Came here to try after my friend recommended it. I ordered the Dry Mix Noodles (14.95) with no spicy since it was a hot day. They charge a 2.3% service fee for credit cards so I paid cash. The sign about this fee is a bit small so be warned about it. The employee who took my order was pretty friendly and spoke English and Mandarin.
The noodles took around 10 minutes to be ready. I sat at their outside tables while I waited and the vibes were nice. The noodles were not bad but a bit bland. The sauce was more like a bean base sauce and that wasn't super good. It also came with a boiled egg and meat but the meat wasn't that good. The only good thing is the portion is on the bigger side, although I have seen this portion at a cheaper price elsewhere.
Overall, this seems like a decent noodle place but I probably ordered the wrong thing. Would not recommene the Mix Dry Noodles. Will try something else next time.

This place is awesome my friend and I drive here all the time. The beef noodle soup is delicious and very clean. I’ve eaten here more than 5 times in the last 3 months. I highly recommend!
I've had the Braised Beef with flat noodles, wide noodles and thick noodles. I've also had the Lamb Soup with flat noodles. The Lamb soup they said is their specialty. The meats are extremely tender and juicy, the broth is herbal, perfectly salted and exquisite in aroma and flavor. I've been coming here for a few weeks now and I will be back pretty often. The staff is friendly and you can see them making the noodles by hand behind the glass, so cool! It's a humble little restaurant but the food and service is great! These are my favorite types of restaurants, small in size but HUGE in flavor.
This was the best beef noodle soup I’ve ever had. Fresh noodles, flavorful broth, quality meat, friendly staff.. can’t get much better!
The food is very tasty and authentic. Its a no thrills restaurant where its simple and fast. I ordered the wanton soup and Liang Pi noodles. Highly recommended if your in the mood for noodles.

We enjoyed Qin West Noodle restaurant. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The serving are huge. We will definitely return to try something else from their menu.
No wait at 7p Labor Day!? Thought I shouldn't set foot inside. It wasn't too bad. Menu from QR code, Not exactly my forte. Prices are fair. Competitions around here are pretty tough. Ordered yellow kai, softshell crab, combo chaisui rice, spicy chicken ramen. It was a hot day so may be that effected how I felt about the noodles. It wasn't as hot (temp. wise) as I would expect. The orders were not oily. It was pretty tasty. The fried softshell was very good. Once again it wasn't streaming hot, but it was crunchy. The yellow kai could use a bit more soup and I should have ordered extra noodles. The combo was a very good value. The spicy chicken order was just spicy. Couldn't find other taste in that one. Probably will order that mild next time.
We read that this restaurant gets extremely busy with very long lines, so Saturday morning, we made sure to arrive right when they opened , and I’m so glad we did because minutes later lines of people started showing up. (It’s a very small restaurant that can maybe accommodate 30-35 people max?)
The hand pulled noodles in our soup tasted so delicious with the perfect amount of springiness in each bite. Highly recommend! (Make sure you go early)

One of my favorite ramen joints on the SGV. Rich tasting broth with large portions. Pleasant and friendly staff.
This place and those noodles? Undefeated. Beef noodle soup or just about anything on that menu is fantastic. The staff is friendly and awesome from the guys slap and noodles to the people serving your food. Big fan. I come here maybe once a month? I've always been satisfied by what they serve here and I'll go between beef noodle soup or one of their dry soups, which I guess dry soup is just noodles? Anyway, highly recommended. Come to hear and if you don't like it, you are a dweeb.
My daughter and I were in town and went to Google to find a place to have some ramen. Kai Ramen Arcadia was more than we expected. The sweetest lady waited on us and she was just an absolute dream. We have had a lot of ramen and this place was by far the best. The katsu curry with rice was so amazing, I wanted to lick the bowl. My daughter ordered the Kai White ramen and I had the Tonkotsu Classic ramen. We could not decide which was better. The pork was perfect, the egg was so creamy and delicious. We will definitely be back!
It was a larger portion, the bowl is the size of an adult hand spread out (at least my hand)! That makes me happy! Hahaha I ordered Zhajiang Noodles. It was a little salty for me but they were SO kind and gave me a little bit more noodle to help even it out! It's a good price at $13.35! I recommend to mix only 60% of the sauce first, test taste, and mix more if not salty enough. ❤️ Flavor is very good, got a small spice too
The premium beef noodle soup I got was a solid 2. I wanted to like the place more but there were too many factors making me dislike it. The meat offerings were alright and fair, and tripe is not always offered which was nice. However one of the tendons was still cold on the inside which was unfortunate. There were also two noodle clumps that were not separated properly, or at all during cooking which really sucked. As for the broth, I personally like things a but saltier/spicy but regardless I thought it was alright. It was not super rich, but I won't say it lacked flavor.. maybe just complexity? I also didn't find it spicy at all, but no mind I just added some more chili oil myself.

