I really love this cafe. All staffs are friendly and helpful, especailly Carmela, Daniela and Maria, they are always keep smile on their face. So i come here for my breakfast everyday.

I come into this store 3 days a week to TRY to get a vegan wrap and 9 times out of 10, they're not on the shelf. If they're that popular, maybe you could put more out? I come around 8:30 and there's almost never one for me 😭. Please change how you stock the shelves 🌻✌️

First class customer service from Joey! Definitely what you want in the morning. Went his way to ask how i was, greeted with a smile and justvwhat i needed after a rough morning. The coffee? Was superb as always! Will definitely be back 💪💯💪

Purchased a Salted Caramel Latte, the latte did not taste that good and some of the tables were a bit messy - at one point some type of liquid sugar/syrup got onto the side of my phone case from what I presumed was a clean table and made a giant mess on it.

After drinking around half of my latte I take a sip and feel something weird on my tongue which turned out to be a hair, I was NOT happy.

Left and tossed the rest of my latte, £4.30 wasted. Aside from that, the staff were nice enough so I can't fault them there, but I wouldn't come back.

Julie served me today in here and her positive happy energy was amazing, made my morning coffee even better. Plus the coffee comes out in less than 30 seconds!!

Have had a horribly busy day week and didn't have chance to make my packed lunch today. Went into Pret, whilst on the phone and walking between meetings. I felt really rude as I was on a call that I just couldn't break away from. The guy behind the counter was so lovely, and we did all sorts of random mimes to each other, but I got my lunch and he clearly understood how stressed I was. Thank you Pret... I've managed to not go hungry this lunch time!

I had the most aweful 7 hour train journey and a very upbeat energized Rosa was super helpful and understanding…she has exceptional people skills and deserves some company recognition.

Great seating area behind the front shop area, nice and quiet with lots of light. Decent selection of food despite it being the lunch rush. Worst matcha latte I’ve ever had anywhere - it was pale grey and I highly doubt contained any matcha, would have asked staff about it but I didn’t have time to stop.

Ordered a drink here today, a Barista Jason is really lovely and with a great smile.

Every single time I come in here the staff are so lovely. Michal and Gabriel always have a smile on their face. I go to this Pret rather than others because the staff are nicer and they always have a good selection of food and pastries.

Worst coffee I had here. The Latte they gave me was of Soy milk and I didn't order with Soy milk. Additional, as this cafe is at train station, they give the Latte in takeaway cups. Hence they didn't foam the milk correctly and it tasted watery and not creamy as it should be. Just because it is served in a takeaway cup doesn't mean it should be give like this. Disgraceful Pret A Manger.

Stopped in to get a coffee for my train journey. Asked for an almond milk latte and was given a cows milk latte which I can't drink. By the time I realised I was already on my platform. For the price you pay I was hoping for something I could enjoy without the risk of public diarrhoea

Genuine customer service is seldom found these days but the whole team here are a credit to Pret & the hospitality industry which i have spent over 25 years in.

Very good hearty food, tried and loved the thai style wrap and got the reusable water bottle which is very cute and will use it a lot. Wanted to try the hot section too but we never had time to dine in.

lovely lady served us today even 10 minutes before close, had a wham and a mango iced tea, super grateful for everything she did for us ! i can’t remember her name but she had black glasses, great employee :-) <3

Great sandwiches and really nice staff. The white coffee needed more milk, buts that’s a niggle.

What have you done to the coffee - I’ve had better coffee at a greasy spoon. Boiling hot and bitter. Being Organic doesn’t mean you can scorch the coffee. Do any leadership actually drink coffee?

Chai latte pretty cold and staff unable to give hot drink. Unfriendly staff, usually Pret A Manager is good but not this one.

How come that I am not able to pay with my bankcard on an international airport at this venue? And why does the guy at the counter says that to me in a rude way, like its a normal thing? All the other venues at Manchester Airport do accept my bankcard.

very friendly place!!! I was in Manchester for the Easter holidays and often came for breakfast at Pret(Arndale). The most friendly and loving people work here! I am from another country and I have always been welcome here, despite my poor English, they tried to understand what I want and showed a lot of kindness and patience! And matcha latte with coconut and rice milk is the best in town!!!Thank you guys, I love you all and big greetings from Moscow❤️

You can fetch a coffee or your own choice or any bakery item. They got sandwiches, salad, drinks and multiple option to fulfill appreciate at airport terminal. I have been to their outlets both on London and Manchester airports.

Overall a satisfied customer from services and food point of view.

When it comes to small brunch to have in any place in the UK or Europe..... We would get potato fries 🍟 anywhere. But When u really want to have food with a healthy option for 10 £ including a coffee then Wraps are the only healthy choice which fills your hunger within your budget.

Apparently Manchester Airport operate a water refill scheme so all outlets offering food and drink will fill your water bottle. Pret refused to do this.

If I could give it a minus I would .
The sandwich was fine .
However the staff were ABYSMAL and oblivious.
As I paid the guy behind the counter pointed barely to the pay terminal then continued his conversation with two other employees .
Not one word exchanged between us .
I rarely rarely leave bad reviews but this place is dire .

I travel a lot for business and I'll avidly avoid Pret from now on .

Love the range of top quality items. Join Club Pret like I did and benefit from 5 cups per day! Yesterday I visited Pret, Chester for the first time. The staff were lovely and friendly as always.

Staff and shop are great, energetic to liven you for the early morning flight! Matcha latte with rice-coconut milk was good taste-wise, but texture was a let-down with very little foam that dissipated quickly as seen in pic.

Pret A Manger, a nationwide chain for Sandwiches, Salads and Pasta. Mostly healthy Sandwiches with lots of wholemeal bread options and interesting fillings. However the coffee was pretty average. In the last 3 weeks back in the UK I havent found one decent cup of coffee anywhere and this place is no exception, pretty bland coffee by all accounts. I'm rating this 3 star simply because the Sandwich was nice.

Not a great selection but what I did have was lovely. Service was woeful. Took forever and all I needed was someone to scan the prices - I didn’t need any coffees made or heated foods. Tables weren’t that clean and there weren’t any power point which is bizarre in this day and age let alone with business people travelling.

Pret is a stylish chain and I appreciate it. This one in Manchester plays great music as a bonus to their good food.

My only complaint is that they don't know what green tea is. They're not alone in this. There is a tendency to mix teas so if you order Jasmine tea you get green tea plus a few Jasmine flowers, not as good as a pure cup of Jasmine tea.

At prey I ordered green tea and it tastes of Lemongrass. I rip open the bag and sniff the evidence. Lemongrass dominates.

Why do they do this? I'm sure they're too busy and important to answer this question so I'll give them three stars ad an expression of disapproval.
