Die Fritten mit Mozzarella und Bratensauce sind immer einen Besuch wert. Ich mag die moderne Einrichtung, besonders gefällt mir die Bepflanzung an den Wänden.
Diese Location wirkt allerdings weniger schick, wenn, wie heute noch vor dem Andrang zur Mittagszeit, die Tische kleben bzw. fleckig sind. Ich verstehe, dass das ansonsten freundliche Personal nicht immer sofort dazu kommt, allen Gästen hinterher zu putzen/zu räumen aber es war um halb 12 wirklich nicht viel los und auch an meinem Tablett klebte angetrocknete Paprika (?). Das hat den Gesamteindruck leider etwas geschmälert.

Vor einigen Wochen mit einer Freundin hier essen gewesen und es war wirklich extrem gut! Service war gut, Essen ausgezeichnet und außer, dass es aufgrund einer Weihnachtsfeier etwas laut war, wirklich ein richtig gutes Restaurant, wohl mit das beste indische Restaurant in Hamburg, sehr authentische indische Küche, dagegen können andere nicht mithalten.

Very good first time experience. You order at the screen, waiting time is small and you can take your tray upstairs and enjoy a nice atmosphere. The fries come with a lot of sauce, if you're not a big fan of them, keep this in mind. In the picture one portion is with chicken and the other with falafel. No drinks, total 19 Euros. Enjoy!
I loved the sincere attitude and care from the people there. I guess its their family business. The were working in a relax manner and talking casually, talked us. It was my birthday. At a certain point they played birthday song and wish me with candle. I felt good with their warmth and care for their co-work, customers.
I have never eaten a falafel sandwich like this in all my life, and it is even better than its original place،The sandwich is very juicy and smooth, and every bite of the sandwich has a different taste. It is truly an irresistible sandwich, and hats off to the creativity.

During a flying visit to Hamburg, had lunch in Tassajara. The food was seriously delicious! Can’t recommend it enough to those who love vegetarian food. I had starters from the buffet menu and an exquisite mushroom and pumpkin risotto. The atmosphere of the place is very cosy and friendly. The young lady is very kind and polite. Well done!

Basically a large baked potato with generous toppings. The servings are huge and can easily feed two people for one dish. We ended up enjoying the tatties for lunch and dinner after taking away.

I ate it three times while traveling in Hamburg for a week. The sausages and french fries here are so fresh and delicious. The homemade?😜 ketchup is unique and tasty. The location is great for a quick and enjoyable meal.
A cheap and good fix (4.5e for an halloumi wrap). Very kind service, we didn't talk much but they are smiling and give positive vibes.

My friend and I were astounded by the freshness and variety of the vegetables and falafel, and how juicy the chicken shawarma was! This isn't fast food so much as proper dinner 😍😍 we even bought tomorrow's lunch to take with us. It's super cheap (€5 for huge shawarma döner) and the jungs working there are very friendly.
The food is really delicious. The staff spoke very fluent english. The baked potato portions are very large but the staff will happily give you a takeaway container.
Lovely ambience and friendly staff. I really enjoyed the service and spent good time here. But the food was a bit distant to the authentic taste of Indian cuisine. The Beryani was too sticky. We were treated with free Gulab Jamun and Mango Lassi at the end, thankful for.
Die Pommes sind wirklich lecker. Wer auf Knoblauch steht, sollte die Pommes mit Knoblauch nehmen, die sind intensiv. Die Portionen sind groß genug, um satt zu werden. Es gibt wenig zu meckern. Nur die Lautstärke im Erdgeschoss ist häufig etwas hoch, so dass man nicht unbedingt gut hört, dass man ausgerufen wurde.

The best falafel wrap I have ever had. All the toppings were full of flavour and the falafel itself was fresh and not dry like other falafel places.

