The food and atmosphere is perfect. The only downfall, I had to keep asking the girl to speak up because she spoke so fast and so low. I asked her multiple times to repeat herself and just gave up and went with whatever she said.
They have good coffee but unfortunately for me, the batista was not on her best mood this morning. I ordered an Americano first but immediately changed my mind and asked for a Cappuccino instead. I'm more a black coffee person but wanted to try their Cappuccino. Anyway, this was the Cappuccino I got, even though the foam was great. It was not tasty at all, she put not only the espresso shot but water. So it was not the best experience, because of the water you cannot taste the real coffee flavor. I don't really know why the added water on a regular Cappuccino but it definitely destroyed it.
Highly recommended if you like a coffee to go, or just want to sit and relax. staff is friendly and helps quickly.
Ordered through the app several times asking for regular milk. Got oat milk every. single. time. Line is perennially long and takes forever to get a replacement drink. And they still manage to charge $10 for a coffee... Do better blue bottle.
We had made reservations thinking that it was going to be busy, but when we arrived, the place was empty. The service was good, and our server was able to give me a good suggestion for wine to have with my steak. The atmosphere was relaxing and appropriate for a date night with my husband.
Such an enjoyable little coffee house, I had to remember to leave a review from my last visit.

Pet friendly, free WiFi, good variety of drinks, good prices. The atmosphere is really interesting, soft rock music and all black with yellow lights, it's a perfect place to drink a good coffee with this weather, to share with friends, partner, work or spend time with yourself or with your pet baby. Recommended.

I was very underwhelmed $18 later for a half a tomato basil sandwich (with very little tomato) and a chicken soup with a very misleading name. Very nice staff who didn't mention I get a complimentary topper with my soup. I didn't stay to eat but the dining room did look clean and inviting. Writing this for someone who may be thinking about trying Pret for the first time... I'd go somewhere else for a better meal/bargain.
Amazing location and atmosphere, the choice of teas were good. The trapot didn't pour, it dribbled, all over the table. I pointed out to the serve staff that a teapot that can't pour should not be in their collection. They didn't even take it away and bring me a working teapot. I had 3 cups drunk and about the same on the table. The chicken pot pie sounded good and was mostly delicious- the peas were a bit to hard, crunchy for my taste.
Barista was so friendly today and gave great recommendations. Has the maple pastachio latte; smooth latte and not too sweet…perfection.
The barista made a massive latte when asked for a flat white ($6.50 for decaf), which is normally 6-8oz. Coffee was below average. Slow service. Highly overrated and overpriced.
The morning staff has been very rude the last few times I visited this location. One morning I waited almost 45 minutes for a drink I ordered on the app. When asked if they had my order lined up I was dismissed very abruptly even though other customers were walking in and receiving drinks before mine. I will not be visiting this location anymore, the girls there sour my mood every time. I am disappointed in their service and how they handle guests. The Starbucks location across from Zuccotti Park has become my new Starbucks with better customer service and a more positive atmosphere.
Caesar salad wrap with crispy chicken is hard to beat
Neat place! Came here on the recommendation of a traffic cop we were talking to. Did not disappoint. It's a little pricey, but what isn't in New York, lol. The building is cute, and decor is quaint.
An amazing coffeeshop to go to. The friendliest baristas you'll ever talk to. They have so many unique lattes as well including tres leche, coquito, and masapan. They own their own coffee farm in Costa Rico and roast their own beans. They have unique beans as well including whiskey and run infused. Highly recommend coming here for your caffeine fix!
A delicious and affordable classic breakfast. very pleasantly surprised they have sourdough toast as well. Yum!
Horrible experience! Never going back. I waited 10 minutes in line, then another 10 minutes because Apple Pay wouldn’t work. The sandwhich was made and I said “I need to go to work can I take the sandwhich for my inconveniance” and the manager shrugged and said “it’s not my fault” and I had to leave starving without food, and with 20 min wasted from my day. Horrible.

Can't believe I never visited this location after living nearby for 2 years!! Definitely love the view of the Ground Zero and the World Trade Center even when it's a rainy day! My one and only pick for grabbing a coffee and often for a studying space. I usually get an ice oat latte since Blue Bottle has the best combination of oatmilk and coffee (probably the ratio and the quality). Some aspects that Blue Bottle Coffee differentiates with other coffee brands are how the staffs take your name with your order, giving recommendations, and its sustainability practice.

