If there was a lesser rating, I would rate less than 0 stars. TERRIBLE SERVICE!! No answering service, no voicemail, secretary Angela rarely ever answers the telephone, useless office!! She doesn't care to call back with any information. How does this office even exist?? Does dr. Curria exist?? Should be shut down, it's inhumane, shameful and disgusting!
I came all the way here from my home in East York to find out that there is no walk in doctor is available. There was no place on Google maps that suggested that there is no available doctor.
I have been coming to danforth medical centre for over 20 years and now my children come here too. I couldn't be any more happier with the knowledge and treatment we receive every time. I never have to stress or think twice when I call the office the receptionist are always so friendly and so helpful. They even call me to remind me of apts. Dr Jindal Is always on point with what is happening with all of us. Anytime we have in person or phone call Apts he always takes his time with each of us nothing is rushed he is always so genuine and so gentle with the children especially when coming to their anxiety and fears and towards needles! Keep up the wonderful care ❤️ I am also so pleased with all of the other doctors while Dr Jindal is away we can always count on great care from any of the team! There's never been a time of disappointment!
I've been going to this clinic for some time now and there isn't another clinic in Scarborough that gives as much care as the staff does here!

This clinic is the best family clinic, the team of doctors are great. Dr.Ali is my family doctor and he is very kind, ethical and responsible doctor. Even when he doesn’t have appointments available there is an access to get our health checked under urgent care doctors. Dr.Raheel is also an amazing, calm and attentive doctor. Each Time I talk to my friends about their not so good expiriences with their doctors and health care in Canada I feel really blessed to be a part of this clinic where I have never had a bad experience or any delays for care.All the team of staff , doctors, nurses everyone are very caring , understanding and amazing. Highly recommended.
Im a patient at oasis family clinic. So far each time i visit this health center the service recieved is always satisfactory. Dr Ali is my family doctor and is amazing, very kind knowledgable and skillfull doctor. The care provided by Dr. Ali is really commendable. The whole staff at the front and the nursing staff specially wajma and rhema are very hard working and understanding. The urgent care everyday even on saturdays is very useful. I was once seen by Dr Raheel on an urgent care appointment, she is by far the most passionate, sweet and very talented doctor. The care and comfort from this team of doctors is excetionally great!! Thanks oasis team for your services.Great job and keep going!!
I’ve been registered with Dr Reheel since 2020. My experience is superb, the clinic is neat and tidy, front staff are all friendly, Dr Raheel is always attractive to patients concerns and I’m 100% pleased with her care. urgent care is offered whenever Dr Raheel is unavailable which made my experience 10times better. I love it here.
I have been to oasis family health center and this is so far the best clinic. The doctors and the staff everyone are amazing. Specially Dr. Raheel is so kind , passionate and amazing doctor. The way she deals with patients is so heart warming . I suggest to visit this clinic, this place is clean , perfectly organized and with full of positive people around. A big thumps up to oasis team for this expirence .😊

Front desk receptionists are the worst to talk to. Booking an appointment or having the doctor call back is close to impossible. The doctor expects you to do a complete self analysis (even the things you aren’t aware of) before calling them. Zero consideration towards your health and safety. The front desk blames you in return saying this is the worst patient.
These people are incredibly unprofessional. Front desk is horrible. They never pick up their phones and when they do they’re rude and unhelpful. You make an appointment and you still need to wait really long to get in (even after your scheduled time).
Took my wife for an appointment today. She booked this appointment between one month to little over a month ago. We get there 15 mins prior, hoping to maybe get seen a little early. This was not the case because after 2 hrs, she was told the doctor was not prepared to what had been scheduled for today and to come back at a later date. This is so unprofessional and disrespectful. Can't help but feel that we aren't the only people who go through this here. If the doctor wasn't prepared for the procedure/appointment today, the absolute least they could do was give a courtesy call to cancel and reschedule instead of wasting our time and resouces. Do better for the sake of your patients.
4 years with this clinic. Patient care requires communication. The reception is hardly reachable by the phone and the clinic insists on all appointments being "Requested" online so they can be booked afterwards (the time being decided by the clinic).

