I paid the fee for a "30 minute consultation" 9 days before my appointment. I had to call the office to request to speak to Mr. Plappert for the most unhelpful 3 minutes of my life. He was disinterested in helping me and disengaged from the conversation but provided me his ridiculous prices, which could have been displayed online. Avoid unless you feel like donating your $50 to a scam.

Terrible experience and I was scammed out of $50 for a "30 minute consultation" for not even 3 minutes and I had to call the office when I was told they'd call me. Rip off and a scam.

I called a week ago to schedule a consult, to create a Special Needs Trust. The woman who answered my call had no problem scheduling the appointment and taking my $50 consultation fee, even though my appointment wasn't going to be for 2 weeks. 🤔

I then get a call a week later informing me that this Law Firm has no attorneys that creates special needs trusts. While I was refunded my $50 consultation fee, I cannot get back that 7 days. 😬😬

Front desk needs better training and legal assistants/paralegals need to be faster with appointment confirmation. I should have been called within 2 days at the latest, and informed that the firm doesn't create Special Needs Trusts.

Now I've lost a week and Monday is a holiday. Thanks for that. You guys have been awesome.🙄😧

I would NEVER recommend Lee Fairchild to literally anyone ! She lacks communication with her clients and sets them up for failure. In the past year her performance has declined tremendously, unsure if it’s because she has taken on so many clients and can’t accommodate everyone at one time but as far as the work that she has done for my family, was VERY poor in efforts

Daniel Raymer worked a miracle for us. We had attempted for 3 months to settle an issue concerning payment for an RV we had placed on consignment with a local dealer. We contacted Daniel Raymer and it was resolved in a few days. He is personable, professional,and efficient. He followed through with phone calls to keep us informed.

My family hired Caleb for our situation. Cost $7,500.00 paid in full by my parents. We hired Caleb 11/8/22 to execute and he completed execution of two filings that were approved by judge 11/15/22 and carried out on 11/16/22. And then we tragically and unexpectedly lost my brother end of 11/22. I emailed attorney hoping we could get refunded remaining balance because the time case was worked on was only one week, but parent's signed non-refundable agreement and refund did not happen. Caleb responded and said owner of firm approved $1,500 credit towards opening probate. But then my parents received bill/invoice in mail from accounting department of law office stating my parents owed more money, approximately $300.00 and handwritten statement stating credit approximately $5,340.00. I found this very unprofessional and incompetent, but proof remaining balance. Which I knew was there because of case only worked on for one week. I believe Caleb would have granted/provided refund exception. But that owner who practices too, in my opinion, is GREEDY. Also, obviously the accounting department completely sloppy and incompetent for sending that bill and handwritten statement showing credit. So we did the obvious and hired another probate attorney as a
result of those actions.
