My new favorite place in NYC. The owner/cashier/curator is an absolute doll who will absolutely skip her lunch break to ensure that her wares meet your specific needs or desires.
I just this store featured on the Today show, I hardly think that the so called stars deserve to be on candle of The Sacred Heart of Jesus and Mary...a little disrespectful.
Service here is so rude. We came here to buy our wedding bands and our rep treated us so badly and belittled us about sizing and made horrible comments. Avoid at all costs there are other luxury brands that will actually try to make a sale and give you a good customer service experience.

I ask her were are the watches years ago the collection was in the cases. I was ready to leave fed up when the hostess approached me. Then I got?? A personal representative for my particular need. I felt better I knew what I was looking for. The days of looking around no more. The staff very disconnected not friendly like the past. Things change I get it. I miss the touch and poetics once this boutique had.

Rude member of staff resulted in not wanting to purchase anything and just exit as soon as possible. Will avoid altogether next time i visit.
Nice location, smaller than the other but has a coffee shop in the back. Very loud. The selection here is smaller for cards, but had some good gift wrapping options.
LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!! I’ve been coming here for over a decade and the people and service are fantastic! If you’re in the neighborhood, definitely stop by! You’ll find some great things for yourself or something to gift a special someone! And if you need anything printed, best service in town! They do such a wonderful job and the service is spectacular! You’ll want to keep coming back! For all paper lovers, it’s like going to Disney world!😊✨
They’re amazing here! Not only did I get all the supplies for my entire wedding suite here thanks to the paper bar, but they have last-min gifts and I buy so many cards from here. The staff is so friendly. Shoutout to Devonte and Felicia for being friendly, welcoming and helpful! I’ve been to other locations, but I come here all the time and this is by far my favorite paper source location.
Repair customer service is abysmal, slow, and unresponsive. Repair took 3 weeks longer than quoted, for a 6 week total. Pick up has long lines, between 30 and 90 minutes. If you send someone else to pick up your piece (because you don't have 90 minutes in your busy life), you must first fill out a long form, but it takes days to process. When you call for help, you get someone in another state. When you try to make an appointment so you don't have to wait at all, the next appointment is in 4 weeks. No one replies to email inquiries.
I ended up picking up my item when the store opened at 11:00am on a Wednesday, but the doors did not open until 11:04, and they had a line out front like a nightclub. Once inside, I was the first to check in, yet two other people were called before me.

Came in with my fiancé to purchase our wedding bands. We happened to start talking with Lorelei who is the wedding expert at this David Yurman! She was perfect! She helped us chose the best bands that truly complimented my engagement ring! I had come in with a few ideas of what I wanted and she went above and beyond. As someone who has worked in the luxury retail industry for many years, I tend to be very understanding of a lapse in customer experience every now and then. However, the service here is actually laughable. The first time I arrived, I waited an hour to be told that I couldn’t order a strap without the watch. I was shocked that Cartier doesn’t have a database with this information like every other major watch company (Rolex and Patek being the first brands that come to mind), but I got over it. The second time I came, I waited over two hours to order said strap with an ETA of 12-16 weeks. Because I know Cartier tends to take at least six months for strap orders, I even confirmed with the service consultant if she thought this was possible and she said yes. After 16 weeks had passed, I asked for an updated ETA. I received an email that she had reached out and would let me know. I followed up a month later, no response. I followed up another month later to FINALLY find out my strap has arrived six months later. I let her know I would be in the next day in the afternoon, and she assured me that my strap would be ready and waiting for me. I just waited almost an hour and a half for a three minute strap handover. A strap that was fully paid for! To top it all off, after waiting an hour and a half, I’m asked to wait another 30 minutes to try on a watch! I genuinely have no idea how this location makes money when everything takes hours. I had every intention of ordering another strap as well as purchasing a watch for my partner, but I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Went to this store yesterday to look at jewelry. It was a dump and the sales person was rude. They could take lessons from the store in the Westchester Mall in White Plains. When I complained about their lack of inventory for the items not in stock she told me "Well, I would like to touch my nose and fly across the country". That's when I said thank you and goodbye!
This stationary store is adorable. Very tiny but lots of stuff inside. A bit pricey but I guess that's just stationary plus it's nyc.
Came shopping today for the first time and had a wonderful experience. We love David Yurman but don’t have a store near us so it was so nice to shop in person. Pache helped me find the perfect bracelet and helped my boyfriend with his chain. We look forward to coming back and really enjoyed Pache’s help.

