was one of the sorriest experiences at a bank I've ever had.If those employees don't want to aid you in getting info they need a new 9 to 5 were they don't need payroll.

I work right above this location and always use it to order foreign currency for all my trips. I always have a lovely experience and Naqi usually helps me out when I am there. He’s friendly and knowledgeable and I’ve never had any issues with him or the team!

Recently went in for a notary to this location, and the staff was extremly tentaitve and got me in and out in no time.Tareq and Naqi we both very helpful!

I've been taking my colleagues to open a bank account at this location for many years now. The experience is very good at this branch 988 3rd Bank of America, the staff from this bank is very accommodating. Just make sure you schedule an appointment online first before going there to make sure you are being accommodated in time.

I give this zero stars. Horrible customer service. Friday midday. One teller and for business customers only. No other tellers. Waited 10 minutes to deposit a check only to be given a deposit form that wasn’t out on the tables and told to get back in the one teller line. Lots of employees walking around taking and not doing much. No one to actually help you. Even the greeter’s answer was to wait in in the one teller line- a bit on the rude side. Considering switching banks after this and I’ve been a b of a customer since the 1990s. Won’t be coming here anymore. This is a symptom of a dying bank. Better to switch now I think.
