I’m late in posting this review, however I want to recognize Izely for the patience and extraordinary customer service that she provided to me. I visited the store during the private sale in May and was unsure of what to buy as a birthday gift. Izely spared no effort as well as many trips to the stockroom to help me choose a gift. The gift was a hit and so was my shopping experience thanks to Izely.

Horrible customer service, nasty attitude by this older woman that scanned my items for checkout.
I was asking about a discount that she forgot to enter into the register, being very polite, and she responded “Do you want it or not” completely ignoring my question. I had to ask her a second time, in which she asked to check the rack where I got the item from, walked away to check the sale, and begrudgingly applied the discount to my transaction. It’s almost like she didn’t want me to pay the lower price that was advertised, for some reason.
I hope she is ok. She was so glum I would’ve thought she attended a funeral prior to going to her job.

Was shopping in this store and the employees were talking about Jews and Israel. The main employee at the register was wearing a Palestinian flag on his outfit. Made me feel really uncomfortable. Never shopping this location again.

My son wanted to get a pair of sneakers from Michael kors he saw on line. We went to this location on a Saturday morning 4/20/24. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by Joan, she was all smiles and very welcoming. The way she listened to what my son wanted and the look he was going for, she made it happen. Joan made sure the shoe fit perfectly and gave him a few options. She also helped him with a watch he plans on getting next week. Thank you for such excellent customer service. We will be back to get that watch.

I purchased a few things a couple days ago
The workers should be watched more carefully. A few were on their phones making videos or tik toks to that sort. I’m in my 50s and one of the workers shoved her cart full with returns into my hip and hurt me pretty bad with no apologies. One of the worst Targets i’ve been too by far. Also i want to say 2 days ago my sister parked her car in the lot and when she returned her car was keyed.
Not a safe area and Target has a bad rep here for their poor quality of workers and customer care. To this day my hip hurts. No apologies NIQUE?

Really like this store. I bought 2 Starbucks coffees and got $2 off and on top of that when you use your target card you get 5% off. I went in to buy Kind bars and walked out with $65 worth of stuff because I had a coupon that if you spent 50 you got $10 off and that was on my app. It's really fun shopping at target with the app cause you get things much cheaper that way. Lorena, who was one of the managers on the floor was helping me find things and she actually stopped delegating authority to her employees to help me. She gave me her full attention and made me feel very important while I was shopping for things that we're not that important.

Many items out of stock, however the biggest issue is the lack of New items. The home goods section is the same revolving pieces that have not sold since 2020. Once that season ends they just bring them out the next year. There is nothing new and it’s quite noticeable. Quality of store experience, employees, and wide array of merchandise have all gone downhill. Target is not what it once was, there are never enough employees working the registers.

Terrible manager( young Hispanic revealingly dressed woman ) gave me unnecessary headache about my timely return with receipt for not having physical credit card. While I was able to purchase with Apple Pay, and every store automatically charges back to the card , she had to show her importance by making me call Guess support to authorize it. I lost time , unsure what she has gained . Perhaps career at FBI or police is more appropriate

If I could rate it at -100⭐ I would... I had the most awkward and negative experience in there. My husband and I walked in and first this guy start shouting from a distance, HI, HEY HI!! which I guess they're trying to be friendly to the customers and greet them, but if you're not at the door, let the customers enter and greet them as they pass you, allow them to walk in and if they look like they need assistance, approach them. Then, this blond older lady comes up very closely to my face and very loudly says "CAN I HELP YOU?!" Not in a can help you shop tone, I'm being polite because maybe she has some sort of hearing issue and I say no thank you, but she does it one more time and is now sort of preventing me from walking further into the store, I look around , confused, because I'm thinking maybe the store is closed and I'm not supposed to be here, but there were a couple of other ppl shopping; I realized that clearly she was trying to prevent me from walking into the store and I decided to leave. I go to Loft next door and decided to walk back in, in case I was just overwhelmed or perceiving their customer service wrong, but this guy that is now at the door starts laughing as I walk in, the same lady comes over and asks again if she can help me... I walked around the store and once again decide to leave. The guy at the door followed me out side the store, I was several stores down when I realized it... I had never felt so uncomfortable trying to shop. I would never walk into that store again.

