Shipped my 2 Nigerian Goats. I was worried about the girls and the trip.

They were scared but arrived safe.

The plane was on time and they ship animals often which is a plus
Deze trein combinatie is echt top je kan naar meerdere plaatsen reizen wat tot vorig jaar niet mogelijk was. De stations zijn in Orlando en Miami het grootste maar dat is logisch want de steden zijn groter dan een Fort Lauderdale. Er zijn leuke winkeltjes en cafeetjes je kan er eigenlijk alles halen alleen het enige wat ze niet hebben in het hele station is een ATM ( geldautomaat ) dat is wel jammer, maar als je dat weet kan je er rekening mee houden en is het eigenlijk geen probleem meer.
Love using the Brightline train service from Orlando to Miami and the return trip as well. The efficiency, cleanliness and on time service, will keep me as as using the train. Happy customer!😊

This Miami Brightline station was better than I expected. It was very modern and clean. It was easy to navigate and there were helpful employees to ask questions as well. It was easy to get an Uber as the pickup area is just outside the door. Orlando Brightline station at the Orlando airport it had a snack area and bar. The waiting area seemed very spacious as well. Our first Brightline experience was amazing and wish it was around a long time ago. Great addition to Florida’s transportation.
I always enjoy riding a train; it is the most beautiful and great experience. The only issue is that some adults don't take care of the train, putting their tennis shoes on the seats, setting a bad example for their own children. Let's take care of the train; it is a beautiful experience. They also add a dark film to the windows, making it difficult to see beautiful downtown Miami. However, the station itself is beautiful. Mr. Flagler would be proud of his dream; he left us an amazing transportation concept.
Took the bright line from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami, great clean train. GINA our attendant was amazing. Super hunky, great customer service and very attentive. She can multi task like no other. Bright’s fortunate to have her.

The response is ridiculous. Just a canned response that means nothing. They want me to go talk to people that already rejected me. The only response they should be sending is ... we have issued you a refund.

I booked 4 for a Brightline trip. The website clearly states a 25% discount for 4+ is given. During and after booking, no discount was provided. I contacted support via text and then by phone. They both acknowledge the site actively says it, both acknowledge the website shows no expiration of this deal, and both said the promotion is no longer valid and they will not honor it.

I am writing to bring to your attention an incident that occurred today, March 31st, which has left me deeply disturbed and disappointed. While walking my dog in a peaceful manner past one of your bike zones located in downtown West Palm Beach, directly in front of the AT&T building, I experienced an unwelcome and inappropriate interaction with one of your employees.
The individual in question, a Caucasian male wearing a light blue shirt, proceeded to roll down his window and directed a comment towards me and my friend, stating, "How many eggs are in your basket." This comment was completely unsolicited, disgusting, and inappropriate, constituting harassment that should not be tolerated under any circumstances.
I am reaching out to file a formal complaint regarding this matter. It is crucial that Brightline ensures its employees maintain a professional demeanor at all times and that such behavior is addressed promptly to prevent any future occurrences.
I trust that Brightline values the safety and dignity of all individuals in and around its operational areas and that you will take this complaint seriously. I kindly request to be informed about the measures that will be taken in response to this incident.

EDIT: WOW! This is a new low even for you guys! Now monthly passes are no longer an option! Way to screw over the hundreds and hundreds of commuters that rely on this service for work. SHAME ON YOU.

im so disappointed in brightline. their latest update just goes to show how low their quality has gotten. its a cash grab at best. if anyone is contemplating buying a premium pass (which is already $629), don't bother. the best perk of this pass was the complimentary ubers within a 5 mile radius of the stations... that is no longer the case. all you get is a $10 voucher and you have to book it yourself through uber vs. booking it directly through brightline. and as anybody from south florida knows, a $10 voucher during surge hours (which is usually when everyone is coming to and fro work), won't be much of a discount. you might want to update your website because it's false advertising otherwise. and don't bother booking an uber in advance! it'll be much more expensive to reserve a ride on uber! nice going brightline!

