They only serve Starbucks coffee but they are not starbucks. Food and coffee is expensive. No other option around.
Worst customer service experience! 7 employees behind the counter and one register opened. Asked manager for help and she completely disregarded my concern and kind of yelled at me for asking for another register especially since there was a lot of help behind the counter. If I can give it a 0 star I would. Horrible customer experience overall, much needed training in terms of customer service and store efficiency. Manager and all staff was rude to customer. Lack of concern in general on time for customers per order.
They don't care about their customers. I think reviews are not making any sense. I order 2 drinks and waiting for that there was no one in front of me but they completed two order. They were just talking each other and they don't notice who is waiting or taking care of the customers. I called the manager she didn't even take care of me.
NOT A STARBUCKS!! We drove from a convention center to save money on breakfast and expected Starbucks drinks and food. Disappointed they only sell the Starbucks branded coffee. The place isn’t bad but they shouldn’t use the name. Sets the wrong expectation. The breakfast sandwiches are $10.

I had something called Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappuccino. There was a little flavor at the very bottom but the rest of the drink was bland to tasteless. Another disgusting product from Starbucks, but they didn't have a Caribou at the Orlando Airport, so I had no choice.
The team at the store was dealing with an IT outage that limited customers’ payment options, including mine. Despite the big obstacle, the employee working the cash register “erred” on the side of providing good customer service and helped me get my drink. Thank you!
Fast service. Doesn’t accept the app though
All hot sandwiches 🥪 would take 30 mins to be ready, in an airport, no trays or bags available for large orders. Ordered and paid for pastry before finding out they didn't have any. My iced drinks were served fast though. This was at 9am, in the morning, which should have theoretically been fully stocked.
Very bad customer service. Girl at cash not paying attention and charging wrong items. Girl handing food, warms my sandwich but when I get it.. it is in pieces… not edible… don’t they see it…waste of time and money…
This is a hotel coffee shop - not a Starbucks. Starbucks app not accepted and they don’t have Starbucks food. They are a coffee shop that uses Starbucks coffee for their drinks.
Ordered a sandwich and a latte. Received a sandwich about 10 minutes later and no drink. The manager ( Rick ) said I have a few drinks ahead of me. My sandwich was getting cold and after about another 10 minutes wait, I asked Rick about my drink. He said “We’ll make it right now” I received my drink after another 5 minutes wait. So about 25 minutes wait for a drink and a sandwich, plus bad attitude. Sandwich was cold by the time I received a drink and drink wasn’t accurately made.
This crew is incredible! They gave our whole conference the best service and quickest service I have had ever at a Starbucks! And this was one of the larger rushes I’ve seen at a Starbucks since people were getting their coffee and food before our sessions each day. Amazing people and amazing service!
We are here at least twice a week, most of the baristas recognize my voice when I go through the drive through. My favorite place!
This is the 3rd time I get denied a regular coffee with an 1hr and 20min before closing because they stopped brewing. I spoke with customer support, I was told they can only stop brewing 30min prior to closing, so why are they not brewing an 1hr and 20min before? If you don't want to spend time cleaning a damn coffee pot, then stay home and give someone else the opportunity to work.
Twrrible. Kept asking guy about non milk drinks for a gift. He’s like Americano and Latte’s aren’t without milk. Terrible customer service. More expensive than other Starbucks because they mark up due to tourism. Sad to do this as a big company. 15 minutes away and less money per drink. They simply don’t care here because they believe people are coming here one time as a tourist. We also live here and the brand. Other Starbucks are much more helpful. Look at reviews and parking is tough too.

