Have had decent experiences going to the actual movies here. Unfortunately if you have to use the restrooms... bring your own napkins or tissues. The last 3 times I've been there (especially on the 2nd floor) no toilet paper and absolutely disgusting! Like you're lucky if they're cleaned on a weekly basis! I've used better port-a-potties! Want to puke just thinking about it!
Would give it zero stars if it was possible. This was the dirtiest theatre I have ever visited and had to take another shower and burn the clothes because I entered this place. The floors were sticky and each every seat had gum, stains from drinks and lord knows whatever else on there. The seats had ZERO leg room, a 5 foot person could barely squeeze in and knees be touching the seats in front. The seats were broken and literally shaking and arm rests were all broken too. I refuse to sit in a place this disgusting for free, let alone a place I paid my hard earned money. Thank you for ruining a nice Saturday night out AMC!!!
Went back right away to return the drink/popcorn and the tickets, the nice lady at the front desk apologized and told me that all AMC theatres have seats that are NOT compatible with IMAX.
Oh and another thing, do NOT pay with apple pay at AMC, you cannot get money back and instead get a gift card. I am not sure what I am going to do with the gift card, I would not even give it to my worst enemy and have them suffer through this embarrassment of a place.

My wife and I saw an ad for UFC 304 to be playing at an AMC theater. I thought it would be nice to watch it on a big screen so I bought tickets. The fights were supposed to start at 9 PM so we ordered food online to be ready at 8:50. AMC Woodfield was the only one that was showing it, so me and my wife drove about 25 minutes to the theater. The The food was ready on time, but it wasn’t in the mobile pick up order area. I had to go to the counter and ask for it. We walked in the theater at 8:55 PM and screen is off. 9 o’clock comes and the screen is still off. About 9:15 people start going downstairs to ask for a refund. A worker comes in the theater at 9:25 and says the screen will be on in five minutes. We’re having technical difficulties just be patient. They come back in at 9:50 and say at the screen is not coming on, go downstairs for a refund. When we went to get the refund, we were told they could not refund our money because we paid with Apple Pay. They ended up giving us a gift card for the amount we paid for the tickets. Basically, we spent 50 minutes between the drive going and coming, an hour looking at a blank screen and ate overpriced food while looking at the blank screen. I’ve been going to movie theaters for 35 years, and this is the first time that the screen would not turn on.
Theater is two levels. Ticketing and concessions at ground level. When you first get to the upper level, it's a very open lobby space that feels like more should be happening at it, but it just had the big movie standees. Saw there were bathrooms on ground level behind the escalators and on upper level near the escalators as well. Upper level theaters are down a long hallway. Seats were clean, the common red AMC leather reclining chairs. Something different from our usual theater was they had cup holders in the middle arm rest instead of just the outer ones. General theater seemed clean and temperature was comfortable.
A big venue. Comfortable seats and nice screens and audio. Good selection of fountain drinks and treats too.

All the seats are NOT their usual recliners but are fabric-covered chairs (beware chocolate blobs) that rock back about 3". Also, they are not roomy at all (side-to-side, or knee-to-chairback in front of you for people stepping over you) and they have very awkward arm-rests. The sound is phenomenal 🙌. The screen doesn't seem as big as the one on Navy pier. But the worst part?... The Imax theater is the LAST theater in this facility and seems 2 football fields away from bathrooms. If you're seeing a 3 hour epic movie, don't drink pop beforehand/during, or you'll miss 10 minutes of the flick.... so stars removed for ridiculous bathroom placement and uncomfortable seats. Stars added for sound and selection of movies.

The sound system and seats are super comfortable, hard to go back to old school stadium style seats. My bud wants these soft seats. However the lobbies and interior could use a makeover 🤗

Great food. Bathroom was out of order due an issue that day.
Our second go to movie theater. It's in a prime location and draws different crowds. It is huge and has many screens. They play international movies as well. You'll enjoy the real movie experience with the right amount of sound and the upgraded projection technology. Make sure to order your snacks soon enough because the crowds get bigger for good movies. All round a good time. They also offer discount Tuesdays.
Went to Maggiano's restaurant for lunch. Food was delicious. I have a food allergy & they were very careful about my order. Much appreciated.
Believe the comments about how dirty this theater is. I am actually shocked that it became this way, I use to go here all the time before the renovation and after. It was much cleaner around that time, I don’t know what happened. The carpets are filthy, the theaters smell musty, the bathrooms are gross. This theater needs a DEEP clean. Will not ever come here again.
Top secret truck parking on the east side by the furniture road but when you come in with a truck and trader you might have to wait until the parking lot is empty before for you can leave.
There is a lot of places to walk around but at night time there's a lot of hot rods especially the weekends.
A truck driver needs to talk to security guards so they know who you are and how long it plan on staying and where you're truck is parked. And they will guard it for you.
A lot of stores of shut down and everything's expensive but it's a nice place to park for a truck in the chicago area if there's only a few trucks.