Horrible experience in golf galaxy. If you want to upgrade your clubs go to other places. The lady working there said she is a certified club fitter but when I hit the balls with different clubs she couldn’t tell the difference between those clubs (ball speeds, carry, spins and many more) and told me to get professional fitting with her. This is not my first time trying to upgrade my clubs and I was offered the fitting with xxio head office people before so I know how things should work. I’m willing to pay fitting fee with professionals not with the regular sales who claim themselves professional.
It's a very nice mall. There are a lot of shops and restaurants. They already put up the Christmas tree, which is very nice. It's worthy to visit there and taking some pictures.

During my visit to Kate Spade, I encountered a less-than-ideal shopping experience. Upon entering the store, the associate didn't greet me and seemed to observe rather than assist. I proceeded to the wallets with a specific item in mind, but the lack of introduction and the associate standing over me made the situation uncomfortable.

When I inquired about a larger size, the response was a curt "no," followed by a suggestion to check clearance in the back. This approach left me feeling taken aback and uneasy. Opting to continue my search, I approached another associate for assistance and requested to check out with them, as the initial encounter had left me uncomfortable.

The checkout experience, handled by a trainee named Claudia, was better, but it still had its hiccups. The other associate handed me my purchase in a plastic bag, and when I noticed boxes nearby, I requested one for the wallet. However, the response was a surprising "well, you didn't say it was a gift." This left me feeling like I had to insist on receiving the service I expected.

Overall, my first experience at Kate Spade was not as pleasant as I had hoped, and it contrasts with the positive experiences I've had at other stores. I hope that sharing this feedback helps in improving the customer experience at your store.
Plenty do do here and it was a nice experience everyone was friendly and helpful. Parking was available with a short walk and many options in the store plus stuff to do for everyone. Arcade for the kids to run around in. And the prices were reasonable. Also very close to other things to do as well so you don't have to go out of your way. I would highly recommend this to anyone that is traveling past Erie Pennsylvania

This mall is one of the best malls I have ever been too. So many shops, restaurants and things to do at this mall. It’s huge a mall so bring comfortable walking shoes. I was able to find items in stores and I ate at some delicious places here. Check this place out!

Customer service is horrible. Employees leave you standing waiting to pay while they’re talking and looking at you clearly seeing you are waiting to pay for a product. Perhaps you also need a younger crew that can better assist and represent the store better. All the employees I ran into yesterday were just not happy to be there and were giving attitude to everyone. Will not shop at this store again.

Went in this past weekend to look at some new grips for my irons. Made a pit stop across the street at PGA Tour Superstore first. PGA is a good store but the attention wasn't there. I had a couple questions about 2 specific grips and the crew at Golf Galaxy was there to help. I ended up leaving my whole set of clubs to be regripped! They had my clubs done in 2 days. Did a great job as well. Running a special on 50% off services which is hard to pass up. Appreciate their help and great work! Not sure why they have negative reviews but I'm a believer!
This mall has gotten some pretty good upgrades, been here many times, I remember when they had the carousel though, but that has been long gone, they have been adding many new stores, found out that "Cinnabon" is coming back, so that's a plus:

This was the worst experience I've ever had in a store. I usually shop online for marciano but I had return a few items. The manager she is a small Hispanic girl. She gave me the worst attitude because yes I was taking a while and making sure that I find something nice but she just got tired and was rushing me and gave me a nasty attitude it was obvious she wanted me to leave. I think the store should replace her or teach her how to treat people.
I recently visited Macy's mall and was thoroughly impressed with the shopping experience. The mall was clean, well-organized, and had a wide variety of stores to choose from. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the overall atmosphere was very welcoming. The mall had a great mix of high-end and affordable stores, making it easy to find something for everyone. The food court was also excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The seating area was spacious and comfortable, making it a great place to relax and enjoy a meal. The mall was also equipped with all the necessary amenities, including restrooms and ample parking. The location was also very convenient, with easy access from major highways. Overall, I would highly recommend Macy's mall to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. It is truly a top-notch mall that is sure to impress even the most discerning shoppers.