This clinic is the worst I ever saw. The staff is very rude. Getting an appointment is impossible. If you are sick in January and need medical attention they will give you appointment in April. They don’t listen and pretend that they are very busy and they have no appointments. Once I was in the clinic and I see hardly anyone coming in

Been visiting this walk-in for nearly 3 years now. It’s closer than my family doctor and doesn’t require an appointment, the wait can be long sometimes if you don’t have a appointment as there are many people who come to this location but they are open weekends which is very convenient. I have never had a negative experience here. I have a regular injection every 2 weeks that I have to have done and they haven’t ever given me a hard time about it. I think I’ve interacted with every doctor/receptionist/staff in the building and they are all great. Also have the option to pay $ if you don’t have an Ontario health card to see a doctor. I’ve since moved away and I travel 30 minutes to come to this location because I’m confident in their practice and know I am always in good hands. Oddly enough after 3 years I haven’t become familiar with any of their names, but the Filipino lady that works the front desk and the lab is the best! 😂🙏

I went to this WALK IN CLINIC to get a ear infection checked out I walked up to the front desk to be told "were not taking walk ins and to schedule an appointment... why even have a big sign outside your door that says walk in clinic if you're not going to service walk ins crazy to me to say the least I will never return there again

The front desk staff is very polite/professional and the doc was fantastic-listened about all symptoms and did a thorough checkup before prescribing. The only reason I have given 3 stars is because we were told wait time is 1hr but we were seen after almost 3.5hrs. I don’t mind waiting at a walk-in clinic but if you tell me 1hr them that’s how I time it. If they had said 3hrs, I would have figured out what to do with that wait time. I’ll certainly go back, if I have to. Will just plan about 4hrs for the experience
The new receptionist (I think of indian background) is rude at times. Gives the vibe she doesn't want to work there.

I would give -5 stars if I could. Went in for my wife and son, doctor already had written prescription before even getting details about issue or making sure if it was the issue. He checked my son’s lungs while he was wearing winter jacket and barely spent 2 mins in total for two patients. I think cpso complaint is necessary against dr. Abounaja. They just want to see more patients for the turn over. Don’t even spend time listening to patients. Worst clinic ever.
The receptionist dont care who comes first. I came first than others and a few patients were accommodated earlier than me. I looked up to the receptionist and i saw her reaction that she forgot that i was there first. I asked about my health card and she gave it back to me. Usually when i went there, it will only take a minute and she will return my health card and said wait for my turn.

Amazing staff at this clinic. Doctor Hashini is so patient and puts the needs of the patient first. I also appreciate Nurse Gina who gives me my B12 injections every time! Keep up the great work progress medical team!!
The front desk lady (Bhakti) is very rude, unprofessional, and not trained well at all on how to speak and deal with the patients.

It was my first time going to this clinic and I went in last minute during thanksgiving and sadly, there were no appointments available for walk in but the medical office assistant (Sarah) went above and beyond to help me out during my visit; although the clinic was so busy at the time, she made sure that I got the help that I needed at the time and was able to squeeze me in for walk ins. Wonderful staff!

We went in on Friday, they diagnosed my 16 mths old daughter with pink eye (without an examination) and prescribed her medication that is not for under 2. They provided no instructions for dosage, frequency, or duration. Tried getting the info for a few days. Found out from a pharmacist it was the wrong medication. Tried reaching them by phone to discuss if the doctor made a mistake or had a reason for the prescription, they told me to call back after 1:30 when the doctor would be present. Since then, they've ignored every phone call attempt for all three of their phone numbers. Other issues with this place too but that's an important one to share. Another thing to note, when we went back on the Sunday (cause they neglected to do an actual exam on the Friday where they would have discovered her ear, nose, and throat infection) they told us for the baby room we would be waiting about 20 minutes to see the physician... We were there about two hours waiting. Unacceptable. And as an FYI about the review who says everyone complaining about customer service to grow up, I am pretty confident he has some connection to this clinic because he complains about customer service and waiting in his other reviews, so clearly it does actually matter.
I have been visiting this centre for approximately 8 years now. The staff are wonderful people who are hardworking and have an enormous amount of patience and concern for their clients. Great job girls. Blessings to all of you. Lots of love Sue J.
This clinic has been great an even The Best! The members of staff are quite efficient and professional.I have met couple of doctors and been attended to really well.
Recommend it if you don’t have a family doctor. They do the follow ups or provide appointments without having to wait too long. Or even if you call and follow up its pretty quick.
The place is so clean and the built in pharmacy is a bonus.

