Food here is absolutely amazing. It can get busy during peak hours but the staff work very hard to keep the place neat and orderly to accommodate. I have to emphasize that the food is restaurant quality here. I highly recommend paying a visit.
Great Airline. Excellent service.

Great lounge at Dulles. Wonderful assortment of hot and cold food to please the vegetarian an meat eater. The bar around the corner has a great selection of drinks. The wifi and other amenities (like clean showers) are convenient. Staff are friendly. This experience made our flight very enjoyable.
I have priority pass through a credit card and have been exploring its benefits. In terminal B, there are 3 options. Turkish airline - wait list for 2 hours. But made it into the Lufthansa lounge. It’s better than most options available in DMV area - such as BWI or DCA

Great Lounge Experience

I had the pleasure of visiting the Turkish Airlines Lounge at Dulles before my flight to Istanbul. I was impressed by the spacious and stylish lounge, which offered a variety of amenities and services.

The lounge has a large buffet area with hot and cold dishes, including some Turkish specialties. The food was delicious and fresh, and there was plenty of it. I also enjoyed the coffee, tea, cheese and dessert selection, which included some mouthwatering baklava and Turkish delight.

The lounge has comfortable seating options, from couches and lounge chairs to small dining tables. There are also six TVs with headphones that you can borrow from the entrance desk. The lounge has large windows overlooking the apron, which offer a nice view of the planes.

The lounge staff was friendly and attentive, and kept the lounge clean and tidy. They also offered to help me with my boarding pass and luggage. The lounge has free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

The lounge is open to Star Alliance Gold members, international business-class and first-class passengers on Star Alliance carriers, and Priority Pass members. The lounge is open from 6am to 11pm daily, and is located in Concourse B.

I highly recommend this lounge to anyone flying from Dulles. It is one of the best lounges I have ever visited, and it made my trip more enjoyable. Thank you, Turkish Airlines!
There were no charging plugs anywhere in this other than that one area in the corner. The food was decent but there was not enough seeding and the staff was. I got a disgusted look from the lady behind the counter when I showed her my priority pass card. Not impressed. The soft pretzels were okay but I was hoping for something a little better. But the wraps were fantastic.
Not what I expect from Virgin Atlantic. The carpets were torn. The seating was ok but not comfortable. The food might as well not be served. I would have preferred a bag of chips. Not to mention the selection was poor. Not one I want to come back to.
Nice lounge! Staff very friendly. Not a huge selection but good food with definite Turkish flair. Bar opens at 9am. Nice option if you’re AMEX or Priority Pass at Dulles.
Sodexo Live!, a global leader in hospitality, events and airport lounge services, today announced a new multi-year agreement to service the renowned Virgin Atlantic Clubhouses in the United States. Customers visiting the airline’s North America lounges will continue to enjoy a complimentary a la carte menu featuring five-star dining, plus a wide selection of signature cocktails, wine and soft drinks.

Very crowded! Since a lot of people have Priority Passes, it gets really crowded here and the staff have to limit the people they let in. There isn’t a lot of space in the lounge. However, the food is decent (Turkish cuisine) and there is a bar inside. There are plenty of drink options as well.
I’ve always loved this lounge. Even tho it’s on the smaller side with decor being hidden due to the sheer amount of ppl, it’s got this timeless airline vibe. Although they pack the lounge to the brim, they keep the food and refreshments going. It’s hard tiresome work dealing w all the freeloader (me incl.) guests, but they make the best of it. The food is always consistently good. Where else can one get better lentil soup than the Turkish Club Lounge? Nowhere! And the drinks are better than many snooty “Wharf” restaurants. I love their meat stews. Reminds me of grandmas stews from when I was a kid. Hearty, tasty, w LOTS of meat. They’ve got all the Turkish staples, including tea! Sometimes we come to the airports hours early to do club lounge hopping, and Turkish Lounges’ is always the best.
I checked out this lounge, which won recognition a few years ago for its quality. It was 7:30am and the lounge had a Turkish breakfast out: Scrambled eggs, oatmeal with cinnamon, a bean stew, yogurt, and fresh and dried fruit. A robot moved about the lounge with a bin for patrons to put their dirty dishes in.

