One of my most favourite restaurants in the world!!! I wanted to try haggis and did some research about the best restaurants in London who offer this traditional dish. I was not disappointed. :) The food quality was out of this world and the service was excellent!!! I want to be back when I will be visiting London again.

Amazing place serving the best of modern Scottish food. Class act. Great service.
Very interesting visit with more than you expect to find with a library, museum and shop. The building has fantastic architecture throughout and refreshments are readily available with a seated area.

Everything you'd expect from a fine dining establishment of their stature. Their gin and juniper cured venison is one of their really unique dishes.

We went there last Sunday, I honestly can’t rate this place enough, amazing food great atmosphere and super friendly staff ( Tara ) was particularly nice and very helpful she helped us choose the food and drinks from the menu and made us feel very comfortable and welcomed!
It’s very hard to find places like this nowadays. if you are in Camden I would highly recommend you visiting this awesome pub ! Cheers ☺️

This is a third class shop in Whitechapel. Do not buy from this shop. If you want to eat meat biriyani without meat, then go to this shop. This is a rubbish shop in our whole Bengali community. Not only that I have found a cockroach smell in the shop and a rat was running in the corner of the shop. Very dirty. Customer service and health and safety is below the standard level.

We chose to dine at Boisdale because of its menu and the live entertainment. This British restaurant is located in Belgravia, London.

This unique upscale restaurant has a lively atmosphere. Nice vibe and decor. Tables are very close to each other though. Great selection of food but the service was poor and so slow from the very beginning. It got worse when this place got busy as the live band started around 9pm.

I had half a dozen of natural oysters for starter. Fresh and meaty. My main, the Fish Pie was loaded with generous amount of seafood and so delightful. Everyone else was happy with their food too.

We had to wait for quite awhile to get attention to order for some desserts. We almost changed our mind for it. Anyway, the sticky toffee pudding was delicious but we’re all agreed that it would be nicer to have it with ice cream instead of cream.

Their bar is in a separate room and on the right side of the restaurant. Restrooms are located upstairs.

We’re not impressed with the service. Our server wasn’t attentive and seemed too occupied. Probably the restaurant was too busy but NO excuse!

What a quality night spot this is. Traditional boozer. Cosy setting. Great vibe. Superb & varied live music, esp DJ sets on Thur, Fri, Sat nights every week. Special shout out to Spence for his hospitality & friendliness! Go, you won’t be disappointed!

I enjoyed my time at the garden museum! Very niche and specific gallery though — I found some parts of the gallery more interesting than others.

The climb to the top of the tower was surprisingly nice! Though I do not recommend if you have any issues with balance as the stairway is quite narrow and the steps are somewhat uneven. The gift shop was also very nice, and the book selection good!
Amazing. All 4 rooms were brilliant. I thought the Van Gough exhibition we saw recently was great but this was to another level. People of all ages were here enjoying.

Awe inspiring experience!! You truly don’t have to be a lover of Art to enjoy this! I would recommend to bring kids along as well, very creative and fun! We took our time enjoying the different viewing rooms and you can make yourself comfortable and sit on the floor/benches and take your time taking in the art.

Sat outside for lunch on a Sunday - great Vantage point as we could hear the live jazz music indoors but could also enjoy good weather.
Food was fresh and well presented, the wines prosecco went down a treat, service was good and the combination of Al fresco dining, music, good company in the sun made for a great atmosphere.
One of the highlights - the apple crumble desert with custard - absolutely delightful - worth a visit for that alone.
Highly recommended
Amazing for artist lovers, for families, for young kids, older kids and for everyone I guess! We have paid for family of 4 online tickets (74£). We have spent good two hours, including some time at the onsite coffee shop and the little souvenir shop. There is a facility of keeping the coats and belongings in a closet (1£per item).

Went to see the very funny Tom Houghton. Great little venue.
Great experience. We loved the immersion into the pictures. Our favourite was the interactive paint, which was like leaves on the floor, moving as you walked through them. There was a cloakroom where you could leave your coats & bags for small donation to charity. A reasonably priced cafe where you could get refreshments before, during or after visiting the various rooms. Overall - excellent!