I needed to visit a doctor this week and after escaping a nightmare experience at another clinic yesterday (dirty office, rude & abrupt receptionist, used medical vial on the bed, yelling patients...in short, utter chaos) I resumed my search for a clinic and thankfully discovered Greystone Medical Centre.
The office was clean.
The wait was reasonable.
The receptionists were pleasant as they managed the influx of patients (without seeming to be overwhelmed).
Dr. Vakilha was kind, thorough, and I appreciated his expertise. I felt that he was present as he listened to my concerns, then he was direct and gave me options for next steps.
Until I secure a new GP, I feel comfortable visiting this office again if needed.

Awesome walk in clinic, you go in, they tell you how long the wait list is and when to come back so you don't have to stay if you don't want to just come back in time. The Dr. Is wonderful, really nice, and accomodating to requests. The receptionist is good too, and deals with a lot but handles it well. Be nice and know they're under a lot of stress too.
- 5 in my eyes. This clinic is so poorly run and unorganized. They consistently had patients that came after me been seen by the doctor before me. Then lied and said that they called my name, which they did not. LIES!! No accountability whatsoever. No system in place to keep the patients registered in an orderly fashion 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Absolutely great clinic! Im not sure whats the dr’s name, but he sounds like he is Guyanese from his accent.He solved my medical problem with 5 bloody pills that my other family Dr the past 3 years in Canada failed to resolve. The money i wasted with that Fam Dr! I see some of the entitled and negative comments about service, ITS ALL IRRELEVANT, clearly you are not sick, if u really need help with ur medical treatment u would sit and be patient till u get your dr to work his magic, go complain about waiting long and non smiling receptionists at WALMART, you are here for treatment! Not to say bad customer service is acceptable but grow up and get what u came for. The service from the girls is also very lovely btw! :)

I called Greystone, they NEVER answer their phone. Don't even bother calling, the phone is obviously for decoration. So I had to go in person to ask a simple question. I asked them if they knew what was going on, the lab technician told me that she will request the results from the lab ASAP. A week later nothing.
I have sent email after email, called multiple times. Incredibly irresponsible and don't seem to care. I've got a heart condition and bloodwork for me is vital. So they've completely dropped the ball, and show no intention on doing anything about it.
Do NOT go here for bloodwork. And frankly I wouldn't go at all at this complete lack of care and professionalism.
If anyone is looking for a clinic that is professional, caring, and understand the meaning of time sensitive, I highly suggest Oasis Family Health Centre.
I'm glad I'm young and able bodied and not a senior or disabled person who has the choice of traveling further for quality health care.

If i could give 0, I would! I went to get some advice on the travel vaccine, and the doctor was so rude and so impaietent and wouldn't even have a decent professional conversation. I have never seen such unprofessional service from the front desk and doctors ever in my life!
He kept referring me to the travel clinic and won't even speak property and see if he could at least prescribe some basic medicine. They were so busy and trying to rush all the patients, or maybe he was having a bad day, but there is no reason to behave the way he did!