I ordered mocha. Small sized. The taste is good, the last 3 sips are so chocolatey and I can see the little chunks. One star off because I’m unsure why the drink is 5.99 provided that coffee should not have sales tax.
Prior to visiting the Summit attraction at the Vanderbilt, my daughter and I were searching a place to have breakfast and found Pershing Square in Google Maps. Once entering, I liked the classical ambiance very much and felt I went back in time. This restaurant fits perfectly under the Arch. To me, it's a landmark! We enjoyed the food and it was delicious! Service was good. The perfect eating spot for those entering or leaving the Grand Central Station. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍

What happened to the breakfast sandwiches? They were one of the best things Gregory's sold, and they were unique, different from the breakfast sandwiches offered elsewhere. But they haven't been available for order on Seamless recently. I would give five stars, except Gregory's isn't offering one of its best items anymore. EDIT: Thanks for your response. The black iced tea has also been off the Seamless menu for a while. Will it be coming back?
It is not that easy to find really nice coffee in nyc, but here I was in my happy place, barista was very friendly and professional. Also their pastries and quiches are amazing!
A nice modern decor coffee shop. The quality of coffee is good and the staff is friendly.
The coffee was incredible! You can taste the high quality of the coffee beans. I absolutely loved the flavor options as they were very authentic! My favorite was the tres leches latte- hot and the horchata latte iced! The manager, Santiago, was very kind and welcoming! He suggested great lattes for us to try- he was right!
Stopped in to get out of the rain and I’m glad we did! Rocio and Santiago were super nice and pleasant and made a super espresso and hibiscus tea. Totally recommend this spot for anyone looking for some good coffee, tea and great service. And the chocolate chip cookie was delicious too! Can’t wait to come back when we’re back in town.

Nice corner cafe with limited indoor and outdoor seating. Offerings include baked goods, hot and cold sandwiches, coffee (many different options, hot or chilled), other beverages, packaged coffee, etc. Seems to be a local favorite for folks on their way to work. Not withstanding Starbucks and a good food truck in the immediate area, holds its own for quality, service, price/value.
I love Ground Central. Dont get me wrong, but I am here because of the coffee. This is my second time at the same store, and I have been to other Ground Central.
In short, the coffee here is awful. The bean is over roasted, so the bitterness covers the flavor of coffee.

Excellent, balanced cappuccino! 👍🏽 They have a selection of pastries, quiches and other baked items. I tried the egg/scallion pierogi and it was very tasty!
Just stopped at Pret - they were super busy, but still took the time to look up allergy information for me and were so kind and professional. The interaction I had with the awesome employees here genuinely made my day better. Thanks so much for your hard work!

I visited this location on 9/9/23 and visited the shop twice at around 1:30pm and 4:00pm. Terrible experience both times. The food was very good, but there was barely any variety when it came to a selection of food when I visited around 1:30. But what really made the experience terrible was the female cashier. She was so rude and unfriendly on both visits. When I came into the store at 4:00pm both employees did not tell me they were closed. So I buy food to sit down and eat it and then they proceed to tell me the store Is closed. ??? On top of the fact that it was already raining outside. When I explain to the female employee that it would have been helpful if she had told me they were closed before I brought the food she proceeds to tell me “oh well”. She was very Unprofessional, sarcastic, and rude both times I visited and acted like she didn’t like her job. Terrible experience. I asked for a refund and the male employee was nice enough to refund me but a little communication could have avoided all this.

I love going to local coffee shops. I’d recommend this over the Starbucks across the street. The pastries and sandwiches were excellent. The coffee was above average. I recommend checking it out.
I’ve seen this place on the commute and thought it would be a nice decompression cafe/restaurant for after work.
The interior is dated but in a throwback to old classic nyc style type of way. And is in general very inviting. I was seated quickly and in my own booth. Everyone who helped with service was prompt, polite, and warm.
The menu was so limited and boring. I really didn’t want to order anything because there was NOTHING interesting! I needed up ordering a Waldorf Wrap which was off the specials menu. It was bland, lacked any type of flavor, the chicken seemed off. The fries were nice.
I probably will not be returning again ever. Sad given it has such great location!

Stopped in here after getting off the NYC Ferry. Grabbed a Hibiscus Lemonade seconds before it started pouring raining. Loved that this little coffee shop has indoor and outdoor (patio) seating. The outdoor seating is covered and came in very handy during the rain.
The lemonade is not handmade, but it tasted delicious all the same. I almost passed on it, because it was not homemade, but I'm so glad I didn't. The service here is impeccable - totally 5 star.