I will say though, at the price point (20$ OTD tax/tip/service fee; which I understand is likely going to be the same in many places) I would probably not order it again. Nice, cozy, little ramen place. I had the Tan Tan Men and it was sumptuous. Very tasty and not too spicy.
I ordered the House Beef Noodle Soup, and the meal is so flavorful and delicious it made me come back for more whenever i stopped by Arcadia.
The Food: The beef noodle soup bowl consists of noodles, braised beef, vegetable leaf, and the soup contains chili oil and some other flavors. When you start off with the noodles, the texture is a good balance of not hard nor soggy. It's soft and chewy. The beef is very savory. When you bite the meat, it's soft and easily melt in your mouth. Also, the beef doesn't contain a lot of fat, which is a good thing. I like eating the meat because it gives a sweet spice aroma and it's warm.
The atmosphere is nice and quiet. You have the view of the busy street to view while enjoying your meal. Parking is available, but it's small. The restroom is outside the corner of the restraunt.
Service: The restraunt also take orders thru food apps and phone orders.
Conclusion: i give this a 5 star because this place is one of the best beef noodle soup restraunt in the SGV. If you're coming to the SGV or near Arcadia, i suggest you visit this place and give it a taste. You won't be disappointed.

Really cool Ramen spot. Staff is very friendly & nice. Called on Sunday passing 9:30pm (they close at 10pm)

The food was good. The Noodle and broth were good..the ordered the premium beef noodle soup. The beef and the other meats were sof, the taste of the broth was good. The noodles were good not too soft..the restaurant was small. The parking was good..
Went into this place with my family and my friends around 3:00 p.m. We were the only people in the store. They graciously closed the door and turned on the air conditioning.

Taste-wise, it's chinese style ramen. I think for me, the ginger and bean sprouts are a bit too much. Will make sure to hold that next time I order.

An average bowl of ramen with super dry meat. I used to like the AlhambrA one... But this is just not my favorite. The chicken soup is not thick like it used to be. Soup seems water down and noodle don't have the same chewy texture.
I understand this is a mom and pop shop so I am not trying to be mean or anything. But I tried this place due to the reviews and the beef noodle soup was so salty, the saltiness was so overwhelming I ended up throwing it away. It's as of someone dumped half a canister of salt.... that's how salty it was. I tried to rinse out the saltiness by pouring out the broth and adding water but the noodles were super salty as well. I don't like to waste food and my food history has some quite unpalatable dishes. I'm not sure if it was an off day or the cook was stressed out? When I went to get my food there was another party of 3 at around 2-3 pm in the afternoon. Most of the reviews kept talking about authentic taste and everything but I don't think so unless it's supposed to be this salty?
I also ordered the 5 spice dish.... it's less salty than the beef noodle soup. But still salty as well and the portion size is very small about 5-6 slices. Same for the beef tendon dish.
I'll give them a star for actually responding to online orders and letting you know when you can pickup your food. Some places you literally have to guess...

My first time here and loved my experience! Everything we ordered was so flavorful and delicious. I ordered the Kai ramen and I’ve e never had anything like it. It’s a little spicy if you like spice and the added cheese made it so much better! The broth was rich and full of flavor. The chasu rice was so good too! I loved my first dining experience here. They have a great menu selection and the staff are friendly
Cold weather calls for ramen🍜🤤 Kai Ramen is a nice and cozy spot that serves delicious Japanese ramen. You can get your ramen fix no matter where you are in LA since they have multiple locations including West Hollywood, Ktown, Alhambra, and Arcadia.👏🏻

The tsukemen wasn’t as good as the Kai white since I preferred the thin noodles so next time I’ll try the Kai black as well! The chicken karaage curry was super comforting and I would def get this again! The takoyaki was also really good and crispy on the outside.👏🏻

We've been accustomed to Yukino's Ramen for close to 20 years. We used to eat at the City of Industry location often. Still the same fantastic taste! The family secret recipe continues to amaze.
Authentic chinese beef noodle place. Exhibition style kitchen behind the glass where you can see your noodles being hand made. Quite cozy atmosphere, since the place is on the smaller side. Bowls are quite big, could have been easily shared. The cold side dishes were really good as well.
The niu rou mian (Taiwanese beef noodle soup) is utterly fantastic. The broth is rich and delicious, with just the right amount of spice. The noodle portion was enormous, and the beef was melt in your mouth tender. I will definitely be going back to 88 Beef Noodle. What a wonderfully comforting meal on a cold day.

My first time eating at Kai's and was really impressed with the variety of ramen offered. I ordered the Kai's White Ramen and immediately fell in love. The broth was really flavorful, lighter on the saltiness and was well balanced with the garlic butter!!! 👌The noodles were so good and was accompanied with a variety of ingredients and textures. They offer a special which you can select a small side dish or drink for free!
Small but clean interior. I’ve dined here many times over the years as this is the closest ramen place to my home that is enjoyable. They still offer their garlic and garlic press but you need to ask instead of it being available table side. Good food and service. The spicy tonkatsu is not spicy for me personally.
This is a nice place for Beef Noodle Soup. I got their #1 House Beef Soup and the meat was tender and flavorful. Also I highly recommend the Mango Smoothie for a drink. The owner was friendly and there's free parking in lot outside.
This place has fantastic Ramen at a fair price. The Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen was very flavorful and the Pork Fried rice was an excellent compliment. Service was fast and friendly as well. Located next to Baskin Robbins in a busy shopping center.
Loved their pickle cabbage beef noodle soup, from the broth to the noodles and the meat, so delicious. Don’t miss out the sides, potato salad was my all time favorite (So good) The only issue I had was the beancurd, it had some weird funny soapy taste. Not so sure what really happened in the kitchen, but wish the owner could read this and resolve the issue. Besides that, everything was good.

They hand toss the noodles right in front of you, and (depending on the spice level you pick) the broth brings it all together. Even in a triple digits hot summer day these noodles in their delicious broth make everything better.
The boyf and I were so surprised this little joint could be so awesome. Its over an hour drive for us but we are definitely coming back.