Short story is if you are trying to figure out what golf clubs fit you, do not go to this store. Go to a PGA Tour store with real professionals. Here is the long story: I went in on a nice Saturday afternoon with no one greeting me. While I was walking around in the clubs section, a manager looking person came and asked what I need. I told him I was looking to upgrade my club set. He assigned a staff to help me try a few clubs from various brands. That staff was not happy as she had to tape all the clubs I was going to try because there was no demo set. While she was taping a few clubs, she was called away to help some other issues and another staff was involuntarily asked to step in. This interim helper taped one club and then left. So I tried two clubs and then no one was there to help me. I went over to find the original staff as she was finishing working on something else. She was annoyed as she was pulled from many different directions and she whined that I wanted to try all the clubs, implying I made her do a lot of work. Finally, she came back to tape a few other clubs and told me I only had 15 minutes to try. I was confused and asked what if I didn't like any of these. She told me then I should come back in another day as I have used up my quota of the day AND she was actually giving me additional 15 minutes as she was not able to tape all the clubs the first time. I was astonished by her attitude. This store does not care if you buy anything. They think the customers are annoying and giving them work. They provide no customer service.

In the area visiting family from Cleveland, we decided to check out this mall on our visit. This place was great. Excellent food court and shopping selection. Not too big like the other malls in the area. I would return. Very clean as well.

Lacoste has become one of my favorite stores to shop at. Izely is the reason why I enjoy shopping at this specific location. She is so helpful, amiable, attentive and has a positive attitude. On Friday 2/1/23 my friend went In to the store and showed the staff photos of my bag that has the leather peeling around the entire edging of the bag on both sides they preceded to tell her they would be happy to return the bag since it was still covered under warranty. However when I went in with the bag in hand to the store today the lady take one look at how I was dressed and then told me it was “normal” wear and tear and I must have banged it. It’s unfortunate that a store bases their policy solely on how someone is dressed.
Always the greatest staff. So helpful and I love Loft clothing!

Good morning.. I would like to tell you about the experience I had at the Westfield mall in Paramus NJ location. Your staff at the register was so rude and nasty and inappropriate.. the guy seem to have an attitude about us returning a gift that didn't hit my sister in-law. We can in planing to just pick up a all black shoe that she would like but because of how uncomfortable the staff made me feel I left and will not be returning. I am hoping the stuff learns to treat everyone customer with the same respect. Because the people before and and as after me got way better service.. hopefully this get to someone how can talk to them about treating stuff better.
We are all saying the same thing you guys a rude and treat people with no respect. I hope this not what the brand stand for
Big mall with poor anchor stores and a lot of smaller stores. Food court is open again, the biggest issue I have with small is the outside traffic getting in and out of the parking areas. Parking itself wasn't hard to find but driving around the mall was terrible. Big AMC there.

This store is just horrible. Low quality garbage and the employees act like they work at Gucci or LV. Customer service is non existent. MK is literally sold at Marshall’s for cheaper. Don’t pay full price on this garbage.

Hi. For the first time in my shopping experience, the mall security and the Paramus department cops were called on me by the Guess staff member at this store. I was almost done shopping and about check out, that’s when the staff member confronted me in presence of other customers and brought up the merchandise returns incident, the last time I visited the store. The staff member, who is a middle aged lady was extremely unprofessional in putting forward her concerns of my last visit. All I need is for GUESS to explain why 4 COPS and 2 Mall security officers were called and this extremely important because it all happened in the presence of my WIFE and my 13 year old SON.

I had such an exquisite shopping experience at this Kate Spade location! I called the store and spoke to Tameka she was absolutely lovely over the phone she helped me put an item on hold. Once I got into the store I was greeted with a very warm welcome by Tameka, she helped me look around at more items. Two other incredible store associates by the names of Angelica and Popy joined in showing me other items that I had no idea were in stock. Everyone went above and beyond I felt so comfortable 10 out of 10 I highly recommend I can’t wait for my next visit to this store! Thank you so much Tameka, Angelica and Popy!!!!! Staff were friendly and helpful when I inquired about a shirt, said they didn't have it in stock but found another store that did. When I told them I'd go buy it from the other store they offered to get it mailed to me instead. The whole process tool about 35 minutes, which isn't too bad, but then the shirt never came. They took down all of my cardholder information, but still, I never received the shirt. My card wasn't charged but there were no updates or follow ups on the order. Really disappointed because I was buying it for a family member as a graduation gift. I just wish I had a courtesy call or follow up message as they had my cell phone number and email address, along with a bunch of my other info. Staff were nice though and store is well maintained, they just dropped the ball.

