The store is nice and everything but i’m typing this review because one of the employees named Dara is AMAZING she helped us out and was super nice 💛💛💛💛💛

My mother went here today to make a return and the cashier was not helpful and seemed like she was spaced out or on some sort of drug. She told other employees too and none of them were of any help regarding the matter. Would not recommend this place of business.

I came in and purchased a pair of Gucci loafers. I was excited to purchase them as I’ve had my eye on them. The customer rep who helped me was extremely rough with the shoe box to the point where I had to mention it to him and then angrily mention it to him again after he continued banging on the shoe box in his frustration with the pos system. Simply being careless with the $1,000 purchase I just made. I wish the staff would be more understanding with delicate merchandise that a customer is buying at that price point. I for one pride myself on maintaining the box in its original form and having it be beat up by the Nordstrom rep which has me discontented to say the least.

Was very disappointed and took my money somewhere else. We went to Nordstrom to buy a suit my friend recommended Larry which we made appointment with him he told us prices start 800 and up. My friend brought a suit there for way less that’s why we went , I guess he needed to make more commission that day cause he sure wasn’t offering the broad price range that my friend got and wasn’t helpful!! Anyway we found a suit somewhere else for a good price. I’ll make sure I spread the word about Larry and Nordstrom to others .

I had bought a few designer purses online and went to return them in store. The SA's were very friendly. As I was browsing all the associates were attentive and asked if I needed assistance. It was a pleasant experience.

The store always has the best dresses. They have great holiday sales when the holidays are over, and the staff is very nice and good at minding their business.

Nordstrom is a good store, it's super organized and clean, everything is where it should be, some of the employees are nice and humble, the third floor is divided into sections, Women's Department, Denim, Designer, POV, Young Adult and Dresses: Second Floor: Men's Department, and First Floor: Housewares, Kids, Swimwear, Shoes, and Lingerie: My only issue is that maybe just maybe, some customers should pick up the clothes of what they where in the fitting rooms if they aren't going to buy them and put them back where they found it, it will be much easier for the employees that work in that department, the employees already get new shipments and enough returns already, so, take this into consideration, I also think that corporate or Nordstrom's policies should not let go of employees who don't make enough commission, especially if they were dedicated enough in showing up to work everyday, being on time, all the time, and if they were loyal to their customers, my guess is that Nordstrom only cares about making money, they may not care if you were a dedicated employee, they were even some other good employees that were terminated even if they made commission though, maybe it's a favoritism issue or something, so I don't know what's going on here, this is the thing with brick and mortar stores, hope they last, anyways, oh and also, one time an employee was ringing a customer and one of the managers were helping her, the manager's name was E, she worked on the third floor, there was this blouse that was a return and the customer wanted a similar blouse that wasn't on sale during anniversary, the customer wanted the blouse for about maybe $7 dollars less of the original price the employee was more than happy to price match it and lower it for her to make the customer happy, but the manager said 'No, that she couldn't allow it, but the way she said it to the customer was kind of rude about it, so the employee had to turn the customer away even if the employee didn't want to, and she didn't buy the blouse, what happened to the phrase, "Customer Obsessed?? And making the customer happy??" Who knows, maybe some of the clothes will end up at the thrift store after Nordstrom Rack, these are just vanities, we need some of these yeah but one doesn't have to so, you know? These are just some of the flaws that the employee has seen while working there..