While I appreciate the chance to eat Turkish food, the flavor was flat and lacked zing. The pastries did not seem fresh and there were a few small flies on them.

The decor was fine, although it could use an update. I have been to quite a few lounges, and I would say this one was average at best.
Quiet and classy. Food and drinks selection limited but sufficient. Food is served and not buffet
In etihad airway firsttime i travelled.its so good.customer Service inside is v.good
Pilot's drive good. I like it . Inshaallah next time I'll preferred to travel in this flight Etihad Airways. Inshaallah.
It was my first time visiting the Turkish Airlines Lounge and it was a great experience. The lounge was clean, staff were very friendly and delicious Turkish Halal food with great selection of drinks. The bathrooms and Shower room were really clean as well as the whole space. It was Easy check in with Priority Pass and they were so helpful! We look forward to visiting in the future.

we highly recommend everyone to visit this lounge if you have the Priority Pass card!
Food is great quality for an airport. There's a wide variety and super clean. There's a salad bar, hot meals, desserts, hot drinks, cold drinks and even snacks and coffee machines.

This lounge area is a little small, but offers a lot for such a tiny space. The food offerings here are pretty good as well, and the views looking outside are nice.

All in all it's not a bad location if you have a pretty short layover or time before your flight. The staff here was excellent as well.
A beautiful lounge that accepts priority pass membership for entry. The food was all very fancy (it would have been too fancy for my kids). I think this compares well to a centurion lounge domestically except that it wasn't crowded as the centurion lounges tend to be. They had shower facilities and the restrooms were omnisex (one person at a time), so on occasion there was a line, but it wasn't bad during my visit. I enjoyed the cold brew coffee tap, the kombucha tap, and the "Turkish tea" and wasn't hungry so I didn't try any of their beautiful buffet. My coworkers and I found the robotic trashcan to be amusing.

When I am back next year, I'll remember to check this lounge first (if they don't cancel their Priority Pass affiliation).
Easy entry with Priority Partners or AMEX Platinum.
Nice array of food. Especially the lox and pretzels. Warm and creamy scalloped potato’s were excellent. Steamed cauliflower was cauliflower that had been steamed. Loved the cabbage salad and the pear salad.
Came for the wifi and ended up well fed and feeling good.
Lufty (the robot busperson) was pretty busy and entertaining.
Overall food and service were fine. Not a luxury lounge, but they've got most of the basic/standard breakfast/snack/dessert/drink that supposed to have and make you feel full before the flight even though not many choices/varities. The taste of food just ok, not really have a big complain about it. Maybe just was not serving warm/hot or fresh enough. Atmosphere was cozy and relax, nice and clean anyway, enough room, seat/table and accessories, wifi, plug for electronic devices.
The senator lounge is on the same level as the lobby. If you are a Star alliance GOLD member, access to this lounge is available. For other PP members, the business lounge is available downstairs.

Single seat sofas are extremely cozy, you can slouch a lil and fall asleep pretty easily. Liquor bar is quite good and well stocked. bartenders are extremely courteous not like the textbook d-bag type folks in most airports. They have a decent food and salad bar but honestly, I have had better food in other lounges

Overall, the experience was quite good.
Nice spot to have a rest while having a layover and waiting for a connecting flight. Some variety of different stuff and drinks to pick from. 👍🏻
Not many options. It's one of the lounge. You need to order from QR Code and accordingly order will be served to you.Need to select 1 item from each course. Chairs are also not great. Looks like covid has really affected the lounge services.
Compared to the Turkish Airlines Lounge, the Lufthansa Lounge feels like a downgrade. For one, if you're a Priority Pass holder, you can't enter until after 5:30 p.m. When you do, the staff behind the staff who I found uninviting and cold, direct you downstairs to the dungeon. Well...not a dungeon, but compared to the upper lounge, it feels like it. It's dark, dirty, and small.