This was the best way to go to Orlando. Service was excellent and on time; the snacks were fresh and a good assortment of beverages. Even the passengers were well behaved and orderly.
I would not pay for the upgrade to 1st class as the only difference is that it’s open Bar. I wish they had recliner seats, then it would be worth it.
Their staff were cordial and knowledgeable. We were lucky to have NB Lindsey and on the SB they were very friendly as well.
I have to say I’ll never drive up to Orlando if I can, take the Brightline instead.
Now the question is when are they opening Tampa and Tallahassee!
Customer Service is lacking. I could not log into my account on 2/9/2024 and I requested a password reset. Nothing happened. I contacted a customer service person by telephone and they were helpful explaining how I could purchase my tickets online without signing in. I explained that nothing happened when I requested a password reset and the person said “yes that has been a frequent complaint”. I asked her to please report the issue. On 2/25/2024 I tried again to login with no success. I tried again to reset my password…no success. I called customer service again and they said the same thing. “We know the password reset feature is not working”. Okay great…what are you doing to fix it?
I had an incredible time in Orlando, spending just one day there for work. The station and trains were impeccably clean, and the service was truly exceptional. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough.
I was really trying to justify spending money with Brightline but today’s experience just solidified that there isn’t the need for this novelty when you have a car…My family missed the 5.50 train this morning, we were heading to the boat show in Miami from Orlando. The only reason I booked it was because of the Advertisement on their site. I assumed that Brightline was pro consumer such as many airlines across the country as if you miss your flight you keep the value of the ticket, and probably pay a change fee boy I was wrong. You Forfeit the value of the ticket.To make it even better the next available train was at 10.50 with bloated pricing. Probably because the train only has 3-4 passenger cars. My family was pretty sad as they hoped to spend the day in Miami with Brightline as their ride. I canceled the return trip and lost the 3 fares for missed departure and 3 tickets to the boat show. In other words, if you have an issue with your original reservation, prepare to be shaken down, have little to no options for solutions, or probably cancelling your trip.
The Absolute Worst Experience…especially if you’re injured and require extra assistance…Good Luck!❤️‍🩹

Update: Ignore the canned response below. I’ve already done all that and have received ZERO communication from Brightline…just a lot of empty words, and NO ACTION! That would require them to care, which they don’t.

As you can see in reading the other reviews, Brightline has serious issues with it’s customer service and the attitude of it’s staff. However, every now and then, you meet an Evencio who breaks protocol and actually empathizes with the customer- he listen where others talked back defensively. If a customer brings a concern to your attention, DO NOT MAKE THEM WRONG like Brightline’s staff seems trained to do?

P.S. 2.4 ⭐️ is generous for their poor service…
Booked a first-class round trip from Miami to Orlando. Found out a week prior to the trip I couldn't make it. Couldn't attempt to cancel online b/c my ticket number kept saying "invalid". Tried calling, was on hold for 45 minutes. Sent an email, got the standard reply "we will get back to you within 48 hours" but never did. At this point, I'm at a complete loss on how to find out if I can get a refund or credit. Horrible customer service.
Very futuristic experience for a state that lacks public transportation. The lobby, the facilities and the trains are overall very clean and modern, staff are courteous. The lack of reliability was my reason for 4 star. When the train is on time, it's amazing, when one is delayed, domino effects!

Great transport service! Punctual, helpful organizing luggage and offloading as well. Spacious vehicle with plenty of room for big family, plus luggage. Definitely will be using the service again.

Driver's were flexible, courteous, and on time. We watched as other larger groups struggled with multiple cars and non-English speaking driver's. We couldn't be happier with the service we got from System Shuttle Miami. They got our 12 person group with a weeks worth of luggage all in one vehicle. Thanks again!

This is not only a review of the Miami station, but Brightline in general. We decided to take a day trip from Miami to Orlando, and traveling with me was my 89-year-old mother who required a wheelchair. All I can say is the staff was exceptional. There was always someone with a wheelchair to help us. The trains are spotless. The staff on board are awesome and the stations are very modern and very clean. Overall a great experience.
There were 8 of us and they accommodate my group and about 20 pieces of luggage for a reasonable price, I will definitely use them again
This was our first time using System Shuttle Miami and they were great! They showed up right on time to take us to the airport from our home and to take us home from the airport when we returned. The drivers were very friendly and they had plenty of space for our family and all of our luggage and equipment. We highly recommend them and we will certainly be using them again in the future.

They are awesome! They are fast and can accommodate large groups! We have used them twice now. Once a group of 12 then a group of 16. We got off the ship earlier than expected and they were great and picked us up early!!!