This is one of the worst walking clinic i've ever seen so far. Reason is that i had my scan results and i havent got any call from them about recieving it for weeks. And there working hours are not accurate. I went twice in person and the door was closed. I mean if i cant make an appointment and they dont accept patient in person at evening due closing time. They said they dont have doctors working 4 hour prior to closing time. They should push back the time if its to busy at closing. i was seriously sick that day and i just want to know whats going on. I was ford tp go to another clinic which treated me wayyyyy better. Im out of words and highly disapointed. I wouldnt suggest this place to my enemy.
Rude staff. They have a posting saying they don't tolerate abusive language, but the receptionists themselves show rude behaviour. When you can't understand what they have said or say something that's not what they want to hear, be prepared to be looked down on.
An incredibly friendly, attentive, and supportive team of professionals who go above and beyond the expected due diligence to ensure their patients are taken care of. Both Dr. Chan and Dr. Patrick have been such a pleasure to deal with and genuinely care for the patients at this establishment, and it shows. Highly recommend!
The doctor was really nice and somewhat helped with my issue. However, waiting for 2,5 hours wasn’t my favorite time to spend. It’s just an alright walk-in clinic, nothing more- nothing less.
What kind of receptionists do they have working there. Asked to book an appointment with Dr Nancy and they tell me it’s a 3 month wait period! So I booked it anyway and they seemed surprised! What like you think I’m gonna give up that easy! Trying to test me. Ok let’s play that game! Also gonna make a complaint to Toronto Public Health about that clinic.
Worst experience with the clinic and staff I was in the clinic to fill out the immunization record form I paid $35 to fill out the form and they made a mistake with the date of immunization details so without any complaints I paid $35 again to fill out the same record form for the second time. For the second time, they also made a mistake with the test date and I was not able to submit the form and I approached the clinic with 2 forms I filled from this clinic and they asked me to pay again $35 to get it filled and to wait for more than 3 hours .( for both the previous form also I waited this long at third time they told me not to wait long will call you between but we waited for long).Their response about the mistake with the form was this is all my mistake I am the one who should take care of the details like whether I am immune or not ( which is all from the blood test results)and to make sure that what ever I am immune doctor didn't filled the column with some dates of vaccination.And even though we took all vaccinations from the golden mile clinic itself the date was written mistake not even date the year was also wrong.
All the dealings with them was worse I would say and not at all systematic with the records and dealing at least while filling out this form they could pay attention to the details they are filling they are not bothered about the time others it was very bad behaviour from them.

So i took my toddler to this walk-in over the weekend, he had a really high fever and was restless for 24 hours prior to taking him. The paediatrician was not available so a general doctor had a look at him. He had checked him and said he had an ear infection and prescribed antibiotics. My son reacted horribly to them for the 48hrs that followed, he had stopped eating and was crying uncontrollably in pain all throughout the day and night.
I then booked him a doctors appointment, to find out that he did NOT have an ear infection and did not need the antibiotics to begin with!!!! His fever was due to a virus going around instead! His doctor advised that the medication be thrown out as he was not in need of it.
I am Very upset with the services at this clinic and would not recommend at all.

Excellent service! ALL the staff from front desk, to nurses, doctors and pharmacists truly amazing. I had an accidental mix up and showed up to their clinic thinking I had an appointment. They saw my struggles and did they very best to help me out and made me feel so welcomed. I was there at 630 when they were about to close at 7 and they still went up and beyond all my expectations to provide me with the best care and service. I would highly recommend going back and would for certainly do so myself. Thank you everyone at Progress Centre Medical! Without you guys I would not have been able to return to my work today and be back to a functioning person!
I was few times here, all time doctors were nice, pleasant and I was getting all information, treatment and tests which I was needed.

My family and I have been Dr. Jindal’s patients for over 20 years and I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor . He is patient , professional and caring . He is detailed and follows up . Also, his medical staff especially Savi is the best medical professional I have ever dealt with . Polite, kind, caring, compassionate and professional.
Went today to drop some forms as per my last doctor's request and had a mild issue . Walked in waited like everyone else. When speaking with the Dr regarding the issue he only partially listened so I had to repeat myself and when I mentioned the forms I brought he said I have too many issues for a visit . Dr. KYAW SHWE is this how we treat people. It's disappointing I've been coming here for 10+ yrs do better
Definitely try to be there 15 minutes before they open to avoid long wait times. I have at times waited 2+ hours. Doctors try their best to see you, but you often sort of feel rushed out the door which I suppose is the experience for walk ins all throughout the city. Okay if you're just looking for a quick prescription or testing would not recommend going here long term for care, try to find a family doctor instead.
Spent 20 minutes on hold while driving to the clinic, arrived to find the male receptionist sitting back on his seat chating with a co-worker (I was still on hold) I wanted to ask if they were still accepting patients at 6pm, as that's what the clinic advised. I was told in person that sorry, too bad so sad, were not accepting anyone more today. I guess it's possible he was busy right up until I arrived, anythings possible as they say. Would have saved me some time, I ended up seeing an online doctor in minutes.