Fantastic food at cheap price. Can't believe meat biryani at the price of £1.99
Second time going to this, but the difference was this time we got the Lates tickets for over 18s only. And I highly recommend it. Gone were the overcrowding and kids. It felt like a proper grown up gallery experience and with no distractions we got to really soak it in and appreciate the visuals and audio. You can even take in a drink with you (apart from the interactive room).
I just love the cafe/bar space and the unisex toilets were lovely and clean. There is a complimentary cloakroom and gift shop. It was perfect!
What an amazing place to visit! Some of the rooms were busier than others and some rooms had a lot of children running about, but it was still quite a breathtaking experience. To be honest, if it wasn't so busy I may have relaxed so much that I fell asleep! Well worth a visit.
Came for a friends Birthday! Unforgettable experience, 4 rooms with beautiful art abstract displays and fitting music scores. I saw my favourite artists and paintings on display! Magical, we were there for 2.5 hours! Go for it , oh the lady at the art shop was so gracious ✨✨✨
Great multisensory experience. We really enjoyed the interactive exhibition and music. There are 4 rooms, we really enjoyed the first 3 rooms. The abstract art wasn't that interesting and was the longest.
If you're a student I recommend to buy students tickets which are 50% off.

The only downside was the amount of people in the rooms, some people stayed in the middle of the rooms all time taking photos. It would be more enjoyable if they let less people in.
Used it as a Christmas party venue in 2023. Amazing! Well staffed, beautiful inside and the nibbles were amazing - although the fish pie didn't go down well at a party...

The show was great, the space for the comedy shows - not so much. I got over the tightness though. It was having no working taps in the toilets that got me. You had to go out, and queue to use the one tap, tiny sink in the access WC. It was a mess.
We visited as a member of our group is a Freemason overseas.
We were all welcomed and directed towards the open areas.
The museum is full of interesting items and the library housed numerous documents and artifacts from around the world.
Very ample space, and interesting even for a layman.
The gift shop was well stocked and fairly priced.
The cafe was great, ample space, and the prices are quite moderate too.
I would recommend a visit.
What a spot! Thank god for upstairs seating because the space downstairs is packed always due to the pubs amazing atmosphere. Pleased to say the vibes are calmer/less crowded upstairs but be prepared to share tables and not be shy to ask or be asked. All in all, sick and cute pub, vibey lights, and a cameo attitude from staff!

Brothers I will truthfull here and will not elaborate.

The chicken burger I brought as a meal for 5 pound was not edible. The chicken smelt funny and the texture of the meat was stringy and hard to eat. I was expecting a chicken fillet laced inside a bun. But what I got was overcooked small little bits of chicken.

This is by far the worst chicken burger I have eaten.

I'm sad to write this but you need to know that it's quite a shame that you serve halal food in this way that I had to chuck it in the bin, and I never chuck food.

My son had the 1/4 pounder he eat his one and said it was nice 👍

Please fix up inshallah
May Allah give you ease and bless your halal business ameen.
A highly anticipated dinner that didn’t quite live up to expectations.

The service was rushed and inattentive. Staff were visibly on their phones rather than table-side.

The food was mediocre on the whole.

The atmosphere, lighting and decor can’t be faulted. The live show is worth experiencing.

A wonderful space dedicated to sharing migration-related stories and a lovely introduction to Lewisham's migrant-owned businesses as well. Plenty of fun props and realia to entertain kids. The selection of gifts and books are well-curated and provide excellent options for the holiday season!

I have meant to visit for ages, did today and thoroughly enjoyed it. Much more enjoyable than I expected and I am not a gardener. Climb the church tower for river and London views. The building itself (a deconsecrated church) is historically interesting, Captain Bligh is buried in the courtyard, both the current temporary exhibition and permanent collection are worth visiting to see the unusual (for an Anglican church) full immersion font, exhibits like the William Hogarth designed annual pass for the Vauxhall Pleasure Gardens and Gertrude Jekyll letters. There is a shop, clean, well appointed toilets and a cafe which I didn't go into but was busy, welcoming and had a menu that looked a cut above your typical museum cafe. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wonderful museum in a converted church which was newly renovated recently. Well worth a visit to find out about the world of gardening in England from public parks to private gardens. Very informative and well laid out. If the weather is dry you can also get a view from the tower top. There is also a cafe and more exhibitions outside. It also covers the history of Lambeth in parts.

