The RAH is the most amazing place! As a venue it is has an intimate atmosphere (even though it actually houses around 5k people). Acoustics are excellent, accessibility less so, but only because of the era in which it was built. Underground links are excellent, or you can pay a (relatively) modest fee for parking at Imperial if that suits you instead. Across the road is Hyde Park which is a beautiful place to spend time in before a performance. Highly recommended!

A good place for a coffee and some stimulation on the built environment.
Lots of good exhibitions and innovative suppliers.
Food is better than in past iterations.
Amazing hall. Would recommend everyone to see a show. I was on the cheapest tier (20 pounds tickets) would definitely recommend paying a bit more i could only see 2/3 of the stage. You can get tickets at the door but its not cheap so might as well get them in advance so you can pick your seats.
Great venue. Fantastic acoustics with uninterrupted views from the majority of seats (though you can check on their app to see what the view looks like from your seat). Was there to see French Band AIR. Who were formidable.
Stunning venue inside and out.

If you get the chance come early and have a walk around the building and have a look at the Albert Memorial in Kensington Gardens a minutes walk from the main entrance, the souvenir/concession stall for bands is also usually located there.

South Kensington tube station is the nearest as far as walking distance to the RAH. About 7-10 minutes away. High Street Kensington is a short bus trip away too. It’s also possible to use Gloucester Road tube station though it’s a 15-20 minute walk.

Attended Bryan Adams Reckless Gig. Sat in Loggia box and was great view. Sound was on point and overall great friendly experience. Expect queues for bars and toilets as per.

Note to establishment, have management located within close distance of bars to support them. One bar near Door 3 poor girls were pushed and clearly needed help when they got confused or weren't sure on certain drinks. Also need better selection and cheaper prices as they were too high for a venue.

Saw the Bryan Adams concert at RAH. Got great tickets in a box. Very easy venue to get to and into. Plenty of food/snack/drink options (including a champagne bar). Drove and found street parking nearby. Place was packed with so much energy! Concert was amazing!

My second time at this place. Great experience and fast entrance. Restaurantes are beautiful and the theatre is magnificent. Anywhere you seat you have a great view. It was really a wonderful night and a must place to visit.

The Royal Albert Hall is a fantastic venue. I attended for Dave Matthews Band in April and I was very happy overall, though that’s largely due to the concert itself. The staff were all very useful and were able to direct and inform perfectly. The doors opened earlier than originally stated which was good as I could just get straight in. The main issue with the venue is the astronomical prices at the bar. I hope you’ve brought your mortgage broker with you because you’ll need them if you want a coke and a packet of crisps!
Getting over that, the overall feeling of the venue was great, incredibly positive vibe and the show felt very intimate. The sound certainly wasn’t fantastic, but was very good from where I was. I imagine there are better places to be sat in the venue.

Last night was our very first time visiting the spectacular and iconic Royal Albert Hall in London and what an absolute treat and special place this is.

The evening was part of a week long event of various artists playing the venue to highlight and support a very worthy charity, The Teenage Cancer Trust. Last night was the turn of The Chemical Brothers who are an amazing dance DJ set.

We have seen the Chemical Brothers before and had a fantastic time however, the artist aside, this time to be able to see them at The Royal Albert Hall was something quite special.

This building is steeped in history with an array of international superstars treading the boards going back generations through to modern times. Take your time to walk around the Hall concourse and read all the historic information displayed and photos of the acts and artists from over the years.

The Royal Albert Hall is immediately recognisable to everyone as it stands proud on Kensington Gore

By comparison to modern venues, the capacity of the Hall is relatively small at circa 5272 although its original design capacity was circa 12000.

The size and layout of the Hall means there isn’t a bad seat or view in the house and it certainly has a very close up and intimate feel.

Access to the Hall is as you’d expect very easy either by walking (pending where you are coming from) or public transport. Taxis are plentiful and quick to transport you back and forth with ease.

All in all, The Royal Albert Hall is an amazing venue to see whatever act or performance you have gone to see. If you support the performing arts and theatre then it is a must to experience this place at some point in your life.

Get yourself there and soak up some history…. You won’t be disappointed.
My visit to the ArcelorMittal Orbit in London was an unforgettable experience that truly stands out amongst the plethora of attractions the city has to offer. This isn't just any ordinary slide; it's a remarkable fusion of innovative architecture and adrenaline-pumping excitement. The slide itself is a quick 40-45 second descent, but those moments are packed with a rush that rivals any theme park water tunnel, yet in a completely unique setting.

