I had an unpleasant experience at the Hugo Boss outlet store. I went to return some hoodies and asked the manager, Ravneet, if they had another size in stock. She claimed they didn't, but when I checked, all sizes were available. Instead of assisting, she called security and asked us to leave the store. She even said May be somebody stole and kept the hoodie so it wasn’t in the system seriously is this a standard? Another staff member was willing to help us, but Ravneet insisted we leave. This behavior is unacceptable for a reputed store, especially after spending over $500 there recently. Management should address these issues and ensure a more professional approach to customer service.
It’s ridiculous the way the manager arrogant Ravneet treats their customer. Went there to return the hoodies and asked her if she can get the another size and she refused that we don’t have that in store. But when we looked up in store there were all the size available for the hoodies when we asked her she called the security on us for no reason and ask us to leave. Someone else was cashing us out and she jumped to create a hoax and said someone would have stole this and put this back on the rack. Like seriously!This kind of arrogance should not be acceptable in such kind of reputed stores. I spent there more than $500 couple of weeks ago and this is what I am receiving in return. Management should look into this issue they should not hire unprofessional like them. She refused to cash us out we travelled all the way Hamilton to get the replacement and ask us to go to niagara outlet or Vaughan mills. Upon finding the sizes by ourselves, instead of apology she was being arrogant and asked us to leave the store and called the security on us. It was so embarrassing.
The manager working here named Rob is extremely rude. Does not know how to talk to customers or the employees. Should be working in the back room to avoid any kind of human interaction

Very unpleasant experience. Went to the store on Dec 24th. It was expectedly very busy, and only one of two fitting rooms was open. I was in the fitting room (with my kids trying on something) when the staff unlock the door without knocking or asking if anybody is in. Luckily I was standing next to the door and didn't let her open it wide and expose us to the whole store. She didn't even apologize. So unprofessional!
Nice and clean store compared to the other outlet shops.
Walked in and one of the three staff said hi. Then went back to the conversation between the three of them. I looked around for 20 - 25 min. No one asked if I could be helped, or acknowledge I was in the store. But they continued talking to each other until I left.

As a first time shopper here, I was absolutely blown away to put things lightly. Zahraa, a saleswoman, was super energetic and welcoming along with countless other ideal traits an employee should have. She was quick to recommend great shoes given the specific criteria I provided. As a fellow worker in retail I can say that she has demonstrated one of the best examples of how a retail salesperson should be and must be recognized for it!
Very nice and helpful staff. For many years BOSS was my favourite brand. However they're new logo line is not as nice as the older ones. They also aren't made with the same style and quality as the original BOSS we all know and love.

Crazy reading reviews. This store is great! Have been there many times and never a bad experience. I noticed as usual the reviewer who said "everyone was rude and got a heart attack...." etc... You just need to read their other reviews. They clearly don't like anyone and lead a sad and critical life. Some people will never be satisfied until they look in the mirror and realize the source of their issues. :)
Aaliya was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond with her services. she stood out to me and was the most helpful - esp because the two other women working there were lazy and mad rude.
There was almost no stock on anything I was interested in but the salespeople were helpful and knowledgeable.
I have always loved shopping at ALDO, but my experience at Aldo Toronto outlet store yesterday was the worst and made us felt unseen. The male associate who helped us with the pair of shoes was the sweetest. But the cashier, (her name is Amna, which we noticed from her necklace she didn’t provide that)

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES! How are clients supposed to get a hold of you and inquire if there are items in stock if you don’t answer the phone. It’s very frustrating. I have been calling 20 times and no answer.
I cant believe what i witnessed from my eyes today. There is this sales girl name Aman is rude and I heard her calling someone "this is not india" to a lady customer.

After selecting couple of items the sales person informed me about 3 types of discounts which I confirmed with her twice . At the check out the cashier / manager was rude and not customer friendly at all . She was adamant that her sales team is very well trained and they couldn’t give me wrong information . Any ways even if I heard or understood that wrong , her customer’s dealing was not polite or professional at all . I won’t be visiting that store again .

The store here is a great experience, when I went there a lady greeted as soon as I was walking in the door and then a guy came over to say hi. They both were busy folding clothes but went out of their way to say Hi. I just came back from the Vaughan Mills location and bought a shirt, lady and guy were talking to each other doing nothing. They actually should learn from this location because the vibe is a huge difference. The manager Alia at Halton Hills even called me after I did the survey because I was pleased. No wonder this location has higher google review rating.