Hidden gem in the heart of Lewisham Shopping Centre. Shines a light on the fascinating migrant origins of many British brands, businesses, and institutions, from well-known to family-owned, which have influenced history, culture and ways of life on a local, national, or even international scale. Many immersive, interactive exhibits; friendly staff; and free admission.

Compared to my first visit soon after it opened the gallery spaces are much better and lottery money has been invested in buying some lovely paintings of gardens which I hope they continue to do.
The Dan Pearson courtyard garden is now fully matured and looking very lush.
My visit was to see the Frank Walter paintings and the curation of the exhibition is superb as was my lunch in the cafe.
My only gripe is that I still feel it’s an expensive experience.
The Canopy Market is one of the hidden gem of King Cross,i think its a great choice of food place and hand craft items, must cisit place.

At first it was bit difficult to locate where we must be as there was the art fair happening. And apparently Truman brewery has different entrances. But once we saw the sign outside we were relieved. We first made some pictures around the area, as Shoreditch is ofc known for its street art along with some other titles. Secondly made a pitstop by the vintage market and spent some time there. Finally we went to the fair inside and it didn't disappoint!

Attended the Saturday Night Comedy show and it was absolutely hilarious with a wide range of styles.

The venue is intimate so be a little bit early to get a good seat. Also get your drink at the bar before you head up to the club (or at the break) because it's hard to wiggle your way out in the middle of the show (you'll also make yourself out as an easy target for taking the piss out of).

Be warned if you sit in the front row you will be dragged in as part of the show.

(The comedy club is up stairs so those with mobility issues should make further enquiries, but the seats upstairs are very comfortable)

Lovely visit to this museum which dates back to the medieval era on neighbours day and participating in most activities, enjoyed a small tour across the road at the old paradise garden and relaxing outside the museum garden. All staff and those running the activities were helpful, delicious free cakes and tea too.

Lots of bits of information about gardening and church history dotted around on the ground floor. Beautiful architecture with a nice little shop, some a bit expensive but their is good quality brands. I hope to be back to visit again to explore more and the upstairs collection as I'm a keen gardener.

An interesting museum dedicated to the history of gardening. The people working there are very nice and friendly. I love the activities for the children to engaged with gardening from the early age. It was very interesting reading about Beatrix Farrand, who shared her first experiences of gardening with her grandmother who instilled in her great love and respect for the plants.
The restaurant and coffee shop offers a daily fresh menu at reasonable price in a nicely decorated place surrounded by plants.
You can even look at the chefs while cooking in an open area. When I was there they were preparing bread 😃I thought it could be a brilliant area to have a cooking lesson there 😃
By the time that I arrived, 4pm, I was late for the delicious lunch of the day! On my bucket list to have lunch there soon 😋😋😋
As well the is a hall for hiring to have work meeting.
I enjoyed sitting outside, nice & peaceful area while reading the stones on the floor of the courtyard. Few yards away across the road there is a small park “Old Paradise Garden” where you can see planters constructed by the “Garden Museum”

We came for the free museum, and found it to cover a lot of facets of the Freemasons history, rituals, and beliefs without being too overtly propagandizing (which is what I had thought it might do). We spent about an hour - 30-35 minutes in the museum then another 25-30 in the library and south gallery.

There is a lot of information information about the rituals, objects, how quickly it expanded worldwide, key figures and members, etc. Signage is quite clear, and you can either take a quick look at the big signs, or learn a little more in-depth details by reading about the specific objects (as those commonly contained interesting factoids vs. just saying what the object was). It did occasionally feel like name dropping - Ben Franklin, Voltaire, royalty, etc. - and when heading to the second library/south gallery side it mentioned people that dissented but then didn’t really elaborate, which was a little disappointing.

It is free to enter, though there is an audio guide available for £5.

They also have a gift shop, and clean toilets.

Good pub just outside Camden Town tube station. Decent selection of beers, including a some from a local micro brewery. Sunday lunch - very good. Nice ambience. Plus a small function room with live music upstairs....
Loads of quality second-hand gear! It's a fantastic vibe, with street food on another level. Pick a sunny day, and you will spend some quality time eating, drinking, and looking around.