Since they open I get my coffee here almost every day until today. The past week they have make my coffee wrong and you let them know and they have an attitude. Apparently per manager/supervisor they have a new fórmula well I really don't care all I care is I would like my caramel machiato with xtra caramel and extra shot im paying for and im not getting it. You all started awesome with great service etc but don't know what happen that changed. You can see by the picture there's no way it has an xtra shot or xtra caramel as is so white, and the taste...yes im drinking it because it cost me almost $8 and i dont have a choice and i dont like their attitude.
The girls that work here are super friendly and sweet. Prompt service. Not as crowded as the typical Starbucks. Very convenient for grabbing coffee each morning at the hotel before heading out for the day.
This place doesn't provide the usual free water.
This place is so hit or miss. It would be much appreciated if I could actually get the full drink that I pay for.
This location that only has a slowest drive-through in all of Christendom, it also charges $.75 more for latte here than anywhere else in Orlando. Interesting business model. Slower service and higher prices not to mention, the drive-through worker with a nose rings who couldn’t keep, their fingers away from it.
Staff is rude. They don’t stop their conversations to help you. They make you feel like you’re interrupting them. I gave it a second try and it was still lousy. My drink wasn’t even made right, a standard caramel ribbon crunch. Won’t be back.
About 7:45am on November 24th the lady at the counter was ridiculously rude for no reason. I was just asking questions if they had green tea they had to choose from and she eventually just rolled her eyes and threw the packets on the counter and walked away. I walked away after without buying anything and won’t be back. If you don’t like people asking questions don’t work in customer service!
Nice quite little shopping center, busy however not too bad. Starbucks staff was a tad slow, however they were super friendly and responsive. Very clean and neat with a large layout for ease and plenty of seating.
Employee (she) was rude with a very nasty attitude. It to early to be this uninviting. Blender wasn’t working so I choose something else and that was a problem also
Great place to get starbies from! I always order mobile and it is always ready on time and consistently tastes really good. One time it was not ready due to the ticket machine not working, but they apologized and made it instantly. I noticed the ticket machines tend to break in many locations so I didn’t blame that on them. So happy to have a Starbucks this good so close to my house.

Ordered off of Uber eats, called to make sure my drink was dairy free since I have allergies and modified a drink that typically had milk, staff was very friendly and paid attention to details, were able to remember and give confident, CORRECT answers, great staff
I am so amazed how awesome this Starbucks is! The customer service at this place deserves a 10/10. I don’t know where they hired these employees but no matter what time of the day it is, they always have the brightest, bubbly personalities. Along with the cleanliness of the store as well, it’s just overall a 5 star store. Thank you to this amazing staff! They definitely will make your day when you arrive here.

It's a large Starbucks. Nice clean and quick service. They are open earlier than some other Starbucks in the area.

Yesterday, I asked for a really annoying..specific.. coffee and the guy made my drink perfectly. I went again this am and the girlies asked how my day was, I told them it wasn’t going very well and they wrote me a sweet note and gave me words of encouragement. I left crying with joy. This location is such a gem!!
The most tasteless coffee I've ever tasted, had no vanilla flavor, no almond flavor, and the poorest coffee I've ever had
Something just wasn’t right. I opened the top to my drink after already drinking my coffee for a bit and was mortified at the look of the whipped cream realizing it’s been like this the whole time and I consumed it. Hopefully I had the only drink that this happened to. The guy that re-made my drink seemed to not be very happy about having to re-make my drink since he made the wrong size originally and I asked for the correct size. Today I feared getting another drink there so I went to my usual Starbucks for a “second opinion” drink and it looked nothing like this. My stomach hurt the whole evening and because I’m a frequent Starbucks patron, I am very disappointed.
First and foremost, Shayne makes the most amazing drinks there and will give you a suggestion that you will love. Mine was Cinnamon Dolce and the white chocolate mocha, which i am drinking as i am writing this review . Landstar is my favorite starbucks because they always remind me about the app, so i can get my points. Keep it up yall!
I order online from this store and every other time I order my hot coffee is made iced. I went in today to get it remade and found out the reason why. The manager said “well it doesn’t say ‘no ice’”. The hot lattes don’t print out saying no ice. They just print out saying “vanilla latte”. The iced lattes print out and say “iced vanilla latte”. So obviously the reason I can’t ever get my order made correctly is because even the manager doesn’t know what the tickets are supposed to read. You guys should educate her and probably reword what is printed on the tickets.
Let me start by saying I'm a local so I go in person to the store and have no issues BUT on delivery you cant select light ice and cannot customize very much. My previous orders I had an issue with the drinks not being filled to the top but at least they weren't watered down or all ice. I ordered a venti dragon drink today for delivery and by the time I took all the ice out, it was under that mark that says "that first sip feeling".........that is half the cup....and there was literally 3 pieces of dragon fruit in it........ I wouldnt order from delivery or pick up but I would dine in bc they are nice and get my order ok in store!
Nice location with indoor and outdoor seating. Everyone working is always very nice, especially Brian in the drive through.