Such a cute shop for stationary, or gift items. I love the aesthetic of the store and how peaceful it feels inside. You can find unique designs here from stickers to notebooks. It’s a very small space but there’s a lot of items to explore.

The guy out front on his phone the entire time paused his conversation to tell me I couldn’t look at the shirts I wanted to buy. I wanted to look because most of the shirts were missing parts of the printing on them. You aren’t the only gift shop in town. I’ll go somewhere else where I can look at what I’m buying.
Kam from the printing department was entirely unprofessional in his handling of my save the date printing. I signed a quote with Kam for my save the dates to be printed on Solar White paper.
He provided me a sample I liked and requested he moved to production. One day later, he emailed me that he had printed this sample on the wrong paper (Arturo White, rather than the Solar White I had paid for). I agreed to come in to see a re-print on the right (Solar White) paper.
As I did not like the second sample (re-print), I requested to upgrade to the paper used in the first sample, which he had told me was Arturo White (wrong paper) -- I've since learned it was actually Solar White (what I had originally paid for).
When I picked up my save the dates, they were printed on the paper used in the second sample, which I had specifically indicated I did not like and had requested not to use. Everyone makes mistakes - this wouldn't have been an issue had things been handled well.
But nope... I was shocked by the unprofessional level of service that followed. What merely could have been an agreement to right the mistake that I have written proof occurred, Kam argued with me about which paper he claims I liked. It was frustrating to have my preferences questioned in that way -- I have the original sample (the one I liked) on my fridge and the other (the one I didn't like which lacked texture and dulled the colors of the artwork) hidden a drawer. Additionally, I took the original sample home to show my parents and in laws last weekend, so I definitely know which I like lol. Further, Kam fought with me about the events that played out despite the fact that his emails don't at all support his version.
He refused to provide any resolution, so my mom is currently out hundreds of dollars with no save the dates to show for them. Kam indicated I should contact his manager, but provided no phone number or email for him. Upon contacting the store, I was told the manager doesn't keep specific hours, making it virtually impossible for me to get in touch with this person.
I'm upset that I'm having to write this review, but frankly I'm not sure how else to drive some resolution. I would have liked for things to have played out differently. The issue is not how a mistake was made, but rather how it was handled.

Cute Japanese stationery shop! Love the vibe and feel of the shop, beautiful artsy items on the expensive side.

This store location is one of the most amazing with 3 Floors of designers styles for both men and women.

Come here if you want deals on souvenirs. Lots of deals for buying multiple mugs, shot glasses, keychains, etc. Prices are much better than any other stores we came across and the employees here are helpful if you ask for help
Our absolute fav boutique in the city. We love visiting Cartier Mansion whenever we have a reason to celebrate. Cartier Mansion is one of the most iconic boutiques on the Fifth Avenue. You will not miss it <3

What a wonderful paper shop! I am an avid scrapbooker and found many selections of stickers to choose from. I was kind of disappointed by the lack of actual scrap BOOK options, and didn't see any 3D flowers. I hope they get those in! Otherwise great, huge store. One of the few paper shops left in the city.
Poor quality of service and atmosphere for a luxury flagship. It's hard to find help, and when you can, it's absent-minded and impersonal. They act like they're doing you a favor by interacting with you at all. I waited 45 minutes for the service bar (you are dissuaded from browsing the store during that time), and the experience is not unlike a doctor's waiting room. In the end there were almost no options for leather watch straps, and not a single deployment buckle in stock. I would need to preorder with a lead time of 4 months, and pay up front (final sale, no less) as well. For a leather strap and buckle! It makes no sense. The woman who helped me couldn't be bothered to give me the information I needed, instead suggesting that I take photos on my own. I'd rather visit any Cartier boutique overseas than come back here.
Edit: I recently visited multiple Cartier boutiques in Asia and the sales folks at each location all immediately told me that the watch I was looking to swap to a leather band for was not capable of it. I don't know why the employees at the NYC flagship don't know something so fundamental and almost sold me something FINAL SALE that I wouldn't even be able to use. Insanely bad experience. Don't buy from here—they don't deserve your patronage.