This museum adds so much to Lewisham shopping Centre. Free entrance, no tickets required, wheelchair accessible, toilets available. They have different exhibitions and also do workshops. Children area is great fun for kids, always organised and clean. You can purchase gifts or books at the entrance of the museum. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
Constantly changing set of start up and new designer shops. There seems to be new clothes, drink and food places every time I visit but there are a couple of staples. First is the always excellent Rough Trade Easy with fantastic selection of vinyl and music related goods. It now has a coffee shop and looks like it might sell alcoholic beverage as well. Worth looking at the bands that play here, usually when launching an album and usually including a signing of some sort. Second is the market in the basement which has a selection of vintage clothes if you are prepared to search.

It's a small market but interesting. Beside a big Waitrose. Mulled Gin is nice and some of the niche sales funny goods. You could buy foods like bread, hamburger, Tart etc. It services some places you can sit and have a rest.
I love this place. It really felt Xmasy. The decorations were simple but effective. The food was interesting, and so were the may handcrafted items sold. A bit on the expensive side, mind you. The toilets were reasonable clean. I only wish the market was bigger cause it's fairly small.

Had agreat day at the Roehampton Club today with The Golf Club Secretary's Open qualifying event - the golf course played very well and the greens were excellent. All of the facilities are outstanding (many quality tennis and other racket sports courts, gyms, swimming pools, health spa, etc) and every member of staff that I met were smiling, friendly and helpful. The meal after play was lovely. Definitely five stars😁
Great place for the future to hire. Lots of facilities. Really lovely staff on site. Something for all ages
From the moment we picked up the phone to enquire about hiring the space to us driving away on Saturday 26th Sep just after the wedding, both Sandra and Lynn have both been absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The team at WF Community hub helped us to problem solve throughout with the lockdown restrictions and what we really appreciated was their open and honest communication with us about what was and wasn't possible due to covid restrictions, plus their eye for the detail and going out of their way to help us out with things like the chair covers.

We had a fab time with the handful of family that came to witness our nuptials. We can't thank you enough for everything you did for us, right up until the very last moment.
Highly recommend venue in the heart of Walthamstow Village.

Good prices, good, simple food. This place is popular with the locals. I had meat biryani - it tasty, fairly spiced. The best part was price - £2.20 with the salad!
We held our daughter’s wedding here; many people commented on how beautiful the hall looked. Amazing club that offers more than we could have every hoped for in a sports club. We can play golf, tennis and squash all in one place. We also like using the gym and the classes and the outdoor pool in the summer.
The facilities for children are also incredible. Mini tennis courts and many play facilities.
We can’t even imagine SW London life without Roehampton Club anymore!
Had our wedding ceremony and reception here and it was a fantastic venue, the staff were so helpful in helping us set up what we chose to be quite a DIY day and there’s plenty of room for a large or small event - highly recommended!!
Excellent sports club extremely close to central London. Continually upgrading facilities and clubhouse. Top for young families. Tennis. Croquet. And very well kept golf course .
Great venue for 60th birthday party. Special shout out for Sandra, who was amazing as a support to our planning and also - special bonus - supplied the music, singing and dj'ing for the evening.

- A place with a lot of history, where you can learn a lot.
- A very good place where you can spend a few hours and learn something new.

Bad:
- a little bit hidden place to find.
- I am not sure if there is a disabled access.

Will I visit it again - yes.

Friendly and helpful staff. Eat in environment could have been better but it's not that bad. Food is great compared to the price.
Must try food: grilled wings.
They don't have credit machine so don't forget to bring cash with you.
We enjoy being part of this youth club. The WFCH youth club is very well organised with various activities, outings & opportunities that encourage older youths to serve their own local community. The leadership & staff are absolutely committed not just to give local youths a good time in a safe place but also an opportunity to feel accepted, be mentored & supported in more ways than one, amazingly, not just by the adults but equally by the older teens themselves, looking out for one another. Mental health is valued here. The club feels inclusive including for the 2 disabled teens we know there. We are thrilled to be part of their vision, & hopefully in future, when our disabled child is more able, he can do his bit to help out, sports wise.