Many selections of clothes and other stuff but not much for plus size people. Did I mention that it's very expensive as well? I got 3 t-shirts from Ralph Lauren, and after the discount, it was 310 bucks! Unless you are spending Papa's and Mama's money, that's expensive!

I said yes to my wedding shoes with the help of Peter. Saying Peter is amazing would be an understatement, he’s beyond that. I had the best customer service experience with him, took care of me and answered every question I had. Jimmy Choo team is very lucky to have Peter! I went back to the store on August 23 to look at a T-shirt, but Peter was not there, I asked someone to help me with the sizing but the customer service was extremely bad. I left the store with getting the T-shirt, which made me sad because I really wanted it.

You do not need a 1-on-1 experience in an outlet store. Not even Gucci or Prada throttle the lines and force customers to wait upwards of 40 mins. The brand does not warrant it.

I’d have given zero if I could! Had the worst customer service ever. Bought a sling bag to gift my mom. After couple of months she finally got an occasion to use it. And the material worn out from the bottom as well as from front after use of a day! Went there to exchange it and the guy told us that this is wear & tear from the use so we are unable to proceed under warranty!! And he was sure that we did not used very well. He was not there when we used that purse. And we are not mad people that we are spending money. And will use our purse very roughly. I have used many purses from this brand but this time I had worst customer service from this brand. And the guy who is working in this store needs to learn some customer service. Otherwise give him some training.

They make you line up for at least 30 minutes and let so called family members or relatives enter ahead of you in complete disregard of your turn and time. This injustice is done every time in broad daylight by a disgusting ill mannered lady with blond short and straight hair who doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. When customers in line behind me protested her doing this, she retorted back so rudely that people were shocked. I I’ll be asking her name next time and posting here so people can be aware. She looks and acts miserable. The store itself doesn’t carry a large selection of items, but you’ll find good deals from time to time.
The only highlight of this store is the impeccable service another associate by the name of Ray. She patiently answered all questions and made the right recommendations. She came across as someone who was adequately trained to work at a high end store, unlike the other associate.

Not impressed to see an empty store with a long lineup outside. 6 people leave only to allow 1 inside. After waiting over 45 minutes, I asked to speak to the manager...apparently need one sales person per client. Only problem being some go in to walk around, talk on their cell and basically not spend any money. When you spend alot, all of a sudden they are falling over themselves as they make commission. I think Burberry London would be horrified with the lack of customer service in their Canafian outlet. A shame really.
Went in with my daughter to pick out a pair of adidas superstars for her, we had been looking everywhere for them in her size but when we first entered the store, we were instantly greeted by zara, she sat my daughter down and asked her what size she wanted and then went to the back to get her them, unfortunately the original colour of the shoe wasn’t available but zara recommended a pair that my daughter instantly fell in love with. Browns has very good costumer service and I will be coming back here to get a pair of shoes for me.
Mina at Hugo Boss is seriously amazing! She totally gets fashion and knew exactly what I needed even before I did. From suits to shirts, she brought me the coolest stuff that perfectly matched my style and purpose. Plus, she made sure I had all the time I needed and took great care of me throughout the whole shopping spree! My shopping experience was truly enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend!

She is a young dark-skinned female. She talks without proper greetings, in an aggressive and unfriendly tone. She tosses the POS machine backwards instead of properly passing it. I even heard her laughing at the people lining outside.
Besides my original sales person, and another old lady. The other 2 sales person keeps chatting with each other, which is extremely unprofessional, especially considering they are each serving one and only one group.

If I could give this place 0 star on ethics and customer service I would. I clled to inquire about sizes and inventory and whoever I spoke to was very nice and asked me to come in. When I reached, they denied me entry and made me wait in the storm for 10 minutes while letting other people go in whi had so called family members inside the store. Even when customers exited, they still made me wait!
I had an amazing experience at the Btowns store at Toronto Premium Outlet mall. Their associate Husan Ahmed was very kind, helpful and went out of his way to ensure we'd a great experience. He's true asset for your company. We look forward to visiting again soon

I wouldn’t hire Karan never. His customer service is 0 out of 10. I paid over $400 to buy clothes and shoes and now I am here to exchange the size of one of the shorts that I bought around 2 months ago. I know their policy is refund before 45 days but I just needed to change the size and ready to pay any possible extra balance. His first interaction with me was using word of “NO” and “Unfortunately “. Very sad for New Balance who hired him as a manager which doesn’t enough aware of customer service style for even for a loyal customer. I never back to this location.
They are a good store with a great collection. But even if they are not busy they will force you to line up to get in. Its almost like we must make customers wait. Eddie the acting manager said he’s doing customers a favour when they shop there. After spending 2 hours finding the right shoes and going to checkout we were told they would be final sale since the box was marked a half size too big and there would be no discount offered. Crazy thing is that we were told he was doing us a favour by selling them to us. Definitely high school dropouts shouldn’t be acting manager and insulting customers. Surprised that people still shop here for sub par items when all the other stores in the mall have better quality products.
Okay Customer service, messy & dusty store , I get that it's busy but that means: 1 -you need more staff , & 2-maybe just change the routines you have implemented to achieve a better result . Hope it gets better next time I visit.

