I was not allowed in the store when my mom got inside. I have special needs, I told them my mom was inside. They said they didn’t care and was the most rude I’ve ever seen a workplace be. Even with my disability, I understand there’s kinder ways to tell someone they are not allowed to go inside. Thank god I was with my sister. My mom had my medicine though. They let people inside, is one more person really a problem? Is it really that deep? Is the building going to collapse if one more person comes in? This location has a huge customer service issue. I do not understand why rude people work in places where they are expected to put on a good face? I understand if someone is a Karen? If you can’t put face for the company you work for, simply work in a warehouse.

Aria helped me measure my bust, and she was so thoughtful of boundaries and comfort. I'm naturally an extremely shy person, but she made me feel comfortable. She helped me find my accurate size and reccomended to me the type of product that would give me what I'm looking for - and I found it perfectly!
Chloe checked me out at the register and she was very informed! She was able to answer all my questions and she set me up with the Torrid credit card. Overall, these two ladies made my experience perfect. As a plus sized person, clothes shopping is usually really stressful and really puts a dent in my self esteem. But the products and staff at Torrid help me feel accepted and normal :) Thank you, you beautiful and lovely ladies!!! ♡♡♡♡

Worst experience ever I was buying gifts for my family and all staff looking down at me because I’m wearing very pajamas and slippers make me feel really uncomfortable. If I could shut this store down I would this was a horrible experience the lady with the heavy accent was so rude and unprofessional it was seriously utterly ridiculous how obnoxious and rude she was body shaming my friends mother, when returning items she made comments like “why didint it fit you” “oh did it not fit in your stomach area” unbelievable will never be shopping here again and I will be calling corporate so that lady will get fired they have not seen the last of me. In my 3 years of working retail no matter how rude a customer is to me I will never be saying comments about people’s body nor will I be that aggressive and furious towards someone and after she was done doing the return she threw the recipt I will never ever EVER be shopping there again.

Worst guess store to shop at. The staff is unprofessional and very rude. There is a lady that has a heavy accent that was body shaming a customer that was returning some shirts. She kept saying comments like oh it’s too stretchy and why didn’t it fit! Was it around your chest area or stomach that it didn’t fit? Like what the heck those comments were not necessary! If I felt uncomfortable I’m sure the customer must have felt worse! Will not be visiting this store again!

worker was asked a question and responded rudely. then kept peaking her head in the dressing room to see if we were still in there. once we finished she put a clothing rack and a chalk bored blocking the door way to leave the dressing room. me and my friend had to climb through in order to get out. i do not appreciate that at all was very rude. the cashier with the blue/green hair was very sweet and polite.

Customer service is top notch at this store. I accidentally left my bag with my inhaler and my wallet. Thankfully my sister had bought something and used my phone number so they left me a voice mail to let me know I'd left it. But the customer service is basically unmatched whenever I go and it's clear the clothes are made for larger figures, not just for smaller women and just made bigger. The cuts are pretty flattering. Overall a nice store.

The first time I visited this store, I was very nicely greeted by Maximo who deserves more than 5 stars due to his amazing customer service, even to the point where he was more than happy to recruit me to even work at this location, even though I currently have a job. I went back into this location recently for the second time to talk to Maximo about more information about working at Guess, only to be in front of the most disrespectful guy in the black mask when I asked him kindly, “Hey, is Maximo working today?” & this guy replied “No” very rudely to me while ignoring me & walking away. This guy needs to be fired upon how many reviews the with the black mask is treating people. I don’t understand how my first experience with Maximo was amazing & super welcoming to the point where he needs to either be promoted to upper management given that he is already a manager here, meanwhile this horrible experience with the other guy walking around the store pretending like he knows what he’s doing pacing around the store looking busy, when it seems like he doesn’t want to work there.

This specific location has the rudest employees I have dealt with the other Kate Spade locations and the other outlet malls have better employees. All my husband was doing was asking a store associate I believe it was the manager on duty about pricing because I purchased a coat, and it was ringing up wrong, and then the manager said that my husband like was getting aggressive with her when he wasn’t all he was doing was asking about the price so he was not getting aggressive at all. They need new employees. Also, they have wrong signs in their window and throughout the store they have a sign in their window that says 70% off and they’re saying in the store that that’s only off specific styles but it has to say that on the sign in their window, which it doesn’t otherwise it is considered a false advertisement.

We purchased 3 MK purses about a week ago. Today we went to return one of the bag and noticed that they are offering 20 % discount. We politely asked the sales lady if she could do the price adjustment, and her answer was no. Which is fine if that is the store policy. But it didn't stop here. While we were returning the bag, one Asian lady came to the register and told us that we would not be able to purchase anything today. I asked her twice just to make sure that we heard it right. The manager was doing the return and didn't correct the SA that this statement was not correct.
3 of us were very shocked to know that just because we did the return we are not allowed to purchase that day...just wanted to to inform the customers and upper management for the new policy or so called new policy of MK store in Aurora outlet mall.We left the store because we were told that we can't purchase anything because we did the return...