Such a cute store with beautifully curated stationary. Would highly recommend if you are looking for stationary items that feel more unique and specialized. Especially love the embossed paper selection.

I wish I could give them zero stars….DO NOT buy corsages from them! They’re poorly made & over price. How they charge me $39 for two dying orchids… I called to let her know that the flowers she put on the corsage were brown and shivering on the corner with dead black spots.. her response was “you chose the flowers and you knew what you was getting” (In her words) can’t be return or money back because she was leaving early and the person that was going to take over did not sell me the corsage. Poor customer service 100% poor customer service.
My husband purchased a graduation gift for me from a salesperson named Andrew Daly at a store located on 5th Ave. However, Andrew was not present, so his assistant handled the transaction and sold my husband a ring. On my graduation day, my husband surprised me with the ring, but upon opening it, I noticed that it was visibly scratched and worn. We promptly visited the store to request an exchange, as their policy allows for returns or exchanges within 30 days, and the rings are marked with purchase date codes. Unfortunately, the store refused to accommodate our request and instead placed the blame on my husband for accepting the ring in its initial condition. The store manager, Shelley Ifantis, displayed extreme rudeness and impoliteness, repeatedly refusing to refund or exchange the ring, despite the fact that they sold it in a condition they do not accept for returns. Furthermore, during our conversation, she abruptly left and retreated to her office, taking all the salespersons with her. Another staff member approached us and asked us to leave. This treatment is shocking, as the store not only withheld our money but also displayed a complete lack of respect, refusing to listen or investigate our situation. I am deeply dismayed by this experience. This is one of the worst experiences in life, they ruined my graduation day and I can’t still believe it! If you saw this please advise us!!
Book is falling apart. Had business cards printed, and after 1 week of turnaround they were completely blank. Asked to reprint the same day and they refused.

The best deals for nyc souvenirs! You’ll end up paying double the price if you go to any other stores on the block. And great service too, patient and kind. We ended up going back and buying more after seeing the raised prices down the road!!!! 10/10 would recommend!
As far as tourist souvenir shops in NYC go, this was a good one. Reasonable prices, lots of options. Clean, wide aisles, not too cramped. Staff helpful when we needed them but basically left us to make our decisions, which is THE BEST EVER. We got nice sweatshirts for good prices too (under $30).

I have been to City Papery on multiple occasions for fine stationery, and for seasonal gift items in the past year, but I don’t usually write reviews. However, on my most recent visit there to look for custom-sized presentation boards for my science class of 18 students, I felt I needed to share my wonderful experiences at this family owned business.
I’m always greeted warmly by the staff upon entering the store, and on this most recent visit, I was helped by a very knowledgeable team at the printing counter. We discussed the various board options available. They cut the presentation boards to the requested size, and when they were ready for pick up, I received email from the Printing Dept. Not only was my order ready several days before my scheduled pick-up date, but they also did a great job of wrapping up the boards for easy transport.
I highly recommend City Papery to anyone looking for excellent customer service, fine and hard to find stationery items, and many other unique seasonal gift items. It’s now my ‘go-to ‘store for all my paper needs!

