Brilliant brilliant service i had today. if you follow the instructions which is mentioned on website you shouldn’t have any issues, i see so many negative reviews here problem is people don’t read and turns up expecting everything will be done for them, follow the rules which laid by GOP & bring the relevant documentation photo copies etc how difficult that could be?! Very , very bad service i had the pleasure with a very rude mrs that i think she got up on the orher side of the bed or something i was in disperate need of an advice or some sort of help to the point that she was full on shouting at me , i am just about sure if i was in front of her she would of slap me and nothing more . Waiting on the phone for hours after night shift to be treated like the last sc*m in town full on mortified i put the phone down ashamed and a lot more stressed and exhausted then ever before in my life all i wanted was some sort of advice but instead i got a proper telling off and all like i am 12 or something if you ask me if you need help or so better look somewhere else cus here its not for humans and i do hope somebodys gonna see this and have a chat with mrs Oana i think her name was maybe to have some more training or some sort of therapy or something to sort her life out they are people like me that works 6-7 nights a week with kids at home that lives on 4hrs sleep a day if they even get that and i didnt expected nothing more then a half decent answer to a question that would of taken 5-10 minutes of her life
Thanks to MR FAISAL who respond to my email and sent me police check with in 2,3 days. More over he gave me his helpline number to can contact them anytime incase of any problem in future. I really appreciate this. I would request other staff to please follow your colleague and make things easy for overseas.

Disappointing service. I went to renew my passport. I found staff to be disinterested and clueless at times.

The UBL payment machine is trash, you pay 3 pounds for their services apart from the normal fee charge of passport/nic etc . After payment it wouldn’t give out the payment receipt.
The staff said they can’t process without payment receipt, made me go from one person to another. Wasted my time. Had to show them payment from my bank statement online.
Gave me date to pick up passport 2 months later, have been calling them to confirm if my passport is issued or not. Didn’t pick up any calls. It’s been more than 2 months now and
Today I went in and was told to come in 2 weeks time and this time they gave me some new number to call on before coming.

I was hesitant to call to ask for help, and my fears were proved correct. I don't know why dealing with these sorts of organisations has to be so painful. Asked some very simple questions politely on the phone and was met with very rude and curt responses. Phone customer service was utterly appalling, hoping the in person experience will be a little bit better.

Uneducated staff , don’t know how to behave, it’s embarrassing for banch of the people which they representing a country.
I called the BHC this afternoon and expected my experience to be similar to the 1* reviews. Surprisingly it was the complete opposite! The woman who answered the phone was very helpful and emailed the information I requested before we'd completed the call. I asked for a callback on another issue and it came later that afternoon. The young lady I spoke to was also helpful and professional and we even managed to share a few laughs! Hopefully the standards they set will be followed by other staff.

Called for information, the telephone rang twice and they answered. They were very polite and told me to send an email. I sent the email and I got the reply within few hours with all my questions answered in a very efficient way. Great service!

Staff is helpful and friendly. The only thing is they need to develop a proper system for the process. Some of the information is also not clear on the website which also needs to be updated.
Travelling every time to the embassy can be a bit of a hassle though.

Corruption at its finest. They let people skip queues because their families know someone in the embassy or you bribe them with money. When there’s elderly people waiting in the queue before them. Unprofessional and wrong to do.
Terribly and unprofessional, you email them no reply. Run like a friendship not a government department. Supposed to represent Barbados but seem to not know what is law and what is not thus giving out contradictory information. Remember you serve your citizens! They don't serve you! This old mentality of how you handle people needs to change. The rest of the world has. How can you represent a country and be ignorant of its laws?

Very fast service, especially for an embassy. My husband sent them an email a couple days ago with a couple queries and they've already responded. If this was an embassy who uses VFS Global, this would not be the case. Thank you!

I applied two month ago for visa in this embassy .
I send all the documents and everything what they wanted and guess what ,my visa was refused and this embassy didn’t call me to say anything that my visa was refused . I call them to ask what’s went wrong with this and someone from reception told me that someone will call me about that.
Nobody call me so I sent two emails to them but they didn’t reply to me .They ignored me .
They country is losing thousands of tourists for their fault, lots of my friends are in the same situation like me .
I lost 1000£ ticket and booking hotel and no one is responsible.
Everyone deserve an explanation.

Awful! I called today in the morning to the embassy on behalf of my friend to find out whether they need a Visa to visit the country and a woman who I talked to was extremely RUDE. She not only vaguely answered my question but did it reluctantly and kept interrupting me.
I want to make an appointment and I can’t make any of them? What? I have my documents expired and I only need one paper that will be released in the same day and you can’t bother to pick up that phone and I cannot do any appointments? How you want the Romanians back in Romania if you don’t answer when we need you? Why are you paid?

