This is by far the worst Tim Hortons to go to early mornings.(5am-6am is a joke) 2 employee's fully focused on drive thru and ignoring walk in customers. If one employee is taking drive thru orders and the other is preparing them, why be open to walk in customer's? Horrible Horrible service. Hire more staff and do better.

I always like seeing a staff with a friendly, cheerful face and greets customers a feeling that they are happy you're there

worst tim horton I have ever visited, I entered and was waiting if someones gonna take my order, but the employees was behaving like they are too busy to take order although it was not that busy but I dont know why were they behaving to busy, I even made eye contact with them still they ignore me, need to change the staff

I recently visited one of your locations, and the lady taking my order was very rude. She seemed upset, was raising her voice, and made the experience uncomfortable. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, and I hope this issue can be addressed to improve customer service.

The renovation is horrible. Tables now are really tiny and there are less power input for working there. This place was one of the best Tin Hortons in the area, but the new distribution of the spaces looks like more shrink and uncomfortable to being here. This was the worst decision for the place.

By far the nicest Tim Hortons in Toronto. Renovation did wonders to this place. Looks amazing! Now if every franchise followed suit....

My wife and kids are permanent fans of Tim Hortons. Honestly it was a great breakfast sandwich.

I think it’s better than saint germain and t&t. It’s not as cheap as the other too but I think it is worth it in comparison because these were much more delicious.

And a Hong Kong coconut bun and a ying yang drink ( half coffee half milk tea)

The hot dog and cheese was really yummy. The bread was a bit sweet in contrast to the salty cheese and hot dog and it went well together. I would recommend

The coconut bun was my favourite the bread was soft and the filling was delicious with lots of coconut. I ate the entire thing very and would come here just for this. Unlike other places with similar items this was fulllll of filling.

And the ying yang drink was yummy I like the combination of milk tea and coffee and it’s not too sweet but u thought it was perfect level.

Best cakes. Not to sweet! Best sausage buns! Best patties! Friendliest employees!

there is a hair inside the bread!!! Disgusting!!! And they refuse to refund. They said they can only do a replacement. I told them I wont eat your.bread any more. And the manager still refuse to refund. The worst store I ever seen in Canada.

The environment of the coffee shop was clean, calm, and suitable for small meetings. The coffee and pastry we had were excellent.

We bought a lot of baked stuff. I think you can buy 6 for some discount. We bought the Cheese Hot Dog, Corn and Ham, Beef Curry Pastry, Meat Croquette, Crab Croquette and Bacon & Cheese Pizza. We liked only the Croquette, crab one was fresh and meat one was tasty. The other items we found them to be too oily and not that different from T&T or Saint Germain Bakery. Only thing different and good was the size. But the price seemed an overkill $24.55 for buns (^^)

Overall, the store is very welcoming and you feel like meeting up with friends and family there. If you are taking out, don't need to ask for a bag because they seal it for you in tiny bags.

This café is conveniently located right next to the main entrance of Fairview Mall. It offers both indoor seating and a lovely patio area. The aroma of freshly baked goods greets you as you enter, and the bakery items are indeed fresh and delightful. I particularly enjoyed their dark roast black coffee, which was of excellent quality. The croissant was delicious and flaky. The space is ample, with comfortable seating, and the staff are friendly and efficient.

Best comfort food ever!! If you ever want a home-y bakery experience, Tastee’s is THE best place to go!!

Love the lucullus lines of bakery. However, I think they are getting quite expensive

They have some unique items which are very cool, but for the amount they’re asking for, I think, it could be either larger or filled more

The donuts which look amazing, and I would have bought them, but noticed the cream and fruit was only at the top.

The one thing that I would definitely pay for is their GIANT ham sui kok. It’s actually so good and the thing is at least two times the size of the normal ones. Nice amount of filling inside too.

Didn’t get anything from this location, but they do have a nice amount of seating as they took over michel’s baguette which already had a good amount of places to sit

Midday and there was still quite a bit to choose from as well.

I go to this drive thru often as I have a small business and this is enroute... today my partner and I ordered our morning coffee on our way to Hamilton. I ordered med 1 cream coffee, hers was a med reg coffee.
After about 20-25 minutes of driving I took my first sip. I kinda crunched on something and assumed it was a coffee grind. Ate a few more minutes I took a sip again. Only to feel something on my tongue and I spit it out while driving! GLASS! Really Tim's?I was mortified! What if I swallowed this? I can't belive it. I tried calling there a few times with no answer. 😒 .... I am a Tim Hortons fan. After today not so much. Now I will have anxiety drinking take out coffee. I took a photo when I pulled over in Hamilton dumped the coffee to see if there was anything else in there. No big chunks anyways. The attention to detail is lacking. I well be taking this further that's for sure. Be warned to watch what you are drinking.

Liked the cafe and atmosphere too. We tried the freshly baked cakes and croissants with lemon tea. Breakfast also available with early bird offer with 15% discount. Yet to try that.

Just the same as the other location. Once again meat croquettes are what we come for! They are huge and crispy with just the right amount of chew, the filling is just right! And coming in second place is the fried curry beef bao. This location is inside the mall and looks great! 👍 sometimes they do sell out of the meat croquettes and you might have to wait but it’s worth it!