Beautiful, well-kept store! Numerous employees on standby ready to help, all of whom were dressed smartly and well groomed. Mike, one of male employees working today, was more than happy to help me purchase my first ever piece of jewelry, a chain.
He also was very helpful in teaching me about the different types of precious metals, widths that they come in, styles of chain, care instructions, etc. (I wish titanium came in smaller widths!)
Will be purchasing from DY again in the future after the great service I received today.
Edit: Came in on 6/24 after seeing new advertisements for the Gothic style pendants and bracelets, and I was once again greeted by Mike. (He immediately recognized me!) He showed me numerous pieces which really helped me figure out which item I'm going to be purchasing in the near future. (Also offered to clean my chain before I left the store) I'm looking forward to treating myself to the black and silver coffin/diamond-shaped pendant when I get my new job. (and I still wish the black chain came in a smaller diameter lol!)

A Japanese stationary store- I dare you to walk out without buying something. A well curated boutique with the sweetest items- notepads, stickers, bookplates… the lower east side is a great neighborhood to explore…the illustrations on each item thoughtful and beautiful.
Cute little store that offers various stationary. I love how aesthetic it was and the selection of stationary is great. I’m taking off one star because I think it would be a better shopping experience if the staff would limit how many people could enter the store at a time so people could shop properly. I went on a Saturday and there’s literally no room for people to walk because of how many people are inside at once. I had to wait outside for a few minutes until some people left. And as soon as I got in, it got crowded again.
We went with our family and got an amazing experience in this Library like a Museum. Lots of things to learn from this place. The exhibition was awesome. Must visit if you are in NYC.

Lovely mom and pop gift shop in NYC right by Times Square. One of the most affordably priced stores in the area (they even have $1 water). Nice selection of trinkets from pins, Christmas ornaments, Yankee caps, aprons, and bobble heads. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

When I lived in the neighborhood years ago, this place time and time again would be my refuge from the deluge of belligerent Santacon bar crawlers or the heat of an August heatwave. Here there are really nice people at the counter stocked with various odds and ends for those last minute travel needs. They came in clutch when I needed a nice mug when I had to return to my office post-pandemic and when I had to pick up holiday gifts for the co-workers. Their shirts turned out to be perfect for my acquaintances that just needed to have something from the city.
My thoughts when I first walked in were that the interior was a bit narrow, but the sheer amount of baubles and souvenirs that almost jump out from the shelves is impressive.

The team at city papery did such a great job printing and binding my book! They were also very patient with helping me set up my file for printing. Quick assistance and turnaround time; extremely efficient and helpful overall!
This store has the best customer service and prices in Times Square! They actually speak to you and help if you need assistance! We bought all of our souvenirs here and will come back in the future!
Amazing library!! The building it is comlletely stunning, the interior is breathtaking and it is divided in floors. Each floor apart from anything else has also a toilet which is free. There is a bag control in the entrance but it definitely worths it 👍 (New York)
Beautiful store. Service and repairs is on the 4th floor. For Friday and Saturday an appointment is recommended. Jewelry can be deep cleaned while you wait. Repairs take 2-3 weeks. The coffee is good.

THEY OVER CHARGED MY CARD !!! I WENT IN AT ABOUT 11 to get roses for my friends proposal. It was a older woman there she seemed sweet and told me my total I said okay thank you. When I looked at my card purchase it showed that I was over charged. Smfh !! Be sure to look at your receipt before you leave ... I was in a rush!

The store is lovely and salespeople helpful. However, I ordered online because I was out of town. My order is not here after 10 days for a few shopping bags and boxes. The shipping was exorbitant. They are nasty in customer service. Will NEVER order online from Paper Source. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEIR WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE AGGRAVATED.
I came to the store and entered. I grab my card to purchase and was turned away. The sign posted said 6pm close and I was trying to check out even before closing… the associate told me that she wants to leave early and said come back another time. I asked if I can leave the cash for the card and she told me no. She then proceeded to lock up.
Smallbussiness owners are greatly under appreciated in my opinion because when I think about the things that I love purchasing most and that bring most happiness in my life - they come from small businesses! That individual, creative, personal quality unmatched by large corporations is the soul of New York's and the world's economy in my opinion. I realized this when my son and I recently walked into Random Accessoriesny in New York's East Village. And - WOW. This store has the most creative random things that no one really knows that they want until they see them. How creative, how uniquely human! Going to be buying a lot of presents from here from now on. I highly recommend it on your visit to the East Village in New York. We walked in looking for stickers and walked out with so much more. ❤🥰
This store has SO many little things from cook books, puzzles, candles, oven mits, jewelry. A lot of it is pop culture related which is really cool, you can find a lot of cool gifts here.

