I was DEEPLY disappointed by this park- the playground was great, but everyone else seemed to think so too. The parking is horrendous, there should have been more trash cans and the bathroom situation is an embarrassment. Do better, Denver.

Stunning in every possible way possible! The art, the gardens, the service, and the architecture are all flawless. The art, of course, is the crowning achievement. My granddaughter is quite fond of the art area located upstairs, where they have a wide variety of wonderful materials to use in their creations.

This park has undergone some big changes for the better over the past year and the landscaping work looks wonderful. Can't wait for the Latino League baseball to start up again and go to their Sunday games.
I attended a birthday party here in December & I can't recommend this place enough. The decor, the views & those spectacular clock faces! The owner Holly couldn't have been more welcoming & accommodating & went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. It was!
Pretty small museum and not that interesting, I was done in about an hour. All the art is somewhat similar and I guess this genre isn't really for me. Kirkland across the street is way more interesting

I've been to the cabaret the times now, and every experience has been exceptional. The venue is a little garish, which is a little perfect for the shows. Staff is all friendly and helpful. The performers are all very good at their craft, whatever their craft is! Will be back again for sure!

My wife and I moved to the Washington Park area about 20 years ago and have never looked back.

The park here is so spacious and beautiful that it almost has a sacred tinge. So many people enjoy it, all seasons.

I particularly like walking my dog here and taking a few minutes out to watch tennis players compete with each other on the south courts. The recreation area, which has a pool, gym and weight room, is another big plus.

I have had so many wonderful experiences here.
Garland is a great starting point for further running adventures -- down by the creek, or to City of Potenza Park to the southwest and Cook Park to the southeast. Neat paved track plenty of space to pass, and far enough to go for that long run as well.

This is the staple for Denver Colorado. Has an amazing track around two lakes. Lots of cool parks for kids to play at dogs are definitely welcome because I keep bringing my dog here. There’s a little pond that my dog loves getting into. If you find this place you found the one.

My great Aunt Grace owned it. Spent many family holidays there. It’s beautiful!
It's a cute park, the trails desperately need fixed though

Since I recently moved close to Washington Park I have been coming here quite often. It's a huge park and a recreation center as well. Smith lake is also here and so is Lily pond ,I like to walk around both. The park has a lot of floral beauty. It also has a garden of some sort. You can rent pedaling boats here. They probably have other stuff you can rent and do on the water as well. A lot of people fish here too. It's a very busy park but there is a lot of room! When they have sports activities going on it can get quite busy!

Large field for soccer and for dogs to run. Family friendly playground in a quiet neighborhood.

Great bike ride from Co Blvd to University.... mountain views, many birds, occasional fox, in summer bats come out, many beautiful species of trees, bushes, grasses, flowers. Good example of "natural state" of front range plains/prairie. North is nice view off Steel and I25, South you can reach Harvard Gulch or DU in 10 mins. Across University, reach Washington Park in 15 mins. Be safe.

Beautiful Park! Great walking path all the way around it. Dog park, tennis courts, playground and very clean restrooms. A little stream runs along the side of the path, and the other side of the path is the pond.
Never look behind the sculpture. It's a homeless brothel/out door restroom.
I absolutely Loved the Park and little pond that attracts ducks and all sorts of other birds. There is a a couple softball fields and Tennis courts. I bet you are wondering If I Love everything about the park then why a 3 star rating?? Well Everything is Lovely EXCEPT the residents in the apartment/condos that face this park...Almost All if them like to watch you play with your kids or kids playing by themselves while parents look on. We only stayed 30mins before I noticed. Alot of joggers and walkers are Ok but just to put out a blanket and pretend to get sun while watching me and my kids was very off-putting.
Boutique museum well laid out covering an artist that should have been considered a master of abstract. Must see installation for sure!!
Stunning all the way around! From the architecture, to the grounds, to the staff, and of course the art, perfection. My granddaughter loves the art room upstairs where they have a lot of great materials to make art with!
Nice space. Photos of building misleading. The angled building is the Denver Museum, behind the Still. Not as impressed with his long face, big feet period...even though that may be his defining work. Still ( no pun intended ) an enjoyable experience.
10/10 Lovely place, calm, easy to relax

It's a nice park, lots of space and enjoyable, not to mention not many people come here, I'm probably going to visit more often to unwind during my busy day at the campus,
Just a wonderful small museum focusing on a lesserJust a wonderful small museum on an artist you can see (almost) only in Denver. Mostly large-scale abstract paintings with striking color palettes. The architecture is also fantastic and it’s a great place to take a walk and relax. They change canvases every ~6 months and hold weekend concerts occasionally.