The staff is super welcoming, and friendly and my orders always turn out better than expected!! The atmosphere allows for one to feel relaxed and at home. This is the best places to be after a day on the beach, would 10/10 recommend!!
I don’t think they can keep up with the plethora of online orders while also helping the long line of instore customers. Unless properly staffed, it’s one or the other.

I love Starbucks. 5 stars on my order but as a frequent flyer to a verity of Starbucks idk why this is the only location that up charges for everything. This location doesn't even have a drive through but if you go across the street there is another Starbucks with normal Starbuck prices & they have a drive through.
I am a regular customer at this store but this has been the only experience i felt the need to complain about. I ordered my usual vanilla sweet cream cold brew and was in a bit of a rush so i didnt try it before i left - normally they’re good or if not good they’re at least drinkable. First sip today was atrocious. As a former barista, i know what sweet cream tastes like it’s 3 days old. Very sour for whatever reason. Definitely disappointed in the store here.

Came back day 2 and we came inside. My Gawd all these woman are so so RUDE. The woman in the window was the one yesterday. With the winter hat on. Man she gave my wife a evil look today. So wild this location is so so rude. Ill find another wile on vacation for my family. This one is absolute trash for customer service.

The two ladies working there on Thursday night were so friendly. The restaurant was so clean and organized. I will come here in the future when I need a place to work!
Located in a building behind the main hotel. Nice and spacious, making for a good spot if you need to post up and do some work while on vacation. As of today they did not have the ability to accept google or Apple Pay.

Been on Vacation and visited this Starbucks nearly every morning. 10/10 for everything. Very friendly and the coffee is consistently good. Big shout out to Justin who helped us with our order on the first day. Coming from Scotland he gave us the American terms when ordering!! So welcoming. See you all soon hopefully x
Literally sat inside waiting 15 mins with no inside order before my order, while every car coming through drive thru was served first. I even watched out the window as cars came after me but was served in drive thru before me. To top it off the register guy saw me fuming so before he came with my drink he loaded $4 on a gift card as if the drink I just ordered wasn't $7. Update they saw my 1 star review and canceled the $4 gift card lol
These baristas are hands-down the kindest and most cheerful partners I’ve ever encountered at a Starbucks. Even all the way up until close, they were positive and upbeat and gracious with customers. Will definitely be coming back!
The service here is great and they demonstrate care in making coffee. They made my dark roast misto perfectly. I think they need to give a bit more attention to environmental cleanliness: cleaning tables and chairs.
They told me in a rude manner that they didn’t have napkins or straws, they was throwing the food and drink to us, instead handing it to us like other Starbucks stores, They was acting like they didn’t want to work or something else was going on !!

Starbucks. You know you want it. Before. Every. Flight. The lines here are longish, and no, neither your TSA Precheck nor your mobile order works here. Expect anywhere between 15-25 minutes in line.