Today I went thru the drive thru, ordered a everything croissant with both sausage and bacon and donuts and muffins and cookies
Did not get my breakfast sandwich I ordered!! When I called the clerk told me she gave me the right sandwich, I got a ordinary breakfast sandwich on an English muffin !! She insisted I’m wrong I need to come back to prove it!! Now I have no breakfast , I have am working and cannot go back till after 10 am.

east Indian dude at the drive thru said FINALLY once I was dun placing an order for my family go figure it out guys, I understand the order was big but that's how Tim Horton's make money to pay your salaries

Great bakery with a selection of sweet and savoury pastries. Definitely a different selection from what you’d find at the other Tastee shops.
Here you can get cakes, cookies, macarons, danishes, breads, Asian styled buns (pineapple, coconut, tuna, sausga etc.) and of course Beef Patties (or chicken) in spicy & non-spicy.

Nobody checks the mobile orders in this tims. No matter how far you order it in advance, they will only notice that there is a mobile order when you remind or ask them about it which is very frustrating if you are in a rush. They also clean their coffee/ice capp maker in the middle of the day that will make you wait another 20 mins to get your order, then you get a very watery Ice capp after all the wait. Very dissapointing.

My recent visit to Tim Hortons left much to be desired. I ordered a medium French vanilla, but to my disappointment, the cup I received was only slightly more than half full. It was disheartening to pay for a medium-sized cup and essentially receive a small. The staff member at the drive-thru displayed frustration in his tone when I politely requested an extra cup. Furthermore, I was taken aback when he proceeded to provide an unnecessary and abrupt explanation about their ongoing policy of charging an additional $0.10 per cup for over a year. This experience was far from satisfactory and raised questions about the standard of service provided.

i highly recommend this place. wasn’t expecting much from a random store in a little plaza but wow. i tried their beef patty and cheese bourekas! everything was either so cheap or reasonably priced. turns out they have other locations so check out if there’s one closer to you! the owner was also super kind and even offered to heat up my pastry! great place that sells savoury treats and sweets!! will be visiting this place more often!!!

**THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED**

I just paid $3.00 for what was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese. Except you need a magnifying glass to find the cream cheese. When I politely asked the staff to put enough cream cheese on the bagel to cover it, she rolled her eyes at me then asked how many ‘scoops’ of cream cheese I ordered. I didn’t order any ‘scoops’ of cream cheese - I ordered a bagel spread with it. She rudely handed it back and said if you want more you have to pay for it.

Look, if $3.00 gets you only one ‘scoop’ you better make sure it actually covers the bagel. It’s absolute highway robbery to be paying this much for a dried out bagel with a barely visible amount of cream cheese.

Never coming back to this location and I strongly recommend you steer clear as well.

They also charged $1.60 for an old fashioned plain donut. They put in zero effort and care and charge unconscionable amounts, they need to be held accountable.

Have been buying beef/chicken patties from here for years! Thought i would finally try a staple that I saw many people purchase at last.

📝 Their bourekas are crowd pleasers for gatherings or events - my personal favorites are the mushroom or the potato ones
📝 If you're scared of missing out on your favorite pastries, you can give their store a call ahead of time and they'll be happy to help you set some aside for you

This is by far the least consistent Tim Hortons I’ve experienced. 5 out of the past 7 times I’ve gone through drive through here, they completely mess up my order. One time it was a sausage breakfast sandwich that came without sausage, next it was a bagel I ordered double toasted with butter that came out hardly heated with the tiniest bit of butter, I’ve paid to add cheese or a hash brown and just not received it. Today I received an order that just wasn’t anywhere near correct and had to drive back after getting to the office to request it be fixed. Despite this being the closest location to me, I can’t recommend it at all and will be avoiding it in the future.

This new place is a 'Nut Free' patisserie with a mixed bakery of Jamaican beef patties, Chinese style buns and French pasties and cakes without the nuts, yet the baker has a wall full of his credential and certification in French Patisserie. The Bailey Cheesecake ($5.31) and a 'Swiss Roll' I tried failed in all sense of the word patisserie. They are too sweet and pricey even compared to the best Patisserie in Richmond Hill and Scarborough. Good luck

We normally go here for delicious patties. Extra spicy for my partner and veggie for me (which is vegan might I add). They’re always fresh and super satisfying. This location doesn’t normally carry hot sauce packets however.
After finding out that they are nut free, we ordered an nut allergy free cake for a birthday. We have a family member with allergies and loves knowing there were no nuts on the premises. It turned out beautifully and the entire family thought it was delicious and not overtly sweet. However, they decorated with fruit and little balloons that were not requested. We ended up decorating ourselves with pieces from home to make it more our style, but still very much enjoyed the cake.

A little pricey but amazing and delicious sweets! The people working there were extremely nice and polite, and they were patient with me making up my mind. We really loved the taste. These two rolls came to around $10.
They also have some jamaican foods and beef patties available there. I saw they also had iced coffee and regular store drinks available for purchase. They also take custom orders for cakes and sweets.

Horrible customer service, my order is ALWAYS WRONG and it’s simple. They get mad because the order is wrong... like seriously? Fix your employees before you get mad at the customer. I asked for Chilli not chicken noodle soup.

Posted this 5 years ago and 5 years later still the same ridiculous service. Ordered the pizza it doesn’t come cut… no common sense. It doesn’t even taste good might as well eat the cardboard itself.