Ein sehr netter Abend im indischen Restaurant SINGH, Steindamm 35, 1.OG. Freundlicher Empfang, sehr nette Bedienung, sehr aufmerksam und leckeres Essen, wir sind mit 6 Personen rundherum zufrieden gewesen.
Really nice restaurant, we ordered a mixed fresh grilled fish of the day , and another grilled fish , both really good with potatoes , salad and sauces. The waiter is nice , ready to help , we were in a hurry and got our food really fast. The atmosphere as well was good , nice decoration , good music. Perfect restaurant!
The dishes are delicious and the portions are very generous ! We particularly recommend the maximus and the tandoori potatoes
War hier zum zweiten mal essen. Hatte Pommes mit Mozzarella und Champignons. Sehr sehr lecker und haben sehr satt gemacht! Ebenso die Chicken Avocado Balls.

Couldn't be happier. This restaurant is in the centre of Hamburg and you can get a good and healthy lunch for up till €10 (without drinks). It was absolutely delicious and the portion was just right.
I recommend both the falafel plate and the shawarmaa! Very delicious and filling! At the restaurants there were students, mothers with daughters, local residents!
Very good bar in the St Pauli district of Hamburg. Goof beers from Weihenstephaner particularly the Dunkel. Friendly and helpful staff. Very large outdoor seating area. Busy on a Friday night.
First time eating here, will come back again for sure. Food was super tasty (fishes and seafood were fresh ❤️), service was amazing. Even the cook came outside asked us personally how our food was... That's just sweet and showed how the personals care about their customers ❤️

Wir kamen direkt zur Ladenöffnung und haben ohne Reservierung zu dritt einen Tisch bekommen. Es wurde relativ schnell voll, sodass eine Reservierung durchaus Sinn machen würde.
Der Service ist super höflich, nett und zuvorkommend. Vielleicht ein bisschen langsam, aber das passt zur Gemütlichkeit des Gastraumes. Man ist ja im Regelfall nicht auf der Flucht. Die Speisekarte versteckt sich hinter einem QR-Code.
Das Essen war sehr schnell zubereitet. Es gab bei der Bestellung ein kleines Missverständnis, das direkt von der Küche ausgebessert worden ist. Respekt dafür!
Die Küche ist vom Gastraum aus einsehbar und die Köche sind auf Zack. Es macht Spaß, hier hin und wieder einen Blick reinzuwerfen.
Die Speisen selbst waren fantastisch, sehr sehr lecker und ausgewogen. Oft schmeckt indische Küche für meinen westlichen Gaumen wie eine einzige "Geschmacksbombe". Das Essen im Singh ist natürlich genauso geschmackvoll, hier ist mir persönlich allerdings zum ersten Mal aufgefallen, wie die verschiedenen Gewürzen und Aromen wunderbar zusammenpassen und auch einzeln heraus geschmeckt werden können. Großes Lob an die Rezepte und die Zubereitung!

Really good food. Loved the spread of Starters, Main course and Dessert. Limited menu but really yummy. The service is also great. Good selection of wines. Reservation recommended. Only downside is the price for quantity. But it's a fine dining place & this is what you pay for good and yummy food in Hamburg!

I had such a lovely time at this place. The staff were super friendly and good english speakers. The food blew my expectations. This is an excellent affordable vegetarian/vegan place.

Tangdi chicken curry was nice and rest all the stuffs that we ordered was average. Dal Makhani was average, garlic naan was fine. But the starter that we ordered chicken seekh kebab was not at all good. We could barely finish it. Service was good so I will keep the rating to 4 and not 3. But finally if you are really craving for indian food then you can visit it once but definitely not again.
I love this place , good quality food and service authentic. It’s quite venue in fancy neighborhood , cute small space for peaceful eating and conversation.

Locality is around a place which is not really aesthetic. The restaurant is on first floor over a Turkish vegetable shop. The food has a good quality even if it is not hundred percent authentic taste. The restaurant is very well orientally decorated. The service is quite quick however you didn’t get the masala tea because of the over use of the flames in the kitchen.