I found all of the people encountered at this Starbucks to be very personable and friendly. I spilled a coffee, and it was my fault, but they jumped right into action, cleaned it right up, and made me feel okay about it. That was exceptional customer service!
My sis loved how they prepared her beverage. I had a canned beverage and enjoyed the AC after a long walk. My sister snacked on her cake-pop. It was very clean & well lit.
Unfortunately this place needs a big improvement in management and training. More than 10 people "working " behind the counter, but just a couple doing their jobs. Everyone is just taking a joking around. ONLY ONE CASHIER?? and a super long line of 45 minutes. That is definitely not the service that Starbucks should give, even worse in an airport.
This place adds so much to a stressful day, be it at 5:30a or the afternoon! The staff is charismatic and kind, the lines are quick, and the only strange experiences I've gotten were from entitled guests. Starbucks employees work so much harder in a constant, fast-paced environment that takes a mental toll. Thank you so much for making a great location - and an awesome cup of coffee!

I love this Starbucks best espresso hands down. Love the cup and friends staff. It’s always a good conversation and personal experience I get every time. The managers are super nice and respectful. The team coke on amazing group. Coffee and pastries always fresh and good.
Edit: it’s a good location, there is still the issue about not completely filling the drinks to the top but for the rest, I guess it is now fine. Please pay attention and top up the drinks properly so we can drink the size we are paying for. I am a regular here because the location is very convenient so I will be checking my drinks upon pick up. I will give you five stars when I start seeing at least four out of five times that it was served right.
When we were here, the line wasn't too long. It's obvious they're short on workers at this location. When it's busy, it's busy. If you're planning on waiting, you're going to be waiting. We ordered our drinks and got it within a few minutes. We were only behind 2-3 orders and we still got it on time. Overall, a good Starbucks when you have time.

For Saturday morning we were looking to have breakfast and I decided to have coffee and breakfast from Starbucks.
From the menu, I ordered Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino and Kale & Mushroom Egg Bites.
The order was ready in 5-10 minutes.
The egg bites were warmed and heated.
The coffee was delicious and loved the cold coffee. It was delicious as well as the egg bites were delicious and tasty.

This location was perfect if you are staying in the hotel or have a conference on-site. There was a bit a bit a line but they worked through it quickly. The drinks were what you would expect.

Did the honey drink . It's not for me to extremely sweet . The brown sugar was excellent I wish the light ice I ask for was more light you know like 10 ice cubes it's light for me a half cup its to much. So my drinks it's actually 1/4 ice and the other 1/4emply then 1/2 liquids rigth now cause when shaken there's a lot of "foam"
First time at this location. Very clean and the restroom was clean too. The young lady who took our order was very sweet and listened to exactly what we wanted. The only thing that I didn’t like is that we stood there for 15 mins waiting on 2 drinks. We were the only ones inside that had ordered so I’m not sure what the hold-up was. They gave me my cheese danish right away but because our drinks took so long that by the time I got to eat it, it was cold. ( it was hot when I received it )

Never had a bad coffee from any Starbucks. That's one thing you have to give to them. Normally in a chain, the quality can vary between different locations. Starbucks is always the same great coffee. Service maybe, but never coffee.
Long, narrow layout. Very close to Sea World on I Drive. Drive thru window has space for a lot of cars and can still get backed up in the morning. One of the few Starbucks with armchairs. Are they bringing them back with remodels? That would be awesome. They have outdoor seating . Seems like parking lot can get full with 2 restaurants using the same lot. You can walk from 4 hotels. Staff friendly.
I was so excited there was a Starbucks in my hotel. However, they fully missed the Starbucks brand mark. Under staffed location made the wait longer than it should. I ordered a Trenta tea size and got a grande. There were out of one of the products that I wanted. The after it being made the person then asked if I wanted sweater and then threw out the entire drink seeming like I annoyed her. Hopefully this is only a pandemic rating and once things are back to normal the experience will go back to the Starbucks level.

One of the most beautiful Starbucks I have ever visited. Great service and great coffee. I tried the cranberry bliss bar as well as a double espresso with sweet cream. Everything tasted amazing. I am so thankful I stopped by here.
Really fantastic Starbucks location the staff were very friendly although it was quite busy and there was a queue they managed to handle the rush quite well and my coffee with cinnamon roll was delivered within three minutes of paying. For handcrafted coffee that's not too bad