Ice cardamom latte is a mildly sweet and slightly spicy beverage. I like the experience. Staff are very nice. I think it's a good cafe chain 😋
Free wifi is such a rarity here. Ordered the coquito latte which was a coconutty condensed milky nutmeggy iced latte truly amazing. I got my drink in a little plastic bag which was interesting to say the least. Good music playing inside. About to be my most productive self hopefully.
The best coffee I've found in New York. If you like Aussie coffee style like a cordato (piccolo) you'll love the flavour and strength.
As a self-ascribed coffee snob of sorts, I made it my mission to find the best latte I could get my hands on within a mile walking radius of Bryant Park, where I was staying for my weeklong trip. I am extremely happy that I stumbled upon Le Cafe Coffee because not only were their lattes the best that I found in the entire city (I would get the 16oz hot latte with whole milk and ask for them to brew/steam the milk to about 140°) but their staff were always extremely pleasant and conversational. I could not have hoped to find a more delicious and pleasant way to start off my mornings.
Worst Starbucks staff I have ever seen. Worse than large costumer volume places like airport or train stations. They tried to reach their customers with interesting attitude and silly laughing. NO customer service at all and they look like from same family or network with no manners. Starbucks could just shut the shop down if they do not want business nearby. Have no choice to be here just because they close the shop downstairs of my building. Not surprised at all when saw so many negative reviews.

Iced fall oat boy is my absolute favorite. Made perfect every time. The young lady with glasses here is awesome. I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. She makes the espresso perfect. Always welcoming.

3 days work trip = 3 mornings of Blue Bottle. It’s that damn good. Waffles so tasty, no syrup needed. That iced sweet latte though. Cheers!
On a visit to the city my brother and I were looking for coffee on Google and came across this store that has 4.6 stars which is a better rating than other similar stores around. We ordered two iced lattes, one dulce de leche and one decaf noisette. Both were absolutely delicious. I’m not convinced that my coffee was actually decaf though because I couldn’t fall asleep that night which happens when I have caffeine. Despite that it was absolutely delicious. The flavors were subtle which allowed the espresso flavor to be the focal point of the drink. Possibly the best coffee I’ve ever had and well worth the price. The staff was also very friendly.
Nice alternative coffee chain in NYC with unique drink selection. Came in for the seasonal mint cold brew, but it was sold out so I tried the anything iced marzipan coffee instead. Coquito latte is another flavor that’s worth trying.

I’ve been coming here every morning for the past two months, and the employee Brandon is sharp, smart, and always provides the best service. His approach to customer service is unparalleled. Jonathan is great as well, good team here.
Another great place where to have early breakfast located just in front of Grand Central. Service impeccable and quick. The food is excellent. French Toast is sublime 🙌
I had the pleasure of trying Puerto Rican coffee for the first time. The baristas' warm and accommodating service made the experience even more enjoyable. The rich and distinct flavors of the coffee were a delightful surprise. Highly recommend 787 coffee!
Great coffee and a cozy atmosphere. The staff were friendly and did a great service. This was my first time here and the staff recommended their signature “ Fall oat Boy” which was aromatic, soothing and delicious . I also tried their coconut almond bite and crunchy power bite - both of them tasted great and served as a delicious evening snack. The place is little small with limited seats even though they have an outdoor setting for customers. All in all, I recommend this place for all New York visitors who are strolling in and around Manhattan!
Es wird altes Gebäck verkauft. Wenn man fragt ist alles frisch. Auf Nachfrage war es dann von gestern. Leider war das mit Fleisch gefüllte Gebäck offensichtlich sehr viel älter und innen vertrocknet und hat unangenehmen gerochen.

I only drink Colombian and green coffee. Yes that’s right. But I whenever I have no access to quality coffee, Starbucks does the job 🤣🤣🤣 .. My visit to this location was pretty cool, the female employee with the visor hat, who had her hair in a bun (brown/orange) color, and crescent moon/star pendant on her necklace was the employee who attended me. I think her name start with a D. She was very helpful, polite, and professional. And she definitely know how to put a smile on all her customers. Keep up the great job !

The banana pound cake was freshly baked and indulgently moist. I usually don’t go for their flaky pastries here but the loaves are great. Coffee was good too. Place can get really packed easily as the cafe is small.

