Great place to shop for clothes and other things. They have a variety of all sizes. One of my best stores when I need clothing and other things. Check them out to be satisfiedlike me. Great communications too. My score for this Store is 100%..
The store is nice and everything but i’m typing this review because one of the employees named Dara is AMAZING she helped us out and was super nice 💛💛💛💛💛
My mother went here today to make a return and the cashier was not helpful and seemed like she was spaced out or on some sort of drug. She told other employees too and none of them were of any help regarding the matter. Would not recommend this place of business.
Large store with plenty of goods on sale, especially clothes for men, women and kids. They have home goods, kitchenware, bedding, suitcases, toys and few more categories. Prices are very cheap despite being at heart of Paramus. Store is reliable clean and organized. Checkout is fast and easy, lots of associates at the counter to make sure line is moving swiftly.
In found some nice comic frames in home goods section and bought two arts of Spiderman for $24.

I came in and purchased a pair of Gucci loafers. I was excited to purchase them as I’ve had my eye on them. The customer rep who helped me was extremely rough with the shoe box to the point where I had to mention it to him and then angrily mention it to him again after he continued banging on the shoe box in his frustration with the pos system. Simply being careless with the $1,000 purchase I just made. I wish the staff would be more understanding with delicate merchandise that a customer is buying at that price point. I for one pride myself on maintaining the box in its original form and having it be beat up by the Nordstrom rep which has me discontented to say the least.
This store needs more staff. From cash registers to shelf packers, just hire to put some order in this store. You stand for 30+ mins to checkout because only a few registers are open. Shelves are a mess, showing it's been days or weeks that there has been some straightening out.
This review is about Beza, my cashier. I only stopped in this store to kill time in between jobs. I found 3 items, one was a crocheted dress. Beza greeted me with such a smile, so polite, our brief conversation was cheerful. She carefully removed the dress from the hanger and complemented it. It was fun shopping here and Beza made the end of my visit perfect. I suggest you stop in this location as it was great from beginning to end. Thank you Burlington for great items and thank you Beza for being such a lovely cashier.
Was very disappointed and took my money somewhere else. We went to Nordstrom to buy a suit my friend recommended Larry which we made appointment with him he told us prices start 800 and up. My friend brought a suit there for way less that’s why we went , I guess he needed to make more commission that day cause he sure wasn’t offering the broad price range that my friend got and wasn’t helpful!! Anyway we found a suit somewhere else for a good price. I’ll make sure I spread the word about Larry and Nordstrom to others .
I had bought a few designer purses online and went to return them in store. The SA's were very friendly. As I was browsing all the associates were attentive and asked if I needed assistance. It was a pleasant experience.
Just picked up an online order. No line. Quick service. I had nothing to identify my order. But they quickly found all the info they need by just looking up my name. Loved that!

I’m in my 50s and one of the workers shoved her cart full with returns into my hip and hurt me pretty bad with no apologies. One of the worst Targets i’ve been too by far. Also i want to say 2 days ago my sister parked her car in the lot and when she returned her car was keyed.
Not a safe area and Target has a bad rep here for their poor quality of workers and customer care. To this day my hip hurts. No apologies NIQUE?

Really like this store. I bought 2 Starbucks coffees and got $2 off and on top of that when you use your target card you get 5% off. I went in to buy Kind bars and walked out with $65 worth of stuff because I had a coupon that if you spent 50 you got $10 off and that was on my app. It's really fun shopping at target with the app cause you get things much cheaper that way. Lorena, who was one of the managers on the floor was helping me find things and she actually stopped delegating authority to her employees to help me. She gave me her full attention and made me feel very important while I was shopping for things that we're not that important.
Many items out of stock, however the biggest issue is the lack of New items. The home goods section is the same revolving pieces that have not sold since 2020. Once that season ends they just bring them out the next year. There is nothing new and it’s quite noticeable. Quality of store experience, employees, and wide array of merchandise have all gone downhill. Target is not what it once was, there are never enough employees working the registers.
The store always has the best dresses. They have great holiday sales when the holidays are over, and the staff is very nice and good at minding their business.

