I normally don't write reviews but felt compelled to write about my recent experience at the PNC Bank at Long Gate. I had a strange issue as I discovered that I had someone else's PNC card in my wallet instead of mine. I think it may have happened at a local restaurant as the waitress must have swapped credit cards when she brought the check. My issue was taken care of Ms. Jasmin Loper. The branch was busy that morning - I appreciate the time that Jasmin took to take care of my concerns. She made sure that the wrong card was closed and make sure that my lost card was closed as well. She was able to create a new card with a different number in a short period of time and able to review my account with me to ensure there were no fraudulent charges. She was very respectful and professional - I was impressed by her customer service skills. I think that PNC bank is fortunate to have a Branch Manager like Jasmin.

Always a great experience. Pnc in Ellicott City and Eldersburg are my favorites. Maryanne and Suzanne are the best!!

If I could give it “0” stars I would. I was escorting my wife as she was conducting her usual banking at PNC where she has been a patron of PNC for over 20 years. The blatant racism was NOT acceptable. First, she was asked to come inside because she could not be seen. Next, she was treated with disrespect and asked to sign her name 5 different times because the teller could not read the letters in her name even though she had provided account numbers, ID, and her signature and everything matched. They implied they were not being racist and don’t see color when my wife asked for the branch manager information. This was not okay by any means. My wife did not deserve to be treated this way. This branch of PNC is not a safe or acceptable branch to bank at due to the racist interaction my wife had with the teller.

Absolutely repulsive customer service, I've experienced multiple instances of looking for help and have been treated like garbage on every occasion. Been given the run-around, and even been hung up on after waiting 20 minutes to "please stay on hold while they work to resolve my issue".

Called me a theif of my own social security card and Driver's License because my signature from when I was 18 doesn't match how I sign today at 31. Disgracefulness customer service, absolutely rude and unprofessional. I would give Zero Stars if I could.

The staff at the PNC Branch in Long Gate shopping center are great. They are always friendly and helpful. We made the switch to PNC over a year ago, and we have never regretted the decision.

Susanne at Long Gate branch is wonderful and always is helpful to me and my family. She has been there and helpful anytime we have needed. She goes out of her way to help customers. I stay at this branch because of her.

I used the PNC at Long Gate atm last night to withdraw cash because unfortunately there were no M&T banks nearby. Not only was I charged 3.50$ for using an outside bank, my transaction was never processed and I never received my money or my card back. I called the bank this morning and spoke to the manager on duty, Laura, who was not helpful in the least. She informed me that because it was not a PNC card that was stuck inside th machine, they couldn’t retrieve it. So now I have to order a new debit card and wait 5-7 business days or pay 30$ to have one expedited. There should be some sort of sign warning customers of this “policy” so that they don’t use PNC atm’s. This is completely unacceptable.
