Employees are very rude, which I usually don't care for. But when they are always giving incorrect orders and trying to rush you through it's very frustrating. There seems to be an issue every time I order here. The employees are comfortable being rude and argumentative with their customers, because obviously management does nothing about it. It's such a shame. I hope they start taking these reviews seriously.

Worst customer service ever...and they are very rude! We asked for a few extra cups with my Take 12 order and it was a whole ordeal with the manager who refused to help us! It's embarrassing and pathetic, Tim Hortons generates billions of dollars and they couldn't even spare a few extra cups! I will never buy from here again and will never order my Take 12 from Tims again!

Its around 6:30am-6:40am of July 7. I ordered a sausage farm wrap combo with a muffin and a medium double double. When im at the window to get my order, the guy was giving me medium 2 milk. I said I ordered a medium double double, he took back the coffee and 3 seconds after he passed me a cup of coffee and said “medium double double”. Im going to work so i didnt check whats inside but when i parked to work, i tasted the coffee and its MEDIUM 2 MILK. they didn’t change my order but changed the lid. Its very upsetting to start a day, its not the coffee but THE SERVICE! I worked in this industry for 3 years and i know what double double and 2 milk tastes like by tasting it or just by looking at it.

Whenever I order through the tims app, this location NEVER get the order right. The other day they forgot an entire coffee, and gave several wrong items. Today, I get 2 little timbits instead of the donuts I ordered. The staff needs to pay better attention to what they're doing.

Like most Tim Hortons, the quality is a hit or miss.
The worst part about this location is that there is zero space for cars. Usually the lineup is on the street, and don’t even think of parking and walking in because you wont be able to pull in to the two spot parking lot.

I came to grab some farmers wraps for me and my family and all of our hasbrowns and bacon were like rocks. The service is garbage, the workers are rude and they make you park on the side even though there isn't anyone behind you. Tim Hortons should revoke the owners franchise license and give it to someone who actually cares about serving people. Your a piece of shmit for treating your customers this way, put more effort into your hiring process, these people you hired belong somewhere they can't interact with customers.

Terrible Experience. Tim Hortons are never top notch but this has been the WORST experience I had. First of all the lady on drive thru was super rude, and couldn’t even take order properly, just stopped taking because I took 5 seconds extra to order something. And then she kept CORRECTING ME for some reason that oh you mean this or that. And after all that, she got my ORDER WRONG. I clearly mentioned EGG AND CHEESE NO BACON OR ANYTHING ELSE. And i still got Sausage Egg and Cheese. Terrible service, terrible food. This was today 29th March 1055 - 1105 AM.
