you don’t have one. We’re hoping to hire a new one soon though”. I asked how and when his patients were notified because I couldn’t find anything in my email and she said “only some were notified”. Help me out here, this seems wildly inappropriate to me but make your own judgement. But also, if you think this is your family doctor, do yourself a favour and double check that your doctor feels the same way.
First time at this clinic. Not at all as bad as some of the reviews I've read. Staff were very busy, professional and to-the-point in order to get through the dozens of people waiting, but that's not the same as rude (per a review I read). In fact, they were quite friendly once you had them one-on-one.

Yes there was a wait, but it wasn't too bad. I expect to wait at a walk-in clinic. Honestly, who doesn't?! So I wasn't at all surprised and it only took 1.5 hours to be seen. Once in the doc was friendly and efficient.

I noticed someone online complained about calling to see what the wait time was. That changed so rapidly during the time I was there, what they told you may have been accurate before they got a flood of people through the door. Waiting room was fairly empty when I got there and then 8-10 people after me in a short period of time. Doubt they were able to take a five minute breather!

The only constructive feedback I would give them is not to tell every patient that it is a 30 min wait. I'd be telling people a bit longer than it might be to err on the side of caution and set realistic expectations.

All that said, we have a shortage of healthcare workers right now. I certainly hope people can be more patient and understanding to our healthcare professionals trying to do the best they can for our health and wellbeing.

Grateful to have been seen today. Thank you!
I recently visited GreenGate Medical Centre as a walk-in patient and was thoroughly impressed. The physical environment of the medical center is clean, modern, and well-maintained, creating a positive atmosphere. The reception area was inviting, and the front desk's administrative staff were friendly and remarkably efficient in handling the check-in process for a walk-in appointment. Their seamless assistance contributed to a smooth and hassle-free entry. Dr. Huma provided exceptional care during my visit, conducting a thorough examination and demonstrating a commitment to patient well-being. Timely updates on test results and a commitment to transparency from the staff significantly contributed to my peace of mind. GreenGate Medical Centre's modern facilities, emphasis on preventive care, and compassionate approach make it a standout choice for comprehensive healthcare. I highly arecommend it for both scheduled appointments and walk-in visits.
I loved the service. They are working so hard everyday. The team is highly professional and they are always ready to understand. I took treatment from Dr. Ul Haq and Dr. Qureshi , both are very polite and best doctor I have seen. Also, I loved the administration staff. Definitely one can rely on them whenever someone has any health concern. Sometimes I need to wait a little bit because of heavy volume of patients but its always a worth waiting.
I will rate 5 out of 5 to the team.
On of the nurses there there is no good. My son cut a finger nail badly. Nurse, I presume, just dripped a liquid on it, I presume antiseptic, from an almost empty bottle and the put on plaster. I repeatedly asked how often to return for dressing, she asked me to dress it at home. There was part of the nail obviously detached. I do not know how to deal with that.
Never visit this clinic. It’s better to go to Emergency than coming to this clinic. Both takes the same time and at times, emergency is faster than this walk in clinic. Only good thing is Dr. Sandhu is helping good and trying her best but the clinic is very very very very slow. Everything is slow moving.
Made my pregnant wife sit alone in a room for over an hour before getting a booster shot. The doctor did not examine her. The most unpersonalized care. If you want to be seen by a doctor who is too important to check on the health and well-being of a 7 month pregnant woman this is your place. I am glad we have alternative options for the care of our unborn child because I don't think this doctor gives two hoots about patients. This is also not the only time this has happened. This is the one that broke the camels back.
I have been Dr. Qureshi's patient for almost 2 years now, and I have always received the treatment as needed. It is definitely a busy place but they try their best to consider if you have an emergency (like if you need to leave early), all you gotta do is to get to the receptionist and patiently explain the situation. The receptionist at the front, also suggests going to the after-hours clinic when doc is not available considering the emergency, which is very helpful at times when regular hours do not work. Also, I have been put on hold on calls as well but never got hung up without getting answered. I am surely satisfied with my experience at the clinic.
Your half the problem gets cured when you are being looked after by a caring, intelligent, and professional team. Dr Qureshi and her team and the front office are incredibly caring, proficient, and accommodating. Both - my mom and I have been associated with the clinic for over a year and feel assured that we are in safe hands. So infinite thanks to the team and I wish all of you a Mery Christmas and a Blessed New Year