We went inside and saw on the menu there are lot of dishes we ordered Kashmir pulao, chicken biryani, butter naan, chicken tikka, and Nimbupani were among the dishes we ordered. Best falafel and hummus I’ve had to date. Lovely vibes and friendly service. Also try the Mango with Fresh ginger and Cinnamon drink, it’s delicious.
Super impressed with the freshness and perfectly grilled fish here. We ordered the Pauls Mix II grilled fish platter and the portion was generous. 4 different types of fish fillets cooked to perfection. We will definitely be back again for more! 😀

The menu in this place is probably the longest menu I've seen in forever yet there's nothing on it that's appealing. The design and font of the menu is so bad I felt like I'm doing homework as I tried to make a decision about the food. What also doesn't help is the fact that every dish on there is very similar that I can barely distinguish the difference. The appetizers are extremely unappetizing and the drinks are very starchy and weird tasting.
When the food came it was criminally salty I felt a headache afterwards. The meals are very bland and almost tasteless because the only thing I could taste was the salt. The two very different meals we ordered looked and tasted almost identical.
The atmosphere there was super weird. We were constantl stared at and felt very observed. The whole place just made us feel uncomfortable and out of place.
Unfortunately there was nothing about this place that was pleasant. It was a terrible experience and on top of all that you're expected to pay that much for almost inedible food.

Excellent falafel in a cosy little street, with great seating options indoor and out. There was however a small chunk of broken glass in my halloumi sandwich - one of life's little tests!

We had a lovely spot on the sunny terrace and the food was delicious! Very unique, like nothing we've ever had before. You order at the counter (they can help you choose) and pay immediately. I also had the homemade ice tea, highly recommend!

I have finally found my FISH place in Hamburg❤️, after few days of searching for the ultimate FISH experience, today our dinner here was just wonderful, i could eat here every day 😋 the service was just excellent, thank you Maurice for hosting us, and for being so kind and genuine, you are an essential part of this restaurant, that's for sure! Der Eintopf war kein Eintopf, dafür hatte es mindestens doppelt so viel Flüssigkeit sein müssen, schade. Außerdem fehlte das Basilikum, auf das ich mich sehr gefreut hatte, komplett. An sich war das Gericht lecker, nur eben kein Eintopf.
Der Salat war leicht muffig aber ok.

I had the Aristoteles (4/10). There’s a lot of people here, so it’s a popular place. The portion is huge too—but I think potatoes stuffed with veggies just aren’t for me.
The food was great (I had the vegetarian steak) and the waiters were very attentive and polite. I liked the ambiance a lot as well. One star down only because of the prices, as I think it was a bit overpriced for what you get.
Arguably one of the best vegetarian/vegan restaurants I have been to in Hamburg. Service was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was laid-back and the food was great, memorable experience. Only downside, significantly overpriced.

We booked a table but we have to wait around 30 minutes before getting in. The waiter was very nice to offer us a "sorry" shot while we waited.

The food was great, my fish was perfectly grilled and tender, and they serve extra salads and delicious garlic bread as a compliment. It’s a very nice touch. I don’t understand why they serve the fish with cream though, personally I would prefer it with tartar but it’s a matter of choice of course.
Food is delicious. I had a Halloumi plate. I was just a bit disappointed by the size of the portion: one piece of potatoe, one piece of cauliflower, one piece of pickle - one piece of basically everything... A little bit more would be nice.
Very friendly boss and staff ! It is wonderfull to find a restaurant serving only organic AND vegge/vegan dishes. The products are well chosen and the boss will be able to explain you everything about them. The commanded wine was excellent.
Great little place. Friendly staff and great vegan options. Had to wait 20 min for a table though so I recommend reserving.

Amazing food ! Really delicious ! One of the best falafel places in Hamburg (and I tried a lot of them so believe me) the staff was extremely nice 😊
The staff were friendly and the food arrived quickly. The presentation of the food was good, but we felt there was something lacking in the taste. We both thought that the salad dressing was more tasty than the sauces on our food, but maybe we just got unlucky. The portions were large and the pricing on the more expensive side.
Overall it is not somewhere we would generally think about revisiting.

Good food and good ambiance, but then you might get better dishes for less money in other veg places around the city. A miniature salad costs here for example 13.50 Euros. The main dishes are more fairly priced though. Another star bring taken because of the very slow pace of the kitchen.
We are all for slow food... but our main dish arrived more then 100 minutes after we got in... it's a bit much. My guest almost left because he wasn t comfortable with waiting so long.