Well! I usually do not like coming into this store cause it is so messy. Such a long wait at the registers so I usually end up leaving the pots, or anything I may have found in the store and walk away.
But I went last week on a Tuesday morning and I had a great time looking at things and actually making a purchase! The store was surprisingly in good shape, not items on the floor or the usual mess. The cashiers were nice and the line went fast.
Prices are low for most items. I imagine if you have children or a big family this would be the place to go. Lots of great clothes for children at great prices.
I like going in for kitchen items, art supplies, pajamas and what ever pretty thing I may find. I'll go back

It's a very nice mall. There are a lot of shops and restaurants. They already put up the Christmas tree, which is very nice. It's worthy to visit there and taking some pictures.
Plenty do do here and it was a nice experience everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking was available with a short walk and many options in the store plus stuff to do for everyone. Arcade for the kids to run around in. And the prices were reasonable. Also very close to other things to do as well so you don't have to go out of your way. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is traveling past Erie Pennsylvania

This mall is one of the best malls I have ever been too. So many shops, restaurants and things to do at this mall. It’s huge a mall so bring comfortable walking shoes. I was able to find items in stores and I ate at some delicious places here. Check this place out!
Wide, expansive Target. Easy to find what you’re looking gif because every aisle and area is well marked. The prices are quite reasonable. Not a ton of parking, because the mall is so full but there is wheel chair accessibility. A lot of clothes and home goods, shoes, food and bedding. Really great place to equip a dorm or home
I always love to go to Target. It is refreshing and family-friendly, has a ton of quality goods and variety!! Plus, its prices are generally low or average in the lower rung of the pricing scale.
My pick up was smooth, friendly and very courteous. The customer service agent was friendly and even considerate by putting my multiple items in a bag.
This mall has gotten some pretty good upgrades, been here many times, I remember when they had the carousel though, but that has been long gone, they have been adding many new stores, found out that "Cinnabon" is coming back, so that's a plus:

I love going to this store—there is plenty of parking out front. The customer service is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always clean. Lots of sales. We needed a replacement for the loss of K-mart. The store has everything that K-mart had, plus a lot more.
Nordstrom is a good store, it's super organized and clean, everything is where it should be, some of the employees are nice and humble, the third floor is divided into sections, Women's Department, Denim, Designer, POV, Young Adult and Dresses: Second Floor: Men's Department, and First Floor: Housewares, Kids, Swimwear, Shoes, and Lingerie: My only issue is that maybe just maybe, some customers should pick up the clothes of what they where in the fitting rooms if they aren't going to buy them and put them back where they found it, it will be much easier for the employees that work in that department, the employees already get new shipments and enough returns already, so, take this into consideration, I also think that corporate or Nordstrom's policies should not let go of employees who don't make enough commission, especially if they were dedicated enough in showing up to work everyday, being on time, all the time, and if they were loyal to their customers, my guess is that Nordstrom only cares about making money, they may not care if you were a dedicated employee, they were even some other good employees that were terminated even if they made commission though, maybe it's a favoritism issue or something, so I don't know what's going on here, this is the thing with brick and mortar stores, hope they last, anyways, oh and also, one time an employee was ringing a customer and one of the managers were helping her, the manager's name was E, she worked on the third floor, there was this blouse that was a return and the customer wanted a similar blouse that wasn't on sale during anniversary, the customer wanted the blouse for about maybe $7 dollars less of the original price the employee was more than happy to price match it and lower it for her to make the customer happy, but the manager said 'No, that she couldn't allow it, but the way she said it to the customer was kind of rude about it, so the employee had to turn the customer away even if the employee didn't want to, and she didn't buy the blouse, what happened to the phrase, "Customer Obsessed?? And making the customer happy??" Who knows, maybe some of the clothes will end up at the thrift store after Nordstrom Rack, these are just vanities, we need some of these yeah but one doesn't have to so, you know? These are just some of the flaws that the employee has seen while working there..

