As a dual national - Canadian and of the United Kingdom, I found their assistance to me very helpful. The young lady answered all my queries clearly and promptly in the emails.
Terrible delays for visa.. after paying ~200 euros and applying 4 months in advance for attending a conference, they didn't consider my application in time. Eventually they got to my case after 7 months. terrible employees. you might want to claim to be a refugee and get an immediate visa quickly, with no visa fee and free accommodation and asylum. great job Canada and Trudeau
Worst service I have seen. I submitted my visit visa application to IRCC on 05.11.2023 and I finished the biometrics information collection at 11.11.2023. And then they told me that my application will need 551 days to process. I ordered the flight from London to Vancouver on Christmas, but now I have to waste this £700. If you want to travel to Canada, I will say that isn’t a good idea. If it is necessary, please don’t do your application in the UK.

The official website leaves much to be desired. Most of links on it are broken. Information is scattered or poorly presented. This is not a funds issue. This is just administrative reluctance to commit to high standards. I have read the reviews from clients. "Disheartening" is the word to describe my reaction. I know we can do better than this. Our tax payers back home are breaking their backs to finance your luxury here. Please step-up and do your jobs.
Got a quick response from the Zambian embassy regarding a letter requested from the Home office,I am pleased to say they sent the letter within a day with the required proof.
The best way to access the Venezuelan Embassy by Car is through Exhibition Road. You can drop it off and pick next to the bicycle rack, please se attached pic of the entrance door. The Consular section is in another place 56 Grafton Way, W1T5DL Londres

Absolute joke!!! Applied for a passport in May 2022 and we have never received it. Nor have we received any helpful information. They keep saying they’ll let us know and most recently just told us we should have relatives in Zambia go and ask for us.

Extremely nice and efficient staff , phoned and was able to speak with staff with no long waiting times frankco was very helpful and polite he was able to resolve my problem within a few days I was very impressed with the speedy reply’s and the friendliness of the staff I look forward to booking a holiday to Bermuda very soon now .

I applied to renew my passport on 6th May 2021, was told it takes 3 months to process but its been a little over 8 months now and have heard nothing. I have called, emailed and even texted, no reply what so ever. Highly disappointed. My old passport has expired and I have missed out on opportunities to travel with my family. I have no idea what this embassy is good at.....such a let down. A disappointment is even an understatement.
Rang several times and no one answered on all the extensions on offer! What a shame! Is this what we do as a vital link to Zambia?

I had a great experience dealing with the personnel at the High Commission office, the receptionist was friendly & helpful, when I arrived at the office the passport & immigration lady was accommodating & managed the process coherently. My appointment was at 10:30, I filled in all the forms then waited between 30-60 mins for my travel document to be issued, considering there was a slight queue ahead of me this was immaculate timing. They met the SLA set of issuing it the same day, keep up the good work guys!

Visa entry accepted authorised given awarded approved in 10-15 minutes maximum 30 minutes on all 3 separate occasions. For an African country this is excellent.

I think as an embassy they should be there for their nation and their country respecting with guarantee the safety of Venezuelans citizens but I feel abandoned by my country! There is not response, not services and constantly excuses for the bad function of the embassy. I have been with my passport expired for over 10 years and they still saying the same excuse of that there is not material to print any documentation or the resources to improve their services. From other hand the fact that I am unable to see my family for over this time, what should I do as Venezuelan resident in different continent with no hopes or answer from my own country! Shame on those who said they working to improve our nation and they just only improve their own pockets! And just saying I don’t represent any political groups I just represent myself and maybe some other millions of Venezuelans in the same circumstances

Terrible service, really rude people in there, very slow and treat customers terribly. Oh, and they also stone people to death, so there’s that.
Very good experience , needed a visa as a French citizen to visit The Gambia. Arrived at 9.30 less than an hour later i was out of the building with my visa stamped.

When I visited the embassy had just moved from 92 Ledbury Rd to their new location at 57 Kensington Ct. The sign they posted on their old location had apparently blown away so there was nothing telling me I was in the wrong location. I would advise calling before going to confirm their address.
Once I got to the new location they were quite helpful. They were able to issue a multiple-entry tourist visa (a visa is required for US passport holders) in under an hour.

Very useless embassy who cannot even renew an expired gambia passport instead they simply told me send photocopies of your passport to gambia for renewal. what a waste of gambian tax payers money investing on this useless embassy.