I shop here because they have a pen I really love. My kid likes to go there too because they sell a few notable toys. Friendly service and a clean well stocked retail environment.
Currently it’s a Covid-19 vaccination place for all of the New Yorkers and it requires no appointment, walk-in is permitted to have vaccine. And they will offer you $100 as a gift for having vaccine.
I got my booster here, and that went well. I tried to get a Pcr test here, and the line was outside, around the block. Before the holiday season, getting tested here was quick, and socially distanced. Recently, its been packed shoulder to shoulder with people wondering if they have covid. If you dont have it already, you will probably get covid waiting in line. Are you in the big line reading this? You probably have covid now.
The staff here is pretty efficient, some of the workspaces are not super tidy, and I dont blame them because of the overwhelming amount of people. Is it possible to thoroughly sanitize everything between each of the hundreds of people? I'm sure everyone working here is doing their best, but it loooks impossible to me.

Got my 2nd dose of COVID vaccine here. Walk ins welcome, no appointment needed. The staff are professional and friendly. You can get you both Pizfer and J&J vaccine, get testing and pick up your NYC incentives here as well. FYI, the bathrooms are clean. Everything is on the second floor. If by chance you get lost or confused at any point- that's ok, the super friendly staff will direct you. :)
I'm glad this place is closing for covid vaccinations. This place is empty workers talking to each other and others watching Youtube in the isolation room. I went in with a scheduled appointment and for some reason, they rescheduled my appointment to make it seem like they did my appointment. The city better check how these places are being run because it's not fair for a person to schedule an appointment and then waste 10 minutes scheduling another appointment
Rude people, poor selection of items. They don’t show any interest on costumer’s at the store. Two people at the cashier, both on their phones. The selection is ok, you can easily find the items at any pharmacy around and get a better deal.

My partner and I had to suddenly change Christmas plans due to COVID. We had nothing - no decorations, no tree!, no lights, nothing. I’m the span of four hours I was able to fill up our home thanks to Harlem Garden. I was able to fill up our apartment with everything we need to celebrate the holidays and I’m so thankful to Harlem Garden. 10/10 would recommend!
An absolutely beautiful historic library. If you're considering going soon, make sure you stop in and see the special "treasures" exhibit. It has some incredible historic pieces on display currently, from the original stuffed animals owned by A.A. Milne's son that inspired Winnie the Pooh, to an original draft of the declaration of independence and much more. The actual library itself is beautiful too, the lobby reminded me of buildings we saw in Rome.
Absolutely SPECTACULAR, free. exhibit. TREASURES.

If you want to visit the famous Rose Room, you can't just walk in (unless you're doing research). You'll need to book a free guided tour through the library. They have tours 11am - 2pm. The rest of the library is beautiful too.
Born and live in New York city for 66 years never visited till today's exhibition tour. It is so huge, too much to see and experience in one day. I will definitely go back to seek out more treasures. A must see for everyone of different ages.
Is currently being used for COVID 19 related situations. Vaccines incentives that never pay off and the like. There is no line for the vaccine don't wait in line to be vaccinated just tell them you're being vaccinated with or with out an appointment. Because the line is Down the block for incentives. In the form of Akimbo gift card. Save time and call customer service and speak to a representative to active the card. In a day call again and register online to check the balance.
Didn't actually go to the hotel . I went as it was one of pick up places for $100. debit card for vaccine. It took three attempts to find it . The location is Broadway west 47-48 . The people were pleasant , it took about 10 minutes and I got my debit card . Please go earlier in day as it gets quite busy . And for the likihood of getting card . I didn't get first two times as they ran out .
Best store! Great helpful staff that provide the best service! Incredible selection and 3 floors of beautiful products. They have a mens floor. High end, bridal and everything else you need!

