Julie served me today in here and her positive happy energy was amazing, made my morning coffee even better. Plus the coffee comes out in less than 30 seconds!!
I had the most aweful 7 hour train journey and a very upbeat energized Rosa was super helpful and understanding…she has exceptional people skills and deserves some company recognition.

Great seating area behind the front shop area, nice and quiet with lots of light. Decent selection of food despite it being the lunch rush. Worst matcha latte I’ve ever had anywhere - it was pale grey and I highly doubt contained any matcha, would have asked staff about it but I didn’t have time to stop.
Every single time I come in here the staff are so lovely. Michal and Gabriel always have a smile on their face. I go to this Pret rather than others because the staff are nicer and they always have a good selection of food and pastries.
Worst coffee I had here. The Latte they gave me was of Soy milk and I didn't order with Soy milk. Additional, as this cafe is at train station, they give the Latte in takeaway cups. Hence they didn't foam the milk correctly and it tasted watery and not creamy as it should be. Just because it is served in a takeaway cup doesn't mean it should be give like this. Disgraceful Pret A Manger.
Stopped in to get a coffee for my train journey. Asked for an almond milk latte and was given a cows milk latte which I can't drink. By the time I realised I was already on my platform. For the price you pay I was hoping for something I could enjoy without the risk of public diarrhoea
