Purchased a $470 CAD cashmere sweater and in four weeks the same sweater cost $200 CAD. Went to the store and asked the store manager Dino for a price adjustment considering the significant drop. Dino first agreed to adjust the price and quickly changed his mind when I didn’t have a receipt. I had already told him I didn’t have the receipt. He refused to look up the receipt in the system saying it would take too long. Then stating that four weeks was too long (even though I was within the return policy). Dino compared the price change to fluctuating gas prices and told me to live and learn. When I called the customer service line they said the store manager has the authority to make the price change given I was within the return policy. Horrible customer service. Losing a customer over $200 is senseless. Spend your money on a brand that stands up for quality and customer service. Not a place that fluctuates prices week by week and doesn’t take care of their consumer.

Alexandre makes you feel at ease right away and listens to your needs. He is very knowledgeable about the products sold, the origins, the materials used and the confection methods. He is also an expert at understanding what you are really looking for and asking the right questions. Exceptional service. I am very happy with my shopping experience at Suit Supply. I would give 7 stars if I could!

Even though, the customer experience at the Montreal store is very good…the quality of the suit and the after-sale service that I got was horrendous.

I bought a suit there less than 6 months ago that is completely discoloured and ripped apart from both elbows. The answer that I got from their after-sale service is “It appears that these issues have been caused by a combination of rubbing and friction, resulting in the thinning and subsequent tearing of the fabric. This can happen during daily activities such as leaning against a desk or sitting in a chair.“

Considering that none of my other 10+ suits have ever shown such wear and tear from routine use, I would have appreciated if they would’ve taken some accountability in this rather then blaming me for leaning against a desk or sitting in a chair.

Very bad experience I made an order two weeks ago no confirmation email no news nothing I have to call them hundreds times to get any information about the shipment no news they are lost first and last time ever order from them. They are unprofessional and it’s a very disappointed experience from brand like club monaco.

I had a very pleasant experience with the advisor and custom program. I went in to get some trousers made. Jean-Simon was the advisor who helped me.

Although I have very specific fit requirements and preferecnes, Jean-Simon was able work with me and took the proper measurements and adapt the custom program to my specific preferences.

The end result is that I have two trousers that fit like I want and with the fabric I want and look very nice.

On a side note, the minor alternations after the delivery (to achieve a even superior fit) have very short turnaround time.

The communication throughout is clear and efficient which leads to a very pleasant experience.

Overall, I am impressed with custom experience and would recommend the program and store to anyone looking into custom garments.

Had a last minute invite to a wedding in Mexico with very limited time to find a suit. After some good research online Suitsupply caught my attention, and without them and Jacky (an employee there) I don't think it would've been possible.

Got everything I needed with only a day to spare before my flight. Even had adjustments to get the suit to fit just right, when all the research I did online was telling me it would take a minimum of one or two weeks.

Talk about being in the right place at the right time.

Bought my second suit here today. Great service as always, Bastien was very easy to work with and their suit selection is extensive! You could go and buy a cheaper suit at Simons or other suit shops but the quality of materials and worksmanship is not comparable. And if you actually think about what you're getting, it's well worth the price. Top notch suits and staff! Will be back at some point.

The men's section in the basement looks good with a great variety of merchandise. The quality of the fabrics is great. There's also a little coffee shop inside. Unfortunately, there are more sales online than in-store so online shopping trumps in-person shopping.

Spent 1300$ only to find out the website is 30% off in October. The manager refused to price adjust, with a nasty attitude. I will be returning my purchase and have placed a formal complaint about this. Terrible customer service at this store. Shame on you.

Overall great experience from the moment you walk in and are greeted. I was assisted by Axel who was knowledgeable, courteous, patient and just overall excellent in our 2 meetings. I couldn’t be happier with my suit and in-store experience.

My husband is a customer of clusier. When it comes to buying a taylor made suit Jean Michel is always on hand to take the measurements and the results are always impeccable. I was thinking of returning to this store to buy additional items and was surprised by some of the negative reviews. Upon reading them, I remembered that I was also mistreated on my first visit to the store.

The salesperson was condescending and didn’t want me to try on the shoes on display unless I would buy them because apparently too many people try on clothes without purchasing them. Isn’t that the whole point of having items on display?

I honestly didn’t pay attention to his negative attitude up until now because I just wanted to buy a pair and return to my affairs.

Similarly to what other reviews have pointed out, the salespeople need to get off their high horse and stop condescending or discriminating against clients.

Your store would benefit from an improved customer service rather than the selection of items.

The new store on De La Montagne is amazing!! It’s huge, beautiful and clean with a great selection of choices. The staff is very friendly and professional, go see Reuben, he’s the best! I was very well served and advised, I highly recommend!

Terrible selection in sizing. Way overpriced since you can find most of the same clothes online with a 50% reduction.

This was my first experience shopping at Suitsupply. I was fortunate enough to be left in the hands of Jacky. He spent nearly 2 hours with me to purchase one suit, his patience and professionalism were outstanding. And an additional bonus is the quality and look of their clothing. Even their casual wear is off the chart!

The first time I’ve ordered online, will also be my LAST time! No plans on setting foot in any of their stores!
I can’t believe how little professionalism and care they show towards their customers. I’m so disappointed!
Out of 6 items that I’ve ordered, only two arrived. Five days later of my order arriving, they notified me via email saying the rest of my order will NOT be delivered to me due to website issues.

Never was there a mention of a reimbursement nor a reimbursement on my credit card bill… Yet!

My order was shipped to another address than the one I provided. They’ve typed the wrong postal code and it was sent elsewhere.

While many of my items will clearly not be sent to me and I was super excited about those items, Club Monaco never offered to send them once their website works or any care to make a customer happy instead of unhappy!
Why should I care about your store when you don’t care about me as a customer.

I’ll never come back again!!! I found a small hole in the pants I bought a few days ago in this store. I thought it’s because the thread is loose and very easy for them to fix. So I went back to exchange. The store manager hinted that I made the hole myself. It’s completely unacceptable. I have never worn this pants. What would make me get a hole in it and spend time to get back to change it?! Prepare to be humiliated if you buy something here.

Richard was incredibly helpful, and knowledgeable. He created a wonderful one stop shop experience to dress me for an upcoming formal wedding. I highly recommend this shop, and will definitely make the trip back up from Stowe Vermont for my clothing needs!

Great, fashionable men's clothing store. I loved it because it was a small business, service oriented, and filled with great, quality selections. I purchased several pairs of socks and a tie - can instantly tell the quality is exceptional and not badly priced either. In a consumer driven world dominated by big box, name brand stores, it is always a pleasure to find small gems like this one. I recommend shopping here.
