I have been working with Amanda Jackson since I purchased my vehicle, she has been very very helpful,very respectful, and makes sure that I get all the information I need to have a smooth payment process. I can literally count on her to answer all my questions and definitely ease my frustrations when I don't know something pertaining my insurance. I canceled my insurance almost three months ago, yet I have not received my cancellation fee. I have visited their location several times, called their head office, and emailed them, but I have received no response from them.

Got the same insurance company I attempted to go through on my own. When I went at it alone they wanted me to give up my first born and turn hay into gold. Shante was of great help and the process was fast and accurate. Thanks

The rates are amazing, but the customer service is horrible. Reaching someone via phone or email is a real struggle and when you finally manage to talk to someone, it's like pulling teeth to get help. You are limited to what you can do when contacting the insurer directly because they want you to go through the agent. Very frustrating. The final strike was when I reached out on a Friday to let them know I would be buying a car on Saturday. I was told someone would be available to help. Well of course the next day, it took over an hour and a half to reach someone and get the car insured. Prior to this I had completed one of the many surveys they email out explaining my issues with the poor level of customer service and no one ever followed up. Seems they don't care. Long story short, I have switched agencies. I rather pay more money and have peace of mind that someone will be available should I ever need to file a claim.

Everyone is very friendly and willing to help you in any way they can that makes it easier for you as the customer, and their rates are I feel are very reasonable. We saved half of the money we were paying in auto insurance before we switched!👍

My company's policies are all with Jamie, and for this exact reason- I emailed him today, on a Saturday, from a dealership where I was buying a van, to ask how I could get a policy issued today. He called me within five minutes and had it all finalized shortly after. Every time I reach out to Jamie, which often is outside of normal business hours, he immediately responds and addresses everything right away. I am pretty sure someone out there may charge me less, but I would never get the same level of service, and I'm willing to pay a LITTLE more to get GREAT service, and that is what I get with Jamie and Trovato. Even the people at the dealership were shocked at how quickly he called me on a Saturday! I HIGHLY recommend giving them a shot.

Let me start by saying that I hate dealing with auto and homeowners insurance, I work in the insurance industry and I still dread it. I worked with Jennifer from Trovato Associates and she somehow managed to make the process super easy and enjoyable. She also gave us exactly what we were looking for without pushing us to get extras. She got back to my emails right away and never acted like she didn't have time to answer my questions. If you're looking for a smooth process that doesn't make you feel like you just sold you soul, give them a call. The prices are reasonable but more than that the people are great to work with. Highly recommend!

I have known Jamie at Trovato Associates for a few years now. We have our auto insurance through him and we are very happy with the service we have received from him and his team. Recently becoming pregnant and starting to think more about life insurance I decided to talk to Jamie to learn a little more about what it is and why it is important. He really took the time to explain in detail the different options I had and the reasons it was especially important when having a child. It is so nice to have someone like that who will take the time to speak to you without pushing you to make a decision. I feel that a lot of people my age and in my position are feeling the same way and it is nice to know there is someone who is willing to educate me on the importance of insurance without the pressure of making a decision at that very moment. I would highly recommend the services offered by Trovato Associates even if you are just looking for someone to talk to he truly cares and will take the time to help.