Buyer beware. I purchased sandals but they didn’t have the size so they ordered online for me. I specifically told them I needed a size 6 but the item arrived in a size 7. Called the store and told them I live 2.5 hours away so I needed a return label. The GM told me I have to call customer service so that they can provide me with return labels. I called customer service and was told they don’t do exchange through the phone since I bought the item in the store so I have to go back to the store for me to be able to exchange it. Called the store again and they said that’s the best option they can give me. That they can do the refund once I am back in the store. Too much stress and it’s not even my mistake. It’s their mistake that they ordered the wrong item. It’s so stupid that I will have to drive 2.5 hours just to return the item. Will never go back to this store again!

I received the below Reebok shoe as a holiday gift in December 2022. Did not start wearing until March 2023 and it is now April 27, 2023. As you will see they are not to used and 100% falling about. Reebok customer care just gave me the run around and then offered at $30 discount for me to buy new shoes. Would not offer a replacement. Online and store all suck. Shoes are low quality and Reebok sucks. I have ten pair, never had an issue. My first issue was so poorly handled. They just lost me for life...!!!

I went in the store because the display/setup of the store drew my attention, yet a little nervous because I am a guy shopping for my mother's birthday gift. Alejandra made the vist alot more smooth, She totally helped me with an outfit and was really patient with me (btw my mother loved the outfits!) 🤩 I am thankful she was there because she has an amazing taste for fashion and I personally could not have chosen an outfit without her😊

Just because You don't dress out nice, doesnt mean you can't afford to shop there, my day off, so, i feel like wearing something comfortable. Employees there look at You like You were going to steal something, they don even greed unless they think you have the money to buy, most likely my salary is much better than theirs, so i obviously can Buy there. One guy wearing a suit, a girl that looked lost, an a rude european guy, neither one of them took the time to ask me if i needed help when i was going to buy a purse for My wife, i just left and they didnt seem to care at all. Take some customers service classes and don't be rude.

This Loft has horrible customer service. They don't say hello, thank you...nothing. Just scan your items and say "do you want the receipt in the bag".

I went today , I bought two jackets on clearance. I waited on line for more than 20 mints waiting for a cashier to open . After a casher came I purchased the two jackets, I paid then I see her stamping my receipt that not return. I told her why you didn't tell me before I have paid : one of the jacket is for my daughter and I don't know if she wants or not . She told me that she said it is final sale and not return ( she is a liar , she didn't mention that ) I told her to get the manger, The manger was standing next to her the whole time ( the manger is worse than the cashier) she threatened me I have to get to thd end of the line again if I want to return one of the jackets. She is so raciest because I am a Muslim women wearing head scarf. I told her I am so tired I can't but she insisted. I stand in the line again but the customer before me was so gentle. He ask me yo ho before him and he told me he will defeat me if any one hurt my feeling again or annoyed me . I thanked him and I did went to the cashier.

If you black, don't go there. My Asian wife and I entered the store today and the Russian/polish chick at the front door totally ignored my hello. There was a white dude shopping in the front of the store so we went to the middle of the store. This chick came to us and asked "if we needed help and to let her know". I said cool but noticed that she never left us and watched us in a very uncomfortable manner. I became furious as to why she was watching me and not the dude in the front of the store, God has blessed me to have an established career and I've never stolen anything in my life. I figured that it was racially motivated, told her how I felt and left the store. I would NEVER go to that store again even if everything was 90% off. They could literally be giving away cash prizes and I wouldn't take it. Who does this chick think she is working at an outlet store probably making minimum wages and not being able to afford nothing in this store!!

Horrible customer service. None of the associates on the sales floor couldn’t even say hello. The cashier refused to honor a mall coupon ( legit coupon she knew about) because I did’t have it on me. So much for treating customers the right way. She just lost $200 in sale. Not going there again.

Do not shop at Windsor!!!!! I order item online a few times. 1st time I needed to return 2 dresses I ordered online, apparently the email confirmation, the order tracking confirmation and delivery info, nor the Amazon payment merchant ID nor any of the recipes I had showing what I paid and the items with pictures and even where it was delivered to was not enough to return it well within my 30days. They told me when I went to the store there was nothing they could do and told me to call customer service. I have sent customer service 3 messages through the website now requesting a call back for help. I have tried calling multiple times and was never able to speak to anybody. And now this time I never even got my items despite it saying delivered. This company is poorly managed and ran. And now I can honestly say liars and thieves. Do yourself a favor and order from a reputable company NOT WINDSOR!!!!! Anything goes wrong forget it! I wish I didn’t have to even give one star!!!

The manager was trash. Denied customer service because I had to do her job for her and explain my exchange was valid. She didn’t want to let me do an exchange because supposedly the items I wanted to buy didn’t equal the amount of my return receipt.

