This is THE PLACE!! Push yourself to the point of unthinkable. This is the only time you can allow your brain to hurt in a positive way. Arrived mid week early evening. Neat hangout place. When it was our game time, we were lead to the game room with our eyes closed. When I opened my eyes, I was brought back to the rebel past!! I was amazed and felt like I fit right in with the setting and atmosphere. The structure of the area was well built, secured with great safety features and everything item were sturdy. The small game room was the perfect size for the 5 of us but definitely can use extra players to help with the brainstorming and deciphering the clues. Staff Christian was great and he definitely made the game more interesting!! Thanks for your hard work!!
Outside of game room, you can occupy yourself with endless games selections!! The place is so entertaining that I can hang out there all day!
Above all, staff were very pleasant and resourceful. Great staff interaction including the manager!! Glad we had the opportunity to share our great experiences and feedback to her.

Played Motel Betty with a group of friends and I love how well they paced that scary 2-hour room. The room reminded me a lot of 13 Sedah (now retired) which is a huge compliment. I really admire Omescape’s boldness designing two 2-hour rooms. There’s lots of parking available in the plaza and they have board games to play before/after your room. Looking forward to returning.

Motel Betty!!!!! I have done 100 escape rooms and this one is a stand alone horror themed room for me!! Wow!! I loved this room so much! It is big, scary and so much fun! Completed it as a group of 2 but would be great with a large group! If you are looking to be scared, challenged, and have an awesome time in a well designed room with great game flow and a staff that obviously cares about you having fun, book Motel Betty!!!

My friends and I decided to check out this exclusive 2-hour escape room called Hong Kong After Dark at Omescape. I've always heard really good reviews from my friends for other escape rooms on the premise! We are particularly exciting about this Hong-Kong themed room because it is triad-related and we watched a lot of these action movies while growing up!

Reservation was made easy online; pay for a deposit, and you pay the rest when you get there. $3 off if you follow/post on social media. All players will have to sign in on a piece of paper, and one of the staff will prompt you to explain the game rules. We were given a walkie-talkie, and you can ask for unlimited help - recommended to ask for help if you've been stuck for 5 minutes!

I guess you don't have to know Chinese to play this escape room game, but it would certainly help if you have a good understanding of the culture! It looks scary inside but it's actually not scary lol. It says to be for 4-10 people. I think having 10 people would be beneficial hahaha... we had 6 and we were still going around like headless chickens! We ended up failing the mission but I'd would 100% go back again (to the same room) just to ace all the mini games and challenges.

The entrance to this place is at the back of the plaza but don't worry there is a ton of parking here! Lots of drinks options but not many snack options in my opinion. They had a variety of board/card games and the staff were very helpful.

Really nice spot! They have a variety of board, video, and escape games. You also get a drink ticket with their reasonable ticket price for the board games.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Omniscape Markham and I must say, it was an incredible experience. One of the highlights was participating in their escape room called "Motel Betty," which was delightfully terrifying in a thrilling way. The size of our group, consisting of six players, was perfect for the room. We were able to collaborate and work together effectively, enhancing the overall experience. Moreover, having played all the rooms at Omniscape Markham, I can confidently say that each one is thoughtfully designed with great sets that transport you into different worlds.

The puzzles in the escape rooms were challenging yet enjoyable. They required us to think critically, work as a team, and make use of our problem-solving skills. It was truly satisfying when we finally cracked a difficult puzzle and moved closer to escaping.

We held my daughter's birthday party here - escape room + 2 hrs board games. Was great value if you have 8 kids (similar cost to just booking the escape room only) and loved that the package included pizza and soft drinks. Bubble tea at additional cost. Was able to bring in snacks/cake and kids enjoyed just hanging out for a bit after the escape room. Even though it's not a private room, they had us in an area off to the side of the games room that allowed some privacy. Hannah was great helping us online with the booking and planning. Overall great experience - would do it again!

Here for the Escape Room Experience! First timer in this place. The staff are very attentive and friendly. I also really like the concession area. They serve Bubble tea! I would like to come back here with a group for the board games section next time!