The young hispanic woman was making my drink and i usually don’t look like that but i was paying attention this time . I get my drink with no fruits because drinking it with the seeds is not it for me , As she makes my drink she clearly didn’t follow the directions on the cup and proceeded to put fruits in the drink . So im just waiting for the drink to be done because she followed no directions on the cup , no extra strawberry refresher juice or no strawberries . As she realizes it said no fruits and she made the drink incorrectly she tries to used to drink with fruits shaken up in and pours the cup with lid half on trying not to get fruits in , Now im sitting there like dumbfounded. The other lady who behind the counter looks back at her and looks at me clearly seeing what she did and waits then asks me what’s wrong and i stated theres seeds in my drink , she asks if i want the young lady to remake and i stupidly say yeah sorry. The lady who asked rolls her eyes .The lady who made the drink then says rudely “ i literally took them out “ in which she clearly didn’t . She then remakes the drink with no effort without fruits and uses the same cup she poured the old drink in , so there ended up being multiple seeds in my drink anyways . Super unprofessional and inconsiderate won’t be coming back to this location because of how rude staff is .

We needed something that wasn’t Starbucks and after checking Google we ended up here and it didn’t disappoint. Pretty good cappuccino and coffee wasn’t bad. Nice little coffee shop.
The flowers and decor on the entrance gives a grand feeling but the outlet itself is very small and can just seat 4-5 people at max and standing capacity of another 4 people. It’s more like a to-go coffee place. The barista looked disinterested and could be easily feel in that from the coffee preparation or the lack there of! The biggest cortado I have ever had - defeats the purpose of the coffee style. Hope they work and improve on the barista skills.

They have some seasonal flavours which are a must try. It’s right next to the water front and a nice view from inside.
The coffee and chai latte was goo, but the cashier was very rude and didn’t even say hi. It’s like she hates to work there ! Won’t come back
Cold Brew had a funky taste and seemed water down. To me the coffee didn’t taste like coffee, maybe it was just the cold brew ? Didn’t finish, only drank half and threw out the rest. Might give them another shot if around the area, but definitely not the cold brew. On the plus side, nice small location, service was fast.
I ordered a hot latte and avocado toast and while the coffee was so good and worth the price, the avocado toast was probably the grossest thing I’ve tasted (and also $10). Not sure if the avocados were bad or not but it had a really weird sour taste that made it unbearable. The coffee made it worthwhile but oh my gosh please stand clear of the toast
Granted, the operating hours have been shortened from pre-Pandemic years. It would seem that most Lenwich locations now opt to have breakfast hours be the main focus. Nothing wrong with having staff leave earlier. I just miss the days of being able to grab a sandwich without worrying about closing time.
That being said, as a native New Yorker, I LOVE LENWICH! I always recommend chicken cutlet on a hero with light mayo, American cheese, tomato, lettuce, and a slice of dill pickle. Can't beat that for cravings. Even in today's economy, $14 isn't a bad price for a well prepared sandwich. Courteous staff see to it that fridges are stocked, tables are cleaned, and food is done properly. Highly recommended 👍.

The coffee was great. Great temperature and taste. I loved the atmosphere. It was quiet and peaceful. I was actually able to hear myself think and I was able to plan out my day accordingly. There was plenty of space to sit without feeling like you were on top of someone else. Cute outdoor sign too! Loved the vibes. Will be back.

Great for a quick bite. Items are prepared fresh. Had the Bang Bang Chicken wrap with Organic Green Tea as a beverage. Very tasty. The wrap Sweet chili mayo and Asian dressing drizzled over grilled chicken, with shredded carrots & daikon radishes, cucumber and red onions, rolled into a whole grain tortilla wrap.
There's fresh deli food and ABSOLUTELY EXCELLENT JUICE. The strawberry lemonade is amazing. I ordered an iced mocha with regular milk and it was hands down the best mocha of my life. I ordered a second one and told the barista the mocha was amazing and he offered to put in some vanilla syrup to make it even better. Honestly the atmosphere is super chill and nice and the people were so friendly! They also have pick up services
Almond croissant was PERFECT - so delicious. Baristas here were friendly and helpful, coffee came out quickly along with pastries and the food+drinks were exceptional.

