I don't know how this place could have good reviews, this is by far the most unprofessional urgent care I've ever been to, I'm sure they'll reply to this with some comment but this is what I experienced going here, I came in for a drug test and my first introduction to this place was the door was just locked at 3:30pm with patients inside looking at me. The door said "door is not locked it just pulls hard", it was locked.... Next thing was the were medical assistants sleeping at the main desk in the back, three of them to be exact. I don't want to be that guy but come on, at least hide in a different room or something. The best part of my visit is my driver's license was lost, I didn't notice when I left but I got home and realized I never got my license back. I called the place and they told me they handed me my license before I took my test, this didn't happen, it couldn't have happened because I checked everywhere and couldn't find it. They told me on the phone and said I put my license in my wallet and then took my drug test, yet I have no license, like I just don't understand. To their credit they said they looked for it and I could come look for it if I wanted but the cost of me driving out would have been more than just replacing my license. So yeah, great times for an annual drug test, I'll never come back, doubt this place will even be around in a year or two with how unprofessional this place is, if you're going here for actual treatment, I don't even know what to say, there are a million better options in the area, avoid it.

Scheduling with Solv/Prognify is always easy especially once you’ve done it once. I had no co pay with BCBS complete. The front receptionist was friendly and quick to address me when I was at the counter! The medical assistant with red and black knotless braids was kind, gentle and did fantastic asking questions and answering any I had. The NP with brown hair and freckles was equally as kind and gentle. I felt like all my concerns were addressed and they really did stay with me until I was fully satisfied. They also cleaned my ear which I know wasn’t pleasant so I’m very grateful. I’d recommend this location a million times but I’d hate to see it busy🤪 I’d like to keep it as my special urgent care gem that actually has quality staff and care. However, I’m hoping any extra business provided will go into the staff pockets more importantly. Thank you Prognify staff on Washtenaw!

We had such a great experience doing our sports physical! Only $25 as advertised, easy to make an appointment online (or they also do walk-ins), very friendly staff & the physical was very thorough. And my son would like to add that he loved the lollipop and free drinks :).

I came here a month ago for a COVID PCR test. At the time, there was confusion between staff on how to bill this appointment, but I assumed they figured it out. I just received my bill and it was for $300...
I've been calling for the last 3 days with no response. Half the time I call, no one even answers the phone. I've left three voicemails with the billing person now and haven't been called back. I've left voicemail on the main number as well and no help...
I'm beginning to wonder if this is even a legitimate business at this point. Why can't I reach someone to ask my questions to and why doesn't anyone call back?
I'm so frustrated now, hence the poor review.

Took my girl's to get sports physicals done it was a great urgent care loved Dr. Haley she was great made my kids feel at ease & comfortable and made the appt more personable, also loved that we were the only family there it was not busy at all I would highly recommend to anyone.

A very positive experience. Kind, compassionate staff. Very attentive and caring! Willing to listen-what a difference from so many other health providers! An excellent addition to Ann Arbor’s health care.

Amazing urgent care! Joy got us signed in super quick and made us feel so welcome and safe. Haley was knowledgeable, kind, and just pleasant to speak to! Had all my concerns addressed and they streamlined getting me meds as I was only in town for the day. 10/10 experience!! These folks make you feel truly cared for.

Update a few days later: Dr Haley made me well!!!! I am feeling so much better having gone to see the experts at this Urgent Care, and CANNOT RECOMMEND IT ENOUGH—amazing!

First time I went to this location was roughly two and a half years ago to get tested for COVID, and I was in and out within five, MAYBE ten minutes, at most. My second time at this location was yesterday due to feeling lightheaded and dizzy for a full day and not knowing what was causing it. Every single person I interacted with was PHENOMENAL. Everyone was so kind, and the whole experience made me feel at ease in what may have otherwise been a stressful / anxiety-filled visit. And again, I was practically in and out of there, I didn't have to wait to be seen, and whenever someone stepped out of the room, I didn't have to wait long for them to return. I cannot recommend this place enough

Would not recommend. Came in with a few symptoms. Doctor had my paper printed out before seeing me. Told me to take Zolfran for vomiting. No tests done at all.

