Wir waren schon oft in Senigallia in verschiedenen Restaurants essen, aber so gut wie im Raggiazzurro noch nie. Wir haben mehrmals dort gegessen und verschiedene Gerichte probiert, alle waren hervorragend zubereitet und präsentiert, die Zutaten waren von bester Qualität. Außergewöhnlich gut fanden wir auch die Weinkarte.
Außerdem haben wir uns absolut wohl gefühlt, wurden herzlich empfangen und professionell beraten.

A busy family run restaurante. Good food . Only wine and water. No other soft drinks. Authentic food with a great atmosphere.

Wir hatten das Vergnügen am 12.10.2023 frühmorgens den Sonnenaufgang am Strand zu genießen. Anschließend sind wir zum Cappuccino und feinen Backwaren sins Tajamare Osteria Du Mare gegangen. Es war so magisch, wie die aufgehende Sonne, durch die Bäume direkt auf due Aussentische leuchtete. Es lief eine so entspannende Musik von Danit (hab’s sofort gegoogelt). Während des Cappuccino-Genuss erwachte so ganz langsam das Viertel. Rollläden von kleinen Läden wurden hochgezogen und Menschen kamen auf einen morgendlichen Espresso oder zum Kauf ihrer Tageszeitung vorbei. Sehr romantisch.

Super Platz am Meer. Essen angemessen bepreist. Wir waren in der Off-season dort, also lag es vielleicht daran, dass wir immer nach einem Kellner fragen mussten, weil von selbst keiner kam. Speisen gut. Getränke top.
Ein sehr tolles Lokal mit hausgemachter Pasta. Die maccaroni sahen optisch aus wie „al ragu“ aber waren eine Sauce mit Meeresfrüchten und Fisch, die mehrere Stunden gekocht wurde.
Der Dessert war bereits im Internet ein optischer augenschmaus, aber die gebrannten Mandeln als Zwischenschicht war ein sehr guter Abschluss

This is a nice fish restaurant in Senigallia near to the beach and port. They have a big variety of fish food, some meat food as well and a really good choice of wine and alcohol. I think this place is more tourist oriented. Food is good, service as well and atmosphere depends on where is your table located. I have a good experience here but nothing special, I expect a little bit more interesting food from this place because they have potential, ingredients are fresh and high quality. Decent price, clean toilets, very good location and looks like people like this place because it was absolutely full on Sunday night.
La location è ottima, a Senigallia, vicino al fiume, è qualcosa che va premiato. Tuttavia i tavoli sono poco distanziati. La zona dove si mangia è anche poco arieggiata. Il servizio è distinto ma che si può migliorare, tuttavia è stato gradito ampiamente. La proprietaria è molto gentile. Il cibo è la cosa migliore: le porzioni sono grandi ed il pesce è ottimo. Migliorabile l'impiattamento. Il prezzo mi è sembrato corretto. Questo ristorante è ottimo per chi cerca un pasto veloce e ricco di sapore, mentre non lo è per chi presta attenzione ai dettagli.
Buon negozio di gastronomia dove si può mangiare anche sul luogo. C'è una grande varietà di scelta, i primi sono ottimi, il personale è gentilissimo e cordiale. Non si effettua servizio al tavolo ma i prezzi sono molto contenuti. Consigliato
I was invited to Uliassi for my birthday. We had a table outside with a a lovely view on the sea during a hot and sunny day.
We had the classic menu, cost 250€ wines excluded.
I was quite disappointed by this experience. Of all the 11 dishes served only the calamari was excellent. Most of the other dishes, though with all with a lovely presentation, left me quite perplexed not really understanding all the mix of flavors sometimes very confusing, too often citrus flavors taking over. Wine menu is excellent but prices are ridiculously high for Italy.
For this price I was expecting a unique culinary experience, all I got was a posh experience with excellent service with instagramable dishes in a nice location. I would strongly advise against this experience if you are more into traditional and unpretentious cuisine.

This restaurant was highly recommended and the food met our expectations. The night of our dinner, however, the restaurant was full and staffing was stretched thin. As a result, the two waitresses who helped us were not friendly at all. We dined outside along the main road with cars passing by a few feet away.
From perfect protagonist of summer holiday postcards, the Adriatic Riviera becomes a painting or, if you prefer, an art film thanks to Mauro Uliassi's compelling performance. The restaurant seems almost hidden and confused among the bathing establishments that crowd the Senigallia coastline: one would never expect a 3 Michelin Star camouflaged among beach umbrellas and sea waves. The strength and originality of this cuisine lies precisely in the consistency of being able to offer the best starting from what surrounds it, with the courage to draw on and confront the best known and familiar gastronomic traditions, the same ones that have decreed the success of this coastline, but giving it a creative and personal interpretation. The sea, of course, with its flavours and aromas, but also the hinterland, with its never extinguished passion for the Marche's game tradition: sea and mountains, the true soul of regional cuisine. A colourful experience warmed by the smile of the owners, in addition to Mauro, his sister Catia doing the honours and Filippo, the chef's son. Without forgetting that, in respect of the territory, they have now banned plastic and do their utmost to convince sailors not to use polystyrene to transport fish.