It was very convenient for me to go to this doctor as it was close to my place. But this year the doctor's schedule is not organized as it was before. Doctor Najwa has been my family doctor for almost two years. But due to poor management in this clinic now I have to look for another clinic.
Worst medical clinic I've ever been to. The receptionists are rude and the doctors are uncaring.
I wish I could give a zero star to this clinic's management. The unprofessional receptionist called us for a doctor follow up on Wednesday June 14th, during the call I asked her to book the appointment for Monday June 19th at 4:30 pm. When we went there the doctor was not there and she did not call us to cancel the appointment. SHE SAYS THAT SHE NEVER SPOKE TO ME, and did not book the appointment.
The next day my mom called and booked another appointment for Thursday at 2:30. We went there and receptionist SAID THAT THERE IS NO APPOINTMENT BOOKED AGAIN.
This is unacceptable how come the management does not respect someone's time. My Mom had to take off work both days to just be told that her appointment was not booked.
I think this receptionist lady confirm the appointment over the phone and never register it. She was insisting that she never spoke and called me, I guess I was talking to a ghost in the clinic. She handled the situation very unprofessionally.

The doctor is good at understanding the issue and helping you with it, shes extremely helpful, the staff is just as kind, she’s been my family docter for 8 years and I dont plan on changing family doctors. The pharmacy is also great.
The doctor’s schedule is very inconsistent. I took time off and got someone to babysit my kids so I can go to the walk in clinic and the pharmacy told me that the doctor won’t be able to make it today.
They should hire another doctor to keep a consistent schedule for walk in and keep things more efficient.
The office needs to run like a business not just oh well do whatever we feel like doing. You will just make more “customers” or patients I should say, more upset.

Worst clinic, they take appointment only when the sign says walk in - I was so sick and needed to see a doctor and they wouldn’t see me, eventhough the waiting room was empty - so frustrating when you aren’t feeling well and the front staff was not helpful. Maybe change the sign and make it more prominent that it’s not a walk in
They should change the sign first of all. Came in to get check and they say they’re not taking walk in patients. So I tried to book an appointment and they said the doctor is only seeing his patients and no one else. Like are they picking their own patient? What kind of clinic is this
Clinic indicates it is a family practice and walk-in. Took a child to see a doctor and was told appoinment only. Change your sign to let people know not to waste their time if walk-in's are not accepted.
Me and my family have been coming to Dr Jain’s clinic for 13 years. Dr Jain, Dr Gupta, other doctors and the staff are amazing. We feel so lucky that we go to a clinic where we are treated with so much compassion and care.
Doctors are great, but the reception people are the rudest I have encountered. They act as if they re working for free and doing you a favour. They require a mask and don't even supply it. It is ok to mandate mask in your own business but you have to supply it since it is not required anywhere else.!!
Chose this place as my GP 2 years ago. And I have zero regrets. Whilst calling sometimes not be efficient, I’ve always gotten good service once I go in person.
Yes masks are still mandatory but in the GTA where most health service workers are abrasive and dry, I find the doctor to be helpful and efficient. I have my complaint. I get what I need and I’m gone out about my day.

Excellent Staff, very professional from the time I checked in with the Receptionist. Could not be happier with the visit. In to see the Dr in roughly an hour, yet staff apologizing for the wait. This is my first visit to a Walk in Clinic in probably 10yrs or so. Dr was great.

