I paid the fee for a "30 minute consultation" 9 days before my appointment. I had to call the office to request to speak to Mr. Plappert for the most unhelpful 3 minutes of my life. He was disinterested in helping me and disengaged from the conversation but provided me his ridiculous prices, which could have been displayed online. Avoid unless you feel like donating your $50 to a scam.

Terrible experience and I was scammed out of $50 for a "30 minute consultation" for not even 3 minutes and I had to call the office when I was told they'd call me. Rip off and a scam.

I called a week ago to schedule a consult, to create a Special Needs Trust. The woman who answered my call had no problem scheduling the appointment and taking my $50 consultation fee, even though my appointment wasn't going to be for 2 weeks. 🤔

I then get a call a week later informing me that this Law Firm has no attorneys that creates special needs trusts. While I was refunded my $50 consultation fee, I cannot get back that 7 days. 😬😬

Front desk needs better training and legal assistants/paralegals need to be faster with appointment confirmation. I should have been called within 2 days at the latest, and informed that the firm doesn't create Special Needs Trusts.

Now I've lost a week and Monday is a holiday. Thanks for that. You guys have been awesome.🙄😧

They communicated regularly keeping us updated throughout the process, and everyone we dealt with in their office was very courteous and professional. We were more than happy with the outcome and very appreciative of all they have done to secure justice for us.
