Although many people are given the same appointment time, the staff at the venue try really hard to manage the crowd and process everyone. Even some people came without an appointment and were seen and processed.
The biggest issue is people trying to cut the queue, lack of patience and wanting to show that they have a connection that can help within the Nigerian High Commission.
As long as you go there understanding that the processing time take about 3 hours, you shouldn’t have any problems.

This embassy would put anyone of going back home. Scandalous that an embassy can behave and be so disjointed in this way. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I pray that you can be more organised in the future. My passport should have bee sent out ages ago. The embassy has taken postal orders and a stamped address envelope. Passport delivery date has since passed by 1 week and still no update. Complete shambles. Hiw do I get an update as the website says my passport is yet to be despatched??

My passport renewal application has taken almost three months since my biometrics and capturing. I need to urgently travel and I have tried every means to contact them which have all proved abortive. They never answer calls, just automated responses and needless to mention, your emails are ignored as well.
My only regret was not going to a nearby country to get it renewed. I despise the fact that everything about Nigeria has to be twice harder than it should be.

I and my family did our biometric capturing on 16th of May 2023, up until now September we are still waiting to receive our passports. The most annoying part is that high commission's office in London is never reachable and no one responds to email. They should do better, the long wait without any form of update is frustrating.

Hi, first of all after so many years of troubles to get passport and other documentations done the Italian embassy finally with my great surprise things seems to get finally working,

Today I called the embassy believing I will never get my documentation done in a reasonable time but operator 44 solved problem in brief and booking another appointment for the day after. I M really impressed with the the support and efficency.

I am so grateful to a very professional and extremely helpful Estonian Embassy Team Members.❤️ Without their help and guidance would not know how to apply for a Schengen visa, as so many things have changed since Brexit. Applied for a Schengen visa. Was refused today and no proper letter explaining why, just a checklist, with a tick under two boxes: I was unable to satisfy I’d return before my visa expires, and I could not explain the reasons for my stay. I wrote a cover letter explaining why I want to visit Estonia, a detailed plan of my trip. What else do they need? I have UK residency, a good bank balance, what makes them think I’ll leave a great country like the UK to live in a country like Estonia? Europeans immigrate to the UK, not the other way around!

I called the phone booking service and was called back by operator 44. He was very efficient and professional, answering all my questions and calling me back when the call disconnected during the booking procedure.

We had a 12.00 appointment but as soon as we got to the embassy we were told by the lady at the entrance that they were running late by about one and a half hours, we did appreciate the information and were prepared for a lengthy wait. After all, we were seen only thirty minutes late and despite the fact that we couldn't do what we were supposed to do we had a sound advice by the gentlemen behind the counter. I was pleased by his comments and expertise not only with the knowledge of the Colombian procedures but the local government requirements.

The receptionist is incredibly rude and impolite. First, she cut me off in the middle of my query. Then, when I called again (and it took ages for the call to be picked up), she threatened to put me on hold if I don't tell her my request quicker (!!!).

Went to Gabon Embassy in London to apply for a visa and expected crowded waiting room and grumpy receptionist. None of that, instead received very warm welcome from French receptionist and her Ghaneian assistant. Very pleasant and helpful people. I did pay an extra fee (note cash payment only) for same day visa which I received 2 gours later

The renewal of my passport was easy, effortless and stress free - thanks to the dedicated staff involvement. The staff is incredibly efficient and my passport was renewed very quickly. Failed to leave a review during the pandemic (2020/21) when the High Commission staff had to pretty much work from home all the time. They were very helpful by Whatsapp during that time. Also, great service on-site at the office when I had to fill in some forms just before the 'fire break' lockdown.

I wish I can post the recording I just get from one of the receptionist in our embassy. When you call them you would think you are talking to people from home who will understand you even better. Today the 03rd November 2022 at around 1453 I called this office. My God, the lady at the end of the telephone was extremely rude. She couldn’t even make out what I was trying to enquire about, not sure if English is the issue with her but let me carry one. She was shouting and put me on hold twice apparently "I have to put you on hold because this is a switch board and I have other calls coming in". I wonder why other calls can not wait so she can easily deal with one call at a time. Knowing how tech delayed our namibians websites are based on my past experience I asked her to clarify if all the information was looking at were up to date. She heated up and asked me rudely "have you been to the website?" I answered; yes that is why I am calling just to confirm something. So how may I help please? She asked I said I am sorry but I think you misunderstood me let me clarify again, she started saying oh i can not hear you please call back with a better line😭. I said which better line? I can hear you then she goes "oh just go to website all information are there because don't know what you want blah blah and I don't have time for this call other call are coming in" and off she goes again. After maybe 3 min she is back hello, what? I was like where the hell did we get such unprofessional receptionist to handle our calls in a foreign land??? Luckily I have recorded her and I told her that the call was being recorded. She probably thought I was joking. This diabolical behaviours must not be tolerated, please give your employees a good training. I am gutted to be receiving shocking treatment from my very own embassy. So appaling!

I visited the Tanzanian embassy today with my brother. We wanted an Emergency Travel Document for my 99 year old Mom as her passport had expired..
The embassy staff took over, let me use their computer and helped me in filling the online application and uploading the relevant documents. And hey presto we had the document with us in 2 hours.. Very courteous and efficient.. Salute and thank you is all I can say to them..

Great service, the Embassy you can find by taking the stairs down and then there’s an option to buzz in. You’d probably have to book an appointment. They are very friendly, it’s a very nice looking place. They also have a toilet there if you need, lots of brochures and information on Estonia, for example university, etc.

I applied to e-visa at the very last moment without noticing that it takes 10 days to be approved and after I realised that I called the embassy's visa service. The gentleman on the line was very kind and helpful and he helped to get my visa approved promptly. Thank you very much, I'm very grateful to this gentleman.

I am a traveller and I have been to many different embassies in the past but nothing like this one. Believe me, thee most friendliest embassy in London. I have had none of the problems people are talking about in here. I got through on the phone straight away (call in actual working hours!). Chose a time for an appointment to suit me and got seen at that time. The lady at the reception was extremely helpful and lovely. Premises are great. Location is excellent and easy to find. Can’t fault it at all.