Worst airline ever!! I watched several elderly people who needed assistance with wheelchairs get 0 assistance. Then when boarding the plane someone who worked there was sitting in a wheelchair. Checking in is a joke. Customer service is poor. Also, the plane was late and we were late leaving the airport and got home way later than expected. Yes, it was a cheap flight, but wasn't worth it at all. Don't fly Frontier!!
We had a wonderful experience with System Shuttle Miami for both pick up from the airport and drop-off. Gabriel was our driver both ways and my family and I can not say enough about how pleasant he was and interacting in conversations with us as well as making suggestions on places where to eat while staying 3 days before our cruise. They are now our go to transportation whenever we cruise out of Miami.

So I can rate this any less or any higher. You get for what you pay. It was my first time with F9 and I have to say I was impressed. The seats are as comfortable as they can be. The flight was on time and coming back they sent a message that the flight might be half an hour late but it left on time.

Gabriel our driver was so awesome and he is so professional and welcoming from the time he picks you up to the time he gets you to your destination he makes sure you are comfortable and he drives cautiously. He makes you feel like you have been knowing him a long time answering questions you have about about things to do in Miami or Florida we will Always use this shuttle service everytime we are in Florida. Big disappointment. We had a ride today. I have paid 12 dolar extra for the front seat on the diagram behind the driver for my kids to experience road trip. Bus was late 20 min. Beside paying extra now driver is telling that seats are not available and seated us one lane behind the extra paid seats and simply telling that this isout of discussion.

The biggest problem in US that people are out of empathy and all that matters are rules for them.

In addition since the bus was late and we are tourists here we try to reach them but there were no direct phone number to call or reach only robot chat on their web page.

Worst experience ever. Delaying the flight 1st time 2hours, 2nd time 1h-10min, 3rd time 3h-20min, 4th time almost an hour... It's 10pm and I'm still waiting for a call to start boarding the plane... Don't flight with Frontier, save your health and expend little more money on another airline. By the time that will arrive to my destination, my shutter to the hotel will be canceled, and my hotel doesn't have after 12am check-in. Think about it, could be happening to your family.

Black lady doing check in was very rude and wouldn't check in my baggage when I was before the 45 minute threshold.

They charged me $100 for my small carry-on bag and $100 for my wife's bag. I have never paid for small carry-on bags before. Later inside the plane I did not have the space that I paid for available above my seat, so I had to put my suitcase and my wife's 6 or 7 seats further back. I tried to explain to the staff that someone was occupying the place for the I had to pay and they only told me to put my luggage further back, that's a problem when I got off the plane, I also paid extra to sit in the front. I arrived looking for something cheaper and I was mistreated in addition to paying almost like first class in American Airlines

Nobody speaks English we had to fetch our dogs from South Africa arrived in Miami. Nobody knew what was going on. Waited 5 hours to collect our dogs. One helpful English speaker at exports thank goodness.
Very unpleasant experience good luck to anyone else who collects animals. Maybe they need more training and information about what is going on. Painful dealing with people who can't speak English in an English country.
The people working at this airline gives the worst customer service I have ever seen. My wife and I bought round trip from New York to Miami. We traveled with personal items only. On the way to Miami we didn't have any issues.

Returning to New York we encountered a rude manager that wouldn't let us board unless we pay for carry-on bags [the same bags we traveled with from New York] because they were "too big".

When I demanded an explanation, an agent called Tatiana said to me "either you pay for the carry-on or you don't board the plane".

When I tried to talk to the manager again he answered in a very entitled tone and said "Do you want me to charge you for the flight of New York as well?" And laughed at me.

These people shouldn't be allowed to deal with public.

The robbed me $90 for one bag.
The left me stranded in a turnpike stop. Me and another women with a child got off to use the restroom and told the driver. He said fine. When we came out he was gone …. Wouldn’t trust this company !!!

I was very nervous to get my friend from Japan that does not speak English on a bus to Orlando after reading some of the reviews. I want to thank the driver for taking care of my friend, he even called Uber for her. Unfortunately I forgot to ask his name. Had a flight to Chicago with them. I have never seen such rude and incompetent employees in my life!
The employees were slow, rude, and disrespectful. The waiting line was quarter mile long and sone people missed their flights because the agents started the check on process really late.
One of their agents, an older man with long hair, was rude and was harassing passengers because they couldn’t print their baggage tags from the machines. In addition to that, before the boarding, their employees would literally run a security check on you to make sure your personal item would fit under the seat. Before the tahr off, they also asked a bunch of people to change seats.
American companies are not the best ones, but Frontier is the worst of all. I would never ever fly with them again!