Yesterday I posted by applications for myself and my son to apply for new Bajan passports. I tracked the delivery and knew the applications arrived at the High Commission this morning which was why I blown away when Amanda called me at 7.20pm this evening to query something on my son's application and to tell me if she could get it cleared up she could process both our applications today! I was totally amazed at the speedy turnaround. Whilst keeping me on the line Amanda called another colleague to clarify the issue and was told it was okay to approve my son's application. I asked Amanda for her name so I could praise her in a review. I see lots of negative reviews here and I admit to calling in the past and being dealt with rude or unhelpful people. But I think it also worthy to single out good service when you receive ut too

One of the rudest receptionists I have ever spoken to! Get over yourself darling - you paint a picture of happy smiling Caribbean islanders and smash it to bits. There is no call to be such a misery - if the job and dealing with civil people seeking advice is too much do us all a favour and quit!
Before 1st February 2021, the customer services used to be ok. after that date, its getting terribly poor. If I could, I would give zero star. It took more than 3 weeks to get someone pick up the phone (If you dont believe, just try calling).
The Nicaraguan embassy has been amazing, my mother in law has been stuck in the UK due to covid 19 and flights being cancelled, throughout this period they have been extremely helpful with providing advice and updates on the situation for Nicaraguan nationals wanting to return to Nicaragua. They reply quickly with easy to understand updates. Many thanks for all of the help over the past year.
I had a very positive experience with the passport renewal service. They are fast and accurate. It was efficient and the staff were polite. I would also like to thank the Kyrgyz embassy and especially to Batyr Kadyrkulov.
I kindly request Myanmar ambassador, U Kyaw Zwar Minn and all staff members of Myanmar embassy to participate in Civil Disobedience Movement to protect our beloved citizens of Myanmar, who are currently subjected to violences and injustice. Please do not turn a blind eye to the military coup and stand on the side of justice, equality, and freedom. Our people have suffered so much in the past (1988) and history repeats itself again. We must take actions now so that our future generation will never have to go through this again. Together we are stronger and shall prevail. Just like many other world leaders, PM Boris Johnson condemns military takeover and I believe you will use your position to do all it takes to the right thing.

Superb service. I needed my passport renewed to travel to Russia this Christmas. All has been done in two weeks. I can't praise highly enough Batyr and the team at the Consulate for their professionalism.

This is for the visa section. The entrance is to the right and downstairs from the consulate section. It has an accessible location only a short walk from Green Park station, plus it's very clean and has a functional and well presented reception area. The staff were friendly and helpful and processed my application quickly.

This embassy is very good in the way that it is logical, and you are not messed around. Unlike other Myanmar embassies, this one seems to follow the rules of the respected land very well and staff are helpful. I came here with the relevant paperwork to obtain a six month visa; this happened without issue, and my passport was returned to me by post the next day.

Were a great in helping me get my Grenadian Citizenship by descent. Staff were excellent with me and the way they communicated with the passport office in Grenada, proud to have dual nationality.
Renewal of passport by post was simple and easy. Passport was returned within one week from date it was received at the embassy. The staff are helpful and nice to talk to on the phone. Kudos to all the embassy staff who are doing their best!

An Embassy promotes its own home culture. In essence the best reflection of what a country has to offer. Visiting the Myanmar Embassy and dealing with its incompetent crooked staff gives you an indication of the delights in store when you visit Myanmar. Staff are always on the look out to for extra money to grease the wheels of the mindless bureaucracy that goes on deep in the bowls of this cesspit of an embassy. Seriously, its an embarrassment that this place is allowed to operate in the United Kingdom. Please if you need to go into this place, take a covert camera and recording equipment. Proper crooks!!!!
We were given the wrong information about visas by our travel agents and ended up needing to get it in one day as we were travelling the following day. We were totally stressed about getting the visa and worried we were going to be unable to go on holiday. However the staff agreed to process the application immediately and were extremely pleasant and helpful. I can't thank them all enough including the doorman. They saved our holiday.

I waited more than seven months ,yes 7 months for the IRAQI passport to be renewed 😮,then I went to get it they said we cannot give the passport as our system doesn't work 😮 I. came from outside London ,I paid a lot of money for transport ,the consulate needs big change by the embassy when you call them takes ages to reply you and even they not have an email address ,their phone voice mail is full since many years till now ,terrible and worst experience .