Cool , stylish and different but prices are overrated
Westfield Garden State Plaza has every store you need to satisfy the needs of everyone in the family. First of all the food court is outstanding! There is a wide variety of food choices. There’s even a Hagan Daz ice cream truck! The brands and stores available will just excite you! Be prepared to walk and spend the day or just run in for a special item. There are plenty of bathrooms throughout the mall and there is artwork displayed in the walking areas! Before you go check out the app so you don’t don’t get lost! Did I mention there’s a huge AMC Theater within the mall. Maybe it’s just me but I always find Garden State Plaza clean. Helpful staff, good food, stocked stores and easily accessible. But remember. The mall is closed on Sundays! Blue laws. Shop till you drop! See ya there!

I was surprised at how nice the staff was here at the Lacoste in GSP. They did not rush me at all and provided me with all the articles I wanted to try on. The reason why I give it 4 stars is because I believe $89.00 is a little too much for the signature Lacoste shirt. Otherwise staff was great and the place is nice.

I love going to this location even though I'm from the Bronx because I met a wonderful salesperson named Lillian who is the nicest woman I've ever delt with in any store. She's actually more like my own personal shopper who goes the extra mile to help me. I think her supervisor needs to know this so I'm going to call them tomorrow to make sure they know how lucky they are to have her working for them. She should get a raise or something to be recognized for all her hard work.

EDIT2: Wanted to provide one more edit to add another star as all the subsequent visits and discussion after the first few incidents have been great. The courtesy shown to me and my wife who made the final visit to resolve the issue matches what we expected from a brand like Michael Kors. The original point of contentions was the lack of courtesy and the amount of unwelcome that was felt with the whole transaction. However, subsequent visits and discussions have been much better.

EDIT: Spoke to someone at the store in person who was clearly more attentive and understanding of my situation. While the situation was unresolvable at their level, they made a much larger effort to listen to me and respond to my concerns with courtesy. When we go back to the store, we will make every effort to ensure that we work with this associate for any future purchases. Based on others reviews, it is possible I was just unlucky with my timing, but sometimes that one experience can be enough to leave real sour taste.

On a side note, for online purchases that are ou ever returned to a store, online customer service can no longer help you resolve any issues and you will have to work with the store that accepted the return.

I had a bit of a complex return situation with an online order. I am currently working with online customer service to see if I can get this issue resolved. There's a possible price adjustment request involved.

However, that's not why I am leaving the 1-star review. I am a reasonable consumer and because my wife had worked in retails, I try not to leave unfriendly reviews unless it is warranted. However, the level of unwelcome that I felt during my first visit to process the return and the clear annoyance from the associate that I spoke to during a follow-up call to the store made me feel that this feedback was warranted. Even if I am not a sales customer who will add to the stores revenue, at the very least, as a representative of the brand, the associates should treat me with common courtesy without.

In contrast, the online customer service team has definitely shown me more courtesy than the store associates so far.

The guy sales associate is not to helpful. He was the one in the register but on his phone smiling while texting but when the costumer will ask him something he will literally give u an attitude for bothering him on the phone. Gzzz wait for your shop to be done before talking on the phone if it's not important or specially if it's just your girl. Shame

This store is my favorite Free :People. The sales associates are friendly and professional and always super customer savvy and kind. The store is not huge but always pretty and well presented;it is a wonderful place to shop!!

Let me tell you something about this store, you will spend 95% of your time waiting on line to pay. I’ve never been to a store where there are 8 ppl waiting to pay and it takes 40 mins. I’m a reasonable person, but the store is not busy by any means and there are two cashiers. Literally, the worst cashiers I’ve ever experienced; feels like I’m waiting on line at Marshals or Walmart. Let me tell you, when I was in high school and college I worked for this company at a NY location and this would NEVER fly. I hope management/corporate reads this post and take what I’m saying seriously. The end result will be a better overall customer experience. At the same time, making my accompanying my wife to this store more pleasant.

They omit the details to get a sale in. The blonde woman that worked 2 Mondays ago during the PM shift was very friendly and helpful .... until I tried to return the pants because they don't fit. She offered to order them online for me since the store didn't have my size, but neglected to tell me they were final sale therefore wouldn't be able to return them. I would not have purchased them had I known I wouldn't be able to return them ... Was a fan of Ann Taylor but no longer am. Ann Taylor, train your employees to follow guiding principles, one of them being ethics. You should ALWAYS do the right thing even if you receive nothing in return; omitting this detail cost me $$$ and cost you a customer.