This was a terrible experience. I love Armani but the woman that was at cashier doesn’t know how lead with the public.. she is disrespectful rude and dosen't respect the customers.The brand Armani is a big brand and they should attend people with more care. Coming back from Chicago I stopped by outlets to make purchases. Spend +$200. Couple of days later, I noticed rips in my jacket. I called the store manager and she was no help in anyway. I offered to ship the jacket or send pictures and she was very short tempered and very unfriendly. We will never visit the store again.

Stopped in last Thursday, August 6th to purchase some jewelry. Was not greeted when I walked in. Was starred down at the entire time I was browsing. Neither of the employees asked if I needed help. They've recently re-opened this location, and it seems to me that the quality of items here have fallen significantly. Along with that their return policy states that they do not take returns or give refunds, only exchanges or store credit. That would be okay, but I've been in 3 different times since their re-opening at different times of day, and not one time had their dressing room been open for use, so there is no way to know if the item you are interested in will fit before buying. I really used to love Charlotte Russe but it seems that this location has changed for the worse.

There is NO other store I go to for my flats, sandals, heels and boots! The prices are exceptional, the sizes are little off but if you buy shoes without trying them on, I mean shame on you. The store clerks are all some form of Latino, and spend most of their time sitting behind the desk talking to each other instead of interacting with customers, but for me, the space is so small, having clerks walking around in my way, constantly coming up to me would make the experience worse. Not a very diversified staff and I have often wondered if anyone of any other ethnic background applied, regardless of qualifications, if they would have a chance at all.

Got home 2 hours away and found that the boots I thought I bought were not in my bag. I have someones size 7 work boots and my thigh high size 6.5 is missing. I'm so upset cause now it's a 2hr drive there and 2 hrs home again and gas and 4 hrs out of my life cause the wrong shoes are in my bag.

I was shopping in the store and was trying on clothes and bought my bag from the previous store with me in the dressing room. I stepped out for not even 5 seconds literally and my bag was gone. It was only two other people and an employee back there. Nobody saw anything. I asked if they could look at camera footage; they don’t even have cameras so anybody is just liable to take anything. Customer service was terrible they were basically laughing at me without even doing so and I felt like they didn’t care to even try to look to see if anything was returned to them. I asked since something got stolen from me in your store on your watch I would like to be confiscated my money back and they said no. Terrible experience in there and I will not shop in that store again

Love it here. The staff is always so friendly, there are always killer sales going on, and they also have quite a lot in here. Whether you're looking for bags, clothes, accessories or shoes you can find it all here and most likely on sale. I always have a good experience when I go here.

Just tried to return/ exchange a pair of shoes bought less than 1 week ago. The poor girl at the registercouldn’t figure it out. At one time she tried paying me more than what I paid, then called the owner who said she was busy. Next called another manager had to call her back to Snapchat live. This process went on for 30 minutes. I ended up leaving my receipt the shoes, and my phone number. The manager is supposed to be in later to call me.
update: A manager called after this post advising that they would return the shoes. I did have to go back into the store which was what I was trying to avoid. Perhaps their credit card system needs updating? They offered a $10 gift card for the trouble which was appreciated.

I love/hate this place. I love it because I'm one of the biggest Reebok classic fans ever. I hate it because I spent way too much money in there. The customer service far surpasses any other Reebok outlet I've been ton around the country. The Manager Alex made sure that I had 0 regrets when I left that store. The pics dont even show all of what I bought that day

Absolutely LOVE this place. I will for sure be going back. They have the cutest shoes for a very reasonable price. I wanted to buy all the shoes. I got these super cute sandals for only $15.....Can you say STEAL?

The clothes are alright and the store wasn't too messy, but the customer service at this location was terrible. I was feeling a bit ill today and enjoyed the fresh air outside while my mother spent 45 minutes shopping and trying on. I was not greeted or offered assistance despite entering the store 3 separate times. At the end our visit, when my mom got in the checkout line because I was feeling too sick to continue, we had to wait 15 minutes. Apparently if you spend $600 in their store you get to cut to the front of the line. When it was our turn, we were informed that the sign on display didn't apply to those items on the table - and there was nothing the manager could do. As a former retail supervisor, I know that there's always something you can do. Talking down to my mother and telling her she just didn't understand the BOGO sales was not it.
I understand that losing out on a $70 sale might not be a priority to this company, but in a time when brick-and-mortar stores are dropping like flies, customer service should be.

I first called the Kenosha location and the employee I spoke to did not mention their name, nor give me any helpful information in looking for my purchase. I was looking to size a birthday present for my girlfriend. I then called this location and Justin was quick to inform me that the outlets don’t carry Legacy Lifters because of price point. He then went on to give me a very useful solution about how to size the shoe. My gratitude goes out to Justin. Best customer service I’ve had in a significant amount of time from any retail employee. Ten stars.