We were a parti of 4 and had the menu offer. Lots of small dishes/tapas to start with. Everything was really tasty and served nice. Fiender staff. We do rekomend this restaurant

Super cozy place to chill and enjoy a lazy meal. Love the interior design. Have been here several times tried many dishes, every time I'm satisfied. Good value for money too.
After an extremely long day of travel my partner and I came to this restaurant at 22:00 quite hungry after walking through the rain on a Thursday night. According to every available source including happy cow and google they are open to until 23:30. When we arrived the host essentially told us the kitchen was closed and for us to go elsewhere. I don't know why they would treat us like this as there were other guests seated and eating at the time. Would not reccomend. The Italian place La Locanda around the corner was delicious and respectful to us.
First time ever i visit a vegetarian restaurant and I was really impressed. The friendly owner introduced to many of their culinary dishes. I really liked the enchilada and their creamy vegan tiramisu.
The food is amazing. Love the atmosphere and the service, very friendly. Would love a bit more of variety of vegan desserts/cakes.
Wait time of 2h is simply to long. Otherwise food was kind of OK.

Food was really delicious! We ordered this tapas as starters to share and then I had the gyros for my mains. Everything was so delicious that we were licking the plates clean 😂. Highly recommended!! Service is a little slow but that’s because it’s a small establishment, so please be patient, the food is 100% worth the wait!
Cosy place with both indoor and outdoor seating. Great vegan options, especially the “Döner Teller” which reminded us of Greek style “gyros”. A big plate incl fries, mixed salad, a cabbage slaw and tzatziki. They also offer vegan desserts!

As much as I want to give this place a five star- I gotta let others know that it was a difficult time to be here and enjoy everything- the time delay was beyond an hour for food- and even 20-30 minutes to get the order placed — which was frustrating- the food was “ok”. They carry a great vegan menu and regular menu- for the night we were there I believe they were very understaffed. Our server was racing around- but the benches outside are very uncomfortable and narrow and sitting on them for 90+ minutes was definitely a negative. We asked for check and still didn’t get it so I had to go in and ask and pay- again it was obvious they were understaffed but well liked by all who were there. I would recommend going- but if it’s busy or they haven’t hired someone else for assistance- prepare for a wait!!

I've been taken here once this winter and I am sure to come back. The menu changes regularly and we had a vegan traditional dish of 'Grünkohl' with vegan sausages. It was so delicious, I could hardly believe it. Always inspires happy thought walking past that place now. The vibe was chill, the staff are friendly and relaxed and it is sure to breathe the sternschanze atmosphere. Also a nice place to sit and enjoy a chill drink.
What a lovely place to visit while in Hamburg. This place is very cozy and has a few food choices most of them vegetarian or vegan. Really loved the place, will probably come back. The food is very good and the portions are big. As for the prices, I'd say they are typical from the city.
Great spot for drinks or lunch if you're visiting the Saturday flea market, service is a little carefree but the prices are nice and the garden is lovely. Right next to the stalls, it's a great people watching place too, with all the hamburger specialties you are allowed to expect. The patrons are of the eclectic type this part of town is party to but it's colourful and fun!
The best Syrian food I’ve ever tasted. They have an excellent selection for f Maza (oriental dips) and fine dining main dishes. Try the lamp dish or if you have time, try their special menu. The special menu is a course that can take about 1:30 hours through which they serve view various selections of their main dishes.
Great tasting spicy Asian food typically for people loving Indian and Nepali cuisine! Loved the chicken noodles especially 😊😊
This is a little Lebanese restaurant gem. The food here is always very good and for a meal and beverage it is less than 10€. It is an absolute favorite with Hamburg University students and staff. So if you are a fan of good Hummus and falafal don't forget to pop by and give it a try.

This is one of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever been to, anywhere in the world. The owners create the most amazing dishes and you can tell it's all done with so much love. I love the positive energy at this restaurant. I've been there with my husband a couple of times and took my best friend from New York there today and he was also blown away. I go as often as I can!
this organic, primarily vegetarian restaurant was excellent. it was obvious that they are serious about food and prepare it with love. I would definitely go back and bring friends whether vegetarian or not. the food was so delicious and I savored every bite. the German rose was one of the best I've had. the service was solid and they helped a non German speaker order well and feel comfortable.