I went to see a movie here about a week or so ago and I will never go back to this theater. It was absolutely FILTHY. The bathrooms had no less than 12 clogged toilets on the first floor and the second story bathroom had literal brown scum in the sinks from not being cleaned. I got pretzel bites at the concession stand and they literally stunk (like smelled bad... not like food and I couldn't eat it). I had to leave the movie and return them and while I was in like someone else was returning their hot dog for being basically inedible. I tried to get a drink and 4-5 of the drink machines had no ice. This place has fallen into disrepair and squalor and it was not a good experience.

Streets of Woodfield may be showing its age, but there is still plenty to do there. Parking is often easy to find, and it's very walkable. They also seem to have cleaned up the place as far as security.
Took my little kids on the weekend to their first movie in a theater. They loved it, calling it the best and fanciest theater ever. We had lots of fun. The kids liked the big reclining seats and gradually got used to the volume. They got kids packs which included small popcorn, small drink and a packet of fruit snacks.
Overall, it's a great place for Lego lovers. My 5-year-old had a blast. The only issue I had was with the female ride conductor. She was so sweet and caring with the child ahead of us. But when our family was about to board, she told my son that he had to scrub her toilet as a deal to be able to ride. I almost put her head into one! Very ignorant woman.
Saw Oppenheimer. IMAX screen does not deliver/due justice. First row of elevated seats is essentially obstructed view due to "guardrail." Old seats, out if alignment and foam is completely warn in theater 15. Movie was good, but environment left lots to be desired. Please invest in updates.
I have been here for a long time and we found the food court which was absolutely wonderful. fantastic choices, very clean, plenty of places to sit. also, it felt like how the food court was when I was growing up.
Great place to hangout. Clean and well managed. Specially at evening it’s great. Not too far from North Suburb. Lots of food options. Overall it’s a great place to spend time. Close to 53 so it’s easy reachable. It’s good and safe.
This shopping center looks very inviting but they need more businesses there like another gaming place, a bowling place, and more food places that will keep people coming and make you want to park and stay for a few hours.
Reclining chairs were comfortable but there is a slight problem. I noticed it I don’t know about others. When the chairs are reclining there is a gap between upper seat and lower seat and if you drop something there mistakenly. it’s very hard to get it out. I dropped my phone through it and struggled alot to get it out. Seats were amazing but the gap also feels absurd to the body. Popcorn had great quantity. Overall am never disappointed with AMC.
A lot of fun stuff to do and places to get a snack or full meal. You can play some arcade games and see a movie then get a dessert to finish the day.
It's well placed across from the mall and should be the setup for other malls that need more business in my opinion.

I had the sea food salad,it was delicious, and the dressings, were oh so good , especially the Italian dressing 👍
First of all we do love this theatre the location and the reclining seats. However, the theaters themselves are dirty the cup holders are sticky there are a lot of seats with tears or rips in them and almost always popcorn on the floor when entering. They just don't seem to be cleaned between showings.
Lately the staff has been more interested in talking to each other than helping customers which can be frustrating when you're trying to order food and no one is paying attention.

Do NOT go to see a movie in IMAX here. There has been a "frozen pixel" (could be screen damage?) for several months. I told a manager and they said they've never heard a problem. Seats in their IMAX theater are also very dirty. Someone peeled off the seat numbers on our roe as well.
Other auditoriums are updated, however. This is just not a premium IMAX experience despite what they charge.

Just enjoyed Mario the movie. Big and spacious theatre. Food and drinks can be pre-purchased and delivered right to your seat at certain times. It could use some improvements. It would be nice if the audiance dispose their trash in the designated bins instead of leaving it behind. It would show respect to the theatre staff and the space we are all sharing