Great park here. Everyone is usually running, riding, rolling, or walking. Well maintained and also a great place for Bball or tennis. Highest recommendation for a park inside the city…. Oh, good for kids too!

My family and I really loved the Bright Lights display, highly recommend! Seems like it would be fun during the day just walking around and enjoying an oasis in the middle of the city.
Took my grandson here for the first time and it was a very nice, clean and quiet park. We went in the afternoon. They have a nice place set for the kids, basketball court, walking track and lots of grass and room to run!
a cute park. this park is mainly grass and trees. there are a few walking trails and ample street parking as well.
Worth checking out while walking Denver.

Really stunning scenery in an urban park with many amenities. The neighborhood is one of the best in Denver. Walk around the lake, play volleyball, basketball, picnic, recreation center. And tons of great green space in the shade for your get-together. Hiyak the gorgeous lake with a grand view of the front range. Worth checking out. Free admission. Plenty of parking around the park.

I am usually just passing through on my bike it's ok I guess? hit or miss on how crowded it is.
This park is small but pretty. There is only one covered area and two picnic tables. However, it is used frequently for organized activities such as volleyball and rugby games. Families who live nearby enjoy bringing their children to the park and the cement paths are convenient for seniors using walkers. There are benches throughout the park for them to sit and rest.

It is one of the most beautiful park in Denver. Spread over 155 acre, it has two big lakes and plenty of space for you to walk run or play with your friends. The park has enough to entertain and keep the kids of all ages busy. Basket ball court, running track, tennis courts children park are few facilities among many. I love visiting this park with my kids in the weekend. People are friendly and easy going. You will definitely not get bored in Washington Park. They have plenty of parking and restrooms as amenities.
I love this park all my kids love it here. They dont have to wait in line for the swing and they like to ride their scooters on the skateboard ramp thing

The park could be better if the city could figure out what to do with the homeless that plague this park. Also, there is trash all over the park. Dogs unleashed. Safety is a concern.
What a beautiful museum! I’m already a big fan of Still, one of the premiere abstract expressionists, so I knew I’d love their collection, but I wasn’t prepared for the beautiful, minimalist purpose-built exhibition space. Bonus points for making the space very comfortable with benches and approachable didactics, which makes the spaces accessible and family-friendly. If you aren’t familiar with Still, be prepared to be blown away by the beauty and scale of his paintings. Highly recommend.

The building is spectacular and all Clyfford Still’s works are just impressive! Spent about an hour and a half here and it was long enough to see it all and admire the beauty of these amazing paintings.

This is a historic mansion that is used for professional healthcare offices. Very unique location!
Fun sculpture. On the sidewalk as you go by. Hey it's free.
The oldest surviving block of buildings in the city of Denver. A cool little place for a self-guided tour (clear info plaques throughout). Only a block or two. Weirdly located. Definitely use GPS to get there.

Always clean and well lighted. Some afternoon it’s very crowded and everyone seems to be nice. Observatory Park is a block away… South very nice to start on Fillmore
An amazing location for viewing beautifully restored/preserved 100+ year old homes. All still in use as office space for the college. Could easily spend an hour here just reading the historical plaques. Great picnic spot.
Cute for a quick photo op if you’re walking downtown.

Was a good place to walk the dog has become too loud from speeding vehicles with altered exhaust systems. Watch where you step not everyone picks up after their dog.
Very mellow park, seems like a great place to walk your dog or go on a jog. There's a football field here so if you like to play football on the weekends or you and your friends have a team/league of you own. Seems like it would be a great place to go and smash your new rival football team,Your girlfriends Ex boyfriends team. Lol, all in good fun though.