Great selection of cards, gift wrap, envelopes, and paper for any custom work you are doing! This store is a lot bigger than the Paper Source around 86th street, which did not have as much available. This is a great store for browsing as it has a lot of those “random” items that could make great gifts for you or someone you know!

This is the best plant and flower shop in the world. The people who own this have become like family to my husband and I. I buy all my money trees that I like to give us gifts from them and they are all flourishing. My husband buys my flower gifts for me there and they have been beautiful. Andan and His niece Andrea are kind and caring and do a fantastic job. If you live in New York and one great plants take the #1 subway to 145 and buy your plants there!
Great staff, wide range of products. I have mobility issues and each staff member checked in to see if I needed any assistance especially when my Access A Ride vehicle came to pick me up. I was smitten by a box of cherry blossom note cards and stock paper for letter writing that I purchased in a light purple with plum coloured envelopes. I wish I could give this location a higher rating--they made my shopping experience a wonderful thing.
Small store, good selection, friendly staff. This paper goods store can be easy to miss, a wood door entrance on Spring street between the Nike and Moma stores. They have a large selection of witty cards, a wide variety of wrapping papers (by rolls or sheets), gift bags and assorted items for gift wrapping, as well as crafting items towards the back of the store. The selection of novelty gift items is on the witty end of things. The "cute" items lack the overt saccharin approach commonly seen in stores of this type - not the cute that throws you into an existential crisis of meaning of self and society. Overall, a good place to get the stuff you need for packaging gifts and crafting then to a higher level of being.

I love the hell out of this store. It's by far one of my favorite stores overall. It's the perfect balance of quirky cards for all occasions because I love reading as many as I can until I find the perfect one but the right amount of crafts for my crafty needs. The paper color selection is great which I use for personalizing note cards with their embossing powders and stamps. But my favorite part of all is the giftwrap paper sheets they have available because I use them as backdrops for the small shoots on my business' instagram feed. They have the best paper varieties for all occasions.
What an amazing place to visit cheap. Did you know this library has a FREE pass? It is a great site, and so beautiful inside. We went there during winter, just to warm up, not realizing this place was free to visit! It consider it a hidden gem in New York, which people miss and are too concern with the busy and more touristy sites! Don’t miss this opportunity to visit this library!
This is the most adorable shop ever that sells just about any and everything you'd ever need or didn't know you need to treat yourself or friends. From sassy pins/flair to "religious candles" with Beyonce, Drake or Ruth Bader Ginsburg to fun books to gorgeous jewelry, they really have it all. I only discovered it this year though they've been around for ages. The owner is very nice and loves everything in her shop. If you're in the area, you MUST stop in!
It is a small store but don't let that deter you from entering. The selection of random gifts is just mesmerizing. The whole store is fully packed, definitely is going to take at least half an hour to truly browse all the items. So many funny and cute gifts here! I usually shop here when I want to send care packages overseas. The recipients always loved the selections I sent them from here! (So do I). There is a tiny sale section at the back corner so don't miss that area as well. They cover almost all genre of gifts ranging from jewelry, books, calendars, cards, mugs.. ah, I can go on and on about this. I don't want to ruin the surprise too much for you guys..believe me, they will at least make you chuckle, haha. The staff is always friendly and helpful..makes you feel really welcomed to browse and shop. The store really lived up to its name, RANDOM accessories! I think they should add another word in there - random great accessories!
I walked in with just a concept, but lacked technique and execution of my concept. There were 2 women who were extremely friendly and suggestive. I feel confident now in DIYing my wedding invitations. As I left I noticed that it was half an past closing. I couldn't believe that they stayed open for me, and never once tried to rush me. The customer service was beyond my expectations. I'll definitely be back!

LOVE THEM! No joke I probably stop in here at least once a week. They have so much awesome sh** - I could literally walk around in there for hours. Everyone there is super nice and helpful too. They even let you try things out (like pens, stamps, etc) before you buy them to make sure you like & know exactly what you're getting. Definitely recommend!