The structure of the ArcelorMittal Orbit is an artistic marvel, towering above the London skyline. Its design is unlike anything I've ever seen, combining the thrill of a slide with the elegance of a sculpture. The ride was exhilarating, to say the least, sending me through twists and turns at a pace that was both thrilling and entirely safe, thanks to the meticulous precautions and equipment provided. Before embarking on this adventure, all personal belongings are securely stored in lockers, and safety gear including knee pads and gloves are provided to ensure a smooth experience.

The staff at ArcelorMittal Orbit deserve special mention for their friendliness and understanding, making the entire process from start to finish seamless and enjoyable. Beyond the sheer thrill of the slide, the ArcelorMittal Orbit offers another unparalleled feature: the view from the top. Before you take the plunge, you're treated to a breathtaking panorama of London, offering a unique perspective on the city that is worth the visit alone.

Although the slide is the main attraction, the site boasts other activities that I'm eager to return for. The fact that it holds the title of the world's tallest and longest tunnel slide only adds to its allure. My first visit was an incredible adventure, and I'm already planning a return trip later this year to explore

Cultural offer is mediocre and suitable for an aging audience. The exhibitions are lazy and small minded. The quality of events depend on the speakers. The depressing and stuffy event spaces really don’t help. The building centre doesn’t seem to know what it is doing and gives the impression it would change industry if it could. Front of staff are rude and on their phones. Positives are its coffee, location, and basement bathrooms.

There is a nice cafe on the ground floor. Good selection of savoury items. Great for remote working, but internet access is time-limited. Very friendly staff. Within walking distance from Tottenham Court Road and Goodge Street stations.

It’s a slight go around to actually get to the place. Really good fun and is worth going around the Olympic park. As always weather depending which is difficult in London ☔️

I don’t like typical touristy stuff so getting to walk around and exist in the same space as students and professionals was just the thing I needed. The exhibition was temporary but so brilliant, I asked if they sold a compilation or book I could take home. They didn’t sell books on the exhibition but apparently a lot of people ask them for it. Quaint. Quiet. Amazing bathrooms I should mention. Great design. Loved the whole experience. Oh! And their cafe has good coffee and snacks as well.

Worth a visit with school groups lots of workshops available, would also recommend cafe and they also have work spaces. Seems to have lots of exhibitions of Sustainable building materials and practices.
Amazing views especially during the west ham game. The crowd chants and seeing them pile out from above is like seeing a wilderbeast migration .

Slide was fun but it's not as scary/exhilarating as you think since no views of outside world.

Price is a tad steep but overall great day
Great fun was not sure how good it would be so booked in for 1 slide and we ended up having multiple! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Amazing view from the top.

I was given this experience as a gift which came with a bottle of prosecco. There was a bit of a wait to get on the ride but it was fun watching others go down. The slide was enjoyable but was over quite quickly. I would recommend trying it once but it's not something I'll keep going back to try. I would buy tickets in advance and tell them you have a ticket with prosecco at reception.

Myself and my 16-year-old daughter recently visited the ArcelorMittal Orbit, which is a giant observation wheel and slide in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, London. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this experience to others.
We started by riding the slide, which was very exciting given how high it was and the length of time you got to ride it. It's definitely not for the faint of heart, but it's a lot of fun.
After the slide, we went to the viewing level, which is located at the top of the Orbit. The views of London from the viewing level are amazing. You can see all the way from Buckingham Palace to the Shard. The outside viewing platforms are very good, although if you're not good with heights, this is definitely something that will test your nerves.
We didn't do the abseiling, but my sons are planning to come in the future to give it a go.
Overall, we had a really enjoyable time. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the views are simply amazing.
If you're looking for a fun and exciting activity in London, I would definitely recommend visiting.

I was here today with my brother we, had a amazing time. I am not a fan of heights, but I. Enjoyed the views of London. And the slide was, very quick, sharp at some. Turns and left me, feeling. Lightheaded and dizzy, when I got to, the bottom of the slide. 😄👍

Currently showing an exhibition on the history of the building centre. As well as a smaller exhibition on sustainable building materials. Well worth a visit.

What a wonderful space to go for a meeting or to do some work. Close to Goodge Street underground so getting there is easy. There is a great coffee shop on the premises which serves all kinds of tasty treats.

Currently there's three exhibitions going on. One is for the Crossrail 2 project, the second is about digital design and construction, the third about modular design concepts to try and solve the chronic shortage of housing in London. I really enjoyed the latter, especially how quickly a new high rise building can be built using "factory manufacturing" techniques for building homes using pre-built units.

The lower floor seems to be some kind of sales convention with lots of companies in the buildings trade hawking their products. It was a Saturday when I visited and all the booths were empty, which was actually quite good because I got to wander around and actually look at stuff without getting harassed by sales.