Nice coffee spot near Brooklyn Bridge. The staff was welcoming and cordial. They’ve got a cool setup inside, ideal to just work or catch up with friends. They roast their own beans, they’re available for purchase in the shop. Lots of variety with blends and single origin, the coffee was fresh roasted a few days ago. I had a drip coffee, it was very good. Stop by if you’re near by, won’t regret it.
Visited Birch Coffee with a few friends for a quick coffee stop. Staff was really friendly, service was fast. Appreciated the minimalist aesthetics of the shop. Washrooms were very clean. Most importantly the iced coffee tasted really good! Definitely recommend grabbing a coffee from Birch!
Stumbled across this place after leaving our hotel. Great vibe and the cold brew was a solid but mild flavor. My partner got the hot chocolate and it was super creamy and the perfect temp to drink immediately. Would definitely recommend if you looking for a local coffee shop with a cool vibe!
This has become my go-to Starbucks. The staff has always been super friendly, kind, and professional. Out of all the Starbucks I have tried they make the best oatmeal here. Starbucks you should give all the staff here raises. It's a very small location that gets a lot of business.
Good coffee and a cozy atmosphere. Service is a little slow but the staff are friendly. I ordered the Halloween special matcha, which was soothing and delicious. Customers seem like regulars, which is a testament to the service. All in all, I recommend this place for a once-in-a-while treat as the drinks are delicious but it bit on the pricey side.
If you are going for a coffee or for desserts this is the spot to go. The chai tea latte during cold weather is better than other food chains. Also their almond croissants are fabulous! The sandwiches not so much they are just as regular as anywhere else.

Came around 1:30 in the afternoon and the line/wait wasn't too bad, but had a steady stream of customers still and plenty of seating for those who wish to eat there.

Pret is an absolute go to for balanced, grab and go meals throughout the day. Their espresso is fantastic, and the wraps/salads are really well balanced.
At this location, Jose is the MAN. Great barista; makes the perfect coffee every morning. Shouts to him and the team for keep WeWork fed 👏🏼🫶🏼

A contemporary coffee shop with a nod to 90's coffee shop culture. Described as trendy. Enjoyed my coffee while reading on a comfortable leather sofa that is tucked into a corner. It was nice.
Espresso was light bodied with a clean finish that produced a good, light Americano. I did not have a pastry on this visit; would recommend something fruity (citrus or berry) or floral in profile to pair.
I did change my rating from a 5 to a 3. This is a good coffee shop; I am just a bit more critical now.

We were so happy to see Le Cafe Coffee opened up this location, which is right across the street of my husband’s office. It’s definitely a great addition in the neighborhood and a new option for coffee & pastry.
The decor is clean, bright and modern with limited indoor seating and we thought there would be outdoor seating available shortly since there was a construction by the street.
They serve pastries from Le Petit Paris (wholesale bakery from LIC) and coffee from La Colombe which is one of our favorites. We got one Almond Croissant and Cheddar Scone with 2 cups of hot Latte.
We were satisfied with both pastries, especially the Almond Croissant, the filling was creamy & the texture was soft with crispy layer. The flavor of latte didn’t meet our expectations and we thought there is room for improvement, but it won’t stop us to visit again.

Really cute coffee place a little off the beaten path. I HIGHLY recommend getting the pistachio latte, especially if you are lactose intolerant. It’s really smooth, needed no sugar, and was unique and nice. Cost $6 for a medium size. Minimal bar seating but still very cozy. Would come again!

I also got the morning truffle which is a really nice breakfast sandwich (cold) but if you don’t like truffle, it has a lot. My mom got the everything avocado toast which was really good and came with LOTS of avocado!
Update: I came back in March 2023 and everything was still just as delicious. I tried the pistachio latte again as well as the everything avocado toast, and per-usual it was all phenomenal.

Normally I’d say this is a great place to get lunch some awesome healthy ingredients but today was disappointing to say the least. How is this a lobster sandwich?? I was excited thinking for $20 (sandwich plus taxes) this was loaded since the have all the meat poking out the edges. I mean a lobster roll can be $20. But this was more bread and lettuce than anything else. Do you know how disappointing it is to back to my desk and open it up to find this. Never again.

The wrapped food gets -0 . Items should not be sitting on the shelf that looks spoiled.

I love the variety. It’s organic. So fresh. Just delicious. Been to several locations and as always the staff is so pleasant. The bonus is the fact that food is not wasted but instead donated to those less fortunate. Good food. Good employees. Good business motto. The end.
Been here a few times now and so far they have been very consistent. My sandwich tasted great and the staff are all so friendly! I also love that you order in one place, then pick up and pay in another!