Worst Cargo place. Unreliable and terrible costumer service. The women there are incompetent and take forever to do simple shipping procedures. They type with one hand and use their phone with the other. They want you to pay them tips to do the job faster. Aside from all that, they can't even speak English. Unfortunately Avianca has this service in such a big market. Hopefully they change the management or the 3rd party servicer all together.

Horrible never use there services. If you don't have the exact location. They told me some Emarld Plaza but it the greyhound station. What wrong with saying greyhound statation you give exact address but a different name. SMH guess what no refund. Do not use service.
I travel back and forth between West Palm and Miami International and Jet Set has been my go to. Affordable prices and super amazing customer service, every time I have had a question or concern their customer service line answers frequently and the wait times are manageable. They update you on your bus if it’s late and help you book a ticket on the phone with them. The bus drivers are also very nice, and of course keep in mind they are human and driving a huge bus on Florida Highways is not a small task, the road is very tiring and most of the time they get you to your destination right on time. So be kind! The buses have AC and the chairs are not broken or smelly or dirty. They are clean and comfortable, although for consideration of each other reclining is not available. Super awesome part they have outlets to connect your charger, including the box adapter for an outlet not the usb cable ones. I recommend 10/10!

Was trying to secure THC price for a broker, called 4 times and was hung up on each time. One time was disconnected after a brief hold, each other time was hung up on after asking for THC information.
Angel at ext. 1584 did finally help my collogue asking same thing, but it should not take 2 people calling for a combined total of 7 times within 10 minutes to get this answer.

It's always hit or miss. Sometimes they're early, most of the time late. Expect the worst bathroom you've experienced stateside. The drop off address didn't match the address in the email.... About 15 minutes away. Good deal if you get a 1$ ticket.

The people in the paperwork area were nice, but the ones working in the pickup areas are very, very rude. They don't seem to give two figs about customer service and I am truly surprised they are still employed. Apparently Avianca doesn't set much stock in customer service beyond just getting the job done...
Oh boy! Where do I begin. Lets start from the top. My boyfriend bought a ticket to spend the weekend with me, and It all started when it was time for his departure back home to Orlando. On our way to the bus departure place we saw Jet Set Express Bus and we thought "Oh look the bus is getting there at the same time as us." Well, we thought wrong; Bus actually turned onto the expressway to leave Miami. Mind you, the departure time was at 5:30 pm and the bus was leaving already at 5:23 pm. In hopes that that wasn't actually the bus leaving, we arrived at the departure place BEFORE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO LEAVE and waited til "Set Departure Time" and there was no bus to be found. The bus had left him. At that moment he had to rush to get another ticket back home. So we called Jet Set Express the next day to get his money back and spoke to Paula (not very friendly by the way). We kept getting the run around that we should call Wanderwu which is the company we booked the ticket through. However, if there are any issues Wanderwu specifies on their website "If you have any questions about a ticket or and upcoming trip that you booked through Wanderwu, please contact the bus or train carrier conducting the trip." Paula kept giving excuses for the sake of the company. Conversation ended with her saying she HAD to contact Wanderwu and sent them an email to give us a refund. I am in the process of waiting now. Waste of my time.

Crooks! Left me stranded at the bus station and never bothered to even show up. Customer service representatives answer with the same script "if it doesn't show up in 10 minutes, call back". The bus never showed up. Won't refund your money either, basically saying too bad so sad, buy another ticket. You get what you pay for. Stay away!

The bus is on schedule most of the time. Sometimes acts of nature makes it a little late. Other than that, it is always an enjoyable ride from Miami to Orlando. Also, you can check in only one bag that weighs up to 50 lbs. You can carry another in the bus with you. No overhead storage inside the bus though.

The worst customer service. Waiting time of three hours for no reason. My pet traveled four days, to simply wait an additional four hours in a cage while someone decided to get the paperwork straight for a signature and release of the dog. Please look for another company because this one is a disgrace.

Will recommend Megabus to everyone! It was a very relax & joyful ride because the driver made it that way. Very professional & funny. Had everyone laughing. From now on this will be my way of traveling from Orlando to Miami. Great job driver!! you have a very happy customer because of You! 🤗