La vista dalla terrazza è super scenica, l'offerta anche di vini generosa ed i prezzi buoni per l'esperienza vissuta.
È inoltre possibile salire al top dello stabile per fruire di una vista mozzafiato del lungomare.
L'unica cosa che non mi ha fatto impazzire è il tiramisù rivisitato (leggero e con granita di caffè) che è risultato un po' acquoso ma questo non toglie valore alla complessiva valutazione

Non posso dare meno stelle perché la location estiva è sicuramente meritevole di una visita,ma il loro sito è ingannevole: sottolineano più volte "piatti a base di pesce alla portata di tutti" ma non è proprio così. Si pensi che solo il coperto a persona costa 5euro. Credo che loro facciano riferimento alla location invernale, al piano terra dell'hotel Terrazza Marconi, dove probabilmente adottano un menù e prezzi differenti. Detto questo, piacevole serata su una bella terrazza vista lungomare di Senigallia, con piatti di pesce sicuramente fresco e soprattutto abbondanti. Nel complesso il voto potrebbe essere un 4,5 nonostante l'inganno.

We found this place out of convenience as it was across the road from where we were staying and how lucky we were.
The service was super friendly and professional, even though they had trouble understanding us.
The food was terrific, fresh and full of flavour. The pasta portion sizes are out of control 😂 ... Only little gripe was the steak was over done a little.
Highly recommend, can get busy so make a booking.

I went there for my father's birthday and we had a lovely lunch: unfortunately the rigatoni were too salty and the tagliolini were with too much water; but the seppioline were really delicious,also the baccalà mantecato was superb. The bread with tomato and mackerel fish was plain.

Einfach nur wow - die Pasta war mit die beste meines Lebens! Die Preise sind gut, die Portionen sehr groß, die Bedienung ist super freundlich und man sitzt sehr angenehm draußen. Absolute Empfehlung
Ganz tolles kleines Lokal! Die Karte ist nicht besonders groß aber alles was wir gegessen haben, war köstlich. Die Fische in fritto misto waren ein bisschen groß für meinen Geschmack. Der Service war sehr nett! Wir kommen wieder

Per una Domenica a pranzo vicino al mare,, ristorante il mare in terrazza, Piazzale della Libertà Senigallia, location bellissima con veduta Della Rotonda sul mare servizio ottimo, cibo di qualità accogliente, pezzi abbordabili, consiglio vivavente. Ottimo per chi è in vacanza e non solo. Da provare.

Very small and cozy place with few dishes on the menu. The taste was extraordinary, special creations that surprised us very positively. No touristic place. As the waiter was speaking to English the cook came to explain the menu :) so the staff is very friendly as well and supports the top Experiance. Good wines from various regions.

An outstanding four hour meal that was amazing from start to finish. Each dish was a thoughtful work of art and delicious. The service was marvelous. Needless to say we left with smiles on our faces and marveled that we stretched one bottle of (fantastic) wine through the whole meal (hey we needed to get to Rome for the evening).

With the salt amount, and both pasta dishes were slightly too much Al dente for my taste. The branzino was nicely cooked in a salt crust, unfortunately the waiter took to long to filet it. Beautiful location, you eat literally on the sand and enjoy the sunset. It's perfect for a romantic dinner but also great with friends and family.

Worst service in town! The food was okay, but neither a highlight. Better go a few meters up or down the street to another location and enjoy your evening!

- pasta: cappellaci done witu squid black ink folled witu shrimps and burrata in red sauce witu burrata/stracciatella. Amazing taste and substantial portion

Essen war gut aber ziemlich teuer. Wollte telefonisch für 13:30 reservieren und man insistierte 2x auf 12:30. okay scheint offenbar ausgebucht zu sein. Realität: wir waren bis 14:30 neben 4 Gästen die einzigen!!!

Top Qualität. Fisch war immer frisch. Drei mal hier gegessen. Sehr empfehlenswert. Verbesserungspotential: das Personal könnte etwas lächeln.
For us this is true Italian heaven. Nice environment, great service and the food - the food is amazing. Just a pity our stomachs cannot get any bigger because we could eat there all day long.
Fern der touristenströme essen hier die senigallessi und alle die gute Küche zu schätzen wissen.. Klassische italienische Meeresküche mit neuen modernen Akzenten Top zubereitet, frisch und sehr freundlich serviert. Der antipasto di mare ist geschmachlich eine Sensation! Die Zuppa di pesce hervorragend. Auch die Nachtische sind homemade und eine Sünde wert. Wir kommen wieder !!!
One of the best dining experiences I have ever had. We had a 4-hour lunch with beautiful views of the water from our table. The restaurant was airy and full of light. The food was delectable. We did both of the tasting menus that they offered so it was nice to try a little bit of everything. The presentation of each dish was gorgeous and the flavors of each subsequent dish was different from the next. Service was amazing. Very memorable experience and cannot wait to go back one day soon!
Nice area and nice service
The fish anti pasta is divine! I wanted one all to myself, but sharing was the right thing to do!!! We then had fried calamari and prawns with salad for main, again delicious. For pud we had a chocolate mousse covered with a hard shell and cherries. Glad we were able to get in here. You definitely need to make a reservation!