I went to this Aldo branch to return a pair of heels and to hopefully find something that would be of smaller size. The woman at the register was very kind and informative through the return process! I couldn't catch her name but she had brown skin tone, long black hair and wore a moss green sweater.
However, when I went to ask another assistant about getting a pair of sandals in a size 5, she initially did not respond at all, no eye contact, and continued to walk to the back room. I said excuse me a second time, and then she told me to wait a moment as she passed me. She was white, had hazel/gray eyes, long light brown hair and wore a black crop top and gray fleece. She got back to me in a few minutes to tell me there's no size other than 8. My mother went to ask a third assistant at the register about the sizes, and she was very informative, mentioning that the Bramelea store would have a size 5. She was asian and had long black hair. Left with mixed thoughts, but overall positive.

A promotion for family day, buy one get one 25% off. I was surprised to know that this promotion does not apply on clearance items until during the checkout time.

Matthew and Peter are the sweetest, most patient, funny and knowledgeable luxury shoe associates I have met. My mother and I went in on a weekday looking for our shoes to my wedding and they were so supportive and kind the entire time, high energy but not pushy. I enjoyed our experience and we purchased two pairs from Matthew for the big day. Will definitely be returning. The store is clean, has amazing deals with a great selection.
I went to the JimmyChoo premium outlet store last week, and I received very attentive service from Olivia, who not only introduced the products in detail, but also recommended styles that suit me. I will definitely look for her next time and recommend Olivia, she’s very very nice person.[爱心]

I recently requested help with repairs and was willing to pay the associated costs. I was transparent that the shoes were gifted to me and I could not provide proof of purchase. They were very nice and helpful and agreed to help.
After I dropped off the shoes to store, I was informed these were purchased from a sample sale (which I wasn't aware). From that point forward, I was immediately declined everything due to company policy. The Yorkdale staff was very nice to offer a courier return. However, the overall process has left me feeling very unwanted and unworthy.
From the company's perspective, It was very obviously, I was no longer considered a customer and therefore didn't deserve support or service. I wasn't asking for free service or trying deceive. For a large multi-million dollar company, I took it personally when they didn't want to make an exemption for my case.
I have always looked to luxury goods as an indulgent treat to feel better about myself. This incident has made me really sad because I realize no matter how much I covet Jimmy Choos, I represent a type customer they do not want and be associated with.

Always a disappointing experience here. Either it's the poorly managed lines or poorly marked prices. Was trying to by a dress that is on clearance today where it was clealy indicated as 70 + 20 on reduced items although apparently that doesn't apply to clothes? Look at the sign and pass your own judgment.
Amazing deals!!! Very affordable especially with they have sales going on like Black Friday or Boxing Day!!!! I found this beautiful pink shoulder bag and it’s absolutely perfect for my everyday use. It’s so spacious inside and I can literally pair it with anything! I recommend coming to this place before going to the mall and paying more for the same item!
The sales individuals, particularly 2 older gentlemen, were very pushy to make sales which ruined our experience. Otherwise, the store was clean, they didn’t take long bringing the shoes, and offered a purse suggestion which was nice (at first before the pressure started). We literally had to say no at least 5 different ways before they would drop it. He also stood uncomfortably close when explaining shoe pads and sassed me when I said I didn’t want it. Also, the cashier woman was nice.

It the first atime and the last time from the bad service that they treaded us
one of the employee was soo rude when she cash us from the cash register and don’t buy anything from this location, she was very disrespectful and never be care about customers because I just ask for new pair of shoes that I bought it 3 minutes before but she didn’t change it she responded rudely,

The shop only allows 6 patrons in at any time.
The staff appear uninspired to provide any form of customer service.
I waited for 20 mins and when I entered, there were plenty of staff standing around and chit chatting. I waved one down after trying to get their attention for 3-4 mins while they just stood there staring into the abyss.
I inquired about a few shoes and the sizing. When I requested for a certain size in the style indicated by then, they brought out the wrong size and was later told, sorry, that size was not available... Huh?!?
This is definitely an outlet store including the staff who are working with a few deficiencies...