Literally the worst possible experience. Came with my mom one day, they don't take any more patients after 2 pm. Came in on another day , they don't take anyone until 4:30 pm. Came in at 4:30pm, they found another excuse why not to see you. Horrible service. They do everything to NOT help you. They are only interested in Covid, if you come with any other question, they are not interested. The worst walk in clinic.
Worst experience ever. Doctor likes to constantly call their patients fat and obease, when the doctor herself ain't slim pickings. Long wait lines for no one in the office. Doctor is unpleasant and doesn't listen to their patients. Unfriendly and never open when need to be. I would advise any new patients not to go here. I would give 0 stars but it doesn't allow it.
This clinic need a better management or staffs that know how to work properly. My calls were never answered and going there I need to wait like 1.5hrs to 2 to be attended. Doctors are overbooked or have a lot of patients as the staff said. Unless you are dying… you have to wait. And no improvement all these years.

2. Google shows opening hours but the staff does not adhere to it. The pharmacy was open at 9 as suggested, but the clinic staff was not in and we were advised that they might be at 9:30. People rely on you! Hello! Try to avoid this clinic if possible.

Waiting time is to much. They don’t follow the appointment list. Every single time we wait minimum 1 hour extra. Also their system is always down so again every single time we needed to fill the form.

If I could give this place 0 or negative stars, I honestly would. This clinic is a joke. The receptionist/nurses here are incompetent and untrustworthy.

So I trusted the receptionists on her word that my file was going to be handed to another doctor in this office. And it was not. And now I have to go find another family doctor.

I was not offered an alternative solution, I was not offered a different physician than the one I thought I had been moved to, that my sister was moved to.
The receptionists will not fight for your health care, so I wouldn't expect the doctors here to either.

Very Greedy practice! Operating as a Business and not as a Clinic. This clinic's main purpose is to swipe your health card. The appointments are NEVER ON TIME. You still have to wait an hour to see the doctor and it is all very rushed. They booked me for an appointment - had me wait an hour just to give me a ONE WORD ANSWER for my test - this can be done over the phone.
Doctors are never there had to miss 2 days of work because they cancelled the day of both times i booked an appointment. Doctors are never there. Receptionist lie to people. Only good thing about this place is the attactive receptionist. Thats all. Other then that might as well go to walk in clinic. At least they wont cancel on u a hour before...
My family and I are extremely happy with the outstanding care we receive from this Clinic. Dr Aaron Low has to be the most wonderful doctor everyone would dream of having . His patience, tolerance, understanding and care make you feel well just talking to him. His staff! Wow! the most loving accommodating, friendly and helpful. I have to mention Mary Tess and Shushan, great job. I wish there were more people like these in this world. Thank you all and God bless you.

The nurses at this clinical are amazing! Friendly,courteous and extremely helpful. Dr.Low is one of the nicest,most helpful doctors around. I've never had a bad experience and would recommend them to everyone.
Great customer service! Didn’t have to wait for too long. Receptionist are nice and very welcoming. Dr. Lau seems a bit rough ( just the way he speaks) but he took my concerns seriously and addressed them professionally which I really appreciated. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

I regularly visit this clinic. The hours are not great and neither is the service... Front desk staff are quick to dismiss you and the waiting area is cramped... All that said, I like my family doctor and this is her location so the rest is tolerable.
On the positive side they are usually on time for appointments which is great compared to my previous doctor who was always 45-60 minutes late even if I was booked first in the day.

Worst Walk in clinic in Toronto. They want you to get an appointment and when you call in for an appointment they don't have any available. Defeats the whole purpose of a walk in clinic. I went there to get a blood test for school which I had to submit before Friday. So even after 1 week of the test results out i am not able to get an appointment just to print my test results ( the result don't matter, I just have to submit the document).
Not to mention the arrogance the receptions have (except the lady with the colored hair). The two Asian ladies think that they are paying patients to come to their clinic.

The clinic is poorly ran and has a bad setup. There was a long line just to get to the front desk and no one cares to answer the phone. 4 receptionist and they can't manage. Called the front desk multiple times with no answer, and finally got to someone the next day. Made an appointment but still ended up having to wait 50 minutes. What was the point of making an appointment?