Really nice location, just near to the sea. You'll feel like you are dining with the feet in the water. The brother is a very talented chef and the sister is finely handling the service. You'll have the opportunity to choose amongst 3 menù, the classic one, the "new features" one and the wildfowl one. All are very good, but I strongly recommend the wildfowl one. The atmosphere is very welcoming and the personnel is nice.

The setting is super informal but well thought - a perfect example how a "trattoria" should look like - there are very few tables during the winter time making the entire experience really intimate (I would recommend making a reservation because of that).
Decided to try as many of the dishes available and didn't left disappointed.
The "seppie a tagliatella" is a must try, especially for the way the squid is cut. Also, if you like that fish, try the "seppioline con crema di patate" a simple but perfect combination.
The main "tagliolini" was also great in taste as was the "razza with cicoria".
All dishes tasted fresh and well balanced. The only downside was the "Pane and sgombro" that is served cold, I was expecting a warm appetizer but I've learned later that this wasn't the case.
The wine selection is good and the desserts proposed were au pair with the rest. They even made the "moretta" coffee for us.
On a side note, we had two kids at the table and the server, also the co-owner of the place, had no issues making them comfortable.
I will certainly come back here for dinner next time in town.

This is one of the best fish trattoria I tried. The trattoria is managed by the sister for the service and the brother for the kitchen. They are both excellent, motivated, passionate and so kind. It is a real pleasure to spend a moment here, I strongly advice to every fish lover.

Superb restaurant in Senegallia. Our first visit to this restaurant and it is excellent. The menu is beautifully produced and their wine list is one of the best I have seen in the area. Staff are attentive and friendly, food is superb.

Highly recommended. We had a great experience with their tasting menu. The menu dishes had a good flow. The flavors were excellently balanced. The dishes, surprisingly, had layers of flavor and ingredients. This is in direct contrast to what you expect from ‘minimal ingredients’ Italian cuisine. Yet it does not take away from the experience, but rather lends to it. The wines were well paired. We opted for the local (regional) wine pairing and it was a great choice. We discovered some local wines which are made from rare grapes that were almost lost! The ambiance was what you expect: comfortable, easy yet sophisticated, and a healthy sea breeze. One minor nag is that the service was not as jovial as can be expected in such a place. The staff were not as excited about their own dishes as they should have been.

Einfach nur ein schlimmes Erlebnis war dieses Restaurant!! Ich würde wenn möglich minus Punkte geben! Unfreundlich und gestresst ist vor allem die Chefin... habe so etwas Anmaßendes noch nie erlebt in einem öffentlichen Lokal. Leider war die ältere Kellnerin sehr unhöflich. Das Essen war versalzen. Der Preis ist eindeutig zu hoch für diese Speisen. Es wird nicht nach dem Green Pass gefragt obwohl wir drinnen saßen.
Last year the food was very good and fresh. . This year the food is salty and canned. Only the chef (!) waitress is as unfriendly as last year and today was shouting at us because we had difficulty to understand her. If she would speak other languages as well as Italian this would better help. She feels very important because she can tell all the customers the corona rules. But she forgets that the people are coming for the food instead. We are not going there anymore. There are other locations with better prices and food quality
Hors d'oeuvre hot seafood plate was amazing. Grilled fish was fried fish in my humble opinon. And also in my girlfriend's not so humble opinion

Lovely place. Everything was fresh and tasted great! We had the fish of the day and three main courses plus two desserts. I only took one picture because my family was too busy eating! The service was attentive but not intrusive. Recommend!
Food absolutely amazing if you like uncooked fish. Above the average for cooked fish, but in this case poor offering. Absolutely good for couples or for business lunch. Not for families

The staff was wonderful, very friendly and accommodating. The ambiance is nice and stylish. The food sounded good on the menu...but I found it mediocre. In the end, 80 euros for two meals (including one glass of wine) was too expensive.

It is one of our favourite!!! The expression of yummy is rather modest for what you experience as food quality as well as the modest owner and waitress who are serving you. Having said this one also should thank to the kitchen personal for their artworks with food. Personally I recommend everyone who likes see food kitchen and is around Senigallia to make their own experience with this lovely Trattoria. Don’t forget to book a table before you intend to visit.
Location incredibile, all'interno del colonnato che circonda l'anfiteatro centrale. Siamo stati qui quattro volte, ordinando di tutto: dagli antipasti freddi e caldi, ai primi, ai secondi, ai dolci, ai vini. Cosy restaurant in the city center. They serve traditional fish and meat dishes. Bread and desserts are homemade as well. Staff is very kind, the food is always very good and the atmosphere is cosy, romantic and quiet.

Enjoyed our relaxing meal of mussels and assorted fried fish. Our teenage son fortunately had options as a non seafood eater.

Eccellente. Non amo particolarmente la sperimentazione eccessiva, ma gli spaghetti alla carbonara di baccalà con scaglie di tartufo e i maccheroncini spada e capperi, buonissimi. Ambiente accogliente ottimo servizio e vini davvero super. Bravi.