I asked to cancel it or if I could dispute today’s visit. They canceled it. 1 star for the cancel.

They were able to see me promptly and efficiently. Dr. McNabb was compassionate, thorough and helpful. MD Urgent Care is a welcome addition to our health care options here on the west side of Ann Arbor that I'd recommend to anyone in need.

I am traveling on vacation from NC with a sinus infection. I received excellent care from Haley and Joy at this clinic. They asked great questions, spent plenty of time with me to get to the root cause issue and prescribed the meds needed to help me recover. They were both very kind and empathetic. Thank you Haley and Joy!

Super easy process to check in. No waiting as a walk-in and the staff was friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner who saw me was thorough in diagnosing me and ordered the prescriptions to the drug store I chose quickly. Then she explained each medication in an easy-to-understand way .

Easy appointment booking. However I waited over 30 minutes to get called to the back. I had expressed concern over having a headache for 5 days, sore throat and leg muscle aches. Had tested negative for Covid the prior day. NP elected not to test me again and said it sounded like sinus issues. I tested positive for Covid the next day 😢

I found this place online and had a million questions about getting same day testing.
But I felt instantly welcomed and relieved when Angelina greeted me checked me in super fast at the desk with a smile , and had Dr. Dianne come to answer my questions directly before even being seen, to make sure I was informed. Nurse Ayesha was also very kind and comforting, She had a can-do attitude which she certainly needed to find and catch my veins. And Last but not least Dr. Dianne & Dr. Alexis were so helpful and gentle with my pap. Dr.Dianne actually educated me about my concerns , in a way that left me assured. Great Bed Side manners. Went in a referral to have my back xrayed and was turned away!! Told me to see a pcp after initially saying they would do it. The receptionist was rude and condescending and wouldn't answer any follow-up questions. There was no one in the lobby and they made me feel like they didn't want to help me or anyone. Place should be shut down for that poor a service!!

I used HelloMed for years before I found a better urgent care. The care is fine, not great, and one time I had an exceptionally rude person berate me for asking for a culture strep test in addition to the rapid one.

But the worst of it was their billing. About 1.5 years ago I got two bills in the mail, which was weird because I usually paid at the clinic at the time of my appointment. So I go online and see that there's no balance. I also call the office and they tell me that there's no balance and that it's probably a scam and to ignore it. Cue MONTHS of me getting letters and emails, calling and walking in with my emails/letters and asking them about it, and them telling me that I don't owe a balance, they have no idea about those letters and that they're scams.
Suddenly, I get a collections letter for the bills! Turns out they were wrong, I DID owe a balance, someone messed up and recorded me as having no balance, NO ONE know what their own bills look like to identify the letters I received, and now they've sent my bills to collections!

I would've happily paid the bill years ago if they just had their stuff in order, but apparently their billing is even worse than their service. Don't go here!

Booking an appointment is a breeze through their website. The wait time is relatively short. I can book on the same day with the actual appointment. The staffs and care providers are friendly and helpful.

Clean, small office. Husband was able to get an appointment the same day. Paperwork all electronic through your phone.

Chinese speaking doctor is in Wednesdays and Fridays which was helpful for another couple that was needing to be seen around the same time as us.

The staff at HELLOMD is outstanding. They are kind, efficient, thorough and take care of you quickly. They have helped me every time I've needed them.

Added on Oct 6 - I remembered that the male manager talked behind silently when I discussed my physical pains and symptoms due to some stresses, suspecting me as 'faking diseases.'
To 'the owner', I just shared my observation indicating that main customer are Koreans and Chineses when I visited the clinic.

This clinic is so tiny. This is kind of a Korean or Chinese walk-in clinic. I see that this clinic is heavily relying on Asian immigrants and international students. They would negotiate your medical bill very well if you have a UM medical insurance for international students. The Korean manager claimed that nearby locals also patrons here as well.

However, this clinic does not validate while I am feeling excessive unexplainable pains including depressive symptoms and mental distresses.
I don't think the management cares the quality of the medical care, but the management just focuses on images and advertisements including creating reviews. I suspect if those reviews here is manipulated.

If you expect the similar experience of Korean or Chinese small clinic of your local hometown, then this could resolve your nostalgia when you are ill.

