Recreation centre is very nice. They have 3 swimming areas segregated for toddler and adults. They are not that big compare to population who comes but it does the job at least. They have ice hockey ring, party hall, and many more.
Two well maintained rinks with clean locker rooms. And a half decent snack bar. Very busy all the time. They also have a great pro shop with skate sharpening.
Was there for the March Girls Hockey Tournament first time there great atmosphere to be in
2 pads are very useable, small change rooms. The pool area looks great with a large water slide and 2 kiddie pools. The pads were flooded very quickly between games when I was here. The whole facility is very well kept and clean. I look forward to coming here again next season!
Clean facility. Washrooms and change rooms look well looked after. Employees are friendly and easy to ask for assistance.
First time here for a hockey tournament, and would definitely come back. Thank you.
Really awesome staff. Drop-in skating is very easy. No registration or signing up. The ice was nice and hard and the benches were not dirty and the washrooms were clean. Great place to skate on your free-time
*Disappointing Experience with Hall Booking*

I recently booked a hall for an event (for 70-100 guests), and unfortunately, the experience did not meet my expectations. I arranged the booking back in January for my kids' birthday party this month (March 3rd), but the outcome on the day of the event was highly disappointing.

Upon our arrival, we were shocked to find the hall empty, with no chairs or tables. Despite the reception staff's efforts to locate our booking in their schedule, it was nowhere to be found, adding to our stress and confusion. This oversight significantly disrupted our plans for decoration, resulting in delays and preventing us from realizing our vision for the event.

The disappointment was compounded by the fact that we had been eagerly anticipating this event for months. The added stress of discovering the oversight on the day of the event, after extensive party preparation, was truly disheartening and even brought me to tears.

While I understand that unforeseen circumstances can happen, effective communication and accurate recording of bookings are crucial. I hope steps will be taken to improve the booking process to avoid similar disappointments in the future.

I want to thank the people who assisted in getting the chairs and tables last Sunday. Their help lowered my stress level.
Haven't explored much on this place. Enrolled my daughter for swimming class. Pools are comparatively small, have individual 5-6 change rooms for each men, women and family. Showers are available too.

Great experience for a corporate type event with colleagues. Arena was clean and well maintained for ice skating activities. Fully equipped with mini banquet halls and reserved changing rooms. Also a shop close by for sharpening skates if the need arises.
Great parking also
Great pool with a waterslide, hot tub, and shallow toddler pool. The only con is that it's over chlorinated compared to other pools.
Great establishment! As someone to works and plays here I can tell you the ice quality on rink a is perfect, and decent on rink b. Well heated and cooled building. Spacious changerooms.

Nice clean facility. Good ice.

I do wish there was more adult only skate times or shinny that isn't during work hours.

One of the newer and nicer arenas in the city. Dressing rooms are spacious and clean, and the waiting area is nice and warm.
Very nice arena, loads of parking, and very nicley stocked snack bar for coffee, tea's, Gatorade etc. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they also have curling there as well.

This community center has both a pool with a slide, a whirlpool tub, sauna, dual ice rinks, meeting rooms and a nearby tennis courts.

Free recreational swimming is nice, though it does get busy. Capacity can be an issue during the summer and even holidays. You'd find that there's not enough space. It's recommended to stop by at other times.
The water slide has two loops and is just off to the side of the pool. Next to it, life jackets for those in need.

It would be nice if the showers had warm water rather than cold water with spurts of mildly warm water. Though it could be a good thing to keep people moving. Lockers are available. Bring your own lock.

Free parking outside.
Clean and updated facilities. Pro shop guys are great for sharpening and tips! - and well stocked if you need gear.
All change rooms are downstairs.
Good amount of heated viewing as well.
Snack bar is limited, but has the basics and open most days