It’s like they just ate putting stuff anywhere just yo say it’s full. Another section that’s just as bad is the paper products, no prices, or products in eying sections. Management and upper management needs to walk the suite and open there eyes. Not just look down the aisle and it looks full.

This mall is so beautiful. It has lots of stores and the food court is large. Haha.. Loved it so much.

Not enough cashiers for a long line of guests, waited over 1 hour to check out, recommend improving check out experience, time is valuable.

Love this store. I know they were busy when I was there but I wish they would keep team members available to keep the store tidy and well maintained. Other than that, they always have what I'm looking for and I'm very happy with the professionalism of the staff!
I recently visited Macy's mall and was thoroughly impressed with the shopping experience. The mall was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of stores to choose from. Fantastic mall. Lots of shops, both high and mid range. Ample time for the far and central to everything in Bergen County. I recommend it as a stop when you need retail therapy
This place is very unorganized and is absolutely messy. I ve been waiting online for almost 30mins they are in need of more employees .It was morning around 11 am. This place should not look like this
In the area visiting family from Cleveland, we decided to check out this mall on our visit. This place was great. Excellent food court and shopping selection. Not too big like the other malls in the area. I would return. Very clean as well.
UPDATED VISIT BELOW...My cashier was Darryl, he is such an observant gentleman. He had to briefly step away from the register to take care of something, so polite, our brief conversation was cheerful. He apologized for me waiting. If all the cashiers could take note, be like Darryl. I would like him to be recognized, therefore my writing this review. It was very nice shopping here.
UPDATED VISIT, what a disgraceful encounter with JEFF !! I had 3 baby items, 1 was clearance & wasn't in the system, he called a supervisor. As she was scanning the item he said to her, "this doesn't look like our tags". He then rang up the price wrong (.50 more) the other item rang up without the sale price. He had to call another supervisor who told me if I had the app that it would show the sale & to take a picture of it. She walked away & I asked why would I have to take a picture of it? He then looked me dead in the face, without blinking an eye and raised his voice at me. "Listen to me, I am not overriding the price to give you the sale price and get myself in trouble", "I am not doing that"...first off, I never told him to do a damn thing. I didn't understand why she had said to take a photo...I didn't come to this store to be somewhat yelled at. I didn't purchase that item, I will NEVER COME TO THIS STORE AGAIN AFTER THIS..I'll shop at another Target...THE ONLY GREAT PERSON HERE IS DARRYL FROM MY PREVIOUS VISIT...GOOD RIDDENS JEFF

Big mall with poor anchor stores and a lot of smaller stores. Food court is open again, the biggest issue I have with small is the outside traffic getting in and out of the parking areas. Parking itself wasn't hard to find but driving around the mall was terrible. Big AMC there.
I went to the Burlington store in Bergen town center and I love the variety of clothing and other options that they carry.
Prices are great and they carry many brand name items, but a half hour to buy something? This is why I'm not going to give it 5 stars. Burlington needs to do a better job with staffing and checkouts.

As a typical a Target store, it's large and has decent product mix and options.
The prices are not necessarily budget friendly, but it's not super expensive either.
Be sure to check the price of products before going to the counter. I don't know whether it's customers who pick an item and keep it in a different place or the staff don't check/ rearrange (maybe a combination of both), however, there were cases where the price tag on the shelf and the actual price of the product differed.

Westfield Garden State Plaza has every store you need to satisfy the needs of everyone in the family. First of all the food court is outstanding! There is a wide variety of food choices. There’s even a Hagan Daz ice cream truck! The brands and stores available will just excite you! Be prepared to walk and spend the day or just run in for a special item. There are plenty of bathrooms throughout the mall and there is artwork displayed in the walking areas! Before you go check out the app so you don’t don’t get lost! Did I mention there’s a huge AMC Theater within the mall. Maybe it’s just me but I always find Garden State Plaza clean. Helpful staff, good food, stocked stores and easily accessible. But remember. The mall is closed on Sundays! Blue laws. Shop till you drop! See ya there!