The pluses to the lounge are the bottled water that you can take with you, the wine bar with several types of wine, including riesling, the warm pretzels (there's no dipping sauce), and the robots that take dirty dishes to the kitchen.

There's wifi, but no one around me could get it to work.

If you can, try getting into the Turkish Airlines Lounge first before coming here.
Really nice lounge. Comfortable seating call cool decor and friendly staff.

Good menu and one of the many benefits of being an American express platinum member is access to lounges just like this when you travel.
Second time in the lounge now. Last time it was too crowded and I left. This time there was plenty of room and not crowded at all.
There was plenty of food and drink options.
Staff was friendly. Lounge was clean. Nice comfortable chairs. Plenty of electrical plugs for charging. Good view of apron with airplanes.
So this lounge has been completely revamped recently and is now amazing. It’s no longer part of priority pass but centurion card can get you in. They now have food made to order and delivered to you. Everything tastes really good. Much better than buffet style lounge food. Staff are also all extremely friendly.
Excellent food. Nice service. And decent bar selection. Definitely a touch above most airline lounges.
I wish I could have placed negative star marks. My flight schedule was changed and delayed, and I had been told from local office in Dhaka I might have to get hotel room through that airline service since I have to wait for more than 8 hours in Abu Dhabi Airport. I asked the lady on transit and she replied even if you are a VIP customer, we won't provide you hotel room. I didn't wish to continue this conversation anymore and I stayed in Abu Dhabi airport for more than 25 hours!!! Yes, a transit passenger waited to get another flight more than 25 hours without having a single hotel room and passed a whole sleepless day, which completely violated International Airlines Service rules across the world. I am glad to say I am not gonna conduct any business with them anymore in future. They will get their own finest output for their terrible services soon or later.
Okay the good, staff was super friendly. Business class lounge in IAD airport exceeded expectations. I wish there were more selections of drinks and food. The bad, Flight from DC to Abu Dhabi was horrible. The seat in business clas had no cushion on the bottom so it was like sitting on a plank. I was sleepless for 12 horrible hours. I did mention the staff but not sure they were attentive enough to change my seats so i had to do it myself.
My experience was un comfortable i cannot talk about others.
My flight from Abu Dhabi to Hyd was another joke as the first class seat did not recline all the way. I did not mind this because it was just 4 hrs flight.
On a side note, i lost my apple device on the plane and it took several call, several different folks and finally an email to find out that the item was not found. Their India number just gives you a round robin cycle of hell to no where and no human being. Bit of google search and hyd airport did the magic. The Abu Dhabi lounge was excellent with great amenities. I wish they improve the service for comfort and safety, of course.
The worst airline you could imagine. The very unprofessional and rude behavior starts before even lining for checkin. A very sick role, the carry on should be 7 pounds. Basically a family travel with this airlines will really suffer. They were helpless and rude regarding carryon and about food if we ask after serve .Please please please chose one of the other airlines and enjoy u r trip. For my family and relatives this is first and last Ethad trip. No more
Very nice business class lounge at IAD that was not too crowded. Has two levels. Food selection is limited but there is a self service and a bar Expresso machine. I don't drink so have no knowledge of the bar. Club being used by Air France business class passengers while Air France lounge is being refurbished. Staff uniformed, well informed and pleasant. Unlike the Lufhansa lounge in the basement at IAS the furniture is in great condition. Probably would not fly with Eithad but the lounge is nice.
The flight crew were really rude. Every request was denied!! I never once called them and made sure to go get things myself but was refused early dinner for my kid who skipped lunch as he was sleep, no fruits , no headphones (since the ones they kept were defective)

Will never fly withEtihad again!!