Arrived on Sunday afternoon with 3 adults and 1 young child. Ash Grove park is well kept, clean, lots of grassy area, porta potty, and very nice play equipment. Picnic tables were in very good condition. We will definitely return.
My go-to for an evening walk with the dogs. So glad this historic part of Denver was preserved. Do yourself a favor and check it out! The architecture is beautiful - Sadly, they don’t make houses like that anymore.
Sean O’Meallie is the artist that made this 20 foot tall bronze sculpture. It has been here outside the Residence Inn since 2008.

I love this piece and was surprised to read that some folks don't. Probably shouldn't have been surprised, of course. Art either speaks to you, or it doesn't. To me, this sculpture is a total delight. It kinda reminds me of Yosemite Sam, but from a Toy Story perspective. Could also be kind of a commentary on the mythology embodied in the Hollywood version of the history of the American West.

I highly recommend at least a drive by visit. Together with "I See What You Mean," this is one of my favorite public art installations in beautiful Denver.
Good place for walking. I walk daily. But it doesn't have children play area. Wish there is one...
Interesting and historical houses.
I grew up in a Victorian house in England. Only one of them matched this era... rest were more European and dare I say it.. slightly german... none the less... it’s a nice 15 min experience in Denver

This is not a park but rather a walking/bicycling pathway along the road. It's paved and clean and safe place to walk. Few benches along the way. Not scenic, has view of houses and few buildings.

Always wanted to go inside and goodness it's beautiful! Glad my Rolfing specialist Eric Gordon is in there.
we had lunch by the Riverside while the kids were playing in the water and watching the ducks flutterby and if you're sitting in the right place you will see American flag waving at you from across the river through the trees just right above the hill

Not really a park so much as a narrow roadside open space with a paved sidewalk. I take my daily walks here and it's generally pleasant.
Get a little history lesson on the upper class of denver and take a nap in the grass!

I hope to own this one day.
Such a beautiful campus. Kept clean and great vibe.
OMG, I grew up here! For me, it was magical. The Christmas we had, the meals my Aunt Grace cooked up. Ha, the BANISTERS! Always got us kids in trouble. I'd give everything to have just one of those special days back.

The water fountain never seems to be working. People camping out leave trash under the trees just off the trail. People stopping by the tables & parking lot leave trash pretty much anywhere else. There is a porta-potty (& supposedly a water fountain) during the summer. Not the worst place to walk your dog, but please pick up after them. ('Duh', right?)
This park is close to my brothers condo. There is a green space and a walking path. This park is great for sports also. They do Volly Ball, Socker and there are Foot Ball posts there. It is great for young and old alike. It was great for getting my steps in for my Fit Bit. In the evenings it cools off around 8:00 at night. There is a lot of room for children to run and play. Come and check it out for yourself.

Lots of shade and open space. The grass is a little too long to play sports. And there is one port-o-potty on site.
It's a very chill place with cute old houses from the beginning of 20th century. Peaceful island of history in a couple of minutes from LightRail and Denver B-Cycle station. Grab a coffee/snack and come here to enjoy your lunch.
Too much poo. Nice flat open park good for field games. But local dog owners do not clean up after themselves. I would not take small children here for that reason.
Not much here but a trail head. Small parking lot with restroom. Mostly just people sitting in there cars or using as a turn around. Not bad if your fishing

Very nice walk, wish it was bigger and more secluded though. Good for morning runs out leisurely walks in the city
Jacobs park is a nice place to visit or have an eat or play sports. Playing sports is what Jacobs park is mostly for you can play football and have fun. If your not playing sports there isn't much else to do it's a very open park. I would recommend it, if your playing sports

Its okay, just a lot of trash everywhere, I thought it was the homeless until I seen a few females standing right next to the trashcan and just drops it on the ground. Just like up in the mountains. Why can't females throw their trash into a trashcan whether its right next to them or a mile or two away. They can carry it when there's food in it, but once it's empty they just throw it on the ground. Shows that they don't have any common courtesy or respect for anyone, their belongings or property, and they truly have none for nature.
One of many small stops along the larger hike/bike trail through the city. This little gem has good access to the river and there's great fishing to be had here. Just wish the city would clean up the water a bit.

Nice enough daytime/evening walking trail. Noise around rush hour. It's being maintained more now.