Good prices and products to choose from. I liked the layout, bags on one side...shoes and clothes on the other. Customer service wasn't great. I had to wait quite a bit for someone to help me with the watches. It wasn't even busy. I went at 11am on a weekday. Thanks
Mina (or Nina) was an amazing and super helpful associate! Was one of the sweetest and most helpful sales associate I’ve ever had pleasure of meeting even though we probably talked for less than a few minutes in total. The entire store is very neat, tidy, and the sales were amazing today (70% off both purses I chose)! Picked up two really cute purses, one I’ve been eyeing for a bit and one I didn’t want to leave. Great experience overall!
Horrible experience here. I have bought this shoes in the store for shipping because was not available in Toronto outlets. I have received just one shoe in the box. Seems after calling that they are unable to send the other shoe and I have to go to aldo to return them. It's amazing.
UPDATE: After a couple days arguing with aldo by Twitter, they have sent a replacement shoes. Thanks a lot!

Good selection, well kept and organized. Staff was working hard to keep the floor clean and shows not littered around after customers have tried it. Noticed the manager on the floor busy on his phone while the team was busy attending to customers. Not sure if he was working on his phone or taking care of personal business. I just find it odd that a store is busy with customers and the team is trying hard to please customers and the manager is walking around checking his phone.
I love this place. Awesome collection to choose from. Great prices and an amazing customer service. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Staff was excellent, found a pair of shoes but stock low or non existent for common sizes on many styles. Same issue everywhere else due to COVID. No fault of the store though!
Amazing quality of shoes and sizes here. Most shoes are unisex here so there are a variety of sizes available. They are built to last unlike most other brands these days

It’s a real shame you were bought out by bluenotes.
I bought lucky brand for the quality demin and exclusive details.
Bluenotes has effectively erased them all and the branded jeans are now no better then sub-par or average stuff they sell in malls.
Bring back the clovers in the pockets and the LUCKY YOU on the zip/fly!
I wouldn’t be surprised with the last pair I picked up going in the garbage soon.

Excellent customer service & am always treated very well. I didn't quite catch the gentlemen's name but he did a fantastic job in assisting me. (Was today around 1p.m.)
The staff is very kind and very helpful. i had to replace a leather jack that i had purchased 2 weeks ago from another store. i had got the wrong size and just needed an exchange. And guess what no receipt. the manager at the time was just very helpful, he verified the tags and confirmed that jackets was not worn, just being exchanged, had no issues and no reservations at all. that is service. i left home being so nervous about cause it was a high ticket item, $347, and they gave me an exchange for the right size no questions asked. Amazing staff, not just the manager. All very helpful.
Very nice place to shop . Excellent shops and clean . But lots of waiting in the queue outside of most of the shops. Got tired of standing .
So I went on 9th June 2020....they don't let you enter the store , you look from the door what you want and they bring it to you. 2 ladies helping the customers at one time. The lineup was not that bad (around 2pm) may be because people don't like the point of lining up and still not getting inside the store. Don't waste your time calling the store coz they are busy helping customers and no one available to pick the phone. Also no cash only cards. I have been in this store more than a few times, yesterday being the latest. Each time we have been ignore while the associate either played with their phone behind the counter or while two associates chat. Not a big deal as Cole Haan across the way has exceptional customer service.
I had an amazing experience getting jeans! I asked them about having a taller length and two associates helped me pick out 4 pair for myself and two for my husband (it was buy one get on free). The jeans are so comfortable my husband and I don’t want to wear anything else 😁
I have never been to a place in which I have ever felt so welcomed and comfortable shopping without being pressured to buy something I would regret after. Must be because they work on $0.00 commissions and 100% customer satisfaction. Excellent store setting, top notch customer service, great quality, and clothing that will suit all ages and everyone's style.
They have very good sale on now. It was not very busy today so it was easy to shop and saved my time.

They gave my friend good service. I am not sure what to respond when that male staff said "if their shoes weren't comfortable, they are lying!". Everyone has an opinion. As a staff, must be certain about the product.
Small store and lots of things mainly for women. They sell sunglasses, bags, purses, shoes, gloves, hats and many more. When we were shopping, we noticed the staff hanging out together. Sounds like they are bored.
Nice and clean store with sufficient and plays to help you out. The store has many good deals and is way better than shopping at the normal store then this outlet store. They have a good variety of normal bags jewelry and wallets also a good section of clearance. It's cool that they offer diaper bags and they also offer clothing.the cashiers a friendly and the offer high-quality bakes for your expensive bags.