Did immigration medical checkup from here. They were very professional. It was very easy to get appointment. Doctors and staff were very friendly and professional. They gave accurate suggestions for the required vaccinations. Highly recommended 👍👍👍👍👍

This makes testing and doctor visits easy. But I will not be using it again. I went here for a TB test for work. They scheduled me my test read 24 hours after my first visit... When you have to give a TB test 48 hours to read. So I had to call and correct that. Then after I sent in my paperwork to my work, they pointed out to me, THAT THE PAPERWORK STATED THE DATES OF MY TEST WERE 1/23 & 1/25 WHEN I WENT ON 2/23 & 2/25. I saw a different person each day and neither of them caught that?! I can't even imagine the potential disasters this office has caused. Use at your own risk.

EDIT: They also took $35 from my account days later because, turns out, insurance didn't cover like they told me it would... I really hope what I got was even for the TB test. they confirmed it with me before doing it, but their competence is totally non-existence so who TF knows. Good luck to anyone trying this place.

I was able to book an appointment the day of, the wait was super short, everyone was so friendly and nice, and my lab results came back in less than 24 hours :] they were so geniune and seemed to really want to help you, overall super positive experience, definitely would recommend :]

I had a really great experience being seen by the staff here. It was quick, clean, and the staff were incredibly polite and attentive. Can’t recommend it enough my best urgent care experience.

The NP was committed to doing a great job and saving us as much time and expense as possible. Thorough discharge instructions and explanations. Office was new and nice and front desk staff were easy to work with. We hope not to need urgent care, but if we do this is where we’re going.

Great customer services! Our family visited here for the PCR test. They advised me about my insurance coverage. It was extremely easy and fast service. We needed the result next morning and they promptly helped us to get the result less than 24 hours. Thank you so much!

I got the COVID-19 test on 1/13/'22 morning. No wonder why all those spots were available when I searched on the night before.
It's on the basement under Starbucks. I haven't seen any windows from the clinic. The waiting area is too small. I was curious if I would get the virus while I was waiting for the test. And there was no hand sanitizer.
Anyway, the nurse put the swab really really deep, and it was painful. I found drops of tear came off!
The result? "Inconclusive"! I can't believe!
I wouldn't send any of my family and friends there.

The result came in after "retest" by the lab.
Thank you the owner to response to my review. I still suggest to keep number of waiting patients as small as possible, and try harder to maintain the air being circulated in this pandemic situation. That being said, I'm changing my review to 3 stars.

The staff here are very kind and helpful, it's easy to schedule an appointment, and it's conveniently located for those who live close to downtown Ann Arbor. I've been to HELLOMED a couple times now (central and Plymouth Rd.) and it's been pleasant every time.

I cut my thumb and they glued it back together! Nice, friendly, and thorough, the team took the time to explain everything and were both knowledgeable and efficient. And they took my U-M insurance! I highly recommend them. I've been to the urgent care on Washtenaw and the one on Stadium and this is miles away better!!

Good fast service. Only suggestion is they improve how to put in your DOB. I had to go back 68 years a month at a time to pick my birthday. Why not a drop down to pick a month, date and year.

Don't use them if you need an antibiotic. All they will do is tell you to go to your doctor.

Go check in at the kiosk was a bit tedious. Once I got in Shawn was thorough and got me out pretty quick.

Used the online save your place in line and my apt started on time. Physician who was working was very friendly and non-judgemental. They were able to write me a prescription and it saved me in a crunch being in between doctors. Would recommend to others.

Did not hold to appointment times. Set up flu vaccine appointments for my kids. Arrived and checked in on time. Half an hour after the first appointment time, it still said another 20 minute wait for the first and 30 minutes for the second.

My fiance and I just had what we both described as the best medical visit on record, which is saying a lot since I have an extreme aversion to needles and received four vaccines. Pamela Olmstead was a pleasure to talk to and had a great sense of humor (and saved us money on a redundant consultation). I'd stop short of saying that I'm looking forward to the next travel vaccine in my series.

Very poor. My student had to go back after incorrect care and pay again.
Do NOT assume insurance will cover this place!!!! It is not billed as urgent care but as doctor visit!!!!! Misleading
